It is a very crowdy place with a lot of tourists, not really a nice and quiet hike. The walk is about 40 minutes and not really beautiful compared to the other hike possibilities in the area. But it's good for inexperienced hikers and old people who just want to relax. For the people looking for beautiful and more difficult hikes I would not recommend it.

A really nice place to relax and stay in touch with nature. Although I prefer to visit this place in the winter, when you can go skating on it, I also visited it in the summer. The only thing you need to pay attention is at the bus timetable and at the weather. Around the lake there is also a restaurant and bar, a volleyball field and Kneipp therapy bath. The water of the lake is about 4 meters deep and mostly cold, but nothing too extreme. In case, you can also rent a boat. All around the lake are spots where you can lay down and do some picnic

Beautiful little lake surrounded by mountains. Quite and magic, is the right place to go rest and clear your mind. The bar restaurant offers a regional family style kitchen.

This hotel and spa is very nice. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are friendly, fast and they all speak English, which was helpful for me and my group. The rooms are a good size and the showers are big too. Some rooms have a fireplace in them as well. The thermal pools and the spa 3000 are so relaxing. The whole place is in the apps and far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to be accessible. The hotel offers hikes and skiing and bike trail trips for a small additional fee.

We stayed for two nights, and honestly, everything was spectacular. The room, the balcony with its view of the mountains and cows, everything was perfectly heated. The spa area was excellent — super peaceful and relaxing. A really lovely experience! The only thing that could have been better is if the outdoor pools had different temperatures, as they were all the same. Breakfast was my favorite part. There’s a wide variety and everything was delicious! The dinners were also very good. I should mention that I forgot my orthopedic pillow at the hotel and asked them to send it to my home since I’m not from Austria. They arranged the shipment at my expense, and within two days I had the pillow at home. So, the service is more than a 10 for me. Thank you so much for paying attention to every detail.

Excellent stay. A lot to discover inside and outside. Great valley for hiking and biking. Inside: great rooms, excellent food. Good quality of SPA treatments, much better than elsewhere. Reception staff can be more into the details, it took a while to get detailed invoice, and only one person knew how to do it. Highly recommended place and we will definitely come back

Boyfriend and I booked the evening Deluxe ticket and thought 4 hours exploring the thermal spa, sauna and spa3000 would be enough but we loved it so much we returned the next day! We bought a full day ticket for general spa and sauna which included free tea and water, bathrobe and towels and free parking. What a day! And a big shout out to Bobby and Ben who work in the restaurant/bar ⭐

The building of Aqua dome is a peace of art on it self . And the location is unique in the narrow valley when you are in the baths outside you have the outstanding few on the big and high mountains around you . The exterior and interior have a amazing architecture design. The decoration inside is beautiful and the furniture is beautiful and very ergonomic and comfortable. you can see that everything about the Aqua dome is intelligent thought through and with care . The baths and saunas also very beautiful and every part have its unique characteristics. The food is great and affordable. I have taken de vacation day arrangement which was very enjoyable with access to the private areas. This arrangement i can recommend.

We stayed as two couples with two toddlers, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Everything in the hotel feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed – spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and a relaxing atmosphere. There are over 10 different pools, each with its own character – saltwater, sulfur, warm, and even a cold pool. The spa area is fantastic, with both dry and wet saunas, and a beautiful adults-only zone that’s peaceful and quiet. The food was excellent – both breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with a great mix of buffet and à la carte dishes, and delicious desserts served to the table. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the kids loved the dedicated children’s pools with small slides and fountains, as well as the indoor play area. Overall, it was a perfect stay – truly the best hotel we’ve ever been to! The only downside was that after check-out at 11:00, access to the spa area was no longer allowed, and we paid extra charge for it We can’t wait to come back!

Nice conditions in November 2025! This resort is one of the best in Tyrol, we like to come in autumn when ski resorts in Italy have no snow at all. If you are a freeskier or snowboarder, the Stubai Zoo snowpark is the place to be in autumn. Lots of riders and the level is very high. I recommend a visit! Of course, everything comes at a price :)

Recommendations for Families * Plan your vacation in advance and book accommodation and ski passes online to take advantage of discounts. * Check the weather forecast before you leave and prepare with appropriate clothing. * Consider renting ski equipment on site to avoid transporting it from Romania. * Take advantage of the activities offered for children, such as the dedicated children's area and snowshoeing excursions. * Don't forget sunscreen and sunglasses. * Make sure that you have travel medical insurance. Conclusion: Stubaier Gletscher is an excellent ski destination for families. Phenomenal skiing/boarding setup. Loads of lifts, central rest areas, variety of slopes. 10/10.

