Tonight we had Makyya as our server, and she was friendly and attentive. One of us had the shrimp dinner, and the other had the soup du jour (beer cheese brat) and mountain man pasta (a wild game sausage pasta in a Cajun cream sauce.) We are from Georgia and are well-versed in our neighbors to the west in Louisiana, and whomever came up with that pasta dish and sauce knew what they were doing. Each ingredient in the dish complemented the other like the red bell pepper and red onions with the right amount of Cajun spice. The beer cheese and brat soup was wonderful as well. It wasn’t thick and gelatinous like some beer cheese soups are either. The portions were so large that we needed a to-go box. They may be the only restaurant nearby the Lodge (where we are staying,) but I’m not sure I’d want to go anywhere else. We will definitely return!

We are from Hartford SD. When we walked in the staff were IMMEDIATELY so so kind and welcoming. I’ve never been to a restaurant where the staff are like that. Sooooo I already knew this place was gonna be good. We took our two little boys and they were beyond happy with the arcade, games, pool table!!! We ordered the garlic bread and a large pepperoni pizza. The second we ate that pizza we knew that next time we swing by central city we will definitely be coming back!! We got the Reuben and a plate with 2 brats. The Reuben was delicious, I loved their sauerkraut.
