Personally, it doesn't make sense for me to order dessert and say that it was too sweet; but when it becomes cloyingly sweet, then it does have too much sugar in it. This has to be the worst shop I've ever dealt with. I ordered a red velvet cake a day in advance, only to arrive and find out they had the cake, but it was in a completely different shape. When I pointed out the mistake, the store guy had no explanation. He even had the audacity to say they didn't have any stock. I preordered a day in advance to avoid this exact situation! How could they be so careless? I had to rush to another store to buy a new cake. Avoid this shop at all costs. Their customer service is atrocious.

The attention to small details is very much a pleasant experience as a customer. The packing is really compact and eco-friendly and the delivery was done in time so that the cake is cold and retains it's shape and flavour. The cake itself looks ever so elegant and beautiful with a geometric etched chocolate design on top of the cake. There was 3 layers of milk, dark and white chocolate with a thin layer of chocolate biscuit base. The moment you take a bite of the cake, you are flooded with the intense flavour of chocolate and it spreads evenly so in the mouth. The ingredients used is very good and you can feel that difference in the mouth when you taste it. Although this isn't the smoothest mousse cake I've had but it definitely doesn't let you down with the texture. Compared to a regular pastry cake, a decent slice of cake is enough to fill ones appetite for a dessert in a much more pleasant manner and in that sense it's really worth buying for the palette. Ubaidha is a very professional person to deal with and from my experience values thr customer experience a lot. I would reccomend the cake from here especially for special occasions. This is a much better alternative to the icecream cakes available and with much more freedom with regards to flavours and decorative/customisation options.
