Saint John's Cathedral, located in the heart of historic St. John's in Antigua, is a 19th-century Anglican church renowned for its architectural significance. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren and constructed between 1680 and 1687, the cathedral boasts impressive features such as five domes supported by Italian stone columns and two baroque-style towers added in 1802. Despite enduring destruction from natural disasters over the years, it remains an iconic symbol of strength and resilience.
Love old cathedrals. Sad to see the amount of disrepair....but all in all in great condition considering the age.

Is nice very old church dominant object in Sant John's. Is obliged to visit 😉 Church ⛪️ is completely renovated from inside and is really done very well. Almost all interiors are made from good quality wood and all other things are done well. The problem is outside look at Church looks like abandoned. Entrance in church is 5 dollars so hopefully that money will help to restore church from outside. Around you have many very old grave also for renovation. With support of visitors and maybe some good donations can become really big touristic attraction. People working there is very nice and polite.

Restoration still in progress! A historical trrasur that reminds of the ctuciform architecture style. The interior reflects the Key Features of a Cruciform Cathedral: Nave: The main body of the church where the congregation gathers. Chancel: The part of the church surrounding the altar, often with a higher level. Transepts: The wings that extend from the nave, forming the arms of the cross. Crossing: The intersection of the nave and transepts. Chapels and Apses: Additional spaces within the cathedral, often found at the ends of the transepts or nave.

This church is located in the city center. The ticket is $5, and only cash is charged. There are many cemeteries and stone tablets in the yard outside. Go up the stairs and enter the church, which is a wooden structure, very beautiful, and there is a staff member at the door. The stairs are blocked to visit with wooden boards. The building is very majestic, but there are many cracks in the courtyard wall, and I am worried that it will collapse.
Xiulan T — Google review
It was sadly closed when we got to it. Walking through town its out of place as the building around it are newer and colorful. But the outside is beautiful. Great place to see if your in town

St. John’s Cathedral is a short walk from the cruise terminal. Originally built in 1683, twice destroyed by earthquakes. Last time rebuilt in 1845. The exterior is in a somewhat romantic state of ancient ruin: a lot of windows are boarded as well as the second tower clocks. The interior however is what stands this cathedral apart: entirely wood laden (ceiling included) it resembles a ship of the era of great geographical discoveries complete with stained glass windows.
Vadim S — Google review
Nice church located in downtown. On the outside on one of the side there is the cemetery and a store that sells souvenirs. Inside the church everything is done with wood, when you look from the entrance the church is a cross shape. The organ if beautiful.
Julito R — Google review
This is a beautiful and very old Cathedral on the island of Antigua and Barbuda. It is currently under restoration construction, but you can still trip around inside and out. We did not take a tour, we just walked from downtown, at the cruise port. It's about a 10 minute walk, and worth checking out if you like spending 10-20 minutes looking at a bit of history. There aren't any plaques or posters explaining the history of the church, but there were individuals on sight if you had questions. The inside is beautiful and looks fresh and new.

History Museums
The Museum of Antigua & Barbuda, established in 1985, is situated in the historic St Johns Courthouse, believed to be the oldest building in St Johns. Designed by renowned architect Peter Harrison, this neoclassical structure dates back to around 1750 and once housed the Court of Justice and Court of Assembly. The museum offers a captivating journey through 10,000 years of Antiguan and Barbudan history, from the island's formation to modern times.
It was 3 dollars at the time of our visit. Great museum, not expensive. Great spot to visit if walking around to learn about the history of Antigua. Open on port days. Friendly staff too!
Vij M — Google review
Worth checking out if you are interested in the history of the area. It's inexpensive and interesting but very small. If you are day touring, it makes for a nice short stop.
Gabrielle O — Google review
Small but quite interesting museum giving historical background to Antiguan history. Exhibits are quite limited and it can be visited quickly as there are really inly a couple of rooms if exhibits currently although some restoration is perhaps being done. Worth a visit if you temper your expectations.
Phil M — Google review
Very small and doable. Some important and meaningful history regarding the slavery history at the back wall. Stuff that warrants regular reminders to keep a measured perspective about your life and privilege. Whatever you do, don’t go sit in there and scam wifi. Make the 3$ contribution and enrich yourself for 1/2 hour.
Jeff K — Google review
Charming museum walking distance from the cruise terminal. Exhibitions begin with the forming of the islands from the movement of the earth’s plate tectonics, to the islands colonial past, slavery and its independence. The exhibits need a little refreshing and updating, as many look worn down. Nevertheless, the information is valuable and speaks to the overall history of the Antilles.
Sebastian N — Google review
Quite small ,but with lots of interesting items, it can get crowded as the school children were on a trip ,didn't impact on our visit as they were so polite. It was 3 euros to enter, and we could use the wifi. Wish we had more time there. There was a lot about Christopher Columbus, a small gift shop in the corner that offers small trinkets. The museum is well worth a visit. We will return on our next trip.
Bernie M — Google review
Nice, albeit small museum about the island's history. Admission is $3USD or 8ECD. Per person. Recommend paying in ECD to save some money. You can hire a tour guide for added fee.

