One of the best place in Morbi to hangout. I would strongly suggest to visit this place when you are in the city. There is a safe and enough place for parking.

As one enters Morbi swaying pylons of the suspension bridge and the beatific riverfront is a nostalgic reminder of Victorian London. Located 64 km from Rajkot is the town of Morbi with its quaint cobbled alleyways and buildings reminiscent of 19th century Europe. Morbi’s former ruler Sir Waghji inspired by Colonial influences designed a technologically planned and versatile city. The visitor is welcomed into the city through a grand suspension bridge, an artistic and technological marvel of that period. European influence in town planning further contributed to a central square known as the Green Chowk, approachable by three gates each designed in its own inimitable style incorporating both Rajput and Italian elements.

Very nice amusement park with lots of rides for kids and adults. They start at 4pm and is open all days in the week. There are some 4d show and horror house which is generally operational on weekends or when there are many people to attend. The entry ticket is 17₹ for kids and 34₹ for adults, however there are combo package available at the ticket counter which includes 10-12 rides at apprx. 200₹. Or else u can chose and pay for each ride inside (they are reasonable between 17-30₹ per ride).

Perfect place for kids to enjoy. This place has many rides which kids like a lot and many of these are suitable for adults as well. There are rides packages available at entrance at nominal cost like Rs 200 or so for 10-12 rides else one can also pay for individual rides at multiple counters present inside the premises as well. The place is majorly clean and toilet and water facility are available. Some options for Snacks icecreams etc are also available. One can find free Parking on main road outside. During late evening times the crowd is too much so one has to wait in long queues for his/ her turn for each ride. Overall nice breakout place for couple of hours.

It's is one of the best museum of Gujarat, to understand the global culture. However its in narrow area, parking is also little problem. Worth to visit. Spare 1-2 hours.

A unique museum!! It's a rare opportunity to see a Dolls museum, here in Rajkot. Good to visit with children. The museum is situated on 2&3 rd floors. The lift was not working when we reached there. We had to climb steps. It was built by an ex Rotary president of Rajkot for his daughter. He wrote mails to Rotary branches of the world and hence many international branches sent dolls representing their country and regions. It takes around 1 hour to see all the exhibits. The rooms are air conditioned. The tickets cost ₹30 per adult and ₹15 per child. It costs another ₹125 if you want to click photos. The dolls represent their country's costume and culture. Children can spend good time there. However make sure they have emptied their bladder before. Because the toilet here is a medieval era one, on the ground floor. I wish the Rotary club would pay attention and renovate the toilet as kids come to this place.

A total different experience. Must visit, just 30₹ pp entry fees. This museum is surely made due to low and attraction towards dolls by rotary club. Definitely not a commercial thought process. Much appreciate the concept. They have 2 floors of museum, soveniour shop inside and collection of 1800+ different dolls from approx. 108 countries. Totally different and unique experience. It’s been great to see a father’s commitment to her daughter for building such a dolls museum because he wasn’t able to make her daughter saw museum in Delhi. Many activities are going on here with just deposit and if full attendance then they refund full amount. Archeologically important and very ancient Buddhist caves with a small river flowing in front of the caves and lots of green trees in surroundings. Surrounding environment is calm and cool. Enough parking space available outside. New Buddhist temple besides these caves is also being developed.

10minutes from Khambhalida Temple these Buddhist caves are a hidden gem. This is a very small part of what could have been a bigger residence or meditation cave for Buddhist Monks in the ancient era. The cave is not open for exploration but this is a must visit if you are a history buff. Also, the natural environment makes a perfect opt for a photoshooot. The place is secluded and in the middle of a jungle, many locals can be spotted however avoid wandering off the trek one can easily gets lost in the Jungle.

I have been visiting Salangpur Hanumanji Mandir for almost 25 years now and have witnessed its amazing transformation — from a small temple to a grand tirtha sthaan. The growth in the last 5–7 years is truly remarkable. The new dharamshala, with 952 rooms, is incredible — it feels like a 5-star hotel with all modern amenities. The new bhojanshala is outstanding too, with an impressive capacity and excellent management. As for the temple, there are no words — simply divine. One of the best temple adjacent to BAPS swaminarayan temple dedicated to God Hanuman. It has a neat and clean surrounding and a devine feeling. Ample parking is available near temple and also many food outlets. It is also known as Kashtbhanjan temple. It's near Botad in Saurashtra and a popular destination among devotees. It has several good guest houses surrounded by temple with a Gaushala.

