The seasoning on the meat is good and not too much. The queso is so good. Sometimes they are slow and the line can get really backed up but still worth it. The server (Minchul Cho) was very kind, took time to clarify our choices when we weren’t sure, and made sure we got a fresh dish when one ran out. What stood out most was the extra care — he even applied an employee discount on one of the new promotional dishes, which was both generous and unexpected.
