However, overall, the food at this restaurant was disappointing, both in terms of portion size, balance, and flavor. For lunch, we ordered the steak skirt bento box, the spicy crab noodles, and the sunny side maki roll. First, the bento box came with a single skewer of steak which wasn't enough (the meat was also charred). While there were plenty of vegetables in the bento box, after finishing, I was still hungry. We both got the Tonkotsu ramen. LOVED that if you sub out an ingredient (like mushrooms in our case) that you can add extra of a seperate ingredient (we both did egg) for no additional charge. The broth was delicious and creamy but has a slight strange after taste, the pork melt in your mouth, but the noodles were hard. It was almost like they precook the noodles and then throw it in the hot broth before serving to finish cooking (but they never did). I have fond memories eating here with friends in the cool ambiance of the "Rain Room" and sharing bites of mango sticky rice. I came here with a friend visiting from out of town. However this time, my Pad Thai wasn't spicy at all. If anything, it tasted mild with slightly spicy pockets here and there in between the noodles. So I was pretty disappointed at the spice level. Other than that aspect, my Pad Thai was good. It was flavorful, nutty, and had the perfect amount of sauce to noodle ratio. The noodles had a good consistency and the veggies were crunchy and fresh. Sushi was tasty as well. Our server checked up on us multiple times and was friendly. However at the table we were seated at, we were lacking a couple things like soy sauce and spicy/hot sauce. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. There is plenty of shared parking, although it gets busy there is still plenty of room. The tables are separated by smoked plexiglass which I believe is new from COVID protocols but adds a bit more privacy so it is an added plus. The Spring Rolls and the crispy rolls are very good and come 6 to an order. The Masaman curry was very good and I opted for the upcharge for fried rice.

All that changed the moment I walked in. This place is incredible! We were truly blown away by the interior. It’s huge and beautiful on the inside. There are not enough adjectives to describe this place. Even if you aren’t inclined to drink you can come between 5 and 9 daily and it’s kid friendly (21+ after 10). I wanted to give a full review of my experience and provide pictures that showed the whole place, so this might get a bit long... I ate here on a Sunday at 6PM. Like most buffets, its all about the timing when you go on the experience you will have. The restaurant was fairly busy and the food was pretty well stocked. I was greeted and shown to my seat by a friendly employee. I ended up trying as much as I could, taking a small portion of many items, 3 plates + dessert! They also offer plastic gloves so that you don't have to touch the community spoons and tongs that everyone is touching, so that was nice. I went up to get my first plate and was impressed by the selections they had. There were 6 food bars, a hibachi station and a sushi station. By the time I got back to my table, the drink I ordered was waiting for me. On my first plate I had Beef and broccoli, Chicken and broccoli, white noodles, sausage, shrimp, onion rings, an eggroll, sweet and sour chicken and pepper chicken. The sweet and sour chicken had just come out and it was delicious. The onion rings were old, so I didn't eat them, but everything else was surprisingly good! I had finished most of my soda by the time I finished my plate and when I returned with my second plate, it was filled for me again. For my second plate, I had another egg roll, some more sweet and sour chicken (they were yummy!), a cream cheese wonton, fried rice, green beans, a pot sticker, a fried corn cheese ball, fried fish, pepper chicken, chopped pork, curry chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken and egg drop soup. Everything on this plate was fresh with the exception of the corn cheese ball. Again, the taste of the food was good, not bland and I was surprised again by the curry chicken, I usually don't like that taste, but this one was good. Back again for my third plate. On this one I had the chicken on a stick, honey chicken, some more pepper chicken, tempura vegetables, fried okra, fried tilapia, general Tso's chicken and some more white noodles. The fried selections were a little old, but they still tasted alright and I could tell they would have been better if fresh out. The stars of this plate were the chicken on a stick and the pepper chicken. OK, getting filled up here, so my 4th plate was dessert. Nothing too experiential on the dessert front although they do have a pretty good selection, just not many items that I was interested in. You can see the full selection in the photos. I had some orange slices, cantaloupe, fried donuts with sugar, a rolled cake and soft serve ice cream. The fruit was fresh and cold. The sugar donuts were pretty fresh and tasted good. The soft serve ice cream (well, non-dairy vegan friendly mixture) was cold and held up without melting right away and had a decent vanilla flavor. By the end of my second plate the waitress had already given me my bill and fortune cookie, but I didn't feel pressured to hurry up and finish and she even refilled my soda for a second time when it started getting low after giving me the bill. Speaking of the bill, under $16 for the Sunday buffet with a drink was very reasonable. I would definitely come back again and would recommend this Chinese buffet. Just make sure to go around the busy lunch or dinner times if you want the best chance of getting fresh selections.