Slightly remote place, on the way to bhavnagar from ahmedabad. There is less public transportation means. Very nice place to feel the ancient history, no entry fees for visiting the site. Lothal museum is under construction about 5 km from the site.

The Harappa civilization site at Lothal is a very beautiful place. It exudes a sense of peace, and the cool breeze makes you wonder why the people of Lothal chose to live here—perhaps it was because of this serene environment and pleasant climate. Although the structures are very old, their condition is gradually deteriorating because visitors enter the ruins, causing damage. In its current open state, it seems like the Archaeological Survey of India is not actively preserving it. The cemetery appears almost lost, with no accessible path to reach it. Overall, the site is very enriching for history enthusiasts, while others may see it as just a casual visit. However, you can truly appreciate that the people of that era had knowledge of science and mathematics. The government should take action to protect and preserve this heritage site.

Visiting lothal on weekends specially on early morning drives is recommended. I have visited yhe site at post monsoon so the dockyard is full of water giving real vibe. The location shows there is a museum is permenent closed. If you have prior knowledge of this site then this visit could be the most interesting. Otherwise you real roam around and exit.

Best time to visit this place is during winters. You will be able to sit and experience the thousands of years of history here. A must visit for history enthusiast. Currently the archeological musuem is under construction. There is no information when it will open again, therefore you won't be able see the artifacts that have been found here. But the site is open and you can definitely visit it.

Important note: You must remove your footwear before entering the complex, which can be uncomfortable as the ground gets very hot and dirty. I strongly recommend wearing socks as mentioned in the guidelines. Also, avoid visiting during rainy days as the experience will be compromised, and extremely hot days can make the visit unbearable since you'll be walking barefoot on hot surfaces. Despite these minor inconveniences, Sarkhej Roza is definitely worth visiting for its historical significance and architectural beauty if you plan your visit during comfortable weather conditions.

A wonderful place to experience real, tasty Gujurat I meals and snacks and fresh sugarcane juice in a very traditional setting. Excellent choice for lunch or dinner. The utensils museum is not to be missed. A private collection amassed over 60 years sheds a light into the culture and way is life in all parts of India over centuries through the utensils and other articles used in those eras. Very illuminating. Brilliant. Our guide Rajesh Parma, a curator and an artist was very knowledgeable about the collection and an excellent source of information. If you are visiting Ahmedabad, this museum is a must. Allow 3-4 hours as yiu must experience the gujursti good and the sugarcane juice. Buy some snacks for four onward journey. The highlight of my visit was seeing such a wide variety of old utensils. It made me reflect on how innovative and advanced our ancestors were in their everyday living. I had visited Vichaar Museum a few months ago and till today the memory of that place feels so fresh. Honestly this was not just a museum visit, it felt like walking into a completely different time. From the moment you enter, you can see how beautifully they have recreated the atmosphere of an old Indian village. The entrance itself gave me a homely feeling, the small lamps lit on the path in the evening and the quiet wind made it almost magical. The collection inside is something that words cannot do justice to. There are utensils made of brass, copper and other metals which were used hundreds of years back. Some of them were so unique that I had never even imagined they existed. I actually spent extra time looking at the nutcrackers and the old meal serving vessels, they were crafted with such detail. My mother, who was with me, got really emotional at one point because she recognised a few utensils that her great grandmother used in their native village. That personal connection made the visit even more special for us. The staff there is also very polite and knowledgeable. One gentleman explained everything to us in such a simple and interesting manner that even children who were visiting along with other families were listening quietly. He told us stories behind certain objects which made the whole experience lively instead of a dull museum round. I felt like giving him a small tip just to appreciate his dedication, and I would suggest anyone visiting to do the same if you feel so, because it is rare to see people put in such heart and effort these days. Another thing I loved was how well the animals were taken care of. You can actually see cows, birds and some other village animals being fed properly which adds to the authentic atmosphere. For a few moments I forgot I was in Ahmedabad city, it truly felt like I had stepped back into a peaceful heritage village. The entry fee is very reasonable compared to the kind of heritage you get to witness. You can easily spend two to three hours here without realising how time passes. For me this was more than just looking at old things, it was like reconnecting with our Indian culture and roots. If you are someone who enjoys history, tradition, or even if you just want a break from the usual city noise and malls, I would strongly recommend visiting this place at least once. Vichaar Museum is a gem and for me it was a 5 out of 5 experience without any doubt.

