Hostel

Restaurant
Located in Turin, Combo Torino is a trendy hostel housed in a former fire station. The accommodation offers a cafe, bar/restaurant, and shared kitchen facilities. While some guests have expressed concerns about the sleeping arrangements and air conditioning control, the hostel's prime location near attractions like the Turin Cinema Museum and Mole Antonelliana make it an ideal base for exploring the city. Additionally, visitors can opt for a convenient hop-on hop-off bus tour to access various landmarks without extensive walking.
The hostel is very central, with easy access to everywhere, including the trains to all regions. Very attentive staff, including the cleaning ladies, who were also very nice. And the cleanliness was impeccable. Very comfortable rooms, great mattresses to sleep on, hot shower and large, soft towels. The kitchen available for use was also very good, spacious. Perhaps there should be more cups and cutlery, especially spoons. The bar and reception area are lovely, airy and great for a coffee. Very friendly staff too. I think the only negative I would say is the cost of leaving your suitcase at the hostel (5euros) if you arrive before check in or even after check out. I haven't experienced this before, where you have to pay to leave your things, since you're staying there. Anyway, overall I was very happy and would return again. Thank you all!!

I was very happy with my stay at combo Torino. Location, room and the service was at a high standard. They have great facilities, shower and laundry rooms. It's super clean and the staff are extremely helpful and also very funny. There are loads of different areas where you can work if you have a nomadic lifestyle. A cafe which serves a wide range of food at a discounted rate for people who stay there. A huge outdoor area where you can meet other people that are staying at the hostel. It's a social hostel but when needed you can still have your privacy. I would definitely stay here again. 5 STARS

Had a great time here! I arrived in the middle of the night and it was no problem. The staff is very helpful, you can ask them anything and they will try to think of a solution. The hostel is very clean and the inside of the building is beautiful. The shared rooms are small but it doesnt feel small. Also you have enough privacy and place to store your luggage. I was in a room with in total 3 people and there were 2 bathrooms. Also there are bathrooms in the hallway and there is a very clean shared kitchen where you can cook, eat, wash, use the fridge etc. The kitchen is very light and you can sit here comfortably. There are many places where you can sit and work in peace, like the terrace. The location is right near the city centre and there is a market right across the street. The hostel feels really safe and when you get home at night there is always someone there to open the door and look out. I met a lot of nice people here and the overall atmosphere is great. I would come back here!

Stayed for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Great location. The entire vibe is spacious and clean. My room had two bathrooms for the 5 people who meant to stay in it, there were more outside of the rooms as well. You get a towel for free, as well as shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. Wifi works well, and you get additional sales for the restaurant/bar downstairs. The only two downsides: 1) I was freezing a little bit underneath the thin sheet I was given as as a duvet, and I didn’t get a warmer one despite asking. 2) The luggage storage is 5€ The receptionists were all very welcoming and friendly! I would 100% stay again.
Dafrel — Google review
Its a super modern ‘hostel’ - but not at all like the cramped and dirty hostels you may have been to. Theres a mix of dorm and private rooms, and huge common spaces - it doubles as a coworking space in the day time, and is clearly popular with a lot of people coming to work, have meetings, etc. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and its in a good location, with the mercato and the duomo both less than 5 mins walk away. Would definitely recommend!
Sara H — Google review
I stayed at Kombo for 2 nights in an all girls dorm. The dorm is quite spacious, but the beds are cramped om top of each other, and there's little privacy. No curtains, and the wall seperating the two bunk beds was very short on the top bunk. The beds are comfortable and spacious otherwise. Two tiny bathrooms per dorm, but the roof was full of mould. The hostel was quite far from the trains, but close to the city centre and attractions. The areas surrounding the hostel felt a little unsafe as a solo female with a big backpack, even in the middle of the day. This was especially around the market area by the big square. Just be aware of your surroundings. The hostel had nice areas otherwise and a nice spacious backyard to chill in. The breakfast was easy but good. Overall a decent stay for a good price in Turin.
Anna H — Google review
Clean, spacious rooms with daily cleaning service were a major plus. However, the hostel wasn't very social, which made it difficult to meet people. I stayed in a mixed dorm and was the only woman there, despite many men checking in and out. I wish the hostel was more mindful of creating a better gender balance in their rooms. Overall, it was an excellent stay near all the main attractions and I would recommend.
Ebonee H — Google review
Combo Torino is really good. I had a very nice stay there. The room is comfortable, the bed is pretty fair. They have spacious individual lockers. The room for 4 people has two private bathrooms, which is very good noted. Access is done with cards both to the rooms zone, as well as to your specific room. Location is good too, easy to take public transport and to get to main areas. Grazie, Combo team! Definitely recommended!

