I really loved every bite of it. It was the perfect ending to our meal. Bright and not too sweet or heavy. The toasted sesame seeds, white pepper, Szechuan pepper, etc. The chili oil was delicious and nothing was overly seasoned or spicy. My favorite thing that I had was the mushrooms. The texture and taste were such a treat. I would love to come back here if I ever found myself in Copenhagen again. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I did not like was our waitress. She kept trying to suggest things we did not want (we already knew what we wanted) or tried to dissuade me from getting the dessert I wanted because it was not enough to share. She wanted us to get the French toast but it seemed too heavy and I did not want it. The mango pudding was perfect for sharing and delicious. Beautiful property and awesome service. They give you the option to start off inside or outside and we chose to sit outside since it was so beautiful and the weather was great. It is a white table cloth experience so it’s a bit more fancy. Each dish was excellent and so beautiful. Good food that is inspired by regions like Sardinia and Napoli. Their whole cancellation fees and possible lateness fee along with the rigid protocols was stressful. They did accomodoate our lateness after we contacted them way ahead of time. We had a breadbasket, antipasti,two pastas, two wines, an espresso and a tiramisu. Bill was 995kr. It was worth it for Copenhagen standards as they seem to make sharing possible etc. They split our pasta into two small portions for easy and warm sharing. We had an early seating and were the first to arrive which was lovely as the space felt very calm. Every dish that came out was a work of art and had its own story to tell. Beautiful to look at, and even better to taste. It was impossible to pick a favourite because everything was that good! Layered flavours, perfect balance, and a kind of quiet confidence in the cooking. Before heading outside to enjoy petit fours and a batch brew by the fire, we were invited to step into the kitchen to see where the magic happens. I loved that. It felt personal and generous. The service was exceptional; warm, genuine, and exactly what you’d hope for at a restaurant of this calibre.