A MEMORABLE AWESOME RAJASTHAN experience!! 😊❤💯👌 I have always been an admirer of Rajasthani culture. And I'm sure in my lifetime, I was destined to experience this awesome place. It was an adventurous journey of Rajasthsn all together and I made the most of it. 😊🤪 At the entrance see glimpses of special moments with celebrities from Amitabh Bachan(young), Sachin Tendulkar, and the like to mention a few. If you are an admirer of antique home decor, and kitchen accessories, do visit it. 👍👌 The entry fee or the unlimited dinner we opted for costs at 1019 per head, which seems expensive at the beginning, but once you take a tour of what's inside of it you won't regret it a bit. I had no idea of what's in store for us, inside. From the entrance till the dead end, the whole premise is decorated and presented with antique decor ranging from our yester year oil/kerosene lamps to human sized antique earthen pots, trees, wooden fencing, rocks, statues, puppets and interestingly the floors are not concrete or tiled. You have two options to go with, either meals or tea-snacks.☕️🍵🫖 The tables and charpoys for the latter is towards the entrance while the dining tables for dinner are towards the inside of the whole property.🛏 We were there for dinner around 8pm. It was prestine and breathtaking aesthetically.🍴🍲 This museum in the backdrop of chirping birds is secured on all sides by boundary walls, that reminds one of the Fort walls.🧱🦅 What I like most is, they have designed this whole place in its pure, nature friendly and old fashioned way. You can feel the mud under your feet and wood everywhere you touch around.🏞 The dining area is vast, carpeted and you can choose between high chair dining (wooden) tables with benches or the low tables where you can be seated on small cushions or even a stool, if you are more comfortable with it. You are asked to remove footwear before entering the dining area. I had the pleasure of making a small pot at the pottery section.😁 Then we reached the utensil museum, for which entrance is not free and hence we just took a look from the outside. Inside they have cattle farm and geese farms. I guess the unadulterated butter they treat us with are all from here. Aww... no words to explain the food platter🫒😋🍥🏷🥨🍲🍛 served on patal( dried leaves) in a cane baskets at the beginning which includes, saambaaro, cucumber, beetroot, sproted mug, sukhdi, jalebi, dokla, gud, lesan chutney, pickle, mirchi, peanut, pure butter, chaas, beans, pudina chutney, peanuts, romato, onion, lemon. Later bhakari, Rotla, tepla.pappad, corn dish, bataka dish, dal, bhindi masala.🥧🍽🍛🥔🍅🫑🥒 All of these are unlimited served with so much care and affection by the staff in traditional attire or uniform. Unif🥋 I had 5 glasses of chass🧈🥜🍩😋 and many rounds of jalebi. Sukhdi was new to me and I loved it. 😍 😋😝 Then the most attractive part of our exploration here was the Rajasthani dance entertainment in tune with rajasthani folk music. 💃🩰The balancing act of piled up pots on head and the fire are just jawdropping. I did try my dancing skills with the beautiful artist who was looking royal, beautiful and eternal in her grand traditional velvet attire. While seated, we were treated to a mixed juice of apple, lemon and pomegranate. If you are a fan of puppet dance, spend a few minutes there too. I had a great time trying my hand at pot making. We bought a charka too from the shop close to the entrance. They sell many varieties of pickles here. Every journey should end sweet. We treated ourselves to gulab and kesar scoop ice cream.🍨🍧🍦 This was an experience journey to remember for a long time. ✨️ 😊

Part of the Vishalla restaurant complex, this huge collection of pottery and metalware stretches all across a large single-storied pavilion. While there are local Gujarati utensils - for carrying water, milking cattle, storing grains or oil, and so on - there are also other items from other parts of India as well as abroad: samovars, supari cutters, platters, urns, statuettes, toys, etc. These were very impressive, many of them intricately worked, and the massive proportions of some of the storage jars and cooking pots and pans were mind boggling. There's even a cooking pot that is one thousand years old. No entrance fee is charged, and you may photograph the display of pottery along the outside for free. However, if you want to photograph the exhibits inside (the bulk of the museum) a fee of about rupees 500 is charged.

