Points of Interest & Landmarks
Cerro San Antonio is a must-visit in Piriapolis, offering stunning views of the bay and beach from its summit. The chair lift ride to the top is a popular activity, providing an exhilarating experience. At a good height, it offers breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, visitors can explore the temple located at the summit. While there are shops nearby, they tend to be on the pricier side as is typical in tourist areas.
Fun drive up the hill too see spectacular views of Piriopolis beach. Cool town with vintage class. I’m very happy to have been able to take in the views and persona of this town.
Lazaro T — Google review
not accessible for wheelchairs From this hill, you have a beautiful view over the surroundings and also on the other hills like Cerro del Toro, Pan de Azúcar. There's a little temple dedicated to St. Anthony which opens its doors for anyone who would like to pray. You can get there by car, there's a little bistro on site as well.

Museums
Museo Casapueblo is a stunning and unique museum located in a beautiful house with hidden rooms. The top floor features a restaurant and coffee shop with a balcony offering breathtaking ocean views. Visitors can enjoy simple yet delicious food while taking in the scenery. The museum also includes a cinema room where guests can watch a short film about Carlos Paez Vilaro's adventurous life, along with some of his art on display.
Beautiful museum. Although the museum is small it’s still worth to see it from the inside. Beautiful view that reminds me of Greece. We had luck on the day, it was sunny and the sky was very blue which made it prettier. I bought the tickets online (viator website) and when i got there at around 1:20pm there was no line, which surprised me. The ticket was 15 dollars online, but it was worth it because there was no line.
Vanessa M — Google review
Must go. The nature landscape is breathtaking, and the sunset with the audio experience of Paez Vilaro reading his poem to the sun, is mind blowing. This a remarkable experience, worth every second. Buy tickets in advance and plan your visit close to the sunset hour, so you can do the museum tours and safe a good spot for the sunset spectacle.
Carlos A — Google review
Visited the museum only, and it was one of the most unique museums I have been to! Spectacular views, nice cafe/bar with the views to the sea to enjoy the sunset. Friendly staff (not to mention even playful kitties around!), really recommend :)
Gin T — Google review
What an amazing property. We didn’t stay in the hotel, but we were able to walk the grounds by visiting the museum and eating at the restaurant whilst we enjoyed the sunset ceremony. The drive from Montevideo took 2 hours, but didn’t feel like that at all as the views kept getting better and better the further we kept going. Then boom - views for days. I have no words for how beautiful and ambitious this whole place is. We got there just in time as they were about to close. Right after we finished walking the grounds, we found a table right outside that was perfectly located with a view of the sunset. We had just gotten our food as the sunset ceremony was about to begin. Let me tell you something. Hearing Carlos Páez Vilaró talk about the sun and thanking it with the beautiful words he used got me all verklempt. Sure did end up sitting there with tears of joy as the sun fully went down. We went to town on the pizza and salad we got after finishing our cocktails. Man, that pizza was perfection. The second we left the property, I told myself I’d be back.
Julie D — Google review
A Hidden Gem with Major Flaws I recently visited Casa Pueblo, and while the architecture is stunning and the location breathtaking, the overall experience was disappointing. The entrance fee of $14 per person feels steep, especially if you just want to grab a meal without visiting the museum. Unfortunately, the lunch experience was far from enjoyable—think more culinary mystery than local flavor. Toilets without soap or water? Check. A friendly yet unprofessional staff? Double check. And the terrace? Let’s just say it had some “surprises” under the tables. It’s a shame that such an iconic place isn’t being maintained properly. If you’re after beautiful art and architecture, Casa Pueblo is a must-see, but be prepared for a few unexpected quirks!
Gabriela R — Google review
It‘s alright. Way too crowded though, it was hard to move. Why not put a cap on the number of visitors?! Took away all the fun of this really nice museum.
Martin K — Google review
Stopped here on a day trip for photo ops. Definitely worth the stop. Would I pay to come and see this all by itself, probably not.
Kimberly Q — Google review
Sadly we arrived by bus on a tour from the ship. The driver parked down the shore and was rushing us. I needed at least 30-60 minutes here just to take in the architecture. I never made it inside the property but what I saw through the gates , behind the guard, looked amazing. I will have to return not on a rushed bus tour .