I loved seeing the culture and history of another county, honestly they don't have alot of history and pirates didnt come to this part of the Caribbean but they had a big English and slave trade part of it. Come to the best museum on the island

Sights & Landmarks
Redcliffe Quay is a historic area located in the capital city of St. John's, offering a glimpse into the 18th-century architecture with its sympathetically restored Georgian buildings. This waterfront district is a one-stop destination for upmarket retail therapy, featuring boutiques housed in historic houses and colorful cabins. It's an ideal spot for souvenir shopping, offering hand-crafted jewelry, local artwork, and Caribbean-themed items.
Restored historic market, more local flavor than all the cruise terminal shops. The city has more of an organized town feeling, as opposed to some of the other island capitals that seemed like they grew up around a fishing village.

This was a nice area to walk around and look in shops. There were lots of cute souvenirs to choose from at good prices. There were also lots of fun photo ops including the British phone booths. Parking was available, but in paid parking lots. I don't recall how much parking was, but I don't remember it being a very high price. This is a fun area to spend a few hours.

Great place to explore and shop straight out of the cruise port
Tim M — Google review
Needs some funding from companies who own cruise liners. These vast ships totally overwhelm this small area of St John's off loading tourists by the thousand. Two shops selling diamonds( as you do), I guess there are loads of diamond mines on the small Island of Antigua , a couple of sleazy drink venues and clothes shops probably imports. How does this tourism benefit the people of Antigua? Sad.
Jackie F — Google review
Nice port, or was incredibly busy with 4 ships docked. Street vendors, especially cab drivers were incredibly pushy, made me uncomfortable. Otherwise there is a lot to see, and it's beautiful!

I love this place. Lots of choices for eating. I always choose Cuties re restaurant. The food is just damn finger licking, makes your mouth water for more. Cocktails are made with love I say because they don't lack anything. The foods are really reasonable prices. Honestly I think it should be even more expensive when you see the presentation plus your taste buds will be screaming with pleasure. There is no A.c because it's not hot. The lovely Caribbean breeze will cool you down🌟🌛🌜😚

