I’ve been here a few times before with no issues.. until today. I ordered the California Chicken Sandwich and I emphasize sandwich because nowhere on the menu does it indicate it’s served open-faced. When I opened my meal (thankfully not far from the restaurant), I found half of the sandwich, the melted cheese and chicken completely stuck to the inside the to-go box lid. When I tried to remove it, the paper lining from the box came off with the cheese. Obviously, I wasn’t about to eat a sandwich with paper melted into it, so I returned to the restaurant. I spoke with the same hostess I had just seen, and she told me a new sandwich would be made. That seemed like a reasonable solution.. or so I thought. When I got back to my car and took a look before leaving, I was extremely disappointed to find that the sandwich had not been remade. Instead, the original sandwich, the same one with the melted cheese and paper had simply been transferred into a new box, with the cheese shifted and re-melted (along with an extra slice), and the top bun placed on as if it were fresh. We got pretzel, it was fine still no drinks. We were told Bar was backed up. It took about 20 minutes longer to get drinks. I ordered the cherry bomb, I didn’t expect a white claw can in my drink. I wasn’t thrilled by this. Smash burgers were missing tomatoes that i asked for. Good taste but not exactly as requested. Poke bowl was pretty but priced a bit high. Overall an okay visit. Fell short in many aspects. Not sure if we would make the trip to return.

I came to the patio bar first bc I like being outside and asked if I could order a meal out there and she said yes but she couldn't serve drinks because she didnt have any out there yet. So I decided to go in and wait for a table. Both hostesses were aloof and unfriendly, so I just asked if I could get a seat at the bar, and they said yes, so I went and found one (there were several open). Waited almost 10 minutes to even get a menu and ask for a drink order, and in that time, I saw two other parties leave from the bar out of frustration without being served. So when I finally did get a menu, I decided not to get any drinks and just o my order to go. It took another 20 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich and side salad. The guy next to me noticed how many people weren't being served, and he told me he decided he wasn't going to order a meal like several others. I did get my takeout sandwich finally, and while it was packaged nicely, there were no utensils in it, and I had to ask for them. As for the food, the salad had tons of wilted greens in it, but the greens that were fresh were pretty tasty. The sandwich was cold, which is weird because I went to eat it only about 4 minutes after she brought it to me (and that's including the couple minutes waiting for the silverware. Also, it was supposed to have a Chipotle ranch on it, and there was ZERO trace of Chipotle, let alone any other trace of a condiment. And it was okay but there were some serious issues that were kind of off-putting. First the pros. Our server Kimmy was an absolute sweetheart - very patient in crazy circumstances and got everything perfect despite a few modifications. And the two people at our table who got sodas were also quite sick later in the day which makes me think maybe those guns aren't so clean. We had made a reservation because we were going there after a memorial Mass. I had asked for a table with a view because we were told that the upstairs was also part of the restaurant and we wanted something in a window. I mentioned this when I made the reservation and was told that we would have a really nice table overlooking the harbor. When we got there we were seated on an inside table in a room full of families with very loud kids. I certainly don't mind that - restaurants are for everyone. But I would have appreciated having been told that there was no window table available for our party of five. This is a great place to go if you're looking for some bar food and an enthusiastic place to watch a sports game. It is very very loud and you may be waiting a very long time for your food.

We didn’t eat, but every person that walked out the door talked about how delicious their food was. The Barmaid was very friendly and attentive. The cocktail menu was extensive and again the Barmaid said that if it wasn’t on the menu, she could probably make it if we asked. Very cute cottage like facility. Had a very bad experience at this place and the manager was not kind. Was defensive and only supported her staff when I made a complaint. So here it is. The food is shears fresh and delicious and it’s my go to on the water front, if you want to be on the water, those places may lack in food quality as they are all touristy. Amazing Caribbean flair food with fresh seafood and rice bowls. They have an outdoor patio fir people watching too. We got the swordfish with a mango salsa and the shrimp and chicken rice bowl—everything was so flavorful. The crab bisque was delicious, despite the lack of crab in it.

My brother got the noodles which are a classic favorite at the Tasty with tamari chicken, veggi slaw and peanuts. The desserts are all homemade so even though we were stuffed we had to get carrot cake to go. The frosting is not overly sweet and the cake is so moist you can see the carrots and pineapple in each mouthful of yummy goodness. The folks at Black Raspberry Pub are masters of that craft. They serve New England bar pizza and they are easily my favorite on the south shore. I’ve been here a handful of times and have tried a different pie each time and all of them were absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is off the beaten path in Cordage Park and feels like a hidden gem. There are a lot of thoughtfully crafted pizzas as well as a build your own option. My favorite pizzas so far have been the fig and pig, the arrabbiata, and the fall harvest. The crust always has that perfectly browned crust in the bottom and the caramelized back. All of them do a great job of combining sweet and salty flavors. I’ve also greatly enjoyed their Caesar and Greek salads. Both offer fresh ingredients and are well dressed. They offer a nice reprieve from the inevitable (and worthwhile) grease brought on from the pizzas. The interior of the restaurant has the look of the reclaimed industrial factory that you can expect in Cordage Park. The service is always top notch. Every server I’ve had here is attentive, cheerful, and great at making reservations. Without fail, the folks here deliver a great experience every time. I cannot say I'd expect great Asian fusion type food in Plymouth MA, but I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything was. Drinks were well made and had a nice presentation. We ordered a Seoul Sister and an Emerald City, both were very unique and had us feeling good. Fried pork and leek dumplings were great as an appetizer. The soy glaze it was served with was a bit too sweet for my liking but the dumplings had such a great and satisfying outer crunch to them. The Dan Dan noodles and beef ramen were also very good, but I wish they had a bit more of a kick to them. Both were still very flavorful and portion size was generous. I would definitely return here next time we visit Plymouth!