Puerto de Punta del Este is a vibrant and evolving port that has become a hub for both locals and tourists. Over the years, it has transformed from a seasonal destination to a thriving area with permanent residents and essential infrastructure. The port offers various activities for visitors, including bus tours that showcase the diverse landscapes of the region, such as beach towns and inland areas. Additionally, tourists can explore attractions like the Carlos Paez Vilaro studio and museum.
The port is a place where many different people and groups can enjoy themselves from morning till night. My family and I have been visiting the place since the 1980's and seen incredible development and transformation of what used to be a very short tourist season. Now with a more permanent population and corresponding infrastructure, the port has come into its own for residents and visitors alike. Great for people of all ages to walk, for dining, sight seeing (boat tours), just hanging out to take in the marine air and sun, and of course to buy fresh fish and fruits de mer.
Paul N — Google review
Took bus tour. Was great got to see the beach towns vs the inland area. See how that homes change. Being a peninsula, there is soot in town where it appears as an island with water in all 4 sides. Also went to the Carlos Paez Vilaro studio and museum. Excellent highly recommend. Some loca interestingl sites were pointed out and the food was really good.

Stefan K — Google review
This is a wonderful place. Not only you can enjoy the amazing views of punta del este, have a delicious fresh bite in one of the many restaurants next to the water or take a boat to one of the close by islands (isla gorriti and isla de lobos) but also you can see a beautiful display of sea agles and sea lions being fed by the fishermans who along the day clean their fresh catch (you can also buy fresh sea food) and throw the remains into the water creating a dinamic and amazing "dance" of these beautiful wild animals flying and swimming around the bay to eat.. This is a perfect example of harmony and beauty between the economical interests of a city and the wild animals that inhabit the surrinding areas. It is a perfect win-win ecosystem! And an amazing spectacle!!
Gabriel V — Google review
An excellent place or marina Good boat services and repairs Gas station over there for them From that part departures tourist boats to Gorriti Island and to Lobos Island Also fish boats It is common to see sea lions over the port as they are part of the family of the port. In winter is not empty but less movement

The Hand, a significant beach sculpture in Punta del Este, was created by Mario Irarrázabal in 1982. Constructed with iron and cement, the large concrete hand protrudes from Playa Brava's sands and has become a well-known landmark. The magnetic attraction of this monument draws thousands of visitors annually who climb its digits or take pictures with it. It won first prize at a monumental art competition and is located southeast of the bus station.
It is kind the trademark of punta del este uruguay. It is probably the most popular place in punta del este uruguay. So i visited there and it did not disapointed me. I would be say the Sculpture is amazing. The bonous would be the beach. I would say it two in one deal. To keep it a memorable puta del este, there would be nothing better than this. So you could easily spend the day here, as there are some other beach nearby and a lot food option of your choice.

Fun sculpture in a beautiful section of punta del Este. Busy at most times it seems. Fantastic views of the surf and beach. Really beautiful here.

Nice Photo location. Depending on the day it can be super windy and also a lot of people will be in line for making pictures. You have a good view of the beach!
Isabela — Google review
Extremely crowded, we arrived at around 12pm and the crowd was huge so it was hard to take good pics of it. There was a line at first but then people stopped respecting it and it got crazy lol. Still nice to see it, though.
Vanessa M — Google review
Is a visit to “the Fingers” touristy and overcrowded? Yes. Is it also a must-do when in Punte del Este? Absolutely. Go, take a selfie and give the world the peace symbol or whatever finger fits your mood.