Ostello Torino is a laid-back hostel located in a converted Olympic Village. It provides spacious dormitories and private rooms, along with complimentary breakfast for guests. The property is conveniently positioned around 550 meters from Lingotto tube station and boasts amenities such as a communal lounge and a charming garden area. Additionally, the Giovanni and Marella Agnelli Picture Gallery Pinacoteca del Lingotto G is just a short distance away, making it an ideal choice for art enthusiasts.
Better than expected!! Located in a very quiet area and you have all you need around. Train station and bus only 2 min walking. Stores nearby, space for doing sport just in case... Absolutely everything. Rooms are perfect, very well equiped, with locker and very well cleaned and presented. Also you can adjust the temperature and beds are so comfortable! What to tell about the staff? Great professionals and human beings. I deeply thank you for your kindness, help with my booking, and everything else, you made me feel like home. I will come back to Torino, and indeed I will come back to Ostello.
Patricia C — Google review
I do not advise anyone to go there. The service is very bad. It is noisy. There is one toilet for more than 10 people and it is dirty. The bathroom is together so that if we go to shower, the rest of the people have to wait. It is far from the city center. The tent is much better.
احمد ا — Google review
I strongly advise travelers to reconsider staying at Ostello Torino. My experience here was deeply distressing and unacceptable. I had booked a shared 4-person dorm through a major travel platform. However, upon arrival, I was placed in a different small 2-person room that was already occupied by a long-term resident suffering from serious mental health issues—a fact confirmed the next morning by the hostel staff. Throughout the night, the resident spoke to herself and moved around the room in a way that made me feel unsafe and anxious. I was unable to sleep all night and felt too frightened to leave the room or call for help during the night. When I brought up the issue in the morning, the receptionist admitted they were aware of the situation but had still placed me in the room due to overbooking. The fact that this decision was made knowingly, without warning or consent, is unacceptable. This experience was not just uncomfortable—it was potentially dangerous. The hostel failed to provide a safe and transparent environment and demonstrated no accountability afterward. I am currently pursuing the matter through European consumer protection channels.

Don’t treat yourself in the worst way possible, a human being should deserve better conditions in their life, this is the worst point a human can be in. A homeless shelter is much better.
Euphrates — Google review
I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at Ostello Torino Youth Hostel. One of the guests in my mixed dorm was completely naked and not covered in any way while sleeping, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe - especielly in a mixed-gender room and as a solo female traveler. There were no staff available during the night, eventhough I tried to call and text on their number. I had no way to report the issue or get help. That same night, the toilet was in a very unhygienic condition - with urine all over the seat and floor. In general, the cleanliness and hygiene throughtout the hostel were poor, booth in bathrooms and common areas. I also noticed that the majority of the guests were significantly older, and overall atmosphere did not reflect what you would expect from a youth hostel, as the place is advertised. I felt unsafe and decided to check out earlier than planned. When I asked for a refund for the unused nights, it was refused. I will NOT recommend this hostel to anyone, especielly not solo female travelers.
Luna M — Google review
The hostel is very basic, don't expect anything fancy. The bathroom and rooms were very clean and tidy and the host was friendly and easy going. The hostel isn't located in the nicest neighbourhood of Turin but the city center can easily be reached using the nearby subway station. I definitly recommend this hostel!
Christer R — Google review
Lovely staff, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of space, the lounge on the 5th floor is great if you have to study or work, it has a big table, chairs and sofa, sockets and Wi-Fi plus a nice terrace too. Breakfast is simple but good and you can meet a lot of people , some become friends too. It's not in the center but a 10/15 minutes walk you can take the underground which runs every 3 minutes.
Conny B — Google review
Very cool staff who are super helpful. The Japanese manager is lovely and her influence has given the hostel high Japanese standards. Great breakfast, extremely good value for money and a modern building. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here if visiting Torino again.