We went to the glacier on the third week of November. Not much snow overall, but ski-able on the top levels, not enough on the lowest levels. Ski slopes was good, could be slight better but acceptable. These days with uncertain snow levels and temperatures this will change from year to year and the time you visit We only visited the large served restaurant that offered quick service and good food. We will be back.. PS. hope the ski shop at the parking kept our ski sticks we forgot the last day

Beginning of season review - 2025. The snow conditions were very challenging: little snow and a lot of ice, very hard to enjoy this even for experienced skiers. What's worse is that were a lot of rocks on the slope which did some damage to our skis. There are a lot of blue runs which felt more like reds. The restaurants have very little space so we had to constantly eat outside even when it was snowing and windy. The place is beautiful though but I wouldn't recommend to go here in the beginning of season.

Went here on a whim with my boy and we are skiing noobs. Staff was helpful and we found the place very easy to navigate. The ski rental place was mad professional and they hooked us up with everything we needed and we spent the day progressing through the bunny hills. Views were immaculate and vibes were fire 🔥 10/10

Nice to visit if you are in the area. We parked our car in the hotel right next to the attraction. It took us less than an hour to walk over to the other side and about 40 mins to walk back. Entry is €8 in 2025. From one side it's mainly going up, when we walk back it's mainly going down. When it's raining I wouldn't advise older people to go, could get very slippery on those metal walkways. It's a small nice gorge, but if you travelled from far away and only have limited time in Dolomite, skip this one, it's nothing spectacular for people have seen many gorges in other parts of the world, it has no particular Dolomite characteristics. But if you are like us living not far away and looking for a casual place to walk around to spend the weekend, it's a nice spot.

Amazing walk through nature but not a nature walk. Loved it we did it with a 4 and 7 year old in 1.35 forward and back, it’s an easy trail.

Fantastic walk following the waterfalls. You can either start at the top and walk down or start at the bottom and walk up. We had our dog and unfortunately some of the bridges and stairways are constructed with spike-like treads to prevent slipping, so our dog wasn’t too happy and had to be carried up and down some parts.

This is a must! Easy hike, beautiful place

Very nice place to visit. Around noon, it gets very crowded so you better start your hike early in the morning. The views are really mind blowing, definitely worth it! You can even enter for free with an active card.

The Brixner Dom, or Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary and Saint Cassian, is a magnificent baroque cathedral in the heart of Brixen (Bressanone). Though not vast in size, it impresses with stunning ceiling frescoes by Paul Troger and an adjacent Romanesque-Gothic cloister featuring remarkable 15th-century murals. The location is central in the charming old town, making it easily accessible and ideal for a cultural visit. A must-see when in South Tyrol. Visit as well the adjacent buildings, and then enjoy a Cappuccino in on the bars on the square.

Great Cathedral of Brixen in late baroque style. There's historical fresco "The adoration of the lamb"(1748–50) by Paul Troger. For just this master piece of art, this place is worth visiting.

To do a round trip in Dolomites area, made a visit to see frescoes and the commune. A great spot to stop by.

The Dom is a really nice place to visit during your stay in Bressanone. We we lucky to be during the Christmas Market that is hosted just in front of the Dom.

Impressive , huge and beautiful cathedral in the middle of the old town in Brixen. Just a short 10 minutes from the train station will put you in the middle of the old town center. Go inside and marvel at the ornate rococo and be sure to look UP to appreciate the ornate frescos on the ceiling Look behind you and up to view the beautiful , large and elaborate organ. Recommended--GO

Brixen Cathedral was rebuilt in 1754 in the Late Baroque style typical of churches in the Holy Roman Empire, with lighter colors and fine stucco details compared to the High Baroque style in Italy. The adjoining cloister is covered with Gothic frescoes.

Stunning monastery on the rolling hills with a beautiful vineyard and shop for wine and fresh produce. Wine tasting and guided trip and visit highly recommended

The guided tour is super interesting! Some of the murals have been just recently uncovered, and the library collection is incredible. It might feel a little rushed at first but you then get unlimited time to go back through the sites.

Beautiful and historical Abbey surrounded by winyards. ABBEY happily makes wine and takes booze profit from visitors. How spiritual!

Well, if you have some time this abbey is absolutely worth a visit, as it is truly a little jewel. You can visit it all calmly in about 1h30m, in fact it is not very large, but every room will fascinate you! However, I didn't find the price fair, as it costs 12€ for adults and 6€ for students/65+. In my personal opinion, a religious place shouldn't cost that much. However, I recommend visiting it during the spring months, as the botanical garden is also open, to be paid separately...

I absolutely adore this place on earth ❤️ It's so beautiful, the monastery is very wonderful and has its own atmosphere. The surrounding nature is fantastic.

This has to be the most beautiful vineyard property in Europe. Obviously that is saying a lot. The wine is quite good especially the Lagrein Reserve. A must visit for anyone interested in vineyards and wine.