The Porto Alegre Public Market, established in 1869, is a historic landmark featuring over 100 vendors offering a wide array of goods such as crafts, produce, snacks, and plants. It's a must-visit destination in the city along with other attractions like the Usina do Gasometro cultural center and scenic spots like Marinha do Brasil Park and Farroupilha Park. The market is known for its Brazilian food and crafts.
Lovely old fashion building done in the format of many european markets with lots of well stocked stalls from the mundane to great delicatessen. Worth a visit plus make sure after this you walk towards the river where you can take catamara to Barra Shopping or to Guati for just over 10R or else an hour trip looking at all tourist sights with a different company for 30R cash or 35 if you pay with credit card. Either worth making the time to do as gives you a unique perspective of this gorgeous clean air city.

Very cool place and pretty massive. Spanning two floors and plenty of shops ranging from groceries to restaurants, fresh fish to nuts and spices. It even had an antique fair and collectibles shops. You will always find something for yourself here.

Always a cultural experience being in any public market. 20th year since my first visit here. Survivor of fires and floods. Muito gente...
Mike S — Google review
Old building very not well taken care of. There are independent fish markets (complete with the authentic Yelling) and health food stores, but the rest is mediocre cafes, overpriced sit down food, mediocre padarias, insanity of panhandling and graffiti outside. Only reason I would come back is if- IF- I wanted fish from the fishmonger, Cafe do Mercado (also exists praia de belas) or Temakieria.

I can't believe I lived in Porto Alegre for 3 years before visiting this jewel! Come here first if you're looking for artesenal gifts or souvenirs that are unique and truly reflect Porto Alegre. It's also a great place just to pass the day. Lot's to see, tons of restaurant options, clearly a popular spot in the city, for shopping, walking, running, or just getting some air.

It's a beautiful and quite big park. Locals love to go on weekends and I would recommend to tourist do the same. The park is fun this days when is full of people, but can be quite dangerous the other days of the week. Here you can be robbed even with violence, so try to not go alone. Same applies to the city in general. Try to stay just were is other people and you will see just the nicer face of the city.

As the largest winery in Brazil, it provides an exceptional experience with informative guided tours that delve into the details of winemaking. The knowledgeable staff ensures a pleasant visit, while the option for wine tasting allows guests to receive credit at the store.
This is the biggest winery in Brazil. I took the tour with the guide and she explained everything to me in details. Before the end of the tour, they teach you how to drink the wine. Definitely recommended
Muhammed S — Google review
Absolutely a deception in regards of presentation and expectation. Perhaps my expectation was really high, but I definitely was expecting much more of a vineyard like Miolo. I love the scooters collection. But the person presenting the history and the wine fabrication was so robotic and not passionated about the products, productions and the history itself. A pity! Hope they can improve.

Years ago I used to come quite often.. I did the tasting, visitation etc. this year I went just to buy one specific wine (Lote 43). I wanted to try other wines (specifically the pinot noir. For my surprise they told us they don’t do more tasting of single bottles and you have to do the paid tasting. They would allowed me to do to the tasting without the visitation, but when I asked which wines were included they would not tell. But basically pinot noir would not be one of them. So what’s the purpose? You go to a winery to try the flavour and then buy a bottle. The staff it is nice the place ia beautiful but the wine purchase was disappointed and then after coming here before definitely not coming back

Awesome place. I strong recommend a visit and the guided tour.

This place has a nice view and good structure. Visited it there with my family and it all started bad with the cashier, who also seems to be the manager there. She was extremely rude when we were picking the items we wanted and inquired about the extremely high cost of the wine glasses (yes, you have to buy the glasses).
Luiz D — Google review
Went here for a wine tour during the week. Did several other wine tours in the area over 1,5 weeks before. The company has become a typical example of a company growing too fast. Amongst other things this made it lose its authenticity. The tour guide sought no connection with the crowd and talks in a way someone would give a presentation in a primary school. Other employees are just at the company for work and do not really seem to care about their customers. It almost seems that the company scale increase made it lose just that which allowed it to grow: a good story; passionate people; a company that is actually working on a product instead of providing models "showing" the proces; and a tasting with a build in flavors instead of a mix. If you just want to be informed on a factory proces and taste some wine: go here. If you want to be guided through authentic companies by passionate people who do what they love: go elsewhere. There a plenty of companies in the area around Bento which are worth a visit. This could be on the same road, or in other areas like Faria Lemos.