Historical place
Fort James is an 18th-century fort located at the entrance to the harbor of St. Johns, Antigua. It was built by the British to guard the harbor and features several cannons and panoramic views of the ocean and the capital city. The fort's ruins offer a glimpse into its history of defending against French invasion. Located on a northwestern shoreline, it is less crowded than other tourist spots, making it a great place to explore on horseback or enjoy some tranquility by the sea.
Fort James: Scenic and Historic Well Worth the Visit Fort James is a hidden historical gem in Antigua that offers more than just old cannons and stone walls it gives you a glimpse into the island’s colonial past, paired with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. Built in the early 18th century by the British to guard the harbor from potential invasion, the fort still stands as a reminder of Antigua’s strategic maritime importance. While the structure is mostly in ruins, several cannons remain in place, and the fort’s layout is still recognizable. It’s a fantastic spot for history lovers, photographers, or anyone looking for a quiet place to take in panoramic views. The elevated location offers a stunning vantage point of the harbor and surrounding coastline especially beautiful at sunset. The site isn’t heavily commercialized or crowded, which adds to its charm. However, it also means there’s little signage or historical information on site. It’s perfect for those who enjoy exploring off the beaten path, but less so for visitors expecting a guided or curated experience. Pro Tips: 👟 Wear good walking shoes – Terrain can be uneven, especially near the crumbling stone walls. ⚠️ Mind your step, some areas have loose rocks and overgrown vegetation; stay alert when climbing or exploring near edges. 💧 Bring water and sun protection, there's very little shade, and no vendors or restrooms on site. 🌞 Go during the day, there’s no lighting after dark, and it’s best experienced in natural daylight. 🏖️ Pair your visit with a nearby beach, Fort James Beach is just below, making it easy to turn your historical outing into a relaxing day by the sea. 🚫 No fees and no hiking. While the site could benefit from basic preservation efforts or educational signage, Fort James still carries a quiet, majestic quality. If you appreciate authentic historical landmarks with character and unbeatable views, it’s absolutely worth the visit.
Jainisse K — Google review
It's a fort, but it is easy to get to, and the view is amazing. So if on a trip to Antigua it is a good spot to visit. Definitely if you wanted something to do to pass the time. And you can take some really good pictures from this spot.
Jonjo R — Google review
Fort James has not been restored to its original 1800's glory. Maybe someday the tourism ministry will recognize its location as extremely valuable and worthy of restoration. It's located close to St John's and adjacent to the cruise and cargo shipping lanes into the harbor. Plus there are great beaches and picnic areas close by
Ron C — Google review
The views are awesome and the original condition of the Fort gives off a historic feel... But the current state of the place, i.e. the litter, trash bags of garbage, and marine supplies scattered all over the area makes you just shake your head.
Leon — Google review
Easily accessible and parking is available outside. If your car is small, you may be able to drive through the gate. Many spots to walk to and get different views. You can see the port on the opposite side.

What an interesting place to UrBex or just see.. heavily damaged from a storm but still lots of history to look at .. the best part is if you have a car there is no charge to enter .. be advised no public restroom and no handy capped access .. being good shoes and a Camera the views of the ocean are fantastic!

Fort James in Antigua is a remarkable historical site, offering a blend of scenic beauty and rich heritage. The well-maintained fortress provides panoramic views of the coastline and St. John's Harbor. Visitors can explore the cannons, barracks, and other remnants of the colonial era, immersing themselves in the island's history. A visit to Fort James is a rewarding experience for history lovers and those seeking stunning vistas in Antigua.

Beaches
Nestled on the west coast of Antigua, Galley Bay Beach is a hidden gem with its soft white sand, turquoise waters, and swaying palm trees. Despite being home to the Galley Beach Resort & Spa, it remains relatively quiet and secluded, offering a peaceful escape from the crowds. Snorkelers can delight in spotting sea life among the small coral reefs, including stingrays and colorful fish. The beach also provides nesting grounds for sea turtles during the summer months.
Absolutely stunning beach! Very quiet, not too many people there. Great for snorkelling or swimming or just for a stroll on the beach! Very sandy, there are quite a few big rocks too, but mostly sand, sea and sun! The water looks beautiful and it’s quite warm! Amazing place to watch the sunset too!
Hannah — Google review
Pristine beach. No public facilities. Park on side of the road past the resort and there is a gate to the walk thru to the beach. Great snorkeling. Live fan coral, saw a hug eel, couple founders and a young turtle while we were there. There was quite a bit of boat traffic so keep a eye out while swimming/snorkeling. Practically had the beach to ourselves. Great way to spend a couple hours for sure.
Jenny S — Google review
Thank you, Jenny Sprague, for the directions to access the beach. We parked across from the gate to Galley Bay Heights and walked back to the green chain-link gate that allows access over the resort property. Note: according to the Antiguan government all beaches are public even though several resorts will not allow you through their gates. The beach is nearly 1/2 mile long and a bit steep. The waves were unusually strong when we were there making casual swimming difficult. It would be a five star beach if it wasn't for the resort rooms crowding the beach.
KEN W — Google review
This is a great beach. They have tried to make it look private but almost All beaches in Antigua are public. Enter via the unlocked gate in the fence and walk a short gravel path to a pristine beach. Great for swimming, snorkelling etc. Snorkelling is good at both ends but the right hand side (as you face out to sea ) is best. For snorkelling be aware that the jet skis that come out of Deep Bay come illegally close to snorkellers on occasion (within 15m) as most of the riders are first timers, so a surface marker buoy is a useful safety precaution. There are occasional Moon Jellyfish which are pretty harmless and easy to avoid. Would be no worse than a stinging nettle even if you did brush up against the underside of the bell.
T L — Google review
Take the road that bypasses the resort to get there and park on the side of the road. Enter through a gate (see photo) and you will find yourself walking through parts of the resort to get to the beachfront. The beach had a nice sunset view, but I can see it getting crowded since it is right by the resort.
Cindy W — Google review
Very quiet secluded beach with crystal clear water despite the sea being quite choppy due to the constant wind blowing from East. Many seashells and broken corals on the beach so that children can go treasure hunting and keep busy for a few hours. Very recommended to those who don’t like the crowd at Dickenson Bay.
Sara G — Google review
A bit of a hidden gem. If you’re not staying at the resort then access is through a gate on the far right of the resort just on the uphill bend. Beautiful beach with a good snorkelling reef right off the beach