Nestled in the vibrant city of Turin, Bamboo Eco Hostel is a charming and budget-friendly haven for travelers eager to immerse themselves in the local culture. This unpretentious hostel features colorful rooms complete with private balconies and complimentary Wi-Fi, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and socializing. Guests can take advantage of the spacious communal lounge and well-equipped shared kitchen, perfect for whipping up meals or enjoying a cup of free tea or coffee while mingling with fellow backpackers.
Great rooms, great price, no reception on site, however you can ask any questions by mail. Decent location, not quite in the city center and also its not the best neighbourhood. I would stay again if I was in Turin.
Jacob M — Google review
Rooms: Full of bedbugs - every room Service: I had a major problem, an emergency, and nobody answered the phone. There is no staff there, it is an self check-in/out hostel Location: there is a bet place right beside the hostel, a lot of sketchy people bothering others on the streets. The neighborhood is also not that safe. Worst hostel I have ever been.
Stefano D — Google review
Parking indeed is free and close by. I left my French car for 2 nights and it was fine. Great point!
Cath B — Google review
The property owner states on the booking advertising that there is a front desk with express check in. This is false. Instead the owner requires you to submit passport information via external links, which are prohibited by booking platforms such as Agoda. When noting this to the property owner, they were very rude and suggested that I was at fault for not providing passport information in advance. The property owner is therefore misleading customers by stating that there is a front desk with express check in. And the property owner refuses to cooperate with you if you have booked via a platform such as Agoda where external links are prohibited for security reasons. I strongly recommend anyone to look for a different place to stay in Turin. This was one of my worst check in experiences in my entire life. Don't make the same mistake.
Mattias R — Google review
The hotel's self check in process didn't work, so I was stranded on the road in an unsafe area. With low phone battery, I texted the owner to tell her I was stuck and asked for the code. Rather than helping me, she requested me to 'not be aggressive' 😂 So then my battery died. I had to drag my luggage to a cafe, charge my phone, then get the code. Worst checkin from my 3 years of backpacking. Wouldn't recommend, especially for any solo female traveler. My friends at Combo Hostel didn't have these issues so I'd head there! Bonus: forget about a refund, the owner wouldn't even issue me an apology! Yikes.
Diveakssh S — Google review
Super clean, very cute and homey. Self check in was easy. A really great hostel. Free tea and coffee. The decor was really nice too. 🐼
Charlotte S — Google review
A great place to stay for a few days in Turin. I really enjoyed the shared spaces. There is always coffee and tea for the guests. It has a beautiful and unique style. We booked a private room for two with a private bathroom. We have already booked there 2 times and we will definitely go back next time we go to Turin.
Μαρία Ζ — Google review
I arrived at night and the self check in was super easy, the hostel is cosy and welcoming. Super cute with a lot of details that make it homy and adorable. The kitchen has tea and coffee and it’s super clean… like the rest of the hostel. Never seen an hostel this clean! It’s amazing.

