I attended a wedding this past weekend and they have bed and breakfast guest in and out of the house where all the wedding stuff is going on. we were told at 8:26 that we had 15 min to start closing the wedding down because guest were complaining about noise…. which I understand and I would be complaining as a guest as well if I was paying the money to come sleep somewhere and there’s a whole event with a dj going on. which is why I believe the owner should not have allowed guest to even be staying there when there is a whole event booked unless she gave the guest a warning and they were okay with noise, bc any wedding is going to be loud. I don’t think it was fair to start rushing the bride because of your guest that you decided to book knowing there was a wedding. keep in mind, the contract said everything needed to be over by 10. so an hour and a half early is when the bride was told to start ending things, even though she hired vendors to be there til 10, she had to end it earlier because of guest complaining about noise. not to mention, she was able to bring all of her wedding stuff the night before and leave it all there with random guest in and out of the house all night. was a very beautiful wedding and home but unfortunately that ruined me to ever recommend this beautiful home to someone.

If you're a lifelong Elvis fan or even just someone who appreciates American music history, Graceland is one of those bucket-list places you should see at least once. Just wish we still had the 24hr security we had when I 1st moved here & the beautiful flowers in the front of my apartment like it was when I 1st moved here it's all dead looking now, with no flowers nor trees just dried up old mush that caught a fire several times when someone threw a cigarette butt on it I had to put water on it & put it out,one time I had to use my fire extension it was such a blaze.I live on the very front of the property & it should be colorful & beautiful like it use to be even had beautiful green grass til they turned the water sprinklers off many years ago now we have weeds growing up in grass. Also after Covid it was a year or more before I had my apartment sprayed for roaches & insects so ants ,roaches & mice begun to come in & invade my apartment.After my neighbors apartments caused my apartment to flood one Christmas Eve I've been having mice problems since maintenance had to remove & replace wall in front closet & I'm still having mice getting in from somewhere.they had made a whole under the wood facing by front door.Now with the present staff manager Candice & Jazmine they seem to be kind & perfessional I've had positive & good experiences with them even thou I don't like that everything has been switched over to Online because I am computer illiterate & this made me fill very uncomfortable to have to order maintenance, do Reserts & payments Online Jazmine eased my mind on rent payments when I asked for Auto payments & she set it up monthly for me.They are very nice & seem to be very knowledgeable doing what they do.So hopefully they will stay & in the future I can give Legends a 5 Star rating.Oh yes I like the quietness in Legends Park Apartment Community .Mr. Darrell Maintenance manager was great & always met my maintenance needs in an apt amount of time after I put in request he just didn't have good knowledgeable maintenance men working with him & I felt he mostly worked alone because when others did something he had to come do it over.Hats off to Mr.Darrell I hated to see him & Ms.Brenda go she was sooo great & knowledgeable of her job as a manager & kept this property straight even when there were Gang members hanging out on the back of the property she had no fear she would get on the lil riding Cart & drive back there & get them off property she was fearless. She was the best I felt very comfortable with her running this property because she took care things,she cared & showed pride in this property. She was very comfortable with her job & it's because she knew what she was doing.She made me feel like her attendants could come to her with any problem & she would do her best to take care of it.Thanks for this opportunity to voice my opinion.

The associates are always so helpful and friendly. I have never gone in there and needed help and they not provide it. They have made me laugh on so many occasions. These associates know what genuine customer service is. The library is always clean and cozy. Everything is so organized and easy to find. For some reason, libraries are loud and not like they once were, but I have not had that issue with this library. It’s always quiet.