Today we stopped just for the store and look around. It is even beautiful than was years before. We went to tasting a few grapes to choose which buy. The sales guy was extremely kind and explained very well the difference between the grapes. Totally recommend. I would highly recommend the visitation, I did a few times in the past and it is really nice and beautiful. Try their nature sparkling it is amazing

Casa Valduga is one of those places in the world that you can not miss! I visited this winery in May 2025, during my trip to the Vale dos Vinhedos area. Their hospitality, food, and, more importantly, the quality of the wine is unavailable!! You must try their sparkling wine called 130 Blanc de Blancs. It is to die for! BTW, Luisa Valduga is the best host ever, and their wine cellar is out of this world!

Amazing winery where is one of the most famous one in Brazil. We can enjoy tasting with a lot of options including rare wine. Their wines are fruity, tasty, and simple good. In addition, we can have cuisine in their restaurant. It is course menu, but we can choose each food with several options.

Every single person from Valduga treated us graciously and respectful, without rush, teaching us about everything we asked about. We were awarded a very funny and long chat with one of the owners, Mr. João Valduga, who more than just explain about the place, made thousand of good jokes, promoting the same sensation of being in a small and familiar winery. Most important! They have a cute dog called Nero waling over there

Casa Valdua's tour was an amazing experience (even though I bought the cheapest one). We went through Casa Valdua's history while walking inside the their cave. Also, we tried a select set o wines and champagne. We could see their special cave where Gregorian music is played to the wine. In the end we had short tour outside Casa Valduga.

Winter-themed park with an alpine-style village & an indoor, snow-covered hill for skiing & tubing.
Expensive and super worth it, we went for the skiing experience and you have to pay separately for the entrance ticket and the rentals to ski or snowboard. Classes are available and all the instructors were really kind and fun! There was a skate show too that was super fun, and lots of other activities. Wear layers and I would recommend doubling your socks. Best experience in Gramado/Canela

Unfortunately this place isn't as organized as before and the long queues til you enter and get dressed takes much of the vibes away. Also, now you gotta PAY to leave your shoes stored and have to take another queue for that.

We didn’t expect that we were able to Ski and Snowboard in Brazil. We can enjoy it with artificial snow. We can rend cloth, shoes and grove to do snow tube slider. And if we pay additional fee, we can Ski and Snowboard. We can also rend Ski and Snowboard tool. On the weekend, there will be very crowded. So you need to buy entrance fee by interest in advance.

The park is really nice, especially for kids. However, when it's too crowded it's not well organized. We had to wait over an hour just to get dressed in at least three different queues. It can be confusing.

Awful experience during the school holidays. Heavily overbooked, super long queues, uttet chaos when having to find clothes, boots and gloves. Few staff members and management on site to help. And when we managed to get to the 'snow' after 2 hours, we went tubing once because the queues were so ridiculous. So then we thought we'd go ice skating, to find that the last time was 4.30pm. Utter waste of money and will never return.

We arrived on a low season period and once at the door we were approached by two employees with badges of the place saying that they were putting us all through the “event”, because the place was full. The “event” was them trying to sell us a time sharing. Nothing against them selling this, but what bothers a lot is them LYING saying is full so they can get our data. When we found that out, we just said no and asked to buy a regular ticket to go in and there was NOBODY on the line of cashier number 5 where they sell regular tickets for people who do not want to buy their time sharing. Inside the place, as we expected there were not many people, but the attractions had very confused rules, some they said kids needed to have at least 1,15m but nobody was reinforcing it, while in others they were turning kids out for 1 centimeter. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was almost empty but they not only took a long time to bring our food but also made a mistake on our order. We felt really disrespected at the front door as we were lied by official employees and the confuse rules and bad service at the restaurant