Hostel
Open011 Hostel is a straightforward 2-star accommodation located within walking distance of Docks Dora Recreation Center and Sindone Chapel. The hostel offers complimentary breakfast, a self-service restaurant, and a garden for guests to enjoy. While the rooms are spacious, some guests noted that the WiFi is limited to certain areas and doesn't reach the rooms. Additionally, there were comments about the air conditioning not working properly in some rooms.
Good price/quality ratio, with large rooms and nice stuff. The furniture is quite old, don't expect any luxury, but it did serve its purpose. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is more than enough.
Ioana S — Google review
The hotel is very bad , no respect ,the people in the reception have a very bad attitude,I don't recommend that place to anyone
Reda M — Google review
Very large room. To the city centre it was still quite a bit of a walk, but there is a train station nearby. Breakfast was good, lots of free parking nearby. Just the armchairs in the communal area weren't clean.
No B — Google review
Nice youth hostel. Good food, place is very clean and staff is friendly. There are lifts, conference rooms, interior courtyard to sit in the evening. WiFi is only available in few places and doesn't reach the rooms. Air conditioning isn't working properly. In overall, it's a nice place to stay in.
Monika S — Google review
There were drunk underage group outside, they were so loud untill 4, when i asked to receptionist to ask them if it is possible for them to be quiet (i tried but they didn't know English so it didn't work), and his response was I'm busy i cannot do anything for them. And in the morning while I was having my check in, i asked for the price to another receptionist, she said 23 euro for one bed in female dormitory but while she taking the payment she took 24, and i realized after i pay with card, it is not much of big deal but idk why she did that.
Aleyna Ö — Google review
Open011 was cheaper with one travel agency (3 nights, 4 bed room for 230€ first week of September 2022) . If I remember, one of the cheapest hotels including breakfast. A few minutes walk to bus station where you could reach Porta Nuova within 30 minutes. It was not expected as shown in pictures, it's deceitful to show you gold and at the end you get silver. One of the big minus in this review is that the central heating/AC was not working. For us it wasn't easy to get good sleep when it's hot outside (August/September 2022). Apropos of sleeping, you don't feel completely at ease with those old matresses. Don't worry, you won't feel the spring in your matress, but I'm pretty sure, it's not comfortable as you use to expect from anywhere whether your home or hotel. There was no room service or any cleaning nor changing towels or linen. For me this is actually ok, for three nights I don't expect changing linen or towels, but I mention it if someone needs that service. Breakfast: I mean, if you are hungry you can get yourself full up, but don't expect too much. There are one kind of cheese, one of baloney, honey, jam, Nutella and conrflakes. Bread is only a kind of a milk roll. One Croissant for each guest. As said, you get your stomach filled but if I compare other hotels with same category and price, this hotel should serve a variety of cheese and baloney/sausage, eggs, yoghourt. If you are looking just for cheap hotel, go with Open011. If you expect a good sleep with AC in the summer, and always want to start your day with a great breakfast, then try to look for something else and invest 15€ more for each night.
MacMohi A — Google review
This place is easy to locate and their services are very good. The room I lodged is spacious but stuffy and not well ventilated. I was surprised that the room I lodged doesn't have WiFi facility
Oluwadamilare O — Google review
Open011's staff is friendly, discreet and helpful. Located just a few metres away from several bus stops and with many shops and stores at walking distance, the building vaguely resembles a school. Its well-designed rooms are clean, cozy and feature AC and all the essential furniture, plus a private bathroom with shower and bidet. A cafeteria serves breakfast for free every morning and additional snacks and beverages can be bought from vending machines. It's also pretty cheap which makes it affordable even with a low budget. The only flaws are the absence of heating in the bathroom (it becomes very cold during the fall and winter) and the complete lack of lunch and dinner which forces you to either find a place to eat or buy your own food, which you're free to take to your room.

Nestled in the vibrant San Salvario neighborhood, Attic Hostel Torino is a delightful blend of modern comfort and vintage charm. Housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century building, this hostel offers bright dorms and private rooms that exude style. Guests can take advantage of a well-equipped communal kitchen, unwind in the cozy lounge with TV access, or soak up breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace.
Great hostel in a good location! Nice vibes and very friendly staff. Good enough kitchen and great living room area! Right in the center with great views. It also has a place to lock up your stuff (bring your own lock). Book directly with them for the best price!

