Bay St. Louis, the county seat of Hancock County in Mississippi, is a charming city located on the Gulf Coast. It sits on the west side of the Bay of St. Louis and is part of the Gulfport–Biloxi Metropolitan Statistical Area. The area has a rich history dating back to a Spanish land grant in 1789 and was once a popular resort for wealthy planters and later for tourists after the completion of a railroad in 1869.

The Alice Moseley Folk Art Museum is a free museum located in a historic train depot, showcasing the original paintings of Alice Moseley and an extensive collection of antiques. The museum features over 100 vibrant paintings by Alice Moseley, each telling a story of life in Bay St Louis. Visitors can also explore the Blue House where the artist herself lived.
I liked this little museum which I did not know was here. Learned about a local artist and had a nice chat about the area with the lady working the museum. The wife and I walked and peered at the paintings and it was certainly a different time she lived in compared to now. It is free and if you are in the area you should check it out if you like paintings.

This was a cute little museum. It was free to enter and look. It did not take a lot of time, and the prints were not too expensive. It's a cute one-time experience if you are already headed that way. I wouldn't go out of my way for it because of how small it is. It is inside of an old train depot and there is a small exhibit doen stairs as well of Carnival attire. If you are making a Gulf Coast trip and like history, it's a niche little spot to check out.

Excellent museum. Wonderful person. Great paintings. Video of her and her history.

Great little museum with a knowledgeable and friendly staff member. The art work and learning about Mrs. Moseley was very interesting and inspiring. Really enjoyed it.

What a cute collection of Alice Moseley's art work! I had never heard of her until a friend and I dropped in here. Very cute stuff. Downstairs is a Mardi Gras museum with costumes and some local history. Upstairs is her artwork, mainly of this area. I can not recommend coming here highly enough. Employees are friendly and passionate. It was sheer joy stopping in here.

I wandered in here after visiting the 100 Men Hall across the tracks from here and I’m so glad I did. The Mardi Gras costumes on display are breath taking. Nice Blues exhibit also. Definitely worth the stop.

The 100 Men Hall, located in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, has a rich history dating back to the days of segregation when it served as a gathering place for African American musicians and community members. Established in 1894 by twelve African American men, the hall was originally founded as the Hundred Members Debating Benevolent Association with the purpose of providing assistance to its members during times of illness and ensuring dignified burials for its deceased members.
The Hall has it all! Very diverse programming - music, events, festivals, food and drinks. It's a cultural gem that Bay St Louis is very lucky to have! 💙

Last night was my first time actually visiting this place, even though I have been hearing about it for quite some time. Such a great vibe and I loved being surrounded by so much beautiful Black art. This building is truly a treasure.

A hidden gem full of history that I was so happy to find out the exists in Bay St Louis, MS. While here, I felt the presence of all those before me that walked the hardwood floors and felt comforted by their embrace.

It was great atmosphere, great service and Good food was served. Love that members get a chair with their name on it. Cool vibe and cool people, reminds me of the old school supper clubs.

I took a day off work to do a little exploring. I’ve been wanting to visit 100 Men Hall in Bay St. Louis and it was well worth the drive. To see the musicians that graced this place is a rewarding experience. I can only imagine it in its heyday. Just visiting it now was almost spiritual. So glad I made the drive from New Orleans.

What a special and amazing place. It was so awesome to read about the rich history of performers. Check out that list! Open almost every Thursday for a drink and greet people.

There was a local family selling lunches of BBQ chicken, Fish, or pulled pork with greens, mac n cheese, and yams. Excellent home recipe food. Off of any tourist routes, it was a great place to have lunch. (Only on Fridays)

The Bay St. Louis Historic L & N Train Depot is a must-see landmark in Mississippi, featuring stunning mission-style architecture that's perfect for photography enthusiasts. This iconic two-story building houses the Hancock County Tourism office and is home to the Bay St. Louis Mardi Gras Museum and Alice Moseley Folk Art Museum, offering a variety of activities for visitors to enjoy.
Alice Moseley Folk Art Museum Loved the charming displays at the museum and this historic site. The area for children to make some art is a wonderful little offering. Alice's story is inspiring and a great reminder for those things that are important in life.