(Translated by Google) The worst experience I've ever had in Gramado. Starting with the staff, whose unspoken ill will... It started with "we're closed now" when I walked in the door. It just started with that, without a good afternoon or anything, right there at the door (which was open, by the way). I apologized and said I'd seen on Google that they'd be open. Then, they told me I could order à la carte, but not lunch. Do you understand why they didn't even let me in before trying to talk me out of buying? Who said I was looking for lunch? It seems they just want the customer to leave as soon as possible so they don't have to serve them. Unfortunately, such poor service in such a good location... disappointing. Since I was already there, I decided to eat (a terrible decision). They claim to be meat experts, but the meat was too dry. Unfortunately, it was terrible.

(Translated by Google) Disappointing. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The price wasn't very appealing, the buffet was all-you-can-eat but with limited options. According to the information, we were entitled to a grilled cut. Terrible. The meat was charred on the outside and tough, even though I'd ordered it "medium rare." To top it all off, a pagode group was singing at the top of their lungs (the sound was way above "pleasant") some of their hits, so off-key it was frightening. (Original) Decepcionante. Li as avaliações e resolvi testar.

(Translated by Google) We arrived with 6 adults and 2 children on a Saturday during a holiday. We understood that this would cause a wait, but we didn't imagine that it would take more than an hour for the food to arrive. More than 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and even then, they gave us a draft beer that we had been watching for more than ten minutes on the counter, now warm. The food on the menu is beautiful, but the actual food is terrible. Salad with so many leaves that there is no room for the other ingredients on the plate, completely unseasoned; empty that looks like anything but empty; super hard cassava, impossible to eat; 12-hour ribs, pure fat; a dish that never arrived. It was impossible to talk to any of the waiters while we waited, they walked quickly past the table without looking at the customers. When we got up to ask about our orders, they said they would check and didn't get back to us. Oh, and as for the price, they charge much more than what they offer. You can't say that it's a cheap place and that's why the service and food are terrible. Anyway, it was a terrible experience. I really hope they improve or change the management soon, because it's a great place for those who visit the beautiful Lago Negro. Incredible place. First, it's huge and there's so much to do. Took our 3 year old and there were a surprising amount of activities for someone her age. There are lots of pools and splashpads, various water slides for all ages and aventurine levels, a lazy river, a wave pool, pedal boats on the lake, a train ride to a farm with animals, roller coasters (even for toddlers), a ferris wheel, multiple play areas/ playgrounds. You could easily spend a couple of days here enjoying the park. There are also bathrooms everywhere which is so nice with a little kid. Tons of food choices and lots of chairs/ umbrellas for shade. They also have a giant indoor water area if you want to go in the winter or even just get out of the sun a bit. Overall amazing experience and if I lived closer I'd be getting the annual pass.

Itaimbezinho is the most visited canyon in the region, located in the Aparados da Serra National Park, just 18 km from Cambara do Sul. Accessible via a stone dirt road, it offers lush trails with sweeping views of the gorge and surrounding park. The 3.5km walk to see the canyon exit is highly recommended for its impressive landscape, making it a great destination for families.
The canyons park is good. The 3.5km walk to see the canyon exit is very good, and the landscape is very impressive. Good to go with your family. Remember to get a jacket before to go: the weather changes quickly.

The most beautiful part of this place is the nature. Therefore there's no have safe structure for your children or pets. There's no signals or posts of directions on the road. The road that we used was very straight. But, I have a good point to explain: the view is exciting! And there's a lot of plant types. You'll take a lot of photos on end of the day, when the sun is running away.

Magnificent Place. Worth every jolt of the 20+20 km of dust road. Go to the old house at the end of the short trail, drink a coffee and get in touch with the resident.

Amazing place and free entrance. No climbing but need to walk a lot to get there. Longer course is better.