Excellent choice – Attic Hostel Torino A great hostel right in the city center of Turin, located on the top floor with a beautiful view. Everything is clean and well maintained, with all the accessories and comforts you might need: kitchen, bathroom, and common area. The staff is very kind and welcoming.
Edoardo B — Google review
MUST MUST MUST STAY!!!!!!!! I do not even know where to begin! I found this hostel randomly on google, because all other hostels I wanted were sold out! I was pleasently surprised with the entire experience!! Right from the time I booked, to the self check-in experience to the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms! They are a warm and welcoming and it really does not feel like a hostel but feels like staying in someones home! The plus was getting to have free coffee every morning (a life saver for me!) If you are in Torino and need a reasonable and cosy place to stay, look no further than Attic! The location is just terrific close to bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants and 1 min away from the train station! What more can you ask for?? A real value for money deal!
Yohan B — Google review
The owners will yell to wake you up at 11:00. Does not matter if you have the room for the following night as well. There is no respect for those who wish to sleep. I spoke to the one owner (female) who assured me that one would only need to be woken up and out of the room if their bunkmate left and needed to be cleaned (for some reason everything needs to be moved to be clean) therefore clients need to be out of bed; however, the following day, I was screamed out of bed by the other owner (male) when everyone was staying in my room. I understand keeping a place cleanly, but the lengths that are taken go beyond what is necessary to ensure clean, and create an uncomfortable feeling. Attic hostel could be a great hostel if guests were treated with respect. I would love to be able to recommend this hostel. As it is, I would avoiding attic hostel, I would recommend going to Combo, they are less homey, but they respect you, which is bare minimum. At Attic hostel prepare to be woken up with an activated sympathetic nervous system.

Highly recommend Attic Hostel!!! The location is amazing, the staff were really lovely and welcoming, everywhere in the hostel is beautifully clean, the beds are really comfortable, there were even little bedside table/box type things by each bed for your phone and book and stuff, and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a meal. Highly recommend!

Turin Metro Young - Hostel is conveniently situated in the San Donato - Campidoglio district of Turin, just a short distance from major attractions like Porta Susa Train Station and Polytechnic University of Turin. The property offers free WiFi, shared kitchen and lounge facilities, as well as rooms with garden views. Additionally, guests can enjoy services such as transportation shuttle and free bike rentals.
We had a great stay here in a private room. The staff was very sweet and the place is much cleaner/newer/more pristine than the average hostel. The location is a bit outside the center, but very close to multiple metros, the main train + bus stations, and in a nice neighborhood.

A very nice and comfortable place to stay. We booked a room for two, with bunk beds. The room was large, with a ceiling-fan. Even if it was very hot outside, the nights were fresh in the room. The shared bathroom was clean and in a very good condition. The staff was absolutely nice and accommodating, especially the woman who welcomed us (many thanks to her!). I can only recommend this place to anyone staying un Torino.
Majdi-Vichot S — Google review
Marco and David are wonderful hosts - they take care of their guests and do everything to ensure that their hostel meets all the requirements of guests. They are also very friendly and talkative! The rooms in reality are exactly the same as in the photos - they easily accommodate 4 people - two on the double bed and two on the sofa bed, which is not much smaller than the double bed. They are clean and neat as are the bathrooms. There is a very comfortable common area - a patio with tables and chairs where you can spend time together, and a kitchen - with an induction cooktop, microwave oven, electric kettles, basic cutlery, kitchen accessories and pots - in other words, everything you might need to prepare your own meal. There's also a refrigerator where guests can leave their, previously popped, belongings. You have to check out by 10:00, while there is a possibility to store luggage in the appropriate storage room. I highly recommend Turin Metro Young and their extremely hospitable owners!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The owner kicked us out of the hostel after the TV fell off the wall while we were away (probably a poor installation). We immediately reported the damage and wanted to pay even though it was not our fault. We were thrown out onto the street, with nowhere to sleep for the next two nights. Besides, they stole some stuff from our fridge, they should be ashamed of themselves.

The hostel has very wide, sunny and comfortable common spaces. Located in a quiet residential area, 1 block away from the subway (15' from the downtown). Bathrooms & kitchen always clean. The owners were available for any need we had, and to give us suggestions for visiting the city. Super recommend this place to stay!

in a hostel room a poorly mounted TV fell to the ground while we were gone. The owner was aggressive and did not want to come to an agreement. He threatened us with the police and demanded a 500 euro payment and threw us out of the hotel even though we had 2 more nights booked there. Not recommended

A great roomy place with a super comfortable bed, and a very clean interior. Easy to find, easy to use the self check in. Great price for the amenities.

