Castle
Museums
Palazzo Madama, also known as the Lady Palace, is a 4-floor art museum in Italy that houses collections of antiquities, paintings, decorative and applied arts. The palace has a rich history and was once the seat of power for a queen during a time when the king had passed away and the prince was too young to rule. The museum is located near Place de la Castello and features luxurious decorations and murals showcasing the style of its dynasty.
another amazing italian palace/castle. has a lot of exhibitions. could take up to 1.5 hours easily. you can climb one of the castles tower an get a panoramic view of Torino. scenery is amazing from up there.

Fantastic palace as a residence for the House of Savoy to visit day and night ! First of all, the interesting 18th century baroque facade which was placed on the medieval building at the back. Then the interior monumental staircase which characterizes the monumentality and magnificence of the baroque palaces. The regent of Duke Charles-Emmanuel II, Christine de France, sister of Louis XIII, who calls herself "Madame Royale", chooses it as her personal residence.
Enjoy L — Google review
A grand palace with a magnificent staircase which minis once drove down in The Italian Job. The museum is fantastic, with several stories of very varied exhibits, from austere Medieval Christian on the ground floor, and sumptuous Baroque above it, to a top tier of glossy porcelain and an amazing view on the roof.
Tim P — Google review
Palazzo Madama in Turin is a masterpiece of layered history and Baroque elegance. The highlight upon entering is the grand staircase designed by Filippo Juvarra—a breathtaking architectural feature that feels almost theatrical. With its sweeping curves, marble balustrades, and dramatic play of light, the staircase alone is worth the visit. It sets the tone for the refined beauty and historical depth found throughout the palace.
Giulia B — Google review
I spent over four hours at Palazzo Madama, and not a minute felt wasted. The permanent collections are impressive, from austere medieval Christian art to flamboyant Baroque ceramics, each floor offers a distinct atmosphere and a clear narrative. You climb through centuries, not just stairs. What truly surprised me was how quiet the museum was ... even in peak season, it felt like I had the place to myself. No crowds, no noise, just art and silence. It’s rare to find such a rich collection in such a peaceful setting. If you’re tired of elbowing through tourists at the Egyptian Museum or Palazzo Reale, this is your sanctuary. 😍
Big D — Google review
Great palace in downtown center with amazing museum full of art and decorations. Also featuring a view tower.
Rok K — Google review
The palace has become a large and diverse museum that has plenty of surprises: Renaissance paintings, with special attention for Defendente Ferrari; wonderful wood carvings; a vast collection of porcelain; baroque palatial rooms; a quiet and secretive most garden; great views over the city. Take your time to explore!

