去的次数少的话买fun card合适，去的次数多的话买年票比较合适，可以免停车费，停车费一次35。还可以买dining pass，每90分钟就可以吃一次餐，很划算。提前下载app，可以看到表演时间，每个项目具体位置，身高限制，方便规划路线。年卡还有赠票，可以送给亲朋好友用，我这次就是用的赠票去玩的

They were absolutely wonderful. I am a first time mom and was absolutely terrified to go through labor and give birth. The nurses in the L&D unit were absolutely wonderful. They made me feel extremely comfortable. You could tell they do the job day in and day out. My son fell and cut his nose on a sharp corner and needed potential stitches. The Dr did not administer stitches. Merely cleaned the wound which took 5 min, and then put sealant(glue) to close the cut. The bill? Just under $4,000. Insurance paid roughly $3100 and my son is on the hook for almost $900 For a cleaning and glue. He is a full time college student who is unemployed. He has written billing several letters, and emailed all necessary parties with requested paperwork for price reduction with no response. After three emails and two phone calls he has not received a single response from billing to aid him in reduction of payment. I highly discourage anyone from receiving care from this hospital unless you enjoy being overcharged for a bare minimum of medical services.

However everything else about the experience was bad when it came to the nurses. I am a younger patient, not like the typical elderly person who is sent to the ER and maybe that was why I felt discriminated against for the lack of care. I waited for almost 5 hours on the ER bed and was not even plugged in or being monitored at all and every time I used the call nurse button, someone who was NOT a nurse would pick up and say let me ask your nurse and I never heard from anyone or saw anyone come to help. My assigned nurse, John, was also no where to be seen and only gave me a cup of water and aspirin at the beginning and only magically reappeared with discharge papers after I complained and asked to be discharged after waiting for over 5 hours with no help from anyone. I complained to him and asked for another nurse and he argued with me and refused to change nurses when I asked why do they need to hold me overnight and I asked what tests they are running since he did not know, which is a valid question right? He didn't know why they wanted to hold me overnight and would not fulfill my request to have another nurse help me. Also another random nurse came in to give me pills and I was light headed and I asked what the pills were for and she did not know and said I'm not sure, I thought you knew. I was in disbelief. From the moment I arrived, the outpatient surgical center and waiting area felt unwelcoming, outdated, and lacking even basic amenities like water, coffee, or a vending machine. It was uncomfortable for my family and far from what a patient-focused environment should be. In pre-op, my nurse Tonya was outstanding, and both Dr. Hui (surgeon) and Dr. Hany Rayan (anesthesiologist) clearly explained the procedure and post-op expectations. Only 1 of the nurses I saw there that night would get up frequently to check on their patients. Worst experience I’ve had with a nursing staff. Two of the nurses I had assigned to me (WHO ARE SHOWN IN THE PHOTO BELOW. Some of the worst patient care I’ve seen from nurses and this is coming from a healthcare worker. It’s a shame because the doctor was kind, competent, well informed, and he listened and addressed many of my concerns. The radiology tech who transferred me to get my CT scan had a great attitude too. I wish I got her name. But she had red hair and was really sweet, her, the other radiology tech there that night and Dr. Ludwig there made the experience I had there a little better!

Aside from the case manager, Angelina who was great. The front desk and initial check in nurse were extremely rude to her. Basically told her situation wasn't an emergency. The doctors completely blew us off and set us up an appointment at a clinic they knew wouldn't take our Oregon insurance but gave us emergency insurance that also, ISN'T ACCEPTED AT A CLINIC. I ended up taking her to Sharp Hospital and guess what, my wife has a hemerage in which could have caused a miscarriage and this could've been found out 2 days before hand if Scripps Hospital doctors didn't completely disregard us in the first place. Also, we were checked in well before a few other patients but those patients whom were laughing and smiling and clearly weren't pregnant or in any dire emergency situation got attended to first. This hospital is horrible. The staff is stuck up. Heard nurses and doctors joking about other patients complaints and conditions. They did absolutely nothing for my pregnant wife. Do better.

I have legal medical power of attorney which they COMPLETELY ignored. The worst facility I've ever had to deal with and, honestly would rather take my chances surviving a medical emergency on the streets than with this group of half trained, no sense or responsibility doctors and nurses.

I was going to use the public restroom but there was blood dripping on the toilet lid, i told a staff lady and she kept walking and told me to tell someone at the desk - as she walked right past the desk, by then i was afraid to approach the front desk nurses. The lady in the room next to me called out for a nurse for 10 minutes and they ignored her. We have been in the room for hours with absolutely no updates. I asked the address so I could call an Uber, the nurse was trying to tell me and the younger nurse interrupted and i couldnt hear her. When i got back to the room the nurses laughed and one said "apparently everything i do is annoying". Very unprofessional and immature. Its sad. "I do want to say the 2 doctos were very nice, it was the other staff that were not compassionate, kind, or helpful. I felt absolutely embarrassed by the staff. I hope administration sees this and does something about it as other reviews i see on this hospital have had the same experiences.

For those interested, the bus to the airport is 20 minutes walk away. Nearby bus stop at 11th St and the blue trolley is nearby too.