Old train station with Mardi Gras costumes. Upstairs was the Alice Mosley Folk Art Museum. Well worth a visit to learn about the artist who started painting in her 60s and died at 93.
Anne G — Google review
This was my first time visiting this area. The historic train depot was cool with a lot of interesting historic facts I never knew about. The staff were friendly. The first floor showcased the mardi gras costumes, famous Black blues singers, the Spanish trail, the history of Mississippi from the 1700s through to hurricane Katrina. I liked how everything was displayed. The second floor was the artwork of Alice Moseley, whom I had never heard of before. The artwork was nice and showed the life and times through her eyes. However, I was triggered by a couple of the pieces, and I don't get triggered easily. Again, I understand it was history and the times she was living in. However, seeing the Grim Reaper chasing black people with his scythe in the field in one painting and an older white lady sitting in a rocking chair while three young black kids fanned her (who I assume was Alice herself) in another painting, were very triggering and I felt them to be disturbing, distasteful and disheartening to be hanging up and displayed...almost glorifying it. I didn't get pictures of those as I was in shock, I suppose. After that, I wanted to leave Mississippi all together. However, I stayed and explored the next town over. Overall, the depot itself was a good experience.
Rochelle O — Google review
The old building was neat to check out and looking at the old rail waiting area that for whatever reason Amtrak is not going to use but put a sign on. The lady working the museum greeted us and then retreated to her office to check her phone but that was fine with us. Some neat costumes for Mardi Gras and a large-headed Pete Fountain, jazz clarinet player from New Orleans is in the main waiting area. A back room has some information on the old train station as well as information on nearby Stennis Space Center. After looking about we headed upstairs to the Alice Moseley museum.
Jeff S — Google review
The lady in the train depot was so friendly and they have several interesting things inside. It’s also the location for Amtrak boarding. Upstairs is the Alice Moseley Museum and there’s a duck pond a short distance from the depot, you can buy duck food inside.

Friendly staff and interesting history and Marti Gras displays. The Alice Moseley Folk Art Museum upstairs is great too! All exhibits are free and parking is free and plentiful. Set in a nice park.

French restaurant
Restaurant
Sycamore House is an elegant restaurant located in a pair of 19th-century Acadian cottages, offering upscale and globally inspired dishes. Situated at a National Register property overlooking the historic Main Street, this renowned eatery provides a charming atmosphere for enjoying American and French fusion cuisine. With options like shrimp remoulade, fresh grilled fish, salads, and soups on the menu, visitors can also indulge in seafood cheesecake and delectable pizzas.
My work has taken me to many places in the world, and this restaurant stands right up against any I’ve eaten at in London or Paris. Not in terms of pomp, circumstance or fanfare, but in the ways that matter - the way they treat their customers with grace and respect, they way they treat their food with grace and respect. Everything here is super high-quality, creative, warm, and welcoming. You can dress up when you come here or dress down, and you will be treated the same. The chefs know what they’re doing. The front of the house and wait staff know what they're doing. The food is exquisite. The kitchen is quite accommodating, too; I like really spicy food, and most places don’t believe me ('middle-aged white woman can't possible really mean spicy!') and won’t spice up my dish. But this kitchen can take their fish almondine and make it extra spicy while still retaining the buttery richness that makes this nutty dish a star. I have a hard time ordering anything else, because it is so good and they make it so perfectly, just for me. My husband is stuck on their shrimp and grits; the shrimp sauce is dark and redolent of long-stewed seafood stock and the grits are perfectly al dente with a creaminess that is outta this world. We’ve had seared callops and ropa viejo and daily specials at Sycamore House, too, and everything has been excellent. The salads are perfectly dressed, very lightly. Every detail is perfect, but nothing is fussy. The ambience is charming, and you are always greeted with a warm smile. It’s a home run from the outset, starting with the crispy French bread and whipped, creamy butter. The wine list is good, too. You absolutely can’t go wrong here. I almost forgot to mention the desserts, because we're almost always too full, but they are also fab! I can personally vouch for the key lime pie and the creme brulee.

