The Hell's Kitchen is located inside the Caesar's Republic casino, but its entrance is right off the main street entrance to the casino. I think every single person should order the Wagyu Meatballs appetizer. I am still daydreaming about the polenta croutons. My husband and I split two entrees: the Hell's Kitchen classic Beef Wellington and the Jidori Chicken Scallopini which were both excellent. My only critique is that the Wellington dish needed more of that incredible red wine demi-glace. When we initially made our reservation, we put down that we were celebrating our anniversary (woohoo 4 years!) so when we opted out of dessert (because we were full of the delicious food) they brought us a mini version of the Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert with a little white chocolate square that said Congratulations and a candle. It was a really sweet gesture and a nice touch that made us feel appreciated. It also convinced me that I should never skip the Sticky Toffee Pudding because it was an incredible dessert. The cookie butter ice cream really pulls the whole thing together into a perfect bite.

As a self described foodie and home cook, and long time show watcher the staff didnt disappoint from the chefs to the waiters. It took a minute for food to get there but once it did it gave an experience that is seldomly felt. The deer in the headlights mocktail is incredible. So is the chocolate orange triffle. The beef wellington was even better than described and the rack of lamb was amazing. I would gladly come again after my bank account recovers was worth every bite. Our waitress was really awesome an attentive and anticipated our needs. If you dont get an appetizer it will take a minute for food to get there but good food takes time great food might take a bit longer.

We ordered 2 appetizers and only one came out first. We heard the other appetizer called out in the kitchen that it was ready (fried oysters). As soon as they were called we heard a massive fight take place in the kitchen about the fried oysters that we still had not gotten yet. Many other customers were disgusted by the actions of the kitchen staff that we heard outside that they left the restaurant. The people next to us commented that their food tasted like lighter fluid. We got our dinners (still no fried oysters) and only 1 out of 4 people liked their meals. The clam chowder was awful, they missed half of the toppings on the tacos, all while listening to them swear in the kitchen at each other. FINALLY the fried oysters came out, but they were the ultimate disappointment. They were not your typical fried breaded oyster, they were 4 tiny oysters on the half shell. Four tiny little bites was sixteen dollars. Unacceptable kitchen staff, and unacceptable food. I will never recommend this restaurant. Definitely put a damper on our last night in Tahoe.

I took a friend to Fresh Ketch for lunch and we were both very disappointed in our meals and service. Our cocktails (Bloody Mary) were sort of sweet and served with umbrellas. I ordered a Caesar Salad with shrimp added. The shrimp was served separately 10 minutes before the salad came. The salad was served with lettuce ONLY and some watered down salad dressing on it. It tasted more like watered down ranch dressing. My salad was missing the shaved Parmesan cheese as described in the menu. The waitress checked with the kitchen and returned stating that the cheese was bad so they left it off. So I requested some tomato instead and she brought me. When it finally arrived it was a totally different salad than what my friend ordered. The menu had two similar salads on it which was weird. We told the waitress that it was not the correct salad - she didn't fix the issue and bring the correct cobb salad with blue cheese - she only asked my friend if she could bring the topping that were missing on the side for my friend to add. We also had to request the blue cheese salad dressing (it was thin with no blue cheese chunks in it). The garlic bread that we were planned to split with our salads was also forgotten completely. Service was slow, only 4 tables sat in the place, so no reason for tardiness. The waitress tried three times to bring the right order, ended up crying because she couldn't get it right; we weren't being rude about the wrong thing coming out either, she just had a break down. One of the dishes that was supposed to be rice instead of potatoes side was taken back and we watched the cook wipe it of the plate with his hand, with the same mashed potatoes hand and and throw rice on top the partial wiped off potatoes( some potatoes still on plate when returned). The plate looked a mess, no rim job or any care put in what so ever. 8 out of the 10 plates were either over cooked mis ordered or just tasted bad. I have been a chef and a waiter for a long time, I am not a fan of the service in Tahoe in general, but this was beyond bad experience. I will never go there again and won't allow anyone I know to go there. Go anywhere but there!

I give 3 stars but it's generous. Only because the food was good. We used to come here a few years ago and I would have given 5 stars for those times. This day however something's happened to the service that is for sure. We had to ask someone to get us a waiter after waiting 20 minutes at our table with our menus, which was, a nice outdoor spot with a view of the marina, and the decor is nice. The waiter and waitress mentioned to other patrons how they were understaffed, and were not prepared for the summer yet (this is June 21, well into tourist season.) No real apologies from the servers or the managers on their slow service. They then gave my husband something he didn't order and had to take it back-- we thought they had just mixed it up with someone else's however he had to ask someone again to check on the order and waited another 15 minutes for his entree. At the end they gave us the wrong check too. I asked if they had corn tortillas for my salmon tacos and they said no they only had flour (wheat). So if you have food allergies don't count on this place. Anyway the food was tasty but not worth the price and the wait. We almost left before ordering even. Hope they can get their act together soon. We won't be going back I assume.

But they way the guy prepared my bowl was gross! He smashed the ground tuna up with the sauces and the all the toppings mixing it with his hand( gloved) but why? Why mix up my poke bowl. I even asked him to pls not mix it. It came out looking like vomit on greens. It was good. But for 37$ for the smallest scoops of tuna and for my food to be played with and mixed around with his hand. Still grosses me out Oh yeah, 15% gratituity applied to the bowl. So instead of it being 17-20$ its legit 37$ bowl. Tbh they would make more money by lowering the $$$$$ for a tiny hand mixed bowl...and not deceiving people w gratuity at the end. Smh!
