None of the rice items were available. So we ended up having appam and porotta along with beef roast, beef fry and chicken kondattam. All the dishes were excellent. We learned how to cook Kerala Fish Curry, Thaw Grilled Chicken, Yellow Dal Fry and Beans Thoran. This was hands on cooking – not a demo.