Hemingway's Caribbean Cafe is a charming restaurant located in St. John's, Antigua, offering a casual dining experience with a focus on Creole and Caribbean cuisine. The menu features authentic dishes such as Antiguan fricassee of saltfish, local lobster flambeed with Cavalier rum, curry shrimp and okra gumbo, and roasted jerk pork tenderloin with pineapple relish.
Best Oxtail I’ve ever tried in my entire life! Food is delicious! Service is good! The ambience is great. Specially from the balcony. Don’t skip this place! Their Old Fashioned Rum Punch is good.
Veronica A — Google review
My husband and I ate lunch at Hemingway's during a cruise that stopped at St. John's. The good: The location is conveniently located by the port, and the upstairs outdoor patio provides a cool breeze. Their smoothies were refreshing, and their conch fritters were tasty (the sauce was on the spicier side). The bad: The prices were high, even for a tourist trap. There was a 17% tax (not including gratuity) added onto the menu prices. Our smoothies were approximately $7.50 each, which was reasonable. We paid $20 for three conch fritters, which was unreasonable. However, the most off-putting part of our experience was the service. We were not approached when we entered the restaurant and had to ask to be seated. Our server did not appear happy and did not look us in the eyes. She took our order, and we did not see her again. Service was slow, even though it was 1:30 pm on a Monday. It took us 40 minutes to receive two smoothies and a conch fritter appetizer. We heard another worker berating the customers at the table behind us for not eating their food sufficiently since the worker said she assumed they would want certain dishes brought out first. When we were done eating, we had to seek out a server to pay our check. Overall: The food was pleasant enough, but I wish I'd saved my money and time and eaten on the cruise ship. It wasn't worth the price for the poor service.

Yes this is definitely worth visiting; delightful, excellent burger as soft as butter, sweet potato fries all delicious and serviced with very fresh & neatly presented mayo & ketchup. Very quaint wrap-around terrace on first floor. Lovely service with a genuine smile and honestly if we weren’t in a rush we’d have stayed for several hours, just drinking watching the world go by. A lime fizz works super well with a burger!

This is hands down the best Caribbean-style food in Antigua! We’ve been here multiple times, and every single visit has been consistently excellent. The service is wonderful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, freshly made, and always served with a smile. They’re always on point, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re in Antigua and want an authentic, mouthwatering meal, this is the place to go. Highly recommend we’ll definitely keep coming back!

