Visiting MA with my husband for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We stayed with friends and had an amazing anniversary dinner on the roof top with a beautiful view. The food was absolutely delicious and the view was everything we needed. The staff took care of us and we just have a great time with friends. There was no rush. We were outside at first and we got cold so we asked to move inside and the staff had no problem switching our table. Everyone was extremely nice and clean and my favorite was the street corner and grilled cheese with tomato. 10/10 food and atmosphere.

The space is beautiful and very well located (in front of the beach). The drinks are great and the food is also really good. If you don’t eat seafood (like me) you might don’t find so many options on the menu. The dessert was really well made and the price is also affordable.

Perfect summer for the locals day...Not crowded, great weather and fast service...I tell you the chil nachos wow....Fish sandwich was great and loved the slaw perfect balance..I would say the view is worth the trip...The old hangout when I was a kid hasn't changed. Liked the food and outstanding service...

We had a fantastic meal at the Parrot tonight. We got stuffed baked lobster that was delicious and a huge serving. I also got clam chowder. Tyler was a great server and the atmosphere was pleasant and fun on the roof top. Highly recommend! Also family friendly!

Food: I got the steak bits, very good and marinated well, but slightly chewy. The potatoes and veggies that came with it thought were great! Service: Our server was very nice and helped my family with food choices which turned out well. Atmosphere: A good mix of music and plenty of room throughout the place. Nice bar and amazing upstairs view of the beach.

After a few hours at the beach I had a craving for seafood and wanted something nearby. I saw this place had a rooftop service area with a great view of the water so I decided to check it out. There wasn't a long wait to be seated since I made a reservation. The waitress provided great service and the food tasted phenomenal.

We saw great reviews for this place, 75 years of service, and an attached seafood shop, so we had high hopes. The portions were great, but the textures and flavor just didn't match, sadly. When you have the raw materials on hand and charge the prices listed, you'd expect a specialty seafood joint on the water nearly a century into business to absolutely nail it. That just wasn't the case, unfortunately. I left the entrée more than half untouched, and that's how it ended. You'd think there would be follow-up questions as to why your prepared food is coming back, but there were none. Jake's Seafood is okay, but you'd want better than "okay" for the price.

This restaurant was everything and more then expected. We decided to go for a late lunch around 2:30pm. We had clam chowder, calamari, boiled lobster and a lobster role, each with French fries and coleslaw and drinks. Our server was Cassie S. and she was fabulous: attentive, offered suggestions and clarity on menu items, checked in with us to be sure all was well. The food was delicious!

Great local seafood joint that’s been around forever. Their lobster bisque, buffalo shrimp and lobster roll were all really good. Cocktails are okay but as to be expected for a seafood spot. Always busy but the wait is usually minimal, if at all. Service is quick and staff are kind.

We were there 07/06/2025 around 7pm. It was absolutely packed and had to wait some time but the wait was understandable given how busy it was. My partner mentioned that the hostess up front had a bad attitude but to me I didn't notice, she just seemed overwhelmed. Other than that everything was phenomenal. I got the broiled lemon garlic halibut with Brussels salad and French fries, yum! Hope to come back soon.

Food is ok portion are ok but the price is too much for a snack menu I would say total note 5/10 we drove all the way from Burlington but we are quite deceived. Salad is ridiculously small portion unfresch and kept in fridge prior to serving

order here all the time but 50.00 for "full belly clams" that they claim are dome size . half the meal was strips with no bellies . overcooked. no tarter with any of our meals to go . made these mom edible . manager didn't offer anything. will not be returning .

Appetizer of the cajun fried popcorn shrimp was 10/10. While the lobster and crab were fresh and delicious- the roll and butter were cold, the rice cold and the regular fries unseasoned. their special of the truffle fries were amazing 10/10. For as recommended as this place is, a little disappointed but maybe just an off day. Definitely would not have paid $100+ had we known.

I've stayed at the nearby resort for two years in a row now for an annual convention in Boston, and both years ordered pizza and snacks from here. It's rapidly becoming a tradition! I get a white pizza with spinach, onion, feta, and black olives - and it's absolutely delicious! The fried dough is also some of the best I've had - not too crunchy but not too soft either. I look forward to ordering again next year!

My wife and I were drawn by the live music being played by the local band The Pittfull. The energy was fantastic. The band was hot like fire!

Cute seaside local dive bar feel. Yummy reasonably priced food. Kind staff who actually know the regulars and open to chats while they work to make everyone feel welcome. We got pizza, fried dough, and fried Oreos. It was all AWESOME.😎

We spent the weekend at Daddy's because we were celebrating our son's wedding! We spent Thursday afternoon having drinks with guests, Friday night after the rehearsal dinner, and Saturday night after the wedding dancing and enjoying the fabulous bands! What a great atmosphere! The staff was fantastic, and did such a great job accommodating such a large group of ours!