I visited the Amul Chocolate and Sweet House during my trip to Amul Foodland. I tried their samosa and also treated myself to some Amul ice cream. As always, Amul means excellent quality—no complaints at all. Both items were tasty, and I truly enjoyed the experience!

One of India's pride has always been Amul. It has held a place in every Indian's heart. Witnessing the home at Anand and being given a friendly tour, at absolutely no cost is what makes this place a must visit. The food plaza is also a must visit after the industrial tour.

All in one place for all amul lovers. Each and every product of amul is made over here. Anand is also known as amul city as the biggest industry in anand is of amul. Here you will get each and every product line of amul, ice cream, choclates, e.t.c. The only thing to be noted is that you will get everything on the same rates as you get on retail shops, no advantage of factory outlet.

Variety of best chocolates are available and I love the most is the dark chocolate. There is few issue of parking but you may find few space to park your vehicle. Do visit once if you are in the town of milk city.

They use real and fresh amul products right from the factory. I had this oreo shake. It had a gigantic scoop of cookies and cream ice-cream.

The development has happened in last ten 10 years to reduce the congestion in the road. However noting has changed much since it is opposite to RS, still traffic can't be managed. However infrastructure is better than old one. The bus station is very spacious with a large waiting area. Many small stalls & branded shop are available for shopping along with known food stalls. There are entertainment zones, shopping zones, exhibition zones, food zones available for passangers. The state owned public transport facilities provided by GSRTS. The parking area is good & well maintained.

Wonderfully built and thoughtfully designed place. And you get all the flexibility in bus schedules because all bus routes available at all times. No complaint. Wherever you want to go, you can have a ride in time. Volvo, sleeper and all. Inquiry response is also straightforward and clean. Waiting space is so neat and impeccable... Plus food is good, too 😍

Very nice Bus stand. Maintenance can be improved more but I will give it 5 stars as it is very well managed. Buses are running on time, very good sitting arrangement, lots of shops for eatries, washrooms are clean. However it could be made a world class station by making it more clean and organized.

This is one of the most crowded bus depots in the state, only behind gitamandir bus depot in Ahmedabad. This is one of the busiest also. Buses from almost across the state comes here.

The main place to catch GSRTC buses to various places in Gujarat and some places in Rajasthan, Madhya pradesh and Maharashtra. Cleanliness is being maintained by the staff. There are outlets selling food and other stuffs here.

One of the Best State transport Bus depo of India. Neat and clean bus station. Lots of hygienic food outlets are there. Excellent sitting arrangement. Spot reservation and volvo bus booking can be done here. Toilets are clean. Stay arrangement is available with dormitory facility. An Amazing Bus Terminal Infrastructure of Vadodara bus Stand is Very much Appreciative. Very Awesome Place Because There is Shopping Mall and Other Facilities Like, Theater, Kids Zone playing for Kids Game, ATM, Restaurants, Rooms for stay.. amazing. And proximity to Vadodara railway station is another advantage as it is just 5 mins walking distance.

The Dakshinamoorthy and Navgraha EME Temple is very Unique in design, very peaceful and Amazing Hindu temple dedicated to Devo ke Dev Mahadev 🔱. The EME Temple was built in 1966 by the Electronics & Mechanical Engineers (EME) School of Indian Army and is maintained and run by the Army in Vadodara city of Gujarat. Temple has 108 major archaeological stone statues circa 600-1600 CE of various Hindu deities. The statues are placed in various open spaces of the temple and attract a large number of students of architecture and archaeological studies.

Out of respect, we didn't click any pics instead of the temple. 1. The guards were very polite and humble to talk to. 2. There are many sculptures, and I request people not to touch them. 3. The gurudwara is one of its kind. Do not miss it. 4. Peaceful and very well maintained place. 5. You have to submit your identity proof. They will return it once you are done with your exit. There is no charge or fees.