Mixed experience honestly. Food and atmosphere are top notch, food especially had creative and international twists you wouldn’t expect for the town and were really well done. The service was the real issue. We went for my dad’s 61th birthday. Took about 20min to be brought bread and waters, waitress was very spacey and another waitress came to take our order because she’d noticed it had been so long, our waitress was also — I’m sorry to say — not quite cohesive with the atmosphere: messier presentation and exhausted/inconvenienced attitude. I also pulled her aside to ask if there was something we could do for my dad’s birthday, as he hates to make a fuss but secretly wants some elements of celebration. She ended up bringing out a bread pudding with a candle which was nice, but I was a bit surprised with the bill, I’ll be honest. We have absolutely no qualms with paying and tipping well, but — and maybe I’m just traditional and things have changed — I was a bit surprised to see the birthday dessert on the bill. Again, we’re fine to pay and I didn’t bring it up, but it did feel a bit off for what is probably aimed at being the most fine dining service in BSL, and just in my personal experience in past bdays in BSL and elsewhere — it just felt a bit cheap for the atmosphere and intended level of service. But the larger issue was presentation and attitude toward her tables, as I also saw the table next to us get their Aperols 15-20min after ordering them. But fabulous food and probably fantastic for private events with that gorgeous space & if you can pick the staff. Included photo of my curry — not my best photo but definitely the best flavor!!

As a solo diner one doesn't always want to be privy to other table conversations. So, I asked to be seated on the porch and had the place to myself, as the large group wasn't due to arrive until long after my departure. It was my own special dining experience! If gazpacho is being served, I always order it. This was the best I've had: creaminess from yogurt and lots of minced cucumber. My main course was actually an appetizer: BBQ Shrimp. Thick roux with a dose of spice. Finally, what can be said about their creme brulee other than it was perfectly elegant. Highly memorable!

Giving this place 4 stars because I called ahead to see if we needed reservations for 2 people and the guy who answered kept scoffing at me instead of giving me a simple answer as to whether we needed a reservation and if so how late he would take one. The food and our server’s were both great- but that guy should definitely not be allowed to answer the phone. If I did at the fine dining restaurant I work at in New Orleans I wouldn’t have my job. He’s probably the chef… The food was absolutely wonderful- but don’t call ahead for a reservation- even when they say they accept walk- ins, it’s not necessary- and then you walk in and they ask what your reservation is under and you didn’t make one…and they seem irritated 😂
Sunshine O — Google review
We were so fortunate to get a reservation at such a late notice. A local merchant recommended them to us. Since they only take reservations, we didn't expect to get one when we called. Someone had just cancelled and we got in! Such a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Bay Saint Louis! Thank you to the amazing staff and chefs. We had an amazing experience and delightful dinner at the Sycamore House. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening yesterday dining at The Sycamore House. The service was excellent. The drum was cooked perfectly along with a delicious almandine sauce. The side serving was the very tasty rice side. And the price was very reasonable. A quiet environment absent the usual loud music was a plus. WELL DONE

Dined at The Sycamore House in commemoration of an anniversary. Everything about the place from ambience to service to presentation to taste exceeded every expectation. Had the Thai Lemongrass Soup, Poisson Amandine (speckled trout), and Dark Chocolate Brownie with Brandied Cherries. Note: The blueberry ice cream was lagniappe from my server. Elegant yet eclectic, and as fine as any restaurant I've dined at. My new favorite place anywhere, including NOLA.

The Sycamore House, a Bay St Louis institution. This spot is claimed to be the best and most exclusive restaurant in town. And one might understand and agree with that arriving with the appealing novelty of the old house and the beautiful oaks that adorn the grounds. You will be convinced of the previous until you walk through the doors….then one by one the dominos begin to fall like the twist of a good book. Walking into the house we were immediately greeted by the wonderful wait staff that made it very apparent how rude my girlfriend and I were since we were late to our reservation. Being as someone else made the reservation on our behalf, and the time was miscommunicated to us, we payed no mind and politely apologized before being ushered to our table in the dining room. The dining room was as one might expect with the older and slightly classy appearance of the furnishings and adornment of the room. However a closer examination of the facilities leaves me wishing I had the ability to have some chips and salsa with their interior decorator; to get to the deepest parts of their inspiration. Being from Louisiana I take for granted the abundant places to find flavors like that out of the movie Ratatouille. I enjoy attending new places across the country and normally order a couple extra plates to ensure a wholistic understanding of the culinary experience at hand. This night would be no exception. We began our dinner with ordering a bottle of Rose that was lukewarm. I should have politely asked for more ice in the wine caddy, but did not want to inconvenience the staff that were attending to the abundance of other tables in the room. So we sat an enjoyed each others company. As we were waiting we felt the warmth of the kitchen come over the dining room like that of fog from a sailors tail. From the age of the house and that it was not built to be a restaurant I can understand this. So one should expect a slight sweat throughout your experience. We ordered the crabmeat cheesecake and flautas as our appetizers. The cheesecake was something to be expected from this place with its appealing twists on classics like that of a crab cake. The flautas were also enjoyable with their fresh arugula. They were served piping hot, not be advisable to eat straight away, but normally an exciting sign of that to come. We did not waste time with soup or salads and moved straight into the entres. A needed highlight of any good dinner. I ordered the posesión almonde with the fish being black drum. And my girlfriend ordered the off-menu blackened mahi mahi. The presentation of both being expected. Served on plates appearing to be authentic to the house and a plating presentation of quality. And then came the first bite. All of the preconceived notions and expectations riding on this moment. So when the first bite of the wonderfully fresh black drum tasted like that of something that just came out of a microwaved popcorn bag; you can begin to see the dominos falling faster and faster. The rice seller to be cooked in butter and nothing else. Next was my girlfriend’s mahi mahi. Thankfully part of the taste was saved by the blackened seasoning, but stopped there. Both entres were served with cooked vegetables seasoned with salt and pepper. A welcomed addition, but unfortunate that salt and pepper was no where else to be found. Following this entre experience one would not be amiss to end dinner at then. But I am one for a wholistic experience, and that was what happened. So we moved onto the desserts. We ordered the key lime pie, creole cream cheese ice cream, and the brandy cherry brownie. All appearing to have the ability to end this dinner on a high note. But our story does not end that way. Leading up to our desserts being served we continued our conversation under the occasionally flickering lights. The deserts weee served in the same manner the entres were. Authentic plates and a setting to be expected. The first bites did not communicate that of homemade desserts, but rather one with access to YouTube could best.

