We made reservations months ahead of our trip. It is expensive but worth it in my opinion. We got the shrimps and it was the freshest and most flavourful dish ever. The monkfish stew was ok but the portion sizes are huge. It says it’s for 2 people but it’s at least for 4. The server won’t tell you that. They were able to make me a virgin mojito and charge around €3 for it which I thought was good. I would highly recommend the shrimps. If you plan on doing for sunset dinner then definitely dress warm and take blankets. Best way to get there is uber to the location and the uber drops off near an elevator and you take it down and it’s a short walk on your right.

I did find it a little difficult to get to (driving wise and physically), I was unsure what to expect, there are a lot of stairs down to reach the restaurant but again so worth it. If you have a car, you can park in a garage about a 15 minute walk away. The gentleman who served us was the same waiter that served Phil on “Somebody feed Phil” ! I don’t know his name but he was so awesome! Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, it really was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon. If you have a chance to go to Ponto Final, GO!!! My boyfriend and I had dinner at STŌ Restaurante & Mercearia and everything from the food to the service was truly exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Alex, who took care of us the whole night. Much like other amazing restaurants, they don’t do anything fancy - they start with fresh, local ingredients and let them shine through simple cooking. The soup, which I think was a shrimp bisque, was full of flavour and just had croutons as garnish for additional texture. I’m pretty sure they grind the shells to get the maximum flavour and then sieve them out. Absolutely delicious! Octopus salad was also one of the best we’ve had so far in the trip. Octopus was super tender and piled on with tons of olive oil and acid (I think it’s lemon juice) with other veggies. But by far, my favourite was the grilled sardines. I think it’s their signature because almost every table got them. And it’s easy to see why. On the plate, are five grilled sardines and potatoes. The fish was so full of flavour, they didn’t need to do anything other than season them. I would say all three are must tries. We took the stairs at first, only to realise they stop at the 4th floor, best to take the lift straight to the 6th from the start! The staff were brilliant, really friendly and knew their stuff when it came to cocktails, which were absolutely delicious. There were vintage games which the family enjoyed, all free of charge, which was a great little bonus.