A well spent hour at this beautiful Abbey. Very beautiful the surroundings, lots of beautiful works of art including the library. Be careful that the last entry is 16, that you get the free entrance with the Brixen Card, in some days the garden is closed and that the parking is free

A must visit for all people who like walking though nature. This place is amazing and so beautiful. U walk through it and wonder how nature works and see that if u leave nature to itself it does amazing things. People with wheelchair, strollers and people with walking handicap will have a hard time walking though here. Also when u go through the gorge is good to have a flash light, waterproof clothing and hiking booth.

Beautiful experience! The Partnachklamm is very well maintained and easy to follow, with clear paths and a nicely mapped route through the gorge. It’s a relatively easy hike. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, but the scenery more than makes up for it. After exiting the gorge, there are plenty of hiking trails to choose from if you’d like to continue exploring. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, gorgeous. Nature is impressive and the power of water is very obvious here. Some parts are rather dark though, so maybe bring a torch or just use your mobile phone for lighting. The paths are narrow in some parts but seeing that there wasn't too much going on, it was not a problem. I can imagine that it might be bothersome on busy day.

Visiting Partnachklamm – Beautiful, But Overpriced Partnachklamm (Partnach Gorge) is undeniably a natural wonder and a must-see if you're in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. The gorge is stunning, with its narrow passageways, towering limestone walls, and the sound of rushing water echoing through the canyon. It's an impressive display of raw natural beauty that photographers and nature-lovers will absolutely appreciate. However, the experience does come with a downside: the entrance fee. At €10 per adult (as of 2025), it feels steep for what is essentially a short, 700-meter walk through the gorge. While the path is well-maintained and safety measures are clearly in place, the high price doesn’t quite match the duration or complexity of the attraction. There's no guided experience included, and facilities are fairly basic. If you're traveling with a family or on a budget, the cost can add up quickly. It would be more reasonable if the ticket included access to nearby trails or some additional interpretive content about the geology and history of the gorge. In short: Pros: Stunning scenery, unique experience, easily accessible. Cons: Short walk, crowded during peak hours, and overpriced for what you get. Worth visiting once, especially if you've never seen a gorge like this before — but be prepared to pay more than you'd expect for a brief nature walk.

It’s a beauty. Observing the gorge and the surrounding was a very nice adventure. Obviously it might get a bit crowded especially on the weekends but the beauty wouldn’t allow anything to interfere. There is also a very nice hike route right after the gorge. Totally recommend.

Amazing experience walking along the catwalk and carved path through this glacial slot canyon! The water is clear and tinted ice-blue, rushing, and slicing through space that seems only a few feet wide, while you walk through cavernous tunnels and under overhangs. And then, coming out the other side, you get to walk back above and over it all! What a fun hike!! Just be prepared for some steep walking with good shoes, water, and a flashlight for those dark sections!

Very beautiful gorge. Absolutely worth the entry price. Expect to get some drops of water as you go. It was pretty busy on a Friday morning. The walk above the gorge on the way back is really picturesque too.

We just wanted to see how beautiful these crystals display. We did not buy anything from them, too bad for them. But the way they arranged their display, even on the way to exit, they enticed visitors with various pricing range to make sure that they would get something from them. Nevertheless, it's still worth a visit to see various crystals, such ones in marvel movies, Donald Duck etc. The display at ground floor (first enter) is €€€ above but the ones at 2nd floor is more affordable and attractive.

Crystals are everywhere and epic things which made up of crystals. Watching all this gives calmness to my eyes but my heart says buy something😜 from Swarovski. I saw not only one dress which wore by Ananya pande but also many other things and characters from Disney. Totally worth it.

The store is upstairs with a wide range of collection similar to the one in crystal world , not just jewelry, i had the pleasure to be dealt with the beautiful lady ( Laila ) she has her own unique way in marketing with her beautiful smile , thanks a lot Laila for the special gift too

The staff were so nice! I bought a ring yesterday but realised it was too big once i cut off the rubber that tied it to the packaging. So i headed in to exchange my ring today. The exchange process was really easy and the staff were happy to help. I went in with my ring in M size, the original packaging and the receipt. And i tried on the S size ring with the help of a staff. Then i just brought the S size ring to the cashier and explained the need for a change in size. The exchange was super quick, took less than 10 mins altogether! Really thankful for the experienced staff and the helpful service!

The golden roof of Innsbruck is a fun little thing to see and is in a beautiful part of the old town. There’s lots of good shopping and restaurants around here that make for a fun outing or a good walk from your hotel. It’s worth seeing this too since it’s an iconic part of Innsbruck.

It’s an impressive piece of history and a symbol of the city, though the small size can feel a bit underwhelming compared to its fame. Worth a look while wandering the Old Town, especially for the historical significance, but don’t expect a grand spectacle.