Cafe
Nestled in Bay St. Louis, Mockingbird Cafe is a beloved community hub known for its art-filled interior and regular events. Following Hurricane Katrina, it became a gathering place for locals to connect and rebuild. The cafe offers an array of dishes including sandwiches, salads, burgers, and breakfast items alongside coffee and espresso. Visitors praise the comforting atmosphere and diverse menu which includes favorites like the Mockingburger and biscuits with gravy.
My boys and I ate breakfast here while my husband swam across the bay. We had the pulled pork & grits, breakfast burrito, and waffle. All were great! It's a nice place and the people were all very friendly.

3 out of 5 stars Visited for breakfast – mixed experience, but solid atmosphere Came by Mockingbird Cafe the other morning and ordered quite a bit of food (about four meals’ worth) because I’m a foodie and like trying a variety of items in one go. The wait time was about 15 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all considering the amount I ordered. Overall, the food was okay — not bad, but not particularly memorable either. The burger was probably the best thing I tried. The fries were decent, the chips were solid, and the biscuits and gravy didn’t really stand out. The hash brown bowl was something I wouldn’t order again, not because it was terrible, just because it didn’t hit any high notes. What I did really enjoy was the environment. The outdoor seating was peaceful and the furniture wasn’t uncomfortable. It’s a good spot to meet up for a laid-back breakfast or lunch. I also appreciated what looked like a dedicated pet-friendly area, which is a nice touch if you’re bringing your dog along. Staff were super friendly and helpful, which goes a long way. Parking was a little frustrating, but that’s pretty standard for downtown in this area. All in all, I’m giving it 3 stars. That’s not a knock — I’m just a pretty strict reviewer. I wasn’t blown away, but I also wasn’t disappointed. It’s a decent local spot and worth trying if you’re in the area and want a casual meal with a relaxing vibe. Check out my other reviews if you’re looking for places that really wowed me.

Small, clean and bright cafe with exceptional breakfast and brunch menu options. Line moves very quickly and has ample seating both inside and outdoors. Has great breakfast bowls, sausage biscuits, homemade muffins and delicious drinks. Fantastic coffee, lattes and espresso drinks all in setting filled with local art. Best “classical “ restroom sign ever for mermaids AND centaurs. Recommend!

Always a charming environment at the mockingbird cafe! My favorite drink is their matcha latte with purple potato cold foam it tasted like fruity pebbles! My goto is chicken and waffles, but switched it up with the bird breakfast today. My boyfriend got loaded fries and curry seasoning on his hashbrowns and it smelled SO GOOD. He said it tasted great too! Wonderful to know their is a welcoming business like this cafe on the MS coast <3

