A quick search sent us to Must be Heaven, and boy, did the smell of baking bread that greeted us on opening the door live up to the name! Sandwiches are not the only thing on offer, but it's what we got. Grilled cheese, Monte Cristo, French Dip and a chicken club, served with a drink, chips and the classic pickle spear. We lived in New York for over 20 years and Brossa's rivals some of the best placed there. Great starter were the House Potatoes, crunch, hot and light with a nice horseradish creme. I was happy to see a vegetable fajita plate, and they were very good. We drive hours out of our way to just eat this delicious delicacy. From North Carolina to Kansas City to West Texas Hill country, we pride ourselves, knowing what a good cole slaw is. Well.. we’ve never had such a flavorless and bland coleslaw. It had a weird lifeless tan color and not any flavor at all. Not even the cabbage itself had flavor. Definitely not my grandma’s slaw. The brisket enchiladas were so delicious and the serving size was very generous, I had enough leftover for dinner. Only two people at tables when I arrived. Then nobody was going through the order line but me. It took me 20 minutes to get a two meat plate to go. The young man cutting meat is slow. The Carne asada was good but having 2 fries a person was disappointing. Fries are cheap. Mozzarella tastes like the oil they fried them in was old. Wings were okay. It’s located just inside the Ant Street Inn, and has an air of classiness with white linen tables and a stocked bar as well. Both dishes were excellent, the eggplant and pasta both hot and prepared well, and the mushroom burger cooked to perfection without even asking. I was soo happy to see it very close to Blue bell ice cream so I made the visit, it’s small cozy has some tables to sit down. The owner’s father was in the front he was the most friendly person you can encounter in the store he genuinely cares about his customers he was welcoming making sure everyone was happy. Everyone else we’re also welcoming and happy to help. Unlike other bbqs the menu is limited which is understood as it’s out of no where, the brisket was tender and spot on. The Brussels sprouts need their own recognition. Overall I would recommend anyone who cannot make it to there original location to atleast try this.

Ordered a two meat plate of brisket and regular sausage to go with tater tot casserole and corn casserole as the sides. Also got a very generous slice of carrot cake. Once home, I divided it all in two as there was plenty enough to do so to make two meals. I'll start by saying that the brisket was probably the best that I have ever had! It was so tender and nearly melted in my mouth. The flavor was perfect. The sausage was delicious as well. I had read before that both casseroles were a must have menu item and I have to agree. Staff was great besides the lady not telling me anything once I picked up the order, she just let me grab and go and never confirmed anything. Most of the bad comments were not true. It does have a faint smell but, it's not mold. The taco meat does NOT have the texture of canned cat food. It is ground more than most but, definitely not like cat food. We both had tacos, cheese enchiladas and I also had a tamale. They were all good. Not great but good. The chips and salsa were good.