Art museum
The National Museum of Cinema is located in the iconic Mole Antonelliana, a 19th-century building that stands as a symbol of Turin. The museum offers an extensive collection showcasing the evolution of cinema, from pre-cinematic optical equipment to modern films and memorabilia. Visitors can explore different floors to learn about the history and techniques of filmmaking, view various sets, and engage in interactive experiences such as 3D simulations and reenacting movie scenes.
Great place to visit. Lots of facts and really cool ideas of how to present the history of cinema. We saw the Art of James Cameron, so check the current options when in Torino. Also spectacular view on the city from the platform where fast elevator will take you.
Rok K — Google review
Amazing museum filled with cinema history. We went during the James Cameron exhibition. The interactive parts were great and the props were very interesting to go through and learn about their movies. The only down side is that the dedication exhibition that changes could be smaller so that the main part had more cinema history related stuff. In addition to these the elevator is a must. The view of torino is amazing and one you don't want to miss. I also recommend getting tickets in advance since it can get crowded(having tickets for both the exhibition and the elevator can reduce the wait time drastically).
Stella K — Google review
What an experience!! Even if you don’t like cinema, the way the Musuem is designed, it captures your attention. There is the technical historical part and there is the movies parts as well as the sets and pieces that you can see. Interactive and amazing experience. A must do in Turin
Andrew K — Google review
Great museum in the heart of Torino...One of the must see thing in this city... Second name museum of cinema... I think it's the tallest museum in the world... 167,5m...Around this building it's very crowded... So much people and markets with souvenirs... You can take nice pictures from the bottom or you can buy lift ticket and go up to see panorama of Torino... If you want you can go up by foot if you are in good condition... I recommend you to buy ticket for elevator and tour in advance... View from the top is amazing, all city and Alps... Inside you have to see nice museum... People who work there is so kind and helpful... All recommendations for visit and take some nice pictures and videos if you are in Torino...
VLAJKO P — Google review
The history part was interesting, and the layout inside was unique. The modern cinema section (the main part) now seems a bit anachronistic, as it focuses on a fairly narrow era of cinema. The part where cinema technology moves into gaming felt the most contemporary but it was not much. Note that when I bought the ticket online, there was only the option to buy a combined museum + panoramic lift ticket. Yet when I tried to get on the lift I was told my ticket was only for the museum. There wasn’t even a way to buy the tickets separately on the website so I’m not sure how I could have done it wrong. Anyway, I decided to skip the lift rather than buy another ticket. So I’m not sure if you should buy a ticket in advance, actually.
Nuraini ( — Google review
Like the view from the observation deck. Recommended during the sunset. Apparently you cannot visit without a ticket bought, and for this you may have issue in the website, so we just scan qr code near the entrance and book the time.
Maryna K — Google review
The iconic Mole dominates Turin's skyline. You car ride to the top for amazing views. Combine this with a ticket for the excellent Museum of Cinema (housed in the main building) for the best value.
Tim P — Google review
Loved it. Great way to explore cinema and film making. My 7yo and 9yo had plenty to see and do here. As a cinephile I found it a brilliant collection that is well constructed and curated.

Basilica
Sights & Landmarks
Perched atop Superga hill, the Basilica of Superga is a magnificent baroque church with a commanding dome that offers breathtaking views of the Alpine surroundings. Designed by renowned architect Filippo Juvarra in the early 18th century, this grand basilica replaced an existing church and holds great historical significance as it serves as the burial site for the royal House of Savoy.
The Superga Basilica sits atop the hill on the northern side of the city. It's visible from miles around when driving towards Turin. You can reach it by car - they have a big parking lot just right from the Church, or by a small train departing from the foot of the hill. It's a big Baroque edifice, recently renovated and painted in royal dark yellow. Visiting the main Church is free and the interiors are magnificent. Visiting the crypt with Royal Savoy tombs and the viewing platform on the dome is paying. From the terrace in front of the Church is a spectacular panoramic view of Turin. At the back side is a commemoration site for the football victims plane crash in 1949
Dejan B — Google review
Nice Basilica to visit. Spectacular view from top of the mountain. I'm not a football fan so I haven't heard about Turin's team tragic aircraft crash near by. So it was something new to find out and learn. Speaking about Basilica's open time it is ridiculous.. Honestly.. It closes from 13:30 to 14:30.. Why? I understand if museum office might be closed but not church itself. We went in 13:18 and we were told by staff member that it is already closed.. 12 mins before schedule. Also pretty complicated to get there. Bus or funicular goes only once an hour..
Deividas M — Google review
Beautiful Basilica on top of a hill with panoramic views of Turin and the Po river. We used the Turin tourist card which I can't recommend enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and an interesting story behind the Basilica.
Willam F — Google review
Beautiful place on the top of a large hill overlooking Torino. Had a tour of the Royal Tombs of the House of Savoy. As well as the room with the collection of portraits of popes through history. The center gardens are beautiful. Unfortunately the day we were there visibility was poor so didn’t get the view of Torino so many talk about.
Rose B — Google review
This Basilica is absolutely stunning and you can feel the spirit when you enter the building. The back story is very interesting and shows how compelling people of history really were. I highly recommend visiting this place if you're in Turin. Please be respectful though!
Jesse H — Google review
The best place to view the city with the mountains in the back. In the morning there was a lot of mist so I think sunset here is amazing and the Basilica is open very late. A lot of people have their date here at the evening with a glass of wine.
Luka V — Google review
A beautiful and serene basilica with amazing views out over Torino, and the Alps when the weather permits. A beautiful place to light a candle and say a prayer for a loved one or take a name card for someone who needs a prayer too.
Greg C — Google review
Be sure and go on a clear day to optimize your visit. If the weather is poor the cupola will be closed but you can still see the crypt and the apartments. I recommend seeing all the options even though the guided tour is in Italian if you don’t speak Italian they have a translated info packet about the tour so you won’t be clueless. The crypt was the most interesting as it is still in use for distant relatives of the savoy family. The most recent burial was just a few years ago. The architecture of the building is stunning! Parking was easy and the guides are so friendly. The weather was moody and foggy the day i went so the cupola was closed but the visit was still worth it to see the church and the crypt.

