Despite checking in promptly, we weren’t seated until over 20 minutes past our reservation time—30 minutes after check-in—with no communication or update from the host stand. To make matters worse, a party of four and a party of thirteen, both with the same reservation time and who arrived after us, were seated before us. No explanation was given. Its NOT even close to being a vegan place or a vegetarian place. Almost every item has animal products such as eggs, chicken, turkey or fish & cows milk. No vegan egg substituttions. No vegan deli meat substitutes. Adding tofu & hummus to a menu does not make you a vegan restaurant! Only one type of vegan cheddar shredded & they put such a tiny amount on my bagel (swapped out the chicken egg) that im not even sure it was in there or if that was the sweet potato. Ill never know. Why do I have to even ask for substitutions in a place claiming to be vegan! The menu should be vegan first & foremost & meat eaters swap out, which really doesnt qualify as a vegan restaurant by definition but it would at least make some sense. The only vegan options I found were a few tofu items & hummus. Pretty much any restaurant has that. Service - Zero. Waitress never once came by to check on us after dropping off food. No checks. You have to ask then they tell you to go to cashier & she rings up whatever she thinks you had i guess. Kinda weird. Seating - not comfortable & it was freezing in there. We had to leave quickly.

I had the Thunder Bowl and the Tropical Fruit Smoothie; both were phenomenal. 10/10, I'll be there all 4 days of this vacation! Three days in, we tried the Good vibes smoothie and the Sunrise Bowl with some of their incredible peanut butter added. My mom said she preferred the Tropical Breeze smoothie to the Good Vibes; less sour for her. The Sunrise Bowl with PB having spirulina, pepitas, cocunt, and a great fruit mix might be my perfect food match... Love it!!!

With that being said, first, the staff was friendly and helpful - so that is an immediate plus, especially since it was my first visit. I ordered a "bitty" sized Juicy Bowl and a Thai Coffee. The coffee was decent, but the Thunder Bowl was surprisingly VERY good! The size of the bowl was perfect and the freshness of the fruit and peanut butter was on point. I'm actually very happy in the quantity and quality of the food and I will definitely be back. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.