Super cute spot! This was my first time in Bay St. Louis. The reviews of this place made it a no-brainer to try! There will definitely be a line if you go at peak times. Plus, you have to order your food before you sit down (you can order online for a to-go option) thus another reason for the line. The atmosphere was a nice small town friendly feel. The staff were very friendly as well. I definitely felt welcome like the sign on the fence says. They have plenty of seating outside, with fans, if you can't find a table inside. There is parking available, however it is limited. I had the hashbrown bowl, which was AMAZING!! I definitely will go there again if I'm back in that area.
Rochelle O — Google review
Super cute atmosphere with a ton of art on the walls, I believe by local artists. The wait at the counter was a bit long, but that’s expected for a Sunday morning. Food was great! The iced chai latte was SO GOOD, possibly the best chai latte I’ve had in my life.
Marissa A — Google review
Breakfast was fantastic, except for the grits. Plain white grits, no salt, no butter and served nearly ice cold. The toasted biscuits were amazing. The breakfast sausage was expert! The oatmeal was fresh, simple, delicious. The waffles was super crisp. The coffee was fantastic! Can’t wait to return, but next time will skip the grits.
AC — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ Absolutely charming! We ordered the Tequila Mockingbird and the Ham, Egg & Cheese Croissant — both were fantastic. The croissant was huge, so we split one! The egg was perfectly cooked, and the thin-sliced ham made it even better. The hometown warmth and cozy vibe were perfect. Only reason for 4.5 stars is that you walk up to order instead of having table service. A they do not have moscato wine for mimosas. We visit Bay St. Louis often, but this was our first time here — won’t be our last! 💛

Food is not bad, but you're definitely going to get your daily allowance of sodium here! Softshell crab was decent, but heavy breading. Creamed spinach was good, as was the Bloody Mary. Prices aren't great, but better than some of the options in the area.

Reminded me of a beachy hamburger family/ or sports day. Relaxed environment. Inside dining option or outside picnic table option. Great food. Pasta delicious, and roastbeef poboys were excellent. Fried Batter a lil salty for the fish n shrimp but still good and everyone either ate all or took home. The SIDES were large and yummy.

Great Place!! We ate at downstairs Bar but was hearing great music coming from upstairs! We were eager to get thru eating and see what was upstairs. Oysters were Great & Large. Downstairs bartender was attentive & will help suggest a drink. My Wife brought her own ideas and he did great! I had Old Fashion. Upstairs is full of lounge seating with a bar. We loved our visit to 400 North Beach Restaurant. My husband and I sat at the Oyster Bar and enjoyed some of THE BEST chargrilled oysters we’ve ever had. We’ve been to many places, but those were definitely the top. Mr. Wayne, the cook, did an outstanding job; we enjoyed watching him prepare the oysters and appreciated his excellent customer service. All the staff at the restaurant were so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and we can’t wait to visit again to try other dishes and eat more oysters. We definitely recommend giving them a visit when in Bay St. Louis.

The wait staff were attentive without being annoying. They came by just off enough to ensure we had everything we needed. The food quality is amazing. Lots of fresh seafood to choose from. The portion size for the price is a very good value especially for this area in Gulfport.

I had Brunch. The eggs Benedict totally different, fried green tomatoes topped with ham poached egg and their own "hollandaise". It was a small portion but excellent. Fries were good and the Caprese Salad excellent. The crab cake was good too! $4 mimosa & blood Mary's were small but good also Broiled oysters looked great but our table did not get them.

The Lemon drop martini is bomb, and the BSL lounge is very hip and swanky. The food is alright and pricy. We were given the option to sit upstairs outside to eat which was amazing because that’s what we wanted; however, the waitress seemed surprised and inconvenienced when we said we would be ordering dinner. It was our friend’s birthday, and she ended up having to wait longer for her food, unfortunately. The oysters were good. The redfish was a bit thin & dry, but the trout was flaky and buttery.

We had an amazing experience on Saturday night! Not only were they able to accommodate our unexpected party of 12 right after their already jam packed dinner rush....but the food was DELICIOUS!!! The crawfish cornbread served with the blackened redfish was 🤤🤤🤤 Chicken pasta was amazing, oysters were 10/10, steaks were cooked to perfection... I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. They even have delicious croutons!! 🤣 We'll definitely be back!! Thanks again for such a great experience! 💖

Trapani's Eatery is a stylish beachfront cafe located in Bay St. Louis, MS, offering a variety of seafood dishes. The 2-story restaurant features a big bar, patio, and stunning bay views. Visitors highly recommend it for its diverse menu and excellent service. Whether you're craving breakfast, live music, steak and seafood, finer dining options or a sweet treat to end the night, Trapani's Eatery has something for everyone.
I love this place so much the food is so good! My waiter had so much patience with me and my friend we kept ordering so much the poor guy.