Beautiful place. Plenty of places to eat and relax. Water fountains too. It rained and we didn’t find anywhere to wait though so bring an umbrella if the weather gets bad.

Piedmontese restaurant
Ristorante Consorzio is a relative newcomer in Piedmont, embodying the philosophy of the Slow Food movement with its emphasis on locally sourced products. The restaurant offers a convivial atmosphere and modern bare-bulb lighting. It is known for its excellent five-course set menu featuring dishes like beef tartare seasoned with sea salt and olive oil, and silky panna cotta drizzled with Barolo chinato.
Well this place deserves its reputation, and Michelin star. I really enjoyed my 2 hours there, and had some fascinating and interesting dishes. As did the mem-sahib. Offally good food, yes, of course, but that is the nature of the beast. If you don't like it, try McDonalds (delighted if all Yankees chose that). The overall meal was superb, and about 200 Euros for the two of us. We did not stint ourselves.
David G — Google review
First of all, I want to say that Piedmont is, for me, one of the most delicious regions on Earth — everything comes together here: nature, people, produce, wine, aesthetics, culture, and art! I always feel joy returning to this region, but one thing has consistently puzzled me — why was it so hard to eat well in Turin? How could the capital of such an incredibly rich region lack a place where flavor, atmosphere, and service all come together in harmony? Tomorrow is the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 awards, and it brought me back once again to this beautiful city. I asked all my Italian and Georgian friends who are familiar with Turin for recommendations, but most of them, unfortunately, shared the same impression — finding truly great food here is not that easy… But this time, I was lucky! My friends recommended this incredible place, where the philosophy of Slow Food truly comes to life. You can feel the focus on quality ingredients from the very first bite. The design is cozy, the music is just right, the service is warm and unintrusive — which is rare. The wine list is outstanding. And most importantly — the food is absolutely delicious! I’m impressed and inspired. You’ve gained another loyal guest in me. I come from a small country — Georgia, the birthplace of wine — where we not only appreciate places like this, but carry them in our hearts. Wishing you great success!
Levani Q — Google review
I want to preface this review by saying this is an offal restaurant, meaning they use the internal organs to cook with. Such a unique experience! They had natural wines by the glass on a board in the front of the restaurant. The drinks menu was for bottles only. For appetizers we ordered the bacon dish with egg and the fried anchovies. The anchovies three ways was SO GOOD. I felt the bacon dish was a bit heavy, but still great. For my main I ordered the tagliatelle with beef heart, it was so creamy and delicious. I cannot express how delicious this was ! And for dessert we had the pane cotta, again, a creamy explosion of flavor. I left very full!! It was a bit heavy on the cream side, as I’m lactose intolerant. But well worth the stomach ache.
Shirley Z — Google review
The food was good really different and special dishes, in my opinion the portion was very small, it is a different concept and I like the environment but also not so much for me because almoast all dishes used brains, hearts, tongues, xD so interesting but not for me.
Gabriella F — Google review
Beautiful and cozy place, with traditional Piemontese dishes and a creative twist that I really appreciated. Antipasti and first courses were very good, but prices are quite high for the overall experience, and the meat in the second course, especially the lamb, did not taste fresh and was difficult to eat.
Design T — Google review
After eating at this Bib Gourmand restaurant, I don’t think it deserves it. Why? In Italy, when you order antipasti, primi and secondi, you expect it to be served course by course. We did not mention we wanted all the dishes together. And why would we? By the time we could finish our starters, our mains were cold. I don’t think we got much of a service in this place. Starters were nice but that’s all the positive I could say. Where there are so many good restaurants in Turin (we stayed for 4 nights so we had our fair share of top restaurants there), this is somewhere I won’t come back to nor would I recommend.
Johnson T — Google review
The food was gorgeous. Lovedddd the natural wine too. Only thing is I felt a little ignored by the staff, however you’re not going here for the service, youre here for the fooood
Laura X — Google review
Most of the team were very kind and sweet, though our main waiter was quite practical and didn’t really provide a full hosting experience. Additionally, we ordered a dessert that never arrived. When it came time to pay, we were left with the card machine and no one assisted us in completing the payment. For this level of cuisine and reputation, I would have expected a smoother, more attentive service. That said, credit goes to the kitchen staff for their excellent work and the high level of gastronomic awareness