The entry to the museum is free with the Innsbruck card. So I went in to take a look... It wasn't much. But provided some relief from the scorching sun. You have to go upstairs.

Each building on the street is so defined and colorful that you can almost miss this one with the golden roof built for the Emperor so he could view the street and tournaments. Nevertheless it’s gorgeous. There’s a small museum inside but I didn’t go in. There is so much to see on the street across from this Goldenes Dachl that you become distracted with the sheer art that these two streets are.

Value for money if you go during happy hours. Even if you don’t find tickets online, just go there and they will apply the discount of 20% during happy hours. We went around 4 PM and I think it is perfect timing. Very little rush in funicular, cable cars (there are 2) , view point and also in the cafe/restaurant.

Great visit. A total of two sets is cable car takes you to the top location. The views are splendid. Allow approx. 3 hours for the complete trip.

Amazing thing to do when you want to escape the heat in the city on a hot cloudless day! Cable car and gondola can be packed. Getting tickets online is a good idea. It’s not cheap but the views totally worth it!

I came here in March 2025 I had a brilliant time going to The Top Of Innsbruck. Exciting travel up the mountain. Short but sweet walks. Brilliant views. Food and drink options. A very fun climb to the top. wait time for cable cars is usually not too bad.

Cost is slightly high but the experience is the best, must to do activity. Don’t miss to go to the top where there is a cross, it is a small treck but the view from apex is heavenly.

An excellent way to see the top of Innsbruck! The station is clean and well maintained, and the ticketing system was clear. This is the first station for the rail car, then there are two more cable cars to reach the top station. The entire journey takes maybe 30 minutes if you time it correctly.

This is worth an experience. The views are just stunning and you can see whole of Innsbruck scattered and beautiful. This is one of the must go places in Innsbruck. It takes you to the highest point where you can go for a small hike.

The abbey is free to enter, and though beautiful there is not a lot to see around the December holidays other than spending a few minutes in the (cold) chapel and wandering through the large gift shop. Facilities: In busier times there is a cafe. Small/mid-sized car parks are available for a few euros, and just a few minute walk from the chapel.

Incredible house of God. Beautiful stunning architecture and painting. It took my breath away🥹 The colours and grounds are looked after so beautifully. Located in a stunning little town with so much history. The shop there is wonderful full of craftsmanship from the local people and people who live and work at the Abbey. Will be coming again!

A BEAUTIFUL monastery and basilica! Construction started in 1330, finish a century or so later…. This Benedictine monastery has been known throughout the centuries for its brewed and distilled libations and its cheese. The church is amazing… not big in size, but a knockout in stature! We heard someone practicing singing for Mass, the acoustics are great! A must see if you’re in the Ettal, DE area!

built between 1330 and 1370 then renovated to the baroque-rococo style in the 18th century. todays it serves as a large tourist attraction with restaurants, hotels and shops nearby. you will be amazed by the visit.

The place is a must to visit if you stay in Ettal or traveling through, the beer especially the dark beer very good! Their liquor nice too and the view amazing! Guide os possible but you can enter freely too and look around. Definitely recommend!!!

The highlight is the excellent cheese they make, purchase at the cheese house (see pic, free views), and the beer they brew. I was told by a local hiker I met on Mount Wank that the beer was unique, and it really is: dark but no bitterness with a creamy finish.

The Baroque architecture is incredible, and we loved the calm atmosphere. Grabbing a taste of their local brewery products was a fun bonus too. Definitely recommend a visit!

Amazing experience! Ahornbahn offers a fast and comfortable ride up into breathtaking mountain scenery with incredible views. The cabin is spacious and modern, and the ride up is smooth and well-organized. At the top, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, stunning nature, and spots to relax or grab a bite. It’s the perfect destination for families, hikers, and mountain lovers. Big plus for the friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mayrhofen!

A great way to go to the top! We would recommend going to the middle station, and hiking up to the top from here. You get some great panoramic views during the walk. You can drink and eat something on the large terrace on the top. You can see over 3000 different peaks, from all the different mountains in the Alps!

Smooth ride with stunning panoramic views! The Ahornbahn cable car is fast, modern, and offers breathtaking scenery all the way up. A great way to start a day of hiking or skiing. Highly recommended

The cable car is nice, but it has no ventilation inside, and the smell from people that come down from hikes is sometimes very problematic. Also, we visited in summer so it was very hot. The last car leaves at 5pm which is very early in our opinion. The parking is not free. To be honest, for 40 euros/pers we were expecting better services.

Engineering masterpiece. Runs already from 7:30 (in summer). I recommend to be here early in morning when we were almost alone in cabin for 120 people. The views are really great. The parking is paid, but if you have a ticket to go up you get whole day for 3 euro.