Trapani's is an excellent place to eat in the Bay Area. They have a great cuisine full of Italian and coastal options. At the time, they were offering a limited chef's special for fried flounder and cheesy grits, which tasted amazing. I also recommend the meatballs, as they were juicy and flavorful. The tomato sauce was great too. Others may have a different opinion, but I thought the ahi tuna wasn't in the same tier as the other options. Yes, it was high quality and fresh, but it lacked flavors that would impress me like the others did. If you enjoy a fresh and simple flavor profile with your fish, then I'd recommend that you try the ahi tuna. Moving away from the food, the restaurant is clean and has a well-executed theme, and the staff is great. I highly recommend anyone give Trapani's a try.

Good but didn’t meet expectations based on reputation, marketing & their history. Likes: Location ( ProTip - try the 2nd floor ). Server: Enthusiastic & knowledgeable Diversity of menu items Our food was inconsistent- the PoBoys/gumbo and crab cakes were okay, the salad & drinks were great Cost was high ($60 / person) for value rec’d. The restaurant is well run, give em a try!

So only came for a couple of apps…. Hot wings were delicious (homemade sauce mix of honey and hot sauce) these were good….. but hold on! The meatball tower was SO INCREDIBLE!!!!! Highly recommend. Chloe was an awesome server.

Charbroil oysters were great, as well as the tuna nachos. I personally had the sea food platter, and it was not very pleasing. Everything on the plate was overcooked and had an awful taste. I tried my best to eat it but just couldn't do it. So if you're ever in the area, give them a try.

I love hanging out in downtown Bay St Louis with the restaurants, bars and music. We went to Trapani’s. Excellent chargrilled oysters. What was important to us was the service and our server Ruby. She was so incredible. The service, her smile, talking to us and making sure each time she came making sure we were doing great and if we needed anything. We asked for the manager who came to our table so we can compliment our wonderful server. We were there Sat 9/20. Ask for her she will give you great service and very professional.

Way overpriced! We all know that this restaurant has become a tourist trap but for goodness sakes, give the locals a discount like all the other places do lest we not step foot in your restaurant again. For three of us, with zero alcohol, And only a $10 appetizer, our bill was $137. In addition, none of us ordered chargeable drinks except me, an unsweetened iced tea. Doesn't that blow your mind? That's not all! We were starving when we got there. This restaurant does not bring you bread or anything. No crackers on the table. Nothing. So we ordered an appetizer. The most reasonable one seemed to be the onion rings. Some of the appetizers were in the mid-twenties. Totally ridiculous for an establishment like this. The onion rings that we ordered as an appetizer, I counted 10 of them on the little plate they brought. And they weren't big ones. They were small to medium size rings. Pretty shabby not to at least splurge on that with your customers. Wowza, that says a lot! Then my mom and my brother got salads, I know that my mom's was at least advertised as mixed greens on the menu. Well it was iceberg lettuce! Big let down there . The shrimp on my small piece of trout were about the size of my little fingernail. For a $30 entree, you would think they would at least have decent size shrimp. Nope! The only good thing I can say is when I asked for butter they actually brought me real butter & not margarine. It's a shame that that's the only compliment I can give. We ordered a club sandwich with no tomatoes. They gave us one with tomatoes and no ham and absolutely swimming with mayonnaise. Warning, if you eat here, you will feel robbed

I am giving this one star which says alot. I wish I could leave zero stars. I spent $700 on a birthday dinner for my daughter. We were all very disappointed. Our waitress was awful she forgot our order and had to come back and re take it. My food was cold, my daughter had a hair in her food, Our onion rings had no flavor at all and the fried green tomatoes were bland as well. I ordered my steak rare and it came back well done and I ordered broccoli but it came with potatoes and had added withoutasking me hollindase and crabmeat on top of my steak, they charged me for.. The waitress was rude when we complained about the food. She never got the manager when we asked twice. When i asked the waitress to sing and bring the dessert to my daughter the owner of the resturant was sitting at the bar and snapped at our waitress and said our desserts aren't free you have to charge us no matter if its for her birthday or not. I could not believe the owner yelled at her employee infront of the entire bar over something so silly. I can't recall the last time I was ever so disappointed in a resturant. My daughter heard the hostess telling one of my daughters friends that everyone that works there is basically new because the owner cannot keep employees because of the way she treats them. Awful experience 😢
