Everyone was so welcoming and the service was attentive throughout our meal. The wine list was impressive and I enjoyed my cocktail which was well-made. You have to start with the Texas Trilogy as an appetizer. All 3 were mouth watering. While my companion's steak was cooked to his specifications and delicious, I did not regret getting the pan seared duck. We started off with the spinach dip, which was good. 3 of the 4 people in the group got steak and all 3 steaks had issues. 2 people got the strip and it came back heavily charred. Flavor was ok, but I would dare to say I could get a better or equal steak at a chain like Texas Roadhouse. The other person to get steak ordered bone-in ribeye. They ordered it med rare. The initial cutting appeared to be fine, but they quickly discovered it was basically rare. The manager ended up taking it back and having it cooked correctly. They also offered to comp a drink and appetizer. All in all, the group left fairly disappointed in the experience and I personally would not go back. If I’m going to spend nearly $50 on a NY strip, I expect it to be cooked correctly, be tender, and have good flavor.

The food, while creative, lacked any real depth of flavor. I don't add salt to anything usually but had to put salt and pepper on just about everything. The birria egg rolls were ok, the meat was dry and again not very flavorful - consume was ok to help this. Do not recommend the shrimp and grits at all, its not grits its polenta so again, texture is off. Its also supposed to be jalapeno sauce, ZERO jalapeño flavor. Shrimp was well cooked. Ribeye pork was cooked ok, maybe slightly overcooked, and by itself had an ok glaze but I have no idea where the name hot honey came from, it was just a light honey mustard. The potatoes had no flavor at all, the little zucchini was actually very good. We tried 2 desserts, cheesecake and chocolate chip bread pudding. Cheesecake was well done, definitely baked, would recommend. Bread pudding had good flavor but was dry. Server was friendly and prompt for managing the area alone. Maybe give it a shot, they could have had an off night for the food, the atmosphere is nice enough and the granbury square is always good for a stroll. When we went in there was no information or Direction on how to pay for or get all you can eat except... someone saying,( it's in the back!) The all you can eat was in the back with a lady taking forever to plate each single item on a person's plate and lifting each steam table lid and placing it on the lid next to it, I might add that the steam table had too much water in it and the metal pans containing the food were floating and jostling around! With restaurant management experience , the lids should have been removed and the person serving wouldn't have to waste so much time picking up lids and setting them on top of each other over and over again as customers stood in line watching the slow-motion serving . We had to wait for scrambled eggs to be cooked while standing in line. We were eating our meal and the cashier came up and told us that all-you-can-eat is now over, however the sign out front said it was served 8 a.m. to 12:00 noon and it was now 10:45 a.m. They did not have all of the items on the all-you-can-eat menu that were listed on the sign. None of the food was great. This place needs to be organized and streamlined, and they then could serve a lot more people, and make a more money. We won't be back. On a good note, the cashier was nice and friendly.

Took too long for refills, minimal interactions and Manners even though we were being respectful and polite, she showed very little ANYTHING. But here’s where it gets WORSE. As we have already paid & exited the building and into our car, she comes to the window, receipts in hand, and proceeds to confront us about the tip I left. I have tipped her “bad” before because of the same mediocre service that’s came ONLY from her. She asked if I felt her service was poor and why, I gave my explanation, she then proceeds to get very defensive and personal, she attempted to bring my friends into the situation when it was clearly a her and I problem. (Funny enough in her rant, she mentioned that she isn’t like any of the other servers and ”so what” that she does the bare minimum, literally came from her mouth. So she even admitted to doing the bare minimum.) She was very rude, and to have the AUDACITY to leave the building, on the clock and go to someone’s personal property to confront them about OPTIONAL gratuity. I’ve tried to reach out last Friday, this past Monday and Tuesday and the manager has not been present or available, or so I’m told. So if someone would like to reach out and we can have a meeting in person or over the phone to try to settle this issue, that would be amazing. I did really like the atmosphere, the dimmer lights and total coffee shop vibes; I could definitely see my self taking my laptop up there during the week and quietly working. You must now go to the bar to order food. I will say the young man working was very personable and friendly. We ordered the chicken nachos, which use to be great. No more....we received a plate of tortilla chips with cheese and chicken on top. The rest was just a big pile of chips. The cheese and chicken were lukewarm. There was a time that Fuzzy's had ice cold beer. No longer, it was cool, not cold and mine was flat. The food is no longer the quality it use to be but that was not my biggest concern. The place is filthy, the floors do not appear to have been washed in awhile, the area around the restrooms smells like sewer. I have no clue what the smell it but it is overpowering. The women's restroom was unclean with trash on the floor. I have attached photos, this is so sad as this place use to be such a great spot and a favorite gathering place for tourists and locals alike. Update on Fuzzy's.......ate there recently and it has gone downhill fast. No one at counter to order, you must go to bar to place food order, I use to love their nachos and cilantro rice. The rice was cold and hard,like it had been sitting for days, the nachos had very little on them, mostly a plate of chips with a bit of cold cheese. So disappointing as this use to be one of my favorite places to sit on the patio and people watch. I hope it turns around because it use to be an awesome place.

Outside wasn’t much better. Never been to Fuzzy’s that wasn’t well kept and busy. Lack of customers should have been a clue. The refired beans left little to be desired, I thought. I was hesitant to try the Chocolate Carmel Nachos but Sheena said they were really good so gave it a go. We came in on a Saturday one hour before closing because we were at the beach across the street. Our server was kind but besides taking our order, did not check much on us, we had to keep waving or calling to get refills or any other thing. Staff seemed to be more focused on putting things away and cleaning since they were approaching closing time. Our kids got quesadillas and gorditas and they liked those. Charro beans were some of the worst we have had. Tiny portion of rice was very good, left me wanting more. Home made flour tortillas smelled amazing but far from being fresh. Maybe they were awesome early when they opened but an hour before closing you could not fold the flour tortilla without breaking it. Towards the center of the tortilla where it wasn’t so toasted you could tell they tasted good. It would have been amazing having these when they were fresh. Tres leches cake was old and felt dry. Flan was very good. Based on this experience I would not come back.