A great experience. Know the hours of operation if planning a hike so you don’t get stuck hiking down the mountain. Highly recommend a swim suit for the small man made pool at the top. The plastic tickets can be returned for 2 euros

The waterfalls were beautiful, but the hike itself is quite challenging, with only steep paths. Along the way there are several viewpoints where you can enjoy stunning views of the falls, but the view from the top was actually a bit disappointing. Reaching the top is more about the feeling of accomplishment than the view itself. It’s a very touristy spot, with several nice souvenir shops to browse.

A beautiful place worth visiting, suitable for young and old, but you should wear heavy clothes because the weather is cold. Although it was July, the weather was still quite cold, and I recommend wearing a waterproof jacket and comfortable athletic shoes.

Waterfalls are spectacular! So many great views and places where you can almost touch them. Wish to had more time to explore Krimml trails on the top of the waterfalls.

One of the best activities to do in that area, the entrance was easy either by cash or card automatic machines, the hike is clean but not easy, the slopes are harsh in some places so better ready. Keep moving and you’ll find yourself in an ooen space with the sound of the waterfalls sit relax and enjoy

On our journey from Sell am See to Tirol we took the scenic mountain pass to stop off at Europe’s largest waterfall. Despite being height of summer season we could still easily park and make our way to the falls. The route is well made. No need for walking boots. We didn’t get all the way to the top - we stopped at about half way. Some great photos of the fall and the landscape.

One of the many scenic lakes surrounding Munich, though it arguably has the least welcoming atmosphere. I’ve biked there many times, but rarely find myself wanting to stay for long. Still, on a clear day, you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Alps in the distance. Even more spectacular views if you fly above.

Starnberger See is a very beautiful lake! It is very serene and calm. It's a place where you can go to unwind and relax and enjoy a break away from the city. With RE it took us just 15 minutes from Munich Hauptbahnhof. Would highly recommend this place!

We took the BRB train from Munich to Tegernsee Lake, which was an easy and comfortable trip that took about an hour. We went just for sightseeing without swimming or taking a boat. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The lake and mountains create a stunning view that feels relaxing and refreshing. It’s a great place to walk around, sit by the water, and enjoy the calm atmosphere. Even without any activities, it was worth the visit. Highly recommend Tegernsee for anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city.

Tegernsee is one of the most beautiful lakes and even places, I have ever seen and been to!! Small lake and town near to Munich, less than 2 hours by car and also you can get there with train very comfortably, during pandamic all the shops in a small town are close but there are many small local shops for dining and decorative stuffs. But we enjoy sightseeing, hiking, relaxing and we were lucky because it was sunny that day and it helped us to enjoy more. Definitely I will come back and stay there for couple of days in hotel, one fay was not enough for me !!

Impressive fortress, well worth a visit. Keep in mind, though, that it is a medieval fortress, and as such, there are plenty of staircases all around. You should not go there if you have mobility problems.

Probably one of my preferred fortresses to visit. Lots of different areas to get around and lots to see. We took the funicular up and down from the fortress.

Great place to visit. A lot of interesting displays, with signage in English, which was nice for me. The torture instruments were a bit eye opening. Make sure you are in shape, a lot of walking and inclines, and not all smooth surfaces. But if you are mobile, you will manage fine. Great views of the city and valley below. Just when you thought you would be done, there was another nook or cranny to explore. I arrived via train from Rosenheim. Easy walk to the entrance.

Really fine and big ski area. For me personally I don’t think it’s something extra, as some people talk about it. But very good overall.

Resort and facilities deliver on its promise. Transport to and from is easy and convenient, be it arriving by train bus or car. Maybe expensive, but snow coverage, size, overall quality, lift system, scenery, and food outlets are pretty good. Decent red/blue ratio and off piste opportunities are on offer. Nice clientele and lively apres... We had 6 consecutive days of blue birds in the middle of january leading up to the FIS races, albeit at the expense of some gradual deterioration in conditions. S3 bahn/ Jochberg side offers wide and long runs. Skiing all the way down to the town and main lifts is possible. Recommended..

A great place for ski. The numerous slopes are well maintained, and for at least the two times I have been here The site wasn't crowded and there haven't been any line for the lifts.

Great resort with good lifts in a nice, quiet, beautiful and welcoming town. Was there during the week and it was not very crowded. Good food at base and huts. The runs were well groomed. Very nice place. The ticket is about 25 EUR but the view is splendid. It feels a bit expensive in summer however the view is very nice. There is no vegetarian restaurant at the mountain top. Hence I would suggest to carry our own food at mountain top. You might want to eat something at mountain top considering the view , which is fabulous. However only drinks are served which is not do good during lunch time.

There was a lot of exhibits to see and it was nice to have listening stations throughout For English as well. There were some hands on experiences, I was hoping for some more and looking for something a bit more interactive. There was a very wide variety of things to see throughout a journey through history. Overall a nice experience.

