The place is loud and extremely warm, but overall affordable. Food on the other side, unfortunately didn’t excite us as much as we expected. Plus, the drinks didn’t come on a tray, and the server had her fingers all over the rim of the glasses instead of holding the glasses from the middle. They didn’t have a clue about dishes, drinks, just walking around, waited ages for the bill, it took 5 people to ask for it, not stopping when you say stop at pepper nor parmezan just to finish off the spoons, certainly not professional and not the friendly service that you get in Italy and hospitality that Italians are known for. Starters came 10 mins before drinks,small plates , 1 plate only for starters and mains, to crammed for curry and starters and over all a really bad experience.I live not to far from lahori kebabish and the service was 10 times better many years ago , and to top it of we found 2 hairs not 1 but 2 in the chutney they looked to be eyebrows hair.And the family behind us also found a hair in their chappatti not to sure what length it was.The taste of the food was just like it was before, so atleast something was right Overall horrible would not recommend until they fix their hygiene, service and add more staff. :)

But after my visit last night I am disappointed that food has gone downhill. The chicken burger was good admittedly. But the biryani (the reason i came here) was nothing like ot was previously. This time around I found a bone or something super hard in my gyros and the meat was hard from being old. My tortilla wrap had hard edges meaning it’s been made ages ago and the oreo milkshake is literally watered down milk with oreo bits in it and not even cold so it must have been standing on the side forever. Never ordering from here again.