Praia da Guarita, also known as Sentry-Box Beach, is a stunning public beach that stretches over 20km and is located next to a state park of the same name. The landscape is a mesmerizing combination of cliffs and bay, creating a tranquil ambiance despite the rough sea that only attracts surfers. Visitors have been pleasantly surprised by its beauty and some have even been lucky enough to spot whales.
This beach is beautiful beyond words. It was a complete surprise to us as we did not expect it to be so beautiful. An added bonus was that we even saw a whale.

Awesome views of the Serra Geral range. At 6,007 ft, it is the highest point around. Site of the Pedra Furada rock. Access requires a permit available from the Parque Nacional de São Joaquim, at nearby Urubici SC. The office is open regular standard hours.

Waterfall Bride's Veil is a charming bed and breakfast located in a national park, offering simple accommodations and a restaurant with picturesque views. It is conveniently situated along the route to Morro da Igreja, making it easily accessible from the main road. Visitors can enjoy close proximity to the stunning waterfall, where they can admire its beauty and the tranquil flow of the adjacent river. While the area may become noisy when crowded, it still offers a peaceful and scenic environment for leisurely walks.
Cool place with nice trails and fun for all ages. Conveniently located near “pedra Furada” famous view, this place is a hidden gem. I tried the zip line and it was worth it.

Nice place to stay for few hours. Tirolesa looks so scary as it looks like a bit weak.
J ( — Google review
Definitely worth visiting, yes entry has a cost but by the time you have seen the waterfalls and walked through the forest is definitely worthwhile
Chris P — Google review
Worth the visit without a doubt! It is on the way of those who are coming-going from Morro da Igreja and the access is close to the main road. It is possible to get close to the waterfall, to contemplate its beauty and the calm of the water running along the river beside. The place is a bit small, if there are a lot of people it can make the visit a little bit noisy and unpleasant. It is necessary to pay a small conservation fee (so to speak) and besides the waterfall, also has restaurant, snack bar and the most diverse souvenirs and products for sale.
Fábio G — Google review
Went there to see the waterfall and ended up eating at the restaurant. The waterfall itself is a nice, but quick view. The restaurant serves simple but tasty food. It is a bit expensive, 28 BRL to eat as you can

Hiking area
Farol de Santa Marta is a picturesque whitewashed lighthouse located amidst beaches and sand dunes, offering stunning views and photo opportunities from its summit. The well-maintained antique structure, once powered by whale oil, stands out with its bright white paint. Accessible via a relatively easy trail that meanders through blooming flowers and fluttering butterflies in the summer, this location also attracts birdwatchers due to the diverse bird species flying around the area.
Very nice place to visit, you have to hike a little to get tp the top but overall the view is amazing 👏.
Alexander A — Google review
Spectacular view from the top of the hill where the lighthouse sits. You have to park your car on the street and walk up a trail to the top of the hill , but it’s and extremely easy walk without too much inclination. It was summer when we went, so flowers were blooming and butterflies where hovering all around. This is a fascinating location for birdwatchers given the variety of birds flying around the trail. Once at the top of the hill and facing north, there’s is a stunning view of an old cemetery overlooking the ocean and a sand dune covered beach. Facing west, you are directly about the beach and town of Santa Marta. And East, is obviously an open view of the ocean crashing upon rocks. The lighthouse was closed, but even so, the view is worth the short hike up.

Great place for a city escape. Signal reception is not good, non existent in some places. The village is really small, with not much to do, specially at night. There are great beaches to visit, some accessed through short trails.
Paula R — Google review
The village didn't change much in the last 10 years, which - for me - is positive. I love the atmosphere. The lighthouse is somewhat nostalgic. If you're lucky, the Cardoso beach will surprise you with nice waves and crystal clear water.