The place is one of the unique temples located within the city of Vadodara! You can tell “ Hidden Gem” , the tranquil environment and beautifully managed premises that attract you lot more !! You can enter this place by giving your identity card to reception ( it’s mandatory)

The temple is unique with main deity as Dakshineshwar Shiva in form of Shiv Murti (rather than linga). The temple is located within the premises maintained by Indian Army and hence entry is regulated where you need to carry an Identity Card (License, PAN, Aadhar or such). Needless to mention that being maintained by Army it is very clean and crowd is managed well. The temple premises have various small shrines of multiple gods, Navgraha, Ganpati, Sai Baba, Buddha, etc.

I am visiting it since my childhood. In the heart of the city, one of the oldest temple yet so esthetic, peaceful, calm and positive vibes around. EME (Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Temple) or also known as Dakshinamurthy temple is under the preservense of EME. Hence one of the groupember must submit Photo ID proof with number of person taking entry and vehicle details. After that they'll allow you to take your vehicle in. If you are riding 2 wheeler, helmet is cumpolsary for all travellers otherwise you need to park outside the entry point and go by walk. Temple timing: 5:30 am to 08:30 pm. Dress code: Modest clothing that covers the shoulders, chest, and knees.

It's is nice place to visit. Their is a zoo, lots of different gardens and meusium. Also you can enjoy joy train which take tour of whole garden. If you are planning to visit the whole garden then you can visit from morning so you can timidly visit each place without rush. Pets are not allow and you can also have photography session by taking permission from the authorities.

It is a good place to visit in vadodara. It has lot of greenery and beautiful flower gardens you will really enjoy it. However zoo requires little maintenance and cleanness.

This is free garden but for viewing zoo, there is fee of Rs.80, quite big area covered, lot of Space, plenty trees, enough seating places, walking strip from which you can scroll through. This Garden is in Vadodara & easily accessible & available in the heart of city.

This garden is so big and variety of landscapes that it never gets bored here. It is best place to train for marathons. Best place for family outing. Best place to hang out. Drinking water and toilets available. Besides vishwamitri river it has lot of birds and animals.

Nice Garden Lots of greenery Only negative is that there’s a buggy car with 20 INR per person ride, since no one around they took 100 INR for us 3 as no one was taking buggy. On asking how many minutes, counter lady told 15/18 minutes and once we sat on buggy, in exactly 9 minutes he got us back. We felt cheated but they didn’t bother. Toy Train also had big waiting for train parked and lots of kids and family disappointed

The Sayaji garden is having a very big distance walking track to enjoy morning people from nearby areas preferably visit here for morning and evening walk. The park is fully filled with different fruit and flowers plants in the Garden area. This was a great experience to visit this place.The sayaji garden area having very big watch which shows accurate timing . I am very happy and prefer to visit this Garden at the time of weekends with kid.

Only one big garden in vadodara city where you can enjoy fullday picnic. It has zoo,toy train, musium,planetarium,food plaza, varieties of rides and lush green lawn with lots of trees. There are many stone statues surrounding the band stand where you do photography. It has sufficient parking place. In the morning,it is best place to go for Yoga,walking in garden and testing various snacks outside garden.

In my opinion, this palace is one of the most magnificent and well-maintained royal residences in India. Architecture and grandeur: This palace was built in 1890 in the Indo-Saracenic style. It is said that this palace is four times larger than Buckingham Palace! Its huge doors, beautiful windows and intricate carvings will amaze you. Interior splendor: The interior work of the palace is truly amazing. The flooring, exotic tiles, murals and colorful glass windows of the 'Darbar Hall' are a sight to behold. The museum section houses a collection of rare items and weapons of the Gaekwad family, which will take you back in time. Vast grounds: The vast and lush garden of the palace gives immense peace. The small golf course behind the palace adds to its grandeur. The atmosphere here is very peaceful and beautiful in the evening. My experience: I have visited this palace many times, and every time I am happy to see the maintenance here. It was the best experience ever.. such a nice palace Laxmi Vilas Palace, Vadodara..A good, nice palace with equally huge gardens and its own golf course.. they have cricket academy also.. and LVP garba is most famous in here.. Though only a very very small part of the entire palace is open for public display. They have good AV and give you the Device with earphones to listen to the entire history & details about the Palace, its history, Royal Family and many things. It goes on and on for more than 2 hrs. However, we took 1 hour to explore whole palace.. They have a nice small cafe inside..