The food was really delicious, but I didn’t like how one of the bartenders threw a bottle at My head after we literally After we bought three pizzas and it came back to buy another one was told that we Couldn’t have shoes inside the restaurant agreed to pay them leave one of the bartenders blonde here and two ponytails wanna sit here and talk about she knows how to deal with us people. She has three kids that’s half black and literally made a scene Disrespecting us . I’m mad at the fact I did want to press charges, but I was told due to my friends defending me and the situation that they would want to press charges too I was at the beach 103 Degrees with a big A lump on my head and a headache For something that they call a misunderstanding

Great pizza, great drinks. Karaoke is fantastic. Will definitely be coming back.

I've stopped in twice, each time while walking my dog. They are VERY cheerful and upbeat and looking to engage with me and our dog, even offering a piece of chicken [to my dog]. During a winter storm, I overheard one of the workers talking about giving a free meal to someone. Later, I noticed a sign that said no one should go hungry. I was very impressed by that and will give them extra opportunities to please our family. The tacos I had the first time were basic and filling. A taco bowl on another trip was very good, except I found a piece of tough meat. The next time my wife ordered by herself and she loved her quick lunch. The location is great, and one time, I ordered more than i had money on me, and they said, "Don't worry about it." I told them I would be back with the necessary money, and they were almost adamant that I didn't need to do that. I guess they really mean that if you don't have money, we'll still feed you. Pretty Remarkable. I returned a few days later, they almost refused to accept my money. So I ordered something small and stuffed a large tip in their jar. I think they'll make great neighbors and a great spot in the summer for a quick bite away from the beach or to bring to the beach!

Great ingredients; everything tasted fresh! The owner was kind enough to tell us about his cooking process and even let us sample some of the meats before we chose. Awesome service all around and we all left very satisfied! Everything is super customizable as well.

I stopped into South Shore Taco Guy following behind a friend who was ordering food. I am not a huge taco fan and I also have a severe gluten allergy so I didn’t expect much options for me. I was entirely wrong, the guys there informed me that I had options available for my dietary restrictions. I was so ecstatic. The men who helped me gave me the best service and helped me build my tacos. I was so grateful for their kindness. The atmosphere was clean and the bathroom was as well! Thank you SSTC for super yummy tacos and a great experience! I will be back again!

This is our new place to grab lunch whenever we go to the beach! Food is always fresh and delicious and the service is great. They have a lot of variety for toppings too which we love. Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind. I definitely recommended stopping by while you’re in Hull! They even have take out containers that hold your tacos upright so you can easily walk to the beach with your food. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s under new management now and run by a family. Steve is the owner. This is my 2nd time back and it’s safe to say it’s a hit! They are really nice people and their food fresh & outstanding. I get the taco salad with chicken and can’t say enough. Good selection too. I like their Balsamic dressing with sour cream on my salad. I’m spoiled now and will have to travel from Weymouth to Hull just to get my fix weekly. Try it! You’ll love it! Thanks Steve!

Great vegan options! Wish super burrito was bigger (12in?), maybe the best chips I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was really great and the people were super nice. They should advertise that they have vegan beef and vegan cheese 😄

We found a little toastie by the Hull beach a few days ago when we visited. In it was a note inviting us (with substantial bonus) to a meal at Toast. What a delightful way to introduce us to a most delicious breakfast. The choices of omelette, regular egg and hash and more cater to countless options and palates. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, even though they were quite busy. Serving portions were generous, and coffee great. One of us had hot chocolates and I’ll let the picture tell the rest. It’s truly a hidden gem.

We’ve been to the beach a few times and every time we come here we always make sure to stop at toast for breakfast. The staff are always so lovely, welcoming, and overall very positive people. The food is also always amazing, we’ve tried many things on their menu and haven’t had anything that wasn’t spectacular. We love coming here when we’re in the area and we will continue to come here every time we visit. Absolute gem of a place!!

Toast! A toast to toast since the lovely staff are my hosts every morning that I can enjoy the great eats, comfy seats, morning smiles that radiate for miles. We always know when we score Gianna as our waitress that are coffeeeeeeee cups will be constantly filled, food served pronto and conversation will be fun. Another amazing meal and great way to start my Sunday! I love coming here so much. The food is so consistently delicious and top notch no matter what you order. The staff is equally amazing always working hard to make sure everyone is happy! To top it off its feet from a beautiful beach. I’ve been getting breakfast out on the south shore my whole life and nothing has come close to being better than Toast! I’ve been going here for years and never a bad meal. So if you’re craving an amazing breakfast or lunch I’d definitely recommend going and trying everything!

Under new management. A wide variety of delicious food. Place is small, noisy, and crowded, but lively and the staff are so friendly! Our waitress today was amazing. Definitely recommend. Worth a few minutes' wait for a table :-D

In Massachusetts for the first time and OH MY GOSH - Toast has the best breakfast and staff. We loved our food, large portions so we took some to snack on later. If we’re ever in Massachusetts again we will definitely come back!

Here is the place to go for breakfast!!! My mother and I were traveling in Hull this week and decided to try this breakfast place based on a recommendation by one of my coworkers. His recommendation did not disappoint. My mother got the eggs florentine with hash browns and I got an omelet with avocado and that came with potatoes and toast. The cinnamon raisin toast was so delicious I was blown away! Would recommend every day. The omelet was hot and fresh off the grill and the eggs florentine were perfectly made. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice small breakfast place with EXCELLENT food!
