Pasaje de Lodares is a stunning glass-roofed shopping arcade in Albacete, showcasing Italian modernist architecture from 1925. It's a significant landmark in the city and part of its artistic heritage. The area around Pasaje de Lodares offers an elegant and luxurious stay within Albacete's historic district, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist and the Circus Theatre.
Interesting place in Albacete w all kinds of stores. From babies to toddler, wedding stores and an amazing orthopedic stores. Orthaform it is not just modern shoes for better posture but easthetic pieces for bathing suits and brasserie for persons w mamestomy. They also have an entire department for prosthetic. I visited the place since my husband has a prosthetic leg the service and price excellent!

Wonderful architecture, takes your breath away. Well worth a visit even without shopping!

Nice location but some Bars or Cafés could make it more convenient.
Ede R — Google review
When I've been there the first time they told me this is like Galleria Vittorio Emanuele of Milan but in Albacete. As one of the few real "Milanese" left in the world I can say in my heart that it's true. It's the Albacetean way of the Galleria, and maybe it's for this that I feel Albacete like a second home for me.
Ryon00 G — Google review
Beautiful building but wish it had more shops in all the empty spaces. The city should rent them out for very little money so they are filled -and being more people in.
Roy S — Google review
Beautiful indoor shopping corridor. Reminiscent of Burlington arcade in London. Broad mix of boutiques, cafes and shops.
Kiff — Google review
Beautiful arcade. Good palce for taking a walk, coffee and shopping.

Very short alley. Nice on its own but it’s literally 50 maybe 100 meters.

Museums
When visiting Albacete, a trip to the Albacete Museum is a must. Situated in Abelardo Sanchez Park, this contemporary museum boasts exceptional collections of archaeology, fine arts, and ethnology. The museum showcases historic artifacts from pre-historic times to Roman and Islamic eras found in the province of Albacete. The architecture of the building itself is remarkable and worth admiring.
Really good museum about Castilla-La Mancha and lovely exhibition about crockery from Hellín. Nice man on the desk and it is free!
Richard S — Google review
I expected much from this museum and made a big detour to see it. In the end I found it a bit disappointing but perhaps it is because of my expectations: The collection is good although not stunning and is displayed in big, empty looking rooms with little atmosphere and a not very motivated staff. I found the smaller archaeological museum in Yecla more memorable.
Caspar D — Google review
Awesome time learning about archeological digs surrounding albacete. Very informative and cultural place.
JE D — Google review
Located in the cities best park (small but nice park) this museum features Incredible architecture and incredible historic pieces from pre-historic times to Roman times to Islamic times all from the province of Albacete. It's worth the visit to enjoy the architecture of the building alone. A must see in Albacete especially for North American visitors.
Noel R — Google review

Make sure not to miss La Fiesta del Árbol Park when visiting Albacete. This park, also known as Abelardo Sánchez Park, offers a serene escape with its well-maintained landscape and various amenities. Established in 1906, the park boasts beautiful tree-lined paths, fountains, and green spaces perfect for relaxation or leisurely strolls.
I really enjoy photographing the park do to it's gorgeous landscape design and it's maintenance. It was open in 1906 and till this day it remains in great condition. The trees are well cared for as well as the paths, fountains and surrounding areas. It's also dog friendly so feel free to take your buddy. There's a kids playground, walking paths, a water tower, and much more that I'm yet to see.

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Albacete, "Restaurante El Callejón de los Gatos" is a delightful haven for those seeking to indulge in traditional Manchego cuisine. This charming eatery boasts an inviting ambiance adorned with captivating bullfighting memorabilia, including photos and costumes that transport you into Spain's rich cultural tapestry. The restaurant is renowned for its exquisite dishes crafted by skilled chefs who prioritize using only the freshest local ingredients.
Quaint restaurant serving traditional dishes from La Mancha with elaborate details and a few creative touches. Everything we tried was delicious, above all the "forro de cordero lechal" (fried suckling-lamb skin). The portions are huge, but the waiters kindly indicate how much you should order. Although not indicated on the menu, half portions of most starters are available. It's a popular place, so better make a reservation.
M H — Google review
One of the best restaurants to eat at in Spain. Price-wise, it's on the higher end but the price to quality ratio is excellent so you'll definitely get what you paid for. The restaurant is set in a 150 year old house (or more accurately a complex of houses at the time) and is decorated with a myriad of photographs, knick-knacks, and Spanish furniture. The atmosphere is cozy and warm. The service is excellent: attentive and detailed. The desserts are sumptuous. All of them. This visit we had the rice and it was perfect. A long time ago I gave English classes here at the restaurant and for many years, and I've been inside the kitchen and it was full of professionals, absolutely spotless and organized (I was very impressed).

Wonderful food and great atmosphere. Restaurant is very uniquely distributed over several levels, decorated elaborately in a bull fighting theme. I would love to visit again and highly recommend it!

El Callejón is another great place to visit in Albacete. If you like bullfighting and rememberig the best known toreros of our time, this the place to visit. If you do not agree w this cultural part of Spain then go for the food that offers fresh fish and shellfish in addition to local specialties w an extensive wine list.

Nestled in the charming streets of Albacete, Jimena - Cocktails & Restaurant is a contemporary gem that beautifully marries traditional Spanish cuisine with unique international influences. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it an ideal spot for unwinding after a long day. Guests often find themselves lingering for hours, especially on lively Saturday nights when the energy peaks around 11 PM. The decor exudes chic elegance, complemented by pleasant music that enhances the dining experience.
An amazing restaurant hidden in the streets of Albacete. The service is on top. Decoration and mood also. The food was excellent, especially the gnocchi with cheese and apple. The cheesecake for dessert was slightly strong, but very good. We have also been treated with a complementary local dessert ! I can only recommend it to you !
Ahmed T — Google review
A stylish place with a lot of potential. We had dinner in the back of the restaurant where they apparently charge 3.50 euros just to sit there. This came as an unannounced surprise on the bill. The staff is friendly but a bit disorganized. We ordered a sparkling water that never arrived. My mojito was made in their own style which is something I wasn’t expecting. When ordering just a mojito I’d expect a classic mojito to be served unless otherwise advertised. The food was good, well prepared and well served with garnish. The DJ was liking his work a bit too much and got too excited with the volume button from time to time which interrupted our conversation. A decent playlist would have sufficed in a dining restaurant.
Pascal H — Google review
Great customer service mixing a tradicional Spanish cuisine with a distinguished touch from other cultures. Pleasant music and good decoration.

Martina has been a great discovery in Albacete. Basically we can say that it’s the best restaurant in Albacete right now. Staff is courteous and friendly. Very correct with the customers. Suggestions are always a good idea to follow them. Food is delicious. Mixing traditional tastes with new combinations. The result is an excellent kitchen driving by the director Javi.