The Darbar Hall, with its stunning chandeliers and Venetian mosaic flooring, is breathtaking. The audio guide is well-curated and helps you appreciate the heritage even more. The sprawling lawns and golf course add to the charm, and the upkeep of the property is commendable. Entry is well-organized, though prior permission is required for certain areas. Overall, Laxmi Vilas Palace is not just a monument but an experience that blends culture, history, and elegance. A must-see gem of Vadodara. There are some places in the premises that needs a lot of restoration and the exterior needs some renovation work and painting. It rained a lot that day so we had to rush back from the lawn area. Overall a well spent outing which can be completed in an hour or a little more. Photography is prohibited inside the palace

Beautiful place to visit. No regrets. It takes 2 hours to fully explore the palace. The audio guide is included in the ticket. So keep your tickets safely and don't lose them. To collect the audio guide show your ticket in the office administration and tell them the preferred language. The first point of the start of the palace is the statue near the Golf lawn. Don't miss the painting which is at the exit, before that you have to submit the audio guide and take sign.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful example of an Indian palace. You would think you are visiting a Viennese palace. Incredible architecture and artifacts that came be viewed and appreciated. The beach has potential but falls short in cleanliness and proper maintenance. The area feels quite dirty, and the development seems haphazard and unplanned. It lacks the organized infrastructure you'd expect at a popular tourist spot. Overall, an average experience—worth a quick visit if you're nearby, but not a destination to prioritize.

Beach was good but I couldn't exploreore because we were late, remember to visit it before sun goes down because they don't allow being there after light. In dark, they don't like people there so police will throw you out. I hope they make the place safe and allow access for longer time.

Lately, a bunch of cute cafes have also opened nearby like Nomads, Social Blend, Kissa, Deiro, Petra, etc. with chill vibes and good ambience. Overall, a must-visit place for a short getaway or beach day with friends and family!

It's a popular tourist spot with spacious gardens and detailed architecture. The Premvati food court inside the campus offers hygienic and tasty fast food, making it a great place for families to relax and enjoy. A perfect blend of devotion, culture, and comfort.

Very calm and peaceful place. Well maintained with good colourful lightings of night. The area is big and more structures are there with the main mandir. As the mandir is beside the main road ,you will not find any difficulty to identify and reach the place. Don't miss the bhajan and sandhya aarti . Additionally one veg restaurant is there in another side with tasty and variety of foods with reasonable price.

Shri Swaminarayan Mandir located near Jareshwar in Bharuch. The temple is placed in the perfect place just beside national highway. The place is hugh and clean. The place is very quite and relaxing. Recommend to visit in evening and please maintain the decorum and do not litter.

The temple has very nice architecture with clean marble floors, carved pillars, and peaceful gardens. It feels calm and positive inside the temple complex. The place is always kept clean and tidy. Many people come here for darshan and to sit in silence. The gardens around the temple are green and well maintained. Children can also play in some open areas. The temple also has a Premvati canteen where you can eat simple vegetarian food. The food is fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Many people come here during weekends and festivals, so sometimes it can be a little crowded. But there is enough space to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. The parking area is big, but during peak hours you may face some problem for parking your vehicle. The temple staff and volunteers are very polite and helpful. You have to dress modestly and keep your shoes outside. These rules help to keep the temple peaceful and spiritual for everyone. The best time to visit is early morning or evening aarti time. The aarti is very peaceful and gives a feeling of devotion. You can also buy books, prasad, and souvenirs from the temple shop. Overall, BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Bharuch is a good place to spend time with family, pray, and feel relaxed. I would give it 5 stars out of 5 for its cleanliness, positive atmosphere, and good facilities. Do visit if you are in Bharuch.

