The place appears close by from Oakes Garden Theater park but it is a 5 min walk from the major intersection. But it was fun walking under the bridge and seeing the border up close. There is a Presto discount you can get in person and it cost us around 18$ per person. At first we were expecting disappointment as the place was a little cramped and felt claustrophobic. But the shows kept coming. There are three levels, you climb up the levels and watch the exhibits and then you enter the final aviary which was all three floors combined. There were lots, I mean lots of birds and you can experience them close by. If you are a bird photographer, this is your Disneyland! We really enjoyed this place and felt it was a well worth of the money and time. It does feel hot and humid inside (for the birds) so you might get used to the sweating. Have to talk about the bathrooms of the first level, it was like a time travel back to 1950s and using the bathroom. Wonderfully maintained that I had to take a picture of it. Also another gotcha, there are many birds hovering above your heads, so what you think may happen and did happen. Just be cautious what’s above your head :) Would definitely recommend this place for older seniors as there is not much walking or waiting involved. But since the place is tiny, I would not recommend in summer when the crowds are high. May be in winter time or less seasoned weekday would do. Took us about 2 hours to leisurely see this place. Didn't realize until I paid entirely to much for 3 people plus parking. It was something to do while on vacation on a rainy day though. I loved seeing the seals but it seemed like they were cramped in a small pool. Same for the penguins poor things. Gift shop was small but nice bought my son the giant 100$ whale they had and got myself a bracelet to track a live seal which was neat. They said the proceeds help the animals so I was happy about that. It was also nice that they had an elevator and we could borrow a wheelchair for my elderly mother.

The helmets were in good condition and being cleaned as soon as riders returned them. After a worker scanned my ticket at the turnstile, I was directed to hop into a cart. I had my backpack with me but was able to just buckle it into the side seat instead of using the lockers at the front. I started off slow as the first cart and the drivers behind must've been used to this track so they sped ahead of me. In hindsight it was actually a much better experience for me. I didn't see any drivers the entire time I was lapping the track and could go as fast and slow as I wanted to. The spiral had me turning the wheel to the left for a solid minute, I don't know if it was my cart but it was quite a bumpy drive. At first glance, the top of the hill was quite daunting but I released the gas pedal and let the momentum take me over the hills (I'd imagine you'd go much faster if you kept the gas pedal pressed). Then the track loops back around to the docking area and back up the spiral. The total ride time was about 5 minutes so I was able to get 3 laps in while driving at high speed. It'd be cool if they had options for longer ride times without having to pay the $15 admission again. The helmet was nicely cushioned and definitely do not take it off until you get out of the cart as the careless driver behind me crashed into the back of my cart as they pulled into the docking area. Restrooms were by the exit area. Definitely a super fun and must do experience in the Clifton Hill area!

At times it is rather steep and I wish there was some way to make it a little more affordable since prior you would get tokens and it took a couple tokens to play a game. I think we expected it to be more consistently jet boat adventure - whereas it was probably 80% boating and Chris chatting and playing music and 20%adventure jet boating actually getting wet. While we were able to buy tickets upon arrival (we’re terrible at keeping a schedule), the tour time we could have made on arrival was sold out to a group so we waited around for an hour. In my opinion it may not be for younger kids as they be afraid. There is a practice round. At the end of it, you get to view the high scores and pictures. Be aware the seats shake and move. We had a blast doing this. This is defiantly better than then Cosmic Coaster formerly known as the Wild West Coaster and Ghosts Blaster. I would definitely recommend it.

Then the game master gave us a 3 digit number. This was because the maglock that would have revealed the clue was broke. We then struggled with a puzzle that we knew we had correct. We asked 3 times if we had the puzzle correct. The 1st time she said yes. It didn't work. We asked again and described the pattern. Then she said we were wrong. Upon asking the 3rd time she told us not to worry because solving it would give us a message on the TV- which we were told was already broken. Then we found a wrench and removed a pipe and kept looking for something. We finally asked if something should be in the pipe. She said yes but there was nothing there. We turned out attention back to the scraps of newspaper and thought they were a clue and tried to work it out. We finally ran out of time. She explained not many people escape. I then asked about the newspapers. She said they were just trash and not part of the game?? I understand sometimes there are things that break or don't work correctly in a room. However your game master could have paid more attention so that when we worked on broke clues and props she could let us know to move on. We looked forward to playing and it really was not what we expected.

We come from Toronto, hoping to get a great experience. We arrive at 12:20, doors are locked. We ring the doorbell, nobody answers. We call support, they say someone will come down and open the door for us. 5 minutes go by and absolutely nobody came and we are just sitting outside waiting. I call the place back and next thing you know, I get told the staff member that was supposed to be on shift was feeling "unwell" and the customer service person was only told that last minute. I don't know about you, but if you are sick you don't call in to work 5 minutes before your shift. This absolutely ruined my birthday plans. Poor time management and laziness from the staff to show up to their shift. I highly doubt the staff member was sick. That literally doesn't happen. You don't call in to work 5 minutes before. We were offered a refund, but unfortunately left me and my group basically going all the way there for no reason. I decided to come to the U.S. mostly for that escape room because I've seen good things about it on Google maps and their website. If you want to book at this escape room, MAKE SURE STAFF WILL 100% BE AVAILABLE FOR THE DAY YOU SELECT!!!! I will probably never come back here due to the poor experience I've received.