This restaurant is located at the pier where our cruise ship docked. The place was recommended by our tour guide. It’s across the street where he let us off. You have to walk up stairs to get to it. So it’s not suitable for handicap. By the entrance there were souvenir vendors. The place only had 4 other customers. We were seated on the patio. We had 2 different servers. Another couple came in after us and she took their order before us a gentleman came in way after us and got his food before us. The first server seemed annoyed and the second server was not that friendly. We order 2 daiquiris for $9.65 each and the Key west club for $17.40. We waited 20 minutes. The sandwich and fries were good. So were the cocktails. Just the service was lacking.
Sheila D — Google review
This place came highly recommended for seafood and while in Antigua I really wanted to try the lobster. The food was great but it is a bit pricey. I paid $70 for lobster.
Dalia F — Google review
Nice little spot for a taste of the carribean. Definitely recommend pepper pot (I added chicken) - loved it- the flavours and spice were just what I was looking for! The drinks were really nice too. My sister had the pumpkin soup. She said it was nice but could have had a bit more spice flavours. The prawns were alright (maybe a little over priced though). The shape of the dish made it difficult to really enjoy the sauce with the prawns. In terms of sides, the white basmati was done really nicely (according to my sister), sweet potato fries were good and the salad dressing was a nice touch to the salad. My 8 year old nephew loved his chicken and chips, and ice cream sundae. The jerk chicken wrap was ok... the sauce was a little bit tangy and overpowering (wouldve been nice if I could taste the chicken and if it was a bit more spicy. Instead, it tasted like I was just eating the bbq jerk from the bottle at points (more ketchup-y) so I could only eat one half of my wrap at the time. Overall though, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our visit.

Ana's On The Beach is a picturesque beachside restaurant offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and lush greenery. Guests can dine outdoors on the verandah or in the climate-controlled orchid room, enjoying Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine such as tenderloin with cognac, Neptunes seafood, and Barbuda Lobster. The restaurant also features an art gallery and air-conditioned beachfront cabanas for a luxurious experience.
Ana’s On The Beach is an absolute gem! The staff are truly incredible — so kind, welcoming, and honest. My partner accidentally left his phone there without realizing, and when we came back two days later on a hunch, they had kept it safe for us. We were blown away by their honesty and hospitality. The food is honestly 10/10. I had the shrimp coconut curry, and it was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. The coconut shrimp starter? I haven’t stopped thinking about it since — it was that good! To top it all off, the bar is right on a stunning stretch of beach at Dickinson’s Bay, making the whole experience even more special. If you’re in the area, Ana’s is a must-visit!

I ordered a seafood sampler that is supposed to be consists of squid, shrimp and fish. There was no fish, the squid is really rubbery and the shrimp is just alright. The food was fried longer that it should. I should have listened to my gut after reading reviews on here. Definitely don’t recommend.

Classic older property and option to have feet in the sand while dining. Of the 5 different places we've tried fried calamari, this was our favorite. We ordered the Restaurant Week prix fixe 3 course lunch. My Caribbean Jerk Chicken plate and also hubby's Carbonara were very good. The menu has a full page of lobster dishes but, alas, it is not legal to serve lobster in May (a 3 month rest for mating season). Will certainly return next visit!

My last two times at Ana’s was not very good. You can definitely tell when Ana is nit there!! Served the scrappy bits from the bottom of the shop bought fries and the last time the bar person told me I should be smoking the “good weed” instead of cigarettes!!!
Pepa R — Google review
None of the food was really that great. They were out of a lot of things so that was weird? They used store bought shells for tacos. There was undressed salad on almost every plate. The chicken wings and fish curry were okay. The arepas was soggy. The drinks were strong and that was the only highlight. They charge a fee to be there and we paid for chairs to be able to lay on the beach. We needed up spending about $160 in American dollars for the whole experience. Four items of food, three drinks, their fee to be there plus abst and service charge and we paid for four chairs as we were there with another couple plus we tipped because they were actually decent on service. Overall, the food is definitely not worth it and I don’t think we’d go back. We’d try to find another beach area but this is where our taxi took us too when we asked to go to this particular beach.
Kaylea C — Google review
We came here a couple times for dinner and both time it seems like we are the only one there . Just a couple of tables occupied . So we were hesitant everytime to come here knowing food might both be fresh as expected. The staffs was nice in general . But food could need a little more improvement. The fried snapper could have prepared a little better. But we just want to come here and support the local businesses hoping they improve next time .

