The owner of the bar has amazing English and is very friendly. He was able to tell us in great detail what our trip would involve. We spent 2 days trekking through villages, rice paddies, and mountains. We got to stay with a local home stay, and we're provided meals with the locals both days. The trip ended with a waterfall, organic farm for drinks and a boat ride along the river back. It was a definite highlight of Laos for us! Amazing value for money and an authentic experience that can't be matched. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable about the area, having grew up in a village close by. We became friends by the end of the trek and can't recommend him enough (Bounthalai). Thank you Q bar for helping us arrange a wonderful experience we won't forget 😁.
