The wine tasting was very good, just the right amount of information without anything pretentious and best of all we were left alone with the wine we were tasting at the moment so we could relax and discuss it privately. We also had the cheese platter which was very generous with a great selection: goats cheese, aged cheddar and a Brie, almonds, figs and a delicious relish. We had a great chat with the manager, Chewy, giving us the history of the original shearing shed converted into their tasting room as well the original old Cobb & Co stables beside the shed. It is definitely a great place to go even with young kids as there is a huge outdoor area with farm animals and a sandpit full of toy diggers.

We went unfortunately on a very wet rainy day, but the staff made our experience so wonderful and warm with a hot fire place inside! The standout dish for me was the steamed snapper fillet and the best one here. The natural sweetness of the fish really came through and paired beautifully with the radish and light soy sauce — a spectacular combination. The ginger wasn’t overpowering, and the amount of spring onion used as garnish was just right. The portion was on the smaller side, but it worked perfectly as a starter before moving on to something spicier or heavier. For me, this dish was a solid 10/10, and I’d absolutely recommend it! My friend and I agree we definitely come back to try some of the menu.

I had my son's 18th dinner here and there was a band on after we ate,so all the country teenagers experienced something more classy than a pub gig in the bush. To start we booked for 830, we called to see if we could get in earlier and the lady said arrive for 8 and we will see what we can do. We arrived at 8 and they sat us down straight away, so far 5 stars. The decor seemed like it was stuck in 2006 and of we were going out for a pub steak dinner then would be perfect, but not for what seems to be sold as a fine dining experience. We were asked for water and drinks and browsed through the menu whilst our drinks arrived. Then the first coursed rocked up before our drinks and there was a very small mumbled explanation of what the dish was and then they quickly walked away again. My wife and I didn't nessacarily have any questions about the menu so that wasn't a problem, but it would've been nice to have been asked if we had any questions or any allergies etc. The service just felt a bit rushed. Our drinks arrived, my negroni was room temperature and not well balanced in flavour. But hey they were a pretty busy and maybe it was just rushed. There was little to no attention during the meal to see how things were going or if we wanted any drinks. The service was on the faster pace of things which we didn't mind because it was late, but even as the dishes were dropped on the table, it was just a drop and go situation rather than seeing if we needed anything else. The food was tasty but nothing special, the presentation of the dishes was OK but was made sloppy by the food runners (missing garnishes and some food falling/ sliding over the plate, and the menu as a whole wasn't anything novel or exciting. The dessert was basically lemon gelato, and although this isn't anything new or exciting it was very tasty I have to say. All In all we felt the service was lacking for the price and left feeling underwhelmed and not quite satiated. Could've been an off day, however won't be back in a hurry for a second go.

When we arrived I met the owner Nick, and he kindly offered to show me around the some of the vineyard, so I jumped into the Polaris and off we went. Then we were booked in for a wine tasting, we chose the Premium Tasting set and the wines were amazing. Great flavours, perfectly balanced and delicious. And where was it written in the menu stating dine in you take extra money? 3. If you see the menu, it is visible that the prices already changed maybe using a small sticker pasted on top of the old price. The staff were friendly and knew the menu well. Portions were generous for both food and wine. Very relaxed atmosphere in elegant surroundings. The service is slow at busy times (weekend evenings). We has a 45min wait for a sushi roll and then waited another 20min to get the rest as take away, while being asked to leave the table and stand and wait. Both the rear and entrance receptionist where very welcoming, helpful , and pleasant in communication and there roles. Both the bat attendant and bistro servers where again very pleasing, and Joyful. My order arrived promptly and was placed with politeness and a smile. My garlic cheese bread was as expected. My chilli garlic linguine was a good size and looked promising. There where amble large prawns easily accommodating of one person. Where I feel improvement could be made is in the flavour. Unfortunately it was very bland , pasta was cooked well but quite gluggy, there was no seasoning and no heat or bite from I assume either dried flakes or chille powder . The cheery tomatoes had no sweetness . This dish with these ingredients all can take and need strong and powerful flavours as to boost and highlight the flavour experience. Fresh chill and basil with a touch of roasted garlic would really pull this dish together and make it an explosion of flavour and texture. I do look forward to returning and trying other dishes due to the great welcome and service and the pleasing ambience and environment.

What a great find. This pub's food is fantastic. The menu has variety and covers most dietary requirements. There are fish dishes, meat dishes, vegan options and even serves pie and mash. A dish that I rarely see on menus now. Although I didn't have the latter dish, my mate, who is a pie connoisseur, did dabble and assured me it was worth it. I gave the service two stars for the simple fact we had a sweet young waitress but she was being spoken to appallingly by management and seemed constantly on the verge of tears. I wanted to hug her and find her better employment.

From the moment we walked in at 5pm, we were happily greeted by the chef who spoke to us humbly about uis passion for cooking and his experience of his craft. The decor was fitting, the menu had the perfect amount of choice and there was lots of delicious specials to choose from. We had onion baji - great crunch on the outside to a well cooked great tasting onion and apoced inside chatakdaar paneer - battered well and deep friedn perfectly, cottage cheese onn the inside was great, and the sweet and spicy dressing combined with the riati was such a good shout. Garlic nan - cooked perfectly with a crunch on the under sider but beautifully cooked on the top with just the right amount of garlic. Butter chicken - desi style(not western) was incredible, first time trying desi style and would highly recommend, the chicke was so tender, a very nice butteryness coming from the dish as well as some of the sweeter spices to make it very tasty. Lamb daal - this is a lamb curry with yellow daal, what a dish! Such tender juicy lamb and the lentil were cooked so well and such a balance of flavours. We left not fitting anything else in our stomachs but wanting to ear so much more lol. A must have if ever in orange. I'm spewing that I live so far away, such amazing flavours. The chef and his son were amazing to talk to, it gave off such family vibes with everyone in the kitchen Woking together. 10/10 will return.

Was there on a Saturday evening and it was packed, so was glad that we had made a booking. We got the Thai fried rice and beef massaman curry and it was so delicious. The beef was really tender and full of flavour. Highly recommend visiting this with a big group, that way you get to try more dishes. The serving sizes were generous too and we had to get a container to take some home. The leftovers still tasted great the following day. Highly recommend dining here.