It's a vast general museum, encompassing everything not covered in the art and antique museums. Currently half of it is under renovation, but the open part is big enough to keep you busy for a long time. I focused mainly on the air and space aspect, nice collection of vintage and more modern planes, some of the very first rockets including a V2, and a very nice floor on spaceships. I also enjoyed the section on coding. I checked out photography, printing and musical instruments before my time ran out. It was a solid 3 hours. Overall it is good, not necessarily a must-see if you are first time visitor to Munich pressed on time.

It is a great museum with literally any type of science in it. It is definitely a must go and you would regret it if you didn't.

Great experience. So they have a combination of a Car showroom and the Museum. The Museum is divided into Rooms with numbers marked and different categories of cars and bikes. The entire power train portion has very nice engines to see from Aircrafts to marine, etc. m Must Visit

So, if you like cars its a must stop in München, I would highly recommend you to buy your tickets before arriving, it can get a bit full if you dont plan in advanced, the Museum has free lockers so its also a big benefit. Also in the museum is card only ( weird for being Germany) but a great thing to know. Theres different types of tours available and also shops. In the other side of the museum ( crossing the bridge) theres BMW Welt which is also nice and free

Well laid out and easy to navigate the museum. I bought tickets on my phone as i walked up to the building but there are also koisks inside. There are free lockers for small/medium bags and a jacket. There is a small Cafe with sandwiches, salad, pizza, drinks and coffee. If your thing is cars, motorcycles, airplanes, motors or just BMW in general this is a must see.

Really interesting museum, that is showing history of this brand. A lot of interesting cars and other artefacts. For me there was really interesting engine cut-outs, where You can see, how motor is operating. Most of descriptions is available in english language.

This is, without a doubt, the best place in Munich. It's a massive, beautiful urban park that feels like a world away from the city. You could easily spend an entire day here relaxing, walking, or watching the surfers.

A must see if you're in Munich. Absolutely an amazing park with lots to see and do there. Playgrounds for kids, lot's of places to get something to eat and drink. Plus a couple of places to surf, yes you read correctly surf. The river is very clean and as you can see in the photos, very popular with surfer's and fun to watch for non surfers. A true gem of a park in Munich. Oh this park is huge it'll take a few hours to take it all in.

The FC Bayern stadium (Allianz Arena) has a very high capacity. The exterior design is modern and can change color at night. It houses both a Museum and an FC Bayern Store. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to join the Arena Tour, which is a real shame. The downside of this stadium is that there are very few nice photo spots outside, apart from taking pictures with the stadium itself, and if you come by U-Bahn, it's a very long and exhausting walk.

Wonderful arena and an amazing experience. My dad received a VIP tour and museum tickets for his 59th birthday. We were guided around the stadium and even taken to exclusive areas like the locker room and the tunnel where the players walk out before the match. The museum has absolutely everything, and the layout is beautifully done. I was also pleasantly surprised that the stadium shop is not overpriced at all. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. Even though I’m not a football fan myself, we went because of my father, and I actually felt sad to leave because I enjoyed it so much. Go Bayern München! 🫶🏻❤️⚽️

Bayern Munich's stadium is located 12 minutes from the city center by metro. The fans are the heart of the club, arriving early and enjoying the experience of a cold beer. The stadium's sound system is very high quality. I had a lot of fun watching and participating in the victory over FC Freiburg. The group tour is great. To get to see all the history behind such a big club was a great experience. Hopefully I’ll be able to visit again whit the hopes of seeing a match. Overall it was cool and the best part is that I didn’t have to sell kidney to take the tour, it was really affordable. Definitely recommend checking it out.

We booked the English speaking tour with Franz, and he was very informative and engaging. There was plenty of Oporto take photos, and you could visit the change rooms, sit in the stands and on the substitutes bench. Afterwards we visited the museum which was very interactive. You could take a photo of yourself and have it appear on a scrolling wall of photos, and there was also the opportunity to take a photo with your favourite players. There are things for kids to do, such as building their own trophy with blocks, as well as a stadium with Lego. There is a small futsal pitch for them to play on, as well as climbing equipment. It’s definitely worth the visit for the whole family.

The wonderful place to visit. I highly recommend to join the guide tour because you can experience a very special introduction in the court. The one thing is, you can understand the space of stadium and also you can learn the history of the stadium.

Great stadium, truly impressive from the moment you walk in. The shop is huge, well-stocked, and full of cool merch for every type of fan. The museum is surprisingly rich with history, displaying iconic moments, trophies, and even a small cinema where you can sit and enjoy a short film about the club’s journey. The stadium tour itself is well-organized, informative, and gives you access to some amazing angles you don’t normally get to see. Staff throughout the entire experience were warm, helpful, and very professional. Highly recommended if you’re a football fan or simply appreciate great sporting culture and storytelling.