My spouse and I were recommended to go to this place if we wanted to enjoy good seafood. I won’t lie, food was really good. However, we did not end up the night quite pleased. The people that work there are very nice and friendly, anything you need they will assist you. As a drink, we order the rum punch, their specialty. Really strong, we were a little buzzed with just one drink 🤣 As I said, the quality of the food was good. Their bread is DELICIOUS!! We were very surprised. My spouse ordered the fried red snapper, I ordered the house mix platter. All fresh and tasty. Food took a little bit to prepare, which we appreciate because it means it’s fresh cooked. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because we felt like they charge you American prices. No sides with your food, besides a small salad. If you order fish, you’ll have fish. Nothing to eat it with. Overall, we were satisfied with the quality of the food, the environment and the service.
Nuria B — Google review
I recently dined at Papa Zouk in Antigua, and while the food was good, the overall experience was uncomfortable and ruined our last night on the island. The first thing you notice when entering the restaurant is that it's very overwhelming: a lot of everything. Decorations, too many customers in a room, and fans - which made it challenging to have a conversation with the person in front of you. We were lucky enough to be accommodated at one of the few single tables, as most guests had to share a long table (which would have been absolutely fine!). However, as it was a special night, we were delighted to have a bit more privacy. After 15 minutes (we had already ordered food and drinks), the owner came to us and "kindly" asked us to move to a shared table as there was a couple celebrating something special. Something so special that the lady spent the evening watching her phone, and the waitress turned out to be a friend. For the inconvenience, the owner told us that drinks were on him. The food was good; the fried elements of the dish were excellent with perfect breadcrumbs. Maybe a little too oily. I liked the idea of serving homemade sauces on the table to dress food (like putting olive oil on the table but instead, you had a passion fruit dressing). The only problem with the food was that we ordered two dishes to share and received three (one entree and two main courses - exactly bthe same main course). We asked the waiter if the food was definitely ours, and she confirmed. At this stage, we thought maybe they had shared the main course on two plates as it was a bigger meal. Well, once the bill arrived, the surprise: they charged us for the drinks (2 rum punch and water, not a magnum of champagne) and two main courses. We were extremely disappointed with this, and thankfully a young lady (she was working at the bar?) assisted us and was very kind and understanding. On the other hand, our waitress was rude and lacked basic customer service skills, starting to say that we couldn't have our dinner for free, and things like that. We explained that we didn't want a free dinner; clearly, as paying customers (and the restaurant is overpriced considering portion sizes), we wanted to pay for the service received. Ah, guess what? This was the waitress was friend of the people who were sitting at our initial table. In all this, the owner did not check on us once. All in all, it was a bizarre and unpleasant experience that I would not recommend. It's a shame because the restaurant was recommended by locals and we were so excited, but it was the worst night in the last 10 days. We're coming back to Antigua soon, but don't think this place will be on our list again.

What a place! This isn’t just a restaurant, its a whole experience. Bert (the owner) sat down with us to have a lovely chat and told us about their menu of the day. We had the most beautiful meal! Expect Incredible atmosphere and the yummiest rum punch (rum tea) must go if you are in Antigua

The food was great, the people were great, and the vibe was awesome. We really enjoyed our dinner at Papa Zouk. The crab cake was phenomenal, the soup amazing, and our entree's were unforgettable. The rum punch was refreshing (take your time and drink water haha). Highly recommend!

Papa Zouk in Antigua is a must-visit for anyone who loves fresh seafood and a lively atmosphere. The food is spectacular, featuring rich island flavors and creative dishes that showcase the best local ingredients. Staff are genuinely warm and friendly, making each guest feel like a long-time friend from the moment they arrive. The restaurant’s décor is playful and unique, filled with vibrant colors, quirky art, and rum bottles that celebrate Antigua’s spirit. Even the restrooms are part of the journey, decorated with fun, local touches that add extra personality to the place. Dining here isn't just a meal—it’s a true Antigua experience you’ll never forget.

I came here on a Friday night. No reservations. Around 6:30 pm. I got the small grilled fish and it was the perfect size to share it with my boyfriend. It came with salad. We ordered a side of fried yellow plantains. It was delicious!!! Their Rum Punch was not good. Easy street parking. Bathrooms are clean. This place gets packed in minutes!!!

C&C Wine House is a charming wine bar and restaurant located in the heart of St. Johns, Antigua. It offers an extensive selection of South African and Argentinean wines that can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes ranging from simple bites like olives to more substantial meals such as coconut shrimp, pastas, burgers, and paninis.
Day one in Antigua, and this is the first place I dined at — no regrets!!! Unfortunately, I didn’t capture the Fish critters because once I got a taste it was hard to stop — order them!! The fried plantains, seafood pasta & curry shrimp dishes were very flavorful and satisfying!! This spot is cute and even cuter at night with the lights. Customer service is exceptional!