Italian restaurant
Located in Turin, Porto di Savona is a historic restaurant that has been serving Piedmontese fried snacks and agnolotti stuffed pasta since 1863. Situated near Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the restaurant offers a charming atmosphere with rustic dark wood furnishings, a bar counter, and vintage photographs adorning the walls. As part of the Historical Localities of Italy association, Porto di Savona provides an authentic experience with traditional dishes rarely found elsewhere.
Fantastic! Just a perfect meal, so Turinese - elegant cooking in a quasi-rustic setting. Just full of Italian families enjoying a night out. Free from whining Americans or surly Germans, or braying Brits. Stunning cuisine. The offal dishes were fabulous. Faultless. And, so inexpensive for what it is - a great Nebbiolo for 22 Euros. A real meal deal steal.
David G — Google review
Someone highly reccommended us this restaurant for its vieux towards the beautiful piazza and church Gran Madre and for its food. We arrived at 7:15 PM and had to wait until 7:30 PM when they open. Some other groups of people also waited; meanwhile waiters were not busy. Very impolite keeping all of us standing for 15 minutes or longer. The menu did not have anything special and taste was not great, however prices were higher than for other restaurants with similar menu. We understood that we have to pay for the view :) Don’t go, the experience does not worth the effort!
Carmen S — Google review
Lovely authentic meal, at a very decent price. Pea flan, artichokes and salsiccia taglierini, and agreti, perfectly sauted. Great ambiance with almost only Italians. My one disappointment was the dessert, which had a slight taint of "fridge", maybe the zabaglione accompanying the tasty hazelnut cake
Natasha P — Google review
We were gifted two "Gran Torino" menus and had a great meal and excellent service by the gentleman with the outrageous eyeglasses who sincerely likes his job. Antipasti platter highlight was the rabbit tuna and red pepper timbale with Parmesan sauce. The agnolotti sauce was a bit granny-gravy, but the tajarin with cheese sauce = molto bene! Stellar trout coated with chopped hazelnuts! Gorgeous hazelnut cake to finish. Loved the ancient building, which needs a bit of refreshing, although not to update as it's just lovely.
Renee R — Google review
Incredible place if you wish to experience a traditional Italian lunch. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, food was beyond delicious! Enter the restaurant to see incredible lifeline of photos of the owners and their family through the years the restaurant has been running but also some famous names who have been at the local too. Keep in mind though that there is a midday siesta so make sure to finish lunch by 1pm or have yourself some dinner after 5.
Marina P — Google review
Excellent service paired with delicious food. The gnocchi, in particular, was outstanding, and the rest of the meal did not disappoint. A lovely spot to enjoy quality cuisine and a pleasant dinner.
Adrien B — Google review
Average at most… i had high expectations for this restaurant after i saw it in multiple articles online and i read the reviews from here. Unfortunately, the food was ok-ish and the vibe of the restaurant was weird. The starter (mix plate) was good, nothing outstanding (14€). Then the pasta seemed overcooked because it was broken already or breaking when you were eating it. The flavors were good, very cheesy if you are into it (13€). The beef was cooked very good, but without any side, not even a small salad, and with a very strong mustard sauce that was covering all the flavors (15€). In the end, the tiramisu was very good but very small.
Aisha A — Google review
First day in Turin, and this came highly recommended from friends and from researching online. Highly recommend the pumpkin risotto - it was so light and addictive, and I wish my stomach had the space for me to order it twice! Also recommended is the veal tartare with tuna sauce (you wouldn’t think they go together but they do!) and the panna cotta - super smooth in texture and just an all-round comforting dessert to round off a great meal. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and go again if I’m ever in Turin in future! Staff were very friendly, however other than the cashier, they didn’t speak a whole load of English.