This is the best place to get a ride on the ferry over to the island. This company has lots of boats and a great schedule. Can visit the palace and the smaller Islands or go across to the far side. You can purchase a ticket for one destination or all. Reasonable rates.

Expensive ride 12€ for shortest trip. I would ask them to consider the pricing for the low frequency of boats available.

The trip was beautiful. We couldnt really understand why the ship didnt stop in Herreninsel though. The schedule was a bit complicated but the christmas market worth it anyways.

This is a beautiful spot. The scenery is simply stunning. This lake is an awesome place to visit. There is a veil of bucolic idyll that covers the whole place. It is an incredibly picturesque sight. Should you be in the area, definitely make a visit to the lake a top priority. There is a regular ferry service and there are plenty of places where you can go hiking or cycling. Definitely, a must visit destination!

a well organised boat comoany, trips around the island every 30min. covered on the top from sun heat, restaurant inside the boats with reasonable prices and the trip is with 14.5€ combined with the train ticket to the shores. the view from the Boat around the bavarian island is something from another level.

I visited Chiemsee Lake, that is a beautiful lake located in Bavaria, Germany. It's often referred to as the "Bavarian Sea" due to its size and popularity among tourists and locals alike. The lake is surrounded by picturesque landscapes and is home to two islands, Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, both of which are accessible by boat and offer attractions such as historic palaces and monasteries.

Very enjoyable visit today. Friendly and welcoming staff. Free parking for museum visitors, have your ticket validated at the museum ticket desk. Only €5 for entry! A lot better value than other German car manufacturer museums. Great exhibits. A special R8 display at the moment. Discount for the restaurant also included. I think the coffee I had in the cafe was the best I’ve tasted in Germany. And a very nice lady running the bar and cafe. Also you can observe customers collecting their new Audi cars, here at the factory.

We visited the Audi Museum today and it was outstanding! First, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful as well. The museum spans 3 floors. It covers the entire history of Audi with amazing cars that date back to the beginning. The cars on display are unreal. They also have motorcycles and some military vehicles. They also have a gift shop in the museum and another gift shop in one of the show rooms. We took the train from Munich and a short bus ride to the museum. Bus stop is right in front of the museum. Cost to enter is €5 per person which is an amazing price for this museum. We had a great time and loved our visit. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming staff. Their museum is not huge but has all what a fan can require. I was extremely lucky and they got to see and hear one of the Auto Union V16 from the 50s outside as they started up. What a thrill!!!! 100% recommended

A Must-Visit for Car Enthusiasts: Audi Forum Experience! The Audi Forum was a truly nice experience and a definite highlight for any car enthusiast! I absolutely loved the design of the building – it's an architectural marvel in itself. The showrooms were fantastic, showcasing an incredible range of cars that were a joy to explore. Just seeing all those vehicles up close was captivating. I highly recommend visiting! My only regret is not being able to do the factory tour, as it seems you need to buy tickets well in advance, perhaps even weeks ahead, so plan accordingly if that's on your list. Despite missing the factory tour, the overall experience was highly recommended!

Been wanted to visit this place for a very long time. Finally I did it and it really didnt disappoint. The history of the brand and the historical display is amazing. Spent almost the entire day reading all the description. Entry fees of 5 Euros well spent.

A very nice museum for autotomotive fans, with dozens of Audi models on display, and quite a bit of historic information and context. It's not as big or impressive as Mercedes or BMW's museums, but still great nontheless, with fewer crowds and also cheaper.

The Audi museum is much quieter than the bmw, mercedes, and Porsche museums that I also visited on this trip. It's slightly more substantial than the Porsche museum and similar to the bmw, except like the Porsche museum they let you get closer to the cars. The people here are much nicer than at the bmw, and for just 5€ entry you also get free parking. Factory tour is 9€ extra. Much better experience than the bmw museum and welt. Almost makes you want to buy another Audi, even though my old A8 gave me nightmares. Also 10% discount at their restaurant, which is well priced unlike some other places.

Good to visit both by ship - picturesque views of the Danube river. With car - there is a parking near. A part of Nature 2000. A very beautiful Church. There is also a museum. Delicious food. A bit crowded on weekends. I would recommend visiting on weekdays. Don’t forget the bathing suits.

Wonderful place to go on a boat trip through the river. Beautiful views with a fresh breeze make an amazing afternoon. They are always making round trips with several stops to drop off/pick up passages and cyclists. Pet friendly and can be paid in the spot. Totally recommend!

The best tour guide ever. Gave a fantastic explanation of the church an absolute font of knowledge. Then had a beer and back on the boat.

