Ultimately, a family member visited the store on our behalf (as we live outside of Kelowna) and got all of our questions answered. We don’t feel that it should be so difficult to maintain a line of communication with your wedding vendor. In the end we are still very happy with our cake, and would still very much recommend them, but this made the weeks leading up to the wedding more stressful than they should have been and made for a bit of a frustrating experience.

The server was really nice. I'd like to say that they can improve the presentation of the food a bit.
