In Wheaton, there were 5 Thau places within a mile of each other. Sisters Thai is consistenly the best I've had across the country and abroad. Take measure of signature dishes like Panang chicken, Tom Yum, the curries, crispy fish, chicken cashew, et al. But, Sisters has many dishes you'll not find at any other Thai restaurant. The menu is quite creative and extensive. Even a simple dish like the Wonton soup is not to be skipped. The dessert menu is another highlight, one of the biggest and best dessert selections you'll find anywhere in the area. Worth coming here just for dessert and a cocktail. The decor is like a little village of rooms with books and curious toys. There are 2 bars as well as many outside patio tables under canopy or umbrella. We decided to order lunch/brunch for pick up on Mothers Day so neither my Mom nor I had to cook for 8 people. So I placed our order for pick up through Seamless, and my 78-year-old father went to pick it up. When he got the food home to us, a third of the food was missing, and most of it had been put in the boxes and bags so roughly that there was sauce and grease everywhere - on the packaging, and all over the backseat of my Dad's car. They also gave us the wrong salad dressing, which wouldn't have been a big deal except that when my Dad drove all the way back to get the rest of our food, the pick up guy actually argued with him about it! Arguing with a customer about two little plastic thingies of salad dressing for crying out loud! He also proceeded to put the rest of our food in the boxes and bag upside down, looking my Dad straight in the face as he did so, so there was another mess to deal with when we got home the second time. I really don't appreciate how rude the staff person was to my father, a grandfather just trying to make Mother's Day nice for us, nor how carelessly they packed up the food. The staff that waited on us was friendly enough and fairly attentive. A bit nitpicky and perhaps unfair, but we would have appreciated some level of attention from the other hostesses and manager as we departed; as by comparison we observed them being fairly active with the other guests. The crab toastie was slightly over seasoned but put together well and had a good flavor overall, but we were disappointed at the lack of attention to detail in the fact that the avocado slice on the toast was not yet ripened - made obvious by the hardness. No serious issues or constructive criticism with the corned beef hash aside from my mother not enjoying the dish all that much. The blood mary tasted good but there was a noticeable lack of alcohol for a 8.50$ item. Lastly the big ticket special, the scallop and shrimp in risotto. The scallop was cooked well, the risotto and scallop dish was enjoyed throughout the table - as we are a sharing group. The main let down was the fact that the shrimp used in the dish had a telling sign that it was not freshly obtained from the market given the size and shape. This was disappointing especially being a 32$ dish. This also resulted in some pessimism as to whether we had eaten fresh crab as well. I think this will be a great establishment for having some drinks especially with the bottomless deal and enjoying live music, but I would be hesitant to seriously recommend any food options, especially the higher priced items.

Given that there is no host stand and the cramped and busy nature of the entryway, one would think that someone would be on watch. Table service was decent but you could tell that if you were a regular, you'd be good to go. I get that, but not when the place is filled up. At one point a server gave every table water and then walked by me, made eye contact with me, and left me with my empty glass. The restaurant is cozy and does have a few tables near the entrance for outdoor seating. The location is also busy during meal times and are open until 10 PM on most days. The staff is friendly too and helps you with the order if needed. Service is quick too and we have been able to get the food within 5 minutes. They do give you a hard time on getting more napkins for some reason! The food is good - like other Five Guys. There is also a sack of peanuts waiting by the ordering counter that guests can dig in to while waiting for the food to arrive. It's always fun to crack open peanut shells and make a mess when you do not have to do the cleanup later! Our go to items are of course the burger (with cheese, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms), hot dog, and fries - gotta have them while they are hot! The sauce on the burger is good too. Reminds me of In-and-Out burgers! And two patties in the burger are better than one :) A nice place for greasy fast food when in the mood. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, specially during the weekends.
