We got to enjoy the lovely patio with some delicious drinks. The apps were very good and tasty which we ordered. For dinner we got the ribeye and the gnocchi. The gnocchi was very delicious and flavourful, unfortunately the ribeye, I appreciate the effort that went into it, but I found the ribeye a bit disappointing- it was overcooked and lacked the flavour I was hoping for. We had issues with another restaurant (Oliver & Bonacini) where the food was too salty and overpriced, so we were very happy to find Copper Blues. It is conveniently located and the food is alright. My main issue is that everywhere you go in Blue Mountains the food is subpar compared to Toronto, so don’t expect miracles. Compared to other restaurant Copper Blues was nice, and they had free cake pop for kids meal. The kid meal is very generous, but lacked healthy options with veggies, though our toddler wad very happy with the pasta. We also had the lobster bisque, which was very good as well and our toddler really liked it too! The sweeet potato fries were perfect. The salad was soggy in sauce, we recommend to order your salad with sauce on the side. Overall for the price it’s was a good experience. Sunset Grill some how made the fries greasy without ever using a deepfryer. In the pictures provided I showed the uncooked potatoes, the absurd amount of grease dripping off, and the french toast that had not been soaked in batter long enough. Additionally, we had already used paper towels to wipe grease away, and still had an abundance left over. They were nice enough to bring water to our dog. The waiting staff came often to check outside and we never waited too long to be served, but the food did take a long time to come. Took a star because of the high price, smaller portion size, and wait times, but Harbour Street Fish Bar is still our go-to place to dine at Collingwood in the summer.

We spoke the security who was super friendly and helped us with the menu. We went inside and were asked to be seated in the open outdoor patio aside the water park. At this point, we were seated there with food and drinks on our uncleaned table while talking to ourselves “What kind of waitress would place the food on a table that is not cleaned and just leave”. We were so disappointed at this time that we decided to take the food and drinks to another clean table and started eating. After few minutes, she came back and said “Ohh you shifted”. We said no problem it’s fine. We understand that tipping is important but for a waitress to ask for it without doing the basic needs (arranging to clean the table) of a customers ask is not fair. Luckily, we are a married couple, so we were matured enough to let it go, just enjoyed the food, ambience and the waters and not make a big deal out of it. But imagine if this was a first date for someone, it would have definitely spoiled the experience (the way the waitress was communicating and the service). The food here is amazing, the location of the restaurant and the setup on the deck of water is impeccable but the service is really poor. We would like to go here another day probably we will have a waitress who does their job and not run after tips. We returned back after food, mentioned the poor service incident to the security who was super polite and responded promptly with a smile on his face. I mean what could he do about it. We visited this place on Friday, 3rd of October, 2025 post 11 pm. Mentioning the time, just incase the management notices this comment, identifies the incident and decide to hire decent waitresses with basic reception and understanding of the service industry. We would definitely love to go there for the food and ambience. A smorgasbord of tacos, none failing to please. I had the cauli, brisket, and chicken Tinga. My personal favourite being the brisket. Along with that, their house hot sauce was a phenomenal addition to my tacos, and packed a really pleasant warmth and flavour. The Nacho's with chicken added were unreal; ridiculously satisfying portion of salsa and meat and layering of the goods, but the seasoning on the chips themselves really stole the show here. The fish was clearly previously frozen before being thrown in the fryer had large brown spots on the fish itself, and the batter was undercooked underneath. I myself can appreciate garnishing but it was excessive and unnecessary especially for fish and chips, the tartar sauce was really good though, not sure if its homemade though. I also learned that there was only two waitresses that night and they looked stressed out of their minds, extremely polite, great sense of urgency as well. But the fact they have to split their tip with the entire staff threw me off a little bit. I also recommend cleaning the yard a bit, lot of overgrown shrub and trees that should be cut down for a better view of that river. The calamari was removed from my bill without even needing to request it, and the waitress we had was really great. 31$ for the food and 19$ for the drinks by myself, plus tip, almost 70$ for one person. I really see a lot of potential for this place and I hope my critiques will be used as a way to better the place, has great bones. When I come back next year, I will be giving it another chance.

The pizza and other items are always great tasting, could the pizza sometimes use a little more cheese? Yes, thats why I gave 4*. The pizza always tastes great though, the panzerottis are so good, the garlic fingers with cheese are great.. have you tried the meatball sub? It's amazing!!! The employees here can communicate with customers perfectly fine (unlike the lady who said otherwise) and they're actually really nice people. We barely eat here but I can walk in once every 2 months and they know who I am. In the end the pizza is great but could use more cheese and the staff is amazing.

First off, the good: Staff are very friendly and accommodating and overall pleasant. All the greens were amazing, almost perfect rolls every time, and finally the glimpses of Georgian Bay were breathtaking. Now the things that keep me from giving it a perfect 5 star: First, the course is being redone, as in bunkers are being moved, removed, and built. There are holes where whole bunkers on the golf cart map and my Garmin that don't exist anymore, or the opposite are not shown, so distance control is out the window. On some other holes the old bunkers being removed are just pits, all the sand gone, but the bunker is still there so it's pretty unpleasant. For some reason the course has decided to reverse their start from hole 1 to hole 9, not that big of a deal except each hole has a massive rock that says the wrong hole, and then a 4x4 post with the correct hole number, not a deal breaker, but also this is a nicer course. Finally, they will not take cash, I understand there are potential risks with taking cash, but in my personal opinion cash is legal tender and a business should take it. Calamari - tasty, dry/just right (not overly oily as you would find some to be), but lacking value (dish was very small for a main, and for the cost). Pasta special was a turkey bolognese - it was alright, a little underwhelming; however a good portion size. Veggie options lacking - we had the med veg stack, a couple pieces of portobello, 1 slice of eggplant, 1 slice of zuchhini... Wouldn't recommend. On the upside, had great service and a lovely rose. We would most definitely come back here for drinks and the view.