Had an amazing and truly rewarding experience at Surat Fort! The restoration is done beautifully and the place is full of Surat’s history — from stories of trade with Europeans in the 1600s to fascinating artifacts. I was surprised to learn that the fortifications actually started in the late 1300s. What made my visit even more special was meeting Mr. Sumesh Modi, the historian-architect researched the fort and led its restoration. Listening to him talk about the history and the behind-the-scenes restoration process made the visit unforgettable. Highly recommend spending 2–3 hours here. It’s a perfect way to explore Surat’s rich heritage and admire its stunning architecture.

This reconstructed fort is in good condition. Entry fee is rs100/-per person. Open at 10am close at 5pm. Very nice fort to see with family and friends. There is various types of musiums in the fort ie canons pistols coins sculptures ancient War things wardrobes etc. Though this fort is in guirat sultan time it get value in English reign. They reboot strong fort here. This is first English factory in India. Price worthy place to visit.

The restoration work was massive. The place is like a museum itself with many artifacts. But you cannot roam freely as you wish even if you want a picture you don't have time as oftenly they force you to continue the visit. There are many restricted areas in outside places whereby only outside front view of the fort is allowed. It was good as a museum visit but I wanted to see the core structure of a 5 century old castle and fort which they denied access for security issues as some parts are still under renovation which I can understand but for restricted outer space I think it mainly because they don't want you to see the small slum behind the fort or garbages. Overall good experience but can still improve.

I went to the fort without any expectations as it looked small compared to forts in Rajasthan or Maharashtra. There is an entry ticket of 100INR. The Govt. has done a fabulous job of renovating and maintaining the fort. Once you enter the fort, follow the instructions of the security guard and visit each room in that order. The fort has beautiful collections of coins, stamps, ivory, furniture, jewellery, etc. in the different rooms. The history of the fort is shown in a video at the start as well as a display with information and pictures.

One of the best places to visit in Surat! The castle is kept very clean, there are security guards everywhere who guide you through right entry and exits and they also show you a little documentary about the castle’s history. Was an Amazing experience there!

Ajwa garden is a nice breakout from the city with several rides to enjoy as well as being Instagram friendly. We went on a sunday and it wasnt much crowded ( may be because of monsoon). We paid rs 195 per ticket for entry that included 2 free rides. Waterpark and water rides were not included in that ticket. It was fun visiting the garden. There was electric cycle option that charged rs 100 for 10 mins and was good to get a roy d of the entire park. The food court is nice and cost reasonable. The rides stopped as soon as it started to rain. There were ample parking place at the entry.

Place is awesome to go with friends but there one thing I did feel good that there is low locker facility like out 1k people only 300 or 400 will get locker to store their luggage so that time we waited too much and feel awkward to wait too long and one more thing they allow only swimming suits so don't go with cotton or other material clothes

I’ve been to Essel World in Mumbai and a few other amusement parks, so personally, I didn’t find this one particularly impressive. That said, it’s still worth visiting once—especially if you’ve never been to an amusement park with rides before. It can be a decent experience for first-time visitors or families looking for something light and fun.

Aajva garden is close and atapi is open with hei fees and overloaded trafik. No faselity available for lokale, Big line on all rides and costume aprox 1 hour , and on all rides take 1 houre ques so. So don't go there in vacation and holiday due to try are full with overloaded publik and not any security. Also long que on all store and they are total time west. Management should limit the people in our entry. Their is notany limit we have taken 1200 rstikit perperson with unlimited ride. But due to heavy traffic we are able to enjoy only 4 rides and water park. Totally wet of time and money 🤑

Best place for a cheer up with friends or family but the food and meals, they are Shelling on higher rates up to 3 or 4 times influenced than outside market as well as quality and test is so worst as per cost of a food. This a monopoly of the management, they are not declared how much costly and they have banned an out side food to bring to inside.

The Lakulish Shiv Temple at Kavyarohan is very peaceful and well-maintained. It feels calm and spiritual, perfect for prayer and meditation. The place is clean, and the surroundings are nice. They also have a Bhojanalay, where you can eat simple food.

Here you can take bath but many time administration closes it. Today on 08 june 2025 people were taking bath. Maybe at time of rush it get closed.