Even though it is in the very centre of Torino, Turin Metro Young has a quiet and peaceful area. Rooms are cleaned regularly and you get to meet with a friendly staff who help you with every problem! There is a shared kitchen with all the cutlery you need and a fridge. All the rooms have a private entrance and bathroom. We thank Marco for all the coffee he drank with us and his genuine nature. Definitely can recommend!

Ostello Alfieri 2 is a hostel located in Turin, just 2.4 km from Museo Pietro Micca and offering easy access to Parco del Valentino, which is approximately 2.9 km away. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating, making check-in a stress-free experience. The hostel provides an honest breakfast with a variety of options available throughout the day.
A great place to stay if you visit Turin. First let me mention that the guy working at the reception is very friendly, kind person and willing to help with anything you ask him. Check in was easy without unnecessary stress and questions. Regarding the breakfast it was very honest including cereals, yogurts, croissants, jams, toasts and a huge variety of drinks that were available throughout the day. The staff also made sure nothing was missing from the buffet by replenishing the food at all times. The common room was spacious and very clean with plenty of chairs, tables and armchairs. Regarding the room, we chose a shared dormitory with 8 beds! The configuration of the room was perfect, the cleanliness perfect, it also had two spacious bathrooms and of course large lockers. And in general both the common room and our room were quiet without facing any problem with soundproofing. The location of this particular hostel was quite convenient as there was a bus stop right outside the hostel and you could comfortably and easily reach the city center. However, it was possible to reach the center of Turin on foot in 40-45 minutes of leisurely walking. And around the hostel there were plenty of shops where you could buy almost anything. Our overall experience (group of 3 people) from this particular hostel was absolutely positive, I highly recommend this particular hostel for your stay and if I find myself in Turin again I will definitely stay at that place.

I recently stayed at this hostel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. During my visit, I encountered several maintenance issues that significantly affected my stay. The staff assured me that I would receive a refund for the nights impacted, which I appreciated at the time. However, it has now been several months since that promise, and I have yet to receive any updates or the refund itself. My attempts to follow up have gone unanswered, which makes me feel like my concerns don't matter at all. It's disheartening to see such a lack of communication and care from a place that should prioritize its guests' experiences. I genuinely hope the management addresses this issue soon, as it reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're considering staying here, just be aware that while the hostel may have its charms, the follow-through on promises might not be their strong suit.

Advantages: It had very good breakfast! I was impressed. The code system works well. You can get in when you need. There is good kitchen and good common area. There is a baggage storage option. On my last day i wanted to use it, but all the lockers were taken, except one which was with hostel stuff(some cups, games etc.). The staff member was so helpful, that he took out the content of locker, took out also one horizontal plate, so I could use the locker. I was surprised about it, because he did more than was expected of him. Because of that I got very nice last day in Turin. I met some nice people in hostel and had good time in city! Bus stop is very near. So it is easy to get to center of the city. Disadvantages: I stayed in room 2. It was a bit strange feeling to stay there in night. Because it is by the main doors and you can feel the movement. When someone closed the door, then my door also moved a bit and it caused noise. In the morning at about 7AM the washing machine started to work just behind the wall of room. It did disturb my sleep. The location is outside center.

Very clean and good quality. Bed is too short for anyone over 185 cm. I had to sleep on my side and woke up sore. I could not lay flat. Advertised as having air conditioning, but there was none. It was quite warm. Nice breakfast.

Wi-Fi did not work for the entire group of about 20 that were staying with me on a school trip. AC is advertised, but does not work in any of the rooms. Be wary of this especially in the summer months. I REPEAT—THERE IS NO WI-FI IN A HOSTEL TARGETING A YOUNG DEMOGRAPHIC!

Jesús christ, this place is not clean--- it's PRISTINE. I don't think I have ever stayed at a cleaner place. It's even cleaner than my apartment, and I am Marie Kondo's clone. No joke. Apart from that, the guy in reception is super sweet. The dude that is around after reception closes saved my butt when I arrived because I could not find the keypad to open the gate and I didn't have internet. He is also incredibly sweet. The breakfast is surprisingly decent and the common areas are, like I said, cleaner Martha Stewart's house (or what I would imagine it would be) Stay here. It's ace.