The good included the fact that their selection of items on the buffet was greater than Buffet King and Forbidden City. It included endomane, barbecue chicken wings, sausage, snow crab legs, fried snapper among others which the other two establishments do not. Many of the booth's upholstery needed to be replaced and the walls and woodwork definitely show their age. The restrooms also could benefit from some attention. The ice cream Scoops were placed in one container that should have been replaced or replenished with clean water hours ago and someone needs to tell them how to make proper shrimp cocktail sauce. We enjoyed their better variety of items but we're somewhat turned off because of the condition of the inside. The seating is collective in the sense that there are very few private tables. The front area seats about 30-40 people and then there is additional seating in the back 21+ age restriction. They have purchased some space next door to expand so I would imagine that will help since it gets pretty crowded later in the day. We enjoyed the panko fried mushrooms and the pickle plate which had Daikon radish, carrots and mushrooms. The ramen was really good and flavor was full. We go to a lot of ramen places and would say that this would be in the top. The only disappointment was the temperature. Some of the ingredients were still cold like the egg and the pork. Not sure what the cause of that was but the broth was not as hot as we expected. I would definitely give it another try when we are in the area.

We weren't expecting much based on the 14.99 price tag, but it was quite nice, certainly a step up from Publix or other store bought sushis. Plus you can try everything that you like. If you get the all you can eat you can also try the soups, salads and other appetizers or even some of the fried rice and noodles. It's really a great deal for lunch. Service can be a tad slow at times, but if you order enough each time it will usually last you until they come back. The robot server is a very fun and cute addition too. We will definitely return!

The food was some of the most flavorful Chinese dishes I’ve had in a long time! Off the servers recommendations, I got the Fried Rice with Roasted Duck. It had the perfect balance of earthy spices though I wish there was more duck to balance all the rice and veggies. The Pepper Steak was so tender with a hint of spice. Paired with a glass of Sangiovese Rose wine was a perfect combo. Pricing was fantastic for such large portions. Now if you are going on the weekend keep in mind this is a very popular place. We ended up waiting up to an hour before we were seated. But the wait was well worth the food. Parking was also very dicey, it’s paid to park and we had to circle the area several times before a spot opened up. And even then it was a 7min walk. But overall will definitely come back again!

Your portions are very large so make sure you come hungry. the typical Hibachi chicken dinner included rice vegetables and before that you get to have soup and salad. The only reason I took a star of was that the food was not as flavorful or authentic as I am used to but for being Japanese attraction chain spot it was sort of expected to be a little Bland however it was perfect for kiddos taste buds.

Every single thing I ordered was what I expected and more. The wait staff was on point with preemptive refills, and friendliness. The calamari appetizer was good though a little rubbery but it was still delicious. The sushi rolls absolutely blew me away. I got 4 rolls to share (spider, fish tempura [I dont remember the type of fish sorry] eel roll and dragon rolls) and I struggled to find which one I liked most. Our friend also got plenty of vegitarian options if that is a factor in your selection. I can safely say that this is a safe and delicious choice for sushi night with friends. My mother in law thought the steak hibachi was just ok, and I thought the pork belly could have been sliced thinner so the fat would be crispier - but other than that we truly enjoyed everything. We got the appetizer plate, 6 hot honey wings, shrimp tempura, general tso don ( not spicy like we thought but a thick delish sauce) , steak hibachi and tonkatsu ramen with pork belly...