Very aesthetic place. Nice view of Narmada river. Vadodara about 50 kilometers. With parking facility. Best place to relax and meditate. But to reach near the river, we need to go downhill which is difficult for senior citizens. Same while going upwards. Excellent view. Camel and horse rides also there.

We visited this place after hearing about it from many people. They have developed this beach, it is much much cleaner when compared to other nearby like tithal. Kids love to play here. The best part is they have changing rooms, shower rooms & public washrooms. This is a good beach to spend 3 to 4 hrs together with family.

The beach is ok with nice sunset views but they do need to place some rubbish bins and encourage people to use them To help keep clean and tidy. Also if would be nice if they could place more of them parasols and more shade so that people can sit under them and relax.

The water was kind of muddy, but you can chill under the tree, which are at the shore, there were also other activities to do like camel or horse riding, trampoline for children, small four wheel ride, and many more... But after swimming in sea, we didn't find normal water to bathe anywhere, they should provide it for some money atleast...

We visited Tithal Beach in Valsad during the summer holidays in May 2025, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences for our entire family. Tithal Beach is located just a few kilometers from Valsad city and is easily accessible by road. We reached in the early morning, which gave us the perfect opportunity to enjoy the sunrise over the black sand beach. The morning sunlight reflecting on the gentle waves created a magical atmosphere. We had a lot of fun at the beach – playing in the water, splashing with the waves, and building sandcastles with the kids. The unique black sand added a special charm to the whole experience. Children were especially thrilled and didn’t want to leave the water. Everyone in the family thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and fun-filled time at the shore. There were many local food stalls near the beach offering delicious snacks like bhajiyas, sweet waffles, coconut water, bhel, and batata vadas, which kept us refreshed throughout the day. The cleanliness of the beach and the maintenance by the local authorities is commendable. Parking space was easily available, and basic facilities like washrooms were also present, making the experience comfortable. We clicked many beautiful pictures and created lasting memories. The calm and natural setting of Tithal Beach provided not just fun but also peace of mind. Even with the weekend crowd, the beach had enough space to relax and enjoy without feeling too busy. One of the best hills to visit at this time of the year! The roads challenge both amateur & pro riders equally. The journey is just breathtaking! Luscious greenery all around, cool breeze, if you’re lucky it may rain too. Best time to visit would probably be early morning hill climb & descent as the sun sets. Just a humble request to all, don’t spoil the natural beauty of the place by littering the area. Carry a bag with you in which you can put all the trash & dispose it off once you get down from the hill in a nearby dustbin. Other than that, enjoy the trip & the ride!

The roads leading here could definitely use some improvement, but apart from that, this place is wonderful. You can enjoy stunning sunrise and sunset views from the viewpoint. However, don’t expect too many attractions—there’s mainly a viewpoint and a small dome-shaped structure that’s perfect for photos. The drive to this spot is quite scenic and enjoyable, making the journey itself worth it.

Most beautiful place in South Gujarat. A perfect place for nature lovers. Best time to visit in June to September and December to February. The morning and evening views are exceptionally beautiful.

I visited Gira Dhodh Waterfall again in 2025 on a weekend with my family. The place is always beautiful, but this time the water flow was less compared to my visit in 2024, when it was truly majestic and full of force. Since I went on a weekend, the crowd was quite heavy, which is common at such popular spots. The overall experience was still enjoyable. Around the waterfall area, there are many small stalls and shops selling souvenirs, handicrafts, and local gift items, which add to the charm of the visit. There is also a restaurant and stay facility nearby. The food was fine, but the rooms were not very impressive – okay for a short stay but not something to expect high comfort from. In short, Gira Dhodh is a nice place for a family outing or nature trip, especially during monsoon when the waterfall is at its best. If you want to enjoy it with fewer crowds, visiting on a weekday would be a better choice.

Breathtaking view of the waterfall!Add it in your saputara itinerary for sure. Very vast in width..you can park car and there will be some walking distance to the fall...in between there are many shops which sells bamboo handicrafts and other decorative items.

Beautiful Waterfall specially During Monsoon. You need to walk for 3 to 5 minutes from parking place to see this. Looks sunning from a distance and panoramic view is awesome. Approach road is narrow and Parking is a issue on crowded day. So take care of these situations during monsoon weekends.