Was walking around and found this cozy lil place by accident and decided to have lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was amazing!! I had the daily special which was a leg quarter with rice and peas and salad😋it was so good! Wife had the fish sandwich and said it delicious as well, also had fresh made lemonade . If you’re thinking about do it!

It has been YEARS since I've dined at C&C and that's because I've always considered it a first date setting. But I do remember the food being 10/10. I decided to try their Bingo Tuesday and Idky I haven't done it sooner! I love bingo and I love food plus they're really friendly and provide a fun atmosphere. It was kind of hot even though it was outdoors but that's not their fault. Just a point to note to to go on a breezy night if heat isn't for you. If you're considering to visit C&C for food, atmosphere, value and a memorable night out then YES.

When we cruise we always pick a highly rated restaurant to have lunch and on this visit to St. John we picked the C&C Wine Bar. It was a great choice, really good food and the service was perfect, attentive, and fast. It is a wine bar but the food was really yummy. I had fish and chips, prepared perfectly and tasty. Susan had Fish & Vegetable Coco Curry which she devoured. We will return.

One of the best restaurants we have entered after touring Caribbean islands - not on cruiseships. Decent prices. Very good food and lots of ZA wines. Seafood pasta very good. Friendly and attenttive staff - which you sorrowly not always find in Caribbean islands. Highly recommended.

Food was inexpensive and taste great. The wine was absolutely great as well. Timothy was our waiter and gave wonderful suggestions for both appetizers and main course. Will definitely be going back before our vacation is over.

Roti King is a delightful culinary gem located in St. John's, Antigua, where the vibrant flavors of Caribbean cuisine come to life. This eatery specializes in Roti, a delicious dish featuring curried fillings such as beef, chicken, shrimp, conch, or vegetables enveloped in soft chapatti skins—available in both plain white and whole-wheat options.
Here in Antigua for the first time. Heard about Roti King from my wife, who reminisced about the days she visited her grandparents here on the island. The place did not disappoint! The place was packed when we showed up and the servers came to us took our order and sat us outside. After a pleasant wait our food arrived and it was absolutely 💯 amazing. It was so good we ordered the same Rotis to go. My wife and I ate the Channa and Potatoes on wheat Roti, my young adults ate chicken Roti. We'll be back!

Another local spot in St.Johns, that is frequented by locals and tourists. The menu is varied and you can order chicken, beef, veggie, shrimp and conch rotis (think also pork). Doubles and phulourie/pholourie/phoulourie (included every spelling variation so as not to offend anyone lol) are also other favourites on the menu. I ordered the chicken roti (with a side of plantain) which was fresh and hot. It was a really decent size (huge in fact). My only minor complaint is that the roti didn't have enough gravy. So it was very dense. Just make sure you order one of their local juices to help wash it down. Overall, I'd happily recommend and go back there again.

Would highly recommend making Roti King a must visit destination for lunch during your trip to Antigua. This was my 3rd time to this restaurant over the years and it never disappoints. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge. It is very busy with locals which is always a great sign. We went with friends for lunch and were really hyping up the fact this would be the best meal of our trip and it was. I went with a double and the lobster roti. Both were exceptional, great flavour and complimented each other. The hot sauce is a must for both of these dishes. Great taste of Trinidad right in St. John's. Next time I'm back in Antigua I will be back.

Chicken roti/shrimp roti were both 10/10. We added the hot sauce and a side of plantains with the tamarind sauce. So good.

Hot outside but worth it. Lovely Roti's and they serve the local drink, sea moss.

Food was real good. Service was great. I ordered the chicken roti with everything on it. Roti was fresh , chicken was tender, the tamarind sauce made it even better. Can't go wrong ordering food here. Definitely recommended. Saving this as a regular destination when I visit Antigua again.

Magic rotis. Tastes of Caribbean hibernian goodness. Awarding pat stanton level

I enjoyed the Chana Doubles. The chana doubles here are savory, sweet, and a little spicy. I don't know if that's how authentic doubles should taste, however I enjoyed it and would get more in the future.
