When we shared this with the waiter, he mentioned that many customers had already complained and the management has been informed multiple times but the owners simply do not take action. For a place charging premium prices, this level of negligence is shocking. No matter how good the food or ambience might be, if the basic comfort of customers is ignored, the entire experience becomes pathetic. Honestly, if you are paying that much, you would expect at least a comfortable environment and not to feel like you are sitting in a sauna.