An antique lighthouse that long ago functioned with whale oil. Beautiful and well-maintained, with bright white paint. The reason I only gave 4 stars was due to faulty directions, Google deposited us next to a cemetery. A couple of locals told us we could get to the lighthouse from there, and we found a section of fence missing and a small footpath twisting among cactus and tall grasses and weeds. Once we arrived at the lighthouse we pivoted and saw a sign behind us warning that venomous snakes were in that area. The area we had just crossed. Now we had a snake-infested field between us and 12-yr-old and our car. We couldn't shout a warning to our kid because of the wind and waves, but fortunately he didn't try to follow us. Anyway, I'm going to try to suggest a different route, but if you end up next to a cemetery, don't walk through the plants to get to the lighthouse!

It's a tranquil haven away from crowded beaches and has been a favorite spot for surfers seeking the best waves in the region. The area offers various water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing.
Such a nice beach! Great waves for surfing and a perfect place for relaxing and just having a good time. Nice and clean beach with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Also plenty of food and drinks available so you can stay on the beach the entire day without having to lift a finger. Overall Praia do Rosa had a very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Surf prohibited May-July. Santa Caterina has a law that due to fishing you cannot surf on many beaches during this period. Rosa Norte allows surfing but it's busy. Very quite beach and village except in season, but a very nice, friendly place.

Campeche Island, located off the coast of Florianópolis, is a treasure trove of ancient archaeological sites and natural beauty. The island is known for its pristine sands, calm waters, and hidden coves that offer stunning views of cliffs and rock formations. Visitors can join organized boat tours departing from Armacao Beach to explore the island's clear waters and preserved natural park.
If you are in Floripa a visit to this Island is a must. It is absolutely stunning. You can access it from a few places but we chose to get a boat from Campeche Beach (10 minutes). Tip - get their early as people queue from 8am because they only allow limited numbers on the Island.
Kate D — Google review
A very beautiful beach on the island but it took an hour boat ride to get there. Make sure to choose a good sunny day to go there.
Rula H — Google review
Magical place. If you go there with your family members, make sure not to litter the place. Don’t take your smoking equipment, there and smoke there. Respect the nature.
Mansour M — Google review
It is a must-visited Campeche Island. The best advice I can give is to check the weather before you go, choose an agency to buy it a few days before you plan going because it is a really popular place, if you arrive there without your ticket probably you will face a big queue to try to take the boat! If you have problems with the boat, bring your medicine because it will take 40 min by boat to get there! The water is beautiful, paradise!

A beautiful island with calm but freezing water. If you go on the weekend, there are many boats obstructing the view of the ocean. Nonetheless, the island feels calm and relaxed. We (foreigners) were told it costs 300 reais per person round trip to the island. When we said we don't have that much cash, they lowered it to 200 reais per person (Feb 2022). Still expensive based on other comments here, but I guess that's the price you pay for not being brazilian.

All the beaches here on this island are gorgeous and this one is no exception. White sand clear blue water and a background of greenery and hills. You can't beat it. It's a beach break and although the waves were too small it would probably leave you very good here for surfing their body surfing.

This is a fantastic beach amazing for playing volleyball. Get to know other people find amazing friends just relax on the beach. Enjoy the nature. The views the waves are friendly. A lot of people do windsurfing which is fantastic. There are rocky areas on the left side. Be careful about them if you go there make sure that you step on stable and Certain places not to fall between the rocks. There will be dangerous people who sell stuff by the beach are friendly and welcoming, which was amazing to there are some showers right outside the beach, which were also clean and amazing and I really liked them. I went there with a friend of mine and I took amazing pictures there and I really love the beach and the waves there I would always go back.

It’s ok. Actually a very busy beach so if you’re into that then it might be the right place for you. What’s great is the dunes sitting in the background. If you climb up you’ll get a very picturesque view of the beach! Also the rocks on the left side of the beach is a cool spot to check out !

People are very nice and the beach is beautiful. Water is clean but sometimes the waves are strong. Plenty of gift shops and a few places to eat. You can enjoy and relax here for hours and not notice how long it's been.