Ristorante Del Cambio is a historic restaurant in Turin, dating back to 1757. It offers a menu of contemporary Italian and European dishes, featuring items like veal chop Milanese-style, Piedmont-style agnolotti, and red mullet with tomato, aubergine, olives and capers. The restaurant's elegant ambiance includes the iconic Sala Risorgimento hall adorned with frescoes, antiques and chandeliers that narrate its rich history.
One of the best restaurants in Turin - by far! Incredible setting, sensationally tasty food, and caring staff will accompany you throughout your evening. Can only recommend. Pro tip: make sure to check their kitchen staff in action prior to your dinner at the neighbouring Farmacia 😉 Enjoy!

This is an exceptional restaurant, and we were delighted to have chosen to come here, expecting one star Michelin dining in a historic beautiful dining room, but ending up being blown away by the quality of the food. The food was innovative and delightful, with creative interpretations of Piedmontese cuisine, in which flavours popped with every dish. Cooking was technically excellent. The eight course degustation was preceded by two amuses bouche and punctuated by four "bread services" of various savory items and an optional cheese course. Staff were all warm, professional and skilled. Paired wines complemented dishes perfectly. Prices, while expensive for Turin, were completely fair relative to comparable places in Europe. I'd recommend without hesitation.

This is a really special restaurant and I feel really lucky that I had the chance to visit it. The atmosphere is truly unique with the fully restored Risorgimento room. It does really transport you back in time when Nietzsche and Cavour used to dine here. The food was absolutely fantastic and there was a great selection of wines. About 5000 different ones to be precise. Luckily our sommelier was very knowledgeable and was able to find the right wines for us very quickly. The service throughout was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Thank you to the whole team for making this historical restaurant such a special place!

We visited Turin for truffle season. It was on the bucket list so we rocked it off. A friend booked this restaurant and we had the set five course meal. The food was exotic but fantastic. It was a wonderful 4 hour experience with good friends! Give it a try if you are looking for a unique dining experience in Turin!
Derek B — Google review
We picked a tasting menue for eur185 pp and a wine pairing for eur140pp. The service was correct but very transactional. The food was mildly put disappointing ,if not irritating. At first we were served a big bowl of rice chips , something to nibble on. The first course “tonic water granita & caviar” was an incompatible clash of frozen sprite with caviar. A combination , which kind of ruined both. 1/10.The second course, scampi , watermelon , apple and green tomatoes lacked punch and taste. 3/10. Course 3 Cattlefish mozzarella and red bagneto sauce was interesting but again pretty bland in taste.5/10. Egg yolk Tagliolini followed , which artistically looks nice but had a mouthfeel of warm wax.0/10 Cod bottom with Mediterranean sauce was ok but again lacked character and taste. 3/10. Salanova lettuce and sorrel , was a folded leaf of salad without any dressing - terrible. 0/10. Lastly pigeon bisque and egg yolk. The meat was rare , luke warm and tasted like a raw pigeon more than anything else. 1/10.The desert we never ended up trying, as we paid and left, trying to find a trattoria in the late hours. Very disappointing dinner and not worthy of a 1 Michelin star rating at all. The wine pairing for eur140 was creative but not more. The room decor, historically impressive but lacks an upgrade.

