I am a frequent visitor of C&W in Laureles Medellin but this was the first time here in Villavicencio. We came for breakfast/brunch. First of all we were a group of 5 and all dishes ordered came at different times as per first ready first served principle. We ordered banana cake (which was delicious) as a starter for the group but had to remind them 3 times to bring it. My dish was already finished when the rest of table yet had to be served (30min later). I ordered coffee with milk on the side, they forgot the milk. All juices were ordered the same time, mine was not brought till after 3 reminders ( after my dish was finished as well so 30min late) they forgot the straw for the juice. They brought 1 order wrongly but corrected it after. So in general: a complete mess, not something you want when you go out for a relaxed breakfast.