The Abbey itself is stunning! We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds, especially down on the banks of the Danube river. Too bad the beer garden is so crowded and the beer itself was not the best monk beer we have had in Germany by far. Overall, glad we stopped by for the gorgeous scenery.

Everything was good except for the small museum where all the text was available only in German. Cool to buy some beers from the oldest still active abbey brewery! The church was fantastic but you were not allowed to take any pictures in there. Don’t miss the architect who made a copy of himself looking down from the ceiling!

It’s right in the heart of Regensburg, so very easy to visit while exploring the old town. Highly recommend taking a few quiet moments inside—truly a highlight of the city.

Massive pure Gernan gothic church that was built from the end of the 13th to the beginning of the 16th century using the architecture of French cathedrals as an example. The inside is dark and has beautiful details like the silver altar. The stained glass windows from the 13th and 14th century are impressive and the most extensive, still preserved, collection of medieval stained glass in the German-speaking world. An interesting detail was a large waterwell with a hoist and bucket inside the church which was used as a secure source of water for the clergy, cathedral staff and cleaning.

The cathedral is truly impressive! A magnificent structure that’s hundreds of years old. I can’t even say whether I liked it more from the outside or the inside. Every day in summer, the organ plays at noon, it’s absolutely amazing! An architectural masterpiece that definitely deserves attention. The only downside is that the exterior has been under renovation for many years.

Great experience. Today was the 75 anniversary of Caritas and St. Josef Hospital celebrated with bishop Rudolf and former cathedral choir member (Regensburger Domspatzen). Usually the holy mass is starting on Sundays at 10 a.m. Be early enough there to get a place!

Regensburg is a charming old city and this bridge is its emblem. It was built over 800 years ago. It offers splendid sights over the Danube. Lots of people go there, as well as on a picnic around it on the banks of the river. There are ducks living around too.

Regensburg is a romantic and a very beautiful city. The bridge area is a very dynamic area with a lot of people, many souvenir shops, terraces of all kinds. The atmosphere in summer is super pleasant.

A beautiful bridge built in the Middle Ages with many arches across the Danube river. On both side of the river are the many tourist attractions and eateries. We came during some kind of festival and so fun to see so many people dressed up in the traditional clothings.

A car free bridge for pedestrians and bicyclists offers a spectacular view of the city. This 12th century bridge faces the Danube. It’s even more stunning at night.

Go on a Sunday. It's less touristy and you can do a short walk for just about an hour around the place, take good photos and leave for other towns nearby.

We visited Regensburg for the 2024 Christmas market season. The old town is very walkable. We were able to visit all the Christmas markets on foot including the small market just across the bridge. We had the best pork sandwich with horseradish at this tiny market. One of the best things we ate during our 9 day Christmas market trip. Took this beautiful photo from the bridge.

A really beautiful and lovely medieval castle with a rich history. It is quite a walk uphill from the train station or the car park, but it is definitely worth it: the castle is just amazing. You can visit the courtyard for free, but you can enter the castle only with the guided tour. I recommend to buy the tickets in advance, as it is likely they will sell out at least in peak season.

Tour of CZK300 per person for Charles IV apartment, went on November weekend but wasn’t too crowded (was able to get tickets upon arrival for a tour starting in 10 min). Note chapel is closed in winter and that’s the main attraction here. The tour wasn’t very informative about the history and felt a little rushed - would be okay to skip. The view of castle is very nice on the walk up from village and castle grounds are quite nice too (even the free accessible parts). Took about 45 min-1 hour each way from Prague + 30 min walking between village and castle.

Nice castle. You can take the train S7 from Prague main station to this castle. Which runs every 30 minutes during most of the day. The train station is just a 7 minute walk from the beautiful high street of the tiny town, with many f&b option. The street then leads to the steep incline to the castle, and it’s a 10 minute walk - lots of children make it up as well - so shouldn’t be an issue. The views from the castle are brilliant. There is a short 5 minute video with English subtitles being played in a small room below the visitor center and it is interesting. Recommended…!

First time doing a level 3 tour (small group of 6, all family members) that allowed us to see the castle in its entirety and on much more personal level. It was about 3 hours long. We had tickets bought in advance, online, no wait to get in.

I loved Karlštejn. The castle has an amazing history. Yours are both in English and in Czech. All the staff at the castle was super friendly and we even made friends with the local blacksmith. We had a really lovely time and highly recommend the castle as just outside of Prague adventure.

There is designated paid parking and transport at a cost up to the castle. Although steep at times you can walk through the town and shops up to the castle, we drove up and walked down. There are various guided tours with different sections of the castle. Book in advance to plan your trip if you want to do more than one tour. More shops operate during peak season in summer. A few shops where open, October. Would recommend the Snack Place for something to eat and drink, with a view of the castle and the Antique shop. We did the basic tour.