Incredible meal here at Del Cambio! Matteo Baronetto has truly delivered a unique and interesting experience here for diners. I went with the 9 course surprise tasting menu and not a single dish disappointed. They were plated in new and different ways than what I'm normally accustomed to at fine dining restaurants like this. Often times presented on multiple plates that you can take bites of individually or combine at your own will. Compared to normally everything on one plate, with a sauce poured over at the table or on a large plate apart from each other. The visuals were stunning, the flavors were intense, subtle, and simply delicious. Very happy with my experience here.
Jacob N — Google review
We had an ala carte menu and loved it, we tried the pigeon, the spaghetti, the rice and the salad. The salad is one of the best I have eaten in my life. It was made up on more than 20 ingredients and was a great mix of Piedmontese food with some Japanese influence. We coupled this with nice Barolo wine ( not very expensive once taken by the glass) and some good bread. The pasta was above average and the rice definitely very tasty. Suggest going to this restaurant more for the experience and the decor. It was established in 1757 and feels like you’re eating a meal in history
Apoorva A — Google review
Disappointing experience. Although the restaurant was completely empty, I was told they would “check if there’s a table available.” Clearly a poor excuse to judge me based on my outfit. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable, especially in a place that claims to offer fine dining. Respect for all customers should be the foundation of any welcoming service.

Piola da Cianci is a lively and cozy trattoria located just steps away from Piazza Castello, the main square of the city. This bustling eatery offers hearty portions of regional dishes at unbeatable prices. The restaurant's snug interior is decorated with vintage posters and walls packed with knick-knacks, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Had a great dinner at Piola da Cianci in Turin! I started with the mixed antipasti, which were a perfect way to discover local flavors – fresh, varied, and very tasty. The vitello tonnato was excellent, creamy and delicate, one of the highlights of the meal. The pork dish was also outstanding – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is lively and authentic, service is quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. A true Turin experience – highly recommended!

Had lunch at this spot and it really hit the mark. The food was delicious, prices were fair, and the vibe was laid-back and friendly. perfect for a chilled midday meal. The place fills up pretty quickly, so it’s a good idea to book ahead if you don’t like to stay in line. We ended up ordering quite a bit and loved everything. The mixed antipasto was superb, specially the tomino. The meat dishes were good and well cooked and the dessert was seriously yum the perfect sweet finish. All round, a solid lunch spot. Would definitely go back next time I’m in the area.

We reached there at 7:00 pm and got a table for 2 easily. After which there was a queue to enter the restaurant (we got lucky). The menu is limited but the food is good and the service is quick. Great place to eat if you want to experience some traditional food. The only con would be the tables are too close to each other and they could have served better bread at the table as the bread was very hard.

This was the most crowded place during lunch time, had no idea why. We decided to give it a chance since everybody wanted to eat here. The food was tasty but not the biggest portion. Drinks were good and they had everything. Staff was nice and quick, even though they had many costumers. Recommend!

A very popular place with classic local dishes. The food is nothing too special but they offer the antipasti misto plate which allows you to try all the local appetizers. While the quality is not outstanding, everything is fresh and the service is faat and efficient. Prepare to wait for some time for a table, even in the middle of the week

I had already marked Piola da Cianci on my map while planning my trip, and I'm so glad I did! This restaurant turned out to be one of the highlights of my whole vacation, and I can't recommend it enough. We went on a hot evening after 9 p.m. and were lucky to find a great spot outside. The atmosphere was incredibly lively and energetic. We sat on the piazza, surrounded by people laughing and music playing—it was a truly memorable moment. The menu is simple and straightforward, with something for everyone, from vegetarians to meat lovers. The value is simply incredible. While the portions aren't huge, the prices are very low, and the food is extremely delicious. I can't stop thinking about the Tomino cheese with pesto—it was one of my favorite dishes of the entire trip. The melanzane and tajarin were also fantastic; my daughter even ordered a second portion of the tajarin! After our amazing antipasti and primi, we still had to make room for dessert. The tiramisu and panna cotta were both wonderful. The service was also a highlight. The staff was friendly, and the whole experience was very relaxed and easy-going. Piola da Cianci offers delicious food, a great atmosphere, and incredible value—it's a must-visit in Turin!

