The choices on the menu are limited, so don't expect pages of options when you go. This is the spot for Vietnamese cuisine & that only, with the star meal being Pho. Except I couldn't even cut the tender pork belly with my fork because it was so tough. There was also either too much hoisin or too much pineapple juice. It has a laid back and welcoming at-home feeling. Nice open space dining areas with a full bar. I tried the watermelon margarita, which was yum. We shared a small meat lover's pizza- BEST EVER. You can tell tje ingredients in everything are fresh. The pizza dough is soft and delicious. The toppings were so flavorful. I'm someone who usually avoids that much meat on pizza. This is honestly the best pizza I've ever had out. We also got the jalapeño poppers. These were amazing in texture and flavor as the breading was a good cornbread and panko consistency with fresh jalapeños, not pickled. The owner served us and everything was so quick. We're making Dylan's our go to for take out and date night.
