My suggestion is if you want to eat this restaurants food I would eat in the restaurant so you can at least correct all the mistakes they make and get them fixed then, rather then a pay delivery charges for food come whatever way they wanna send it..

When we pointed this out to our server and told him that there could be a potential health crisis, he advised the manager on duty, who then sent the server back out to apologize. Thankfully, quick administration of allergy meds avoided a trip to the ER. The manager never made an appearance at our table to follow up, the only follow up was the server letting us know that our meal was comped (not what we were looking for). A manager is responsible for what happens under their watch and to not become personally involved during a potentially serious medical crisis was rude and not appreciated. Potential allergens need to be listed on menu, so due to lack of proper concern and engagement by the manager on duty we cannot recommend this restaurant.

Both the legume and the grain tasted like there were no unnecessary oils or seasonings added to the cooking process. Instead, the flavor came from the chargrilled vegetables scattered throughout: perfectly cooked meaty chunks of mildly sweet and crunchy carrot, corn, zucchini, and onions—just like the rice and beans, there were no additives to the veggies; they were garden fresh and naturally tasty. I paid extra for Salsa Fresca and guacamole; however, unlike the rest of the ingredients, the portions of these were minimal and all amassed at the bottom of the burrito. We ordered pretty quickly but the wait for food was really long — over half an hour wait with only a few tables and some people at the bar. Pretty surprising. After 40 minutes without even our garlic bread appetizer, I started to ask other waitresses where our food was. I have loved The Popponesset since I was a child, and my parents got married here in the 80s. I wanted to host my bridal shower here, as it is a special place to me. I will give a shout out to our awesome bartender and other wait staff- they were very pleasant and accommodating. The food was good as well. Overall we made it a lovely shower but I can't help but be disappointed with the effort on the service side. I would not recommend.

We got a caramel latte with no coffee in it! I saw the guy who had just had his fingers all over the cash register without gloves touched my bagels with his bare hands to put in the toaster!!! Then after the fact put a glove on one hand.. that was it for me.. 🙀I walked out! This is a safety issue and whoever is running this D&D is going to lose business if they don't get a handle on the health practices of their staff.. this is unacceptable..

They are nasty and rude and refused to help repeatedly. It's especially great when the shift lead, Nicole, refuses to come over to deal with a customer situation and on top of it half hour order was missing. I can't wait to call corporate tomorrow and let them know the abhorrent customer service and lack of quality this location has; they should be ashamed. P. S Train your staff to have basic respect if they are in a public facing job. If they don't know the phone number to they location, they shouldn't tell you to "Google it, its not that hard."