We recently had dinner at Piola da Cianci, and it was such a fantastic experience from start to finish! We did have to wait about 10–15 minutes in line for a table, but honestly, it was absolutely worth it. The place has a really welcoming and authentic vibe, and once seated, everything ran so smoothly. The service is impressively quick and extremely well-organized, especially considering how busy the restaurant gets. The staff manage everything with a smile, and you can tell they really know how to keep things flowing without making you feel rushed. As for the food—simply amazing! We started with an antipasto, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Then we tried the plin, delicate little ravioli that were just bursting with taste, and the tajarin al ragù, which was rich, comforting, and cooked to perfection. Both dishes felt authentically Piedmontese, simple but absolutely delicious. Another highlight was the drinks. They have a fantastic selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, so whether you’re in the mood for a glass of red with your pasta or a refreshing spritz, there’s something for everyone at very reasonable prices. Overall, this place is a gem. Between the great value, authentic dishes, fast and friendly service, and lively atmosphere, we can’t recommend Piola da Cianci enough. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Turin—it’s the kind of restaurant you leave already planning your next visit!

We arrived on a Sunday at 2:30 and had to queue for about an hour, which was probably poor planning. Once seated service was quick and friendly, and food was both excellent and very reasonable. The Cauliflower bake and pumpkin & mushroom pasta were the stars of the show, but other dishes were very tasty. Recommended. It was worth the wait but suspect there is a better strategy that could minimise waiting time.

Bistro
Located in the charming Piazza Carignano, Farmacia Del Cambio is a popular spot in Turin for enjoying coffee, breakfast, or brunch. The restaurant has a French bistro ambiance and offers an extensive array of pastries from Fabrizio Gallas patisserie. Visitors can choose from a variety of delectable baked goods such as fruit tarts, cakes, and the renowned gianduiotto.
4.5 Not sure why this has such low ratings. We stopped by for aperitivo and it was perfect. Overlooking the original Italian parliament. A gorgeous, 150 year old building. An accordion player in the piazza. I had an Americano (vermouth was founded in Torino) and my partner had a Pavlova. Both were terrific and the aperitivo were just right.

We went twice, once in the afternoon and once in the morning for the cubed croissant. The cubed croissants are fun, but honestly not really worth it. The desserts, on the other hand, are much better, especially the gianduiotto, which was amazing. The bicerin was also nice, though it didn’t taste much different from other places. Overall, a bit more pricey compared to other café in the city

Waiting in the queue- not worth it. Thanks God we came early and didn’t have to wait. Drinks are okay, food looks nice but taste so so I wouldn’t say I would come there again . great for tourists and one time try. Strange that the kitchen cooks not so many croissants to make it a dining place through the day.- not only your morning breakfast. When we came another time at 11:30, there was no croissants left at all- but if you go inside and see the kitchen through the window- you would be amazed how big it is and it’s strange. They’re not using it to make food through the day. I mean sweet dishes.

Beautiful historic building turned into a modern day cafe. Amazing selection of pastries, including cube and sphere croissants filled with delicious crèmes. Highly recommended as a stop when you are going to the nearby museum!

This popular café is located in a charming old pharmacy building, which gives it a unique and beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately, their famous croissants were sold out when I visited, but the other desserts were tasty and well-presented. The coffee, however, was a bit disappointing - too bitter for my taste. I also had to wait about 10 minutes in line before getting inside. Still, the cozy interior and pleasant vibe make it worth a visit, especially for dessert lovers.

The worst matcha latte I have ever had. I have been drinking matcha latte here for several years. And everything was perfect. Waiter named Rober was totally inpolite, pretended not to understand what matcha latte is. I had to explain three times and after that he said to me “Take it easy”. Later he appeared with this dink ( see on the photo) which was not matcha latter at all. It was boiling milk with a bit of matcha powder on the top. The milk was so hot, that I couldn’t keep the glass. I am absolutely disappointed with the service, with the total unprofessionalism of the waiter Rober and the person who made this disgusting drink. I would recommend the owners to invest in the staff and its professional skills. Awful.

Absolutely fantastic pastries and delicious coffee. But prepare to be very early if you want everything to be available, they sellout quickly, worth the wait though!

Yeah it’s quite chaotic and you have to wait a long time to sit down and to get served. But they have a system for serving so just need to be patient. The Cubo is cute but not super tasty. But man, the croissant alla crema is the business! So much crema! Went twice during our time in Turin. For weekdays, most items sell out before 1030am.
