Not only are we out the money we paid, but now we might be subject to customs that we didn't expect. While they have nice antique stuff, I will never buy from them if it requires shipping. This has absolutely been the worst experience I've had with any merchant overseas. He just lies and lies and doesn't keep any promises. I have documented every single lie of his. Do not trust them! Edit on 3.19.25 - they responded below blaming me for filling the documents late, which is not true. I can provide documentation on when I filled it. I responded within 5 days from when I received the notice to provide the power of attorney (which mind you required a notarized version and that was the first time I received the form and was made aware of the process). It's been well over a month since I provided the required document and he still has not been able to provide proof of the shipment which is called a bill of landing.