Arrived at 10pm after a late flight. Was given a code for entry. The entrance was confusing: it's a gate to a courtyard with a tiny number pad next to it. I stayed in 8 bedroom room 7. Sheets & towels were provided and despite the noise from others it was a decent night. Check in was a breeze (did need to pay the tourist tax). Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast with cereal, cake, toast etc provided. Overall enjoyed my stay with great easy transit links. However a note of caution. GTT tickets need to either be bought on the app or from the correct kiosk at a central train station.

Grand Hotel Sitea is a vintage 5-star hotel located in the heart of Turin, just steps away from Piazza San Carlo. Housed in a neoclassical building with belle epoque details, the hotel offers swanky rooms and suites, a refined restaurant, a relaxed bar, and a charming garden. The Michelin-starred Ristorante Carignano serves clever updates to traditional Piedmontese dishes.
My wife and I stayed for two weeks in May 2025. You can find out a lot about a hotel in that time. We both agreed at the end of our visit the consistence of living quality and friendly service was always the highest possible. The location was perfect. We could walk to most of the sites easily and the walks themselves were a pleasure. Every street was like a promenade meant to stroll and take in the beauty of Turin. The room was great the bed much bigger then most European hotel beds. We had a walk-in shower that over flowed once and as soon as we told the front desk it was fixed within a few minutes. We ate at the hotel Bistro a couple times and food was very good. The mussels and pasta dish was fantastic. But the thing that sold us on the hotel when we were first deciding was the American Bar and it turned out to be a hidden jewel that added greatly to the experience. American mixed drinks in Italy is special. Lastly I have say the front desk staff was incredible. always friendly and helpful for the whole two weeks. They made reservations got tickets and orders taxis, not to mention they broke some of larger euros into lower denominations.

A truly wonderful hotel. The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They all looked happy to work there which makes me happy to support the hotel as it seems very well run! Generally, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, elegant and comfortable, with AC. The bathrooms were well laid out and convenient. The bedding and beds were very comfortable (with rather soft mattresses). The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very nice breakfast room. There is a small inner garden with turtles which looked well cared for with vegetables and fruit peels at their disposal. The breakfast is good, but not exceptional, which is a bit too bad since I would say that the hotel is otherwise quite exceptional. But it is really my only (and very small) complaint. I would gladly stay again at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Turin! We also tried the bistro Carlo and Camillo, ran by the hotel, and would recommend it! The food was very good and the service too.

Perfect location, amazing blend of historic luxury and new tech amenities. The service was professional, friendly and top notch. They helped us with everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious. I have stayed in few different hotels in Torino but this was by far the best experience, definitely worth the price. My only note would be to improve the cocktails at the bar, but the location is so great you are only two steps away from all the best bars.

Earliest check in: 3pm. Quite fatiguing having to wait around three hours in an hotel lobby with no service considering the hotel bar opens only around 4pm - .. When I asked for an espresso I was kindly led to a coffee machine with capsules - self service… An absolute NO GO in ITALY regarding ANY 5 star hotel. Below the sink in the bathroom, in-between the bathrobes, had not been poorly cleaned.. used make up cleaning swipes from the previous guest appeared - making me wonder what exactly they cleaned from 11am to 3pm - regarding check out time is scheduled for 11pm All in all it is a HISTORIC place - … Last but not least - while waiting in the lobby - some lady walked with her dog straight into the kitchen. Odd. 5 stars implicate an open bar/cafeteria or at least a serviced lobby - 24 hour room service and a decent check in period- 1pm I’d recommend… 4 stars - no one dares to complain. Sorry guys. Rooms are correct. Food yummy. Location top. Everything else will be kept filled with wonderful memories. Wishing only the best. SDM

We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. The reception was warm and friendly, and we appreciated the offer to upgrade our room for a small additional cost – a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were consistently super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are traditional in style but well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and attentive, friendly service. For the gym, I’d recommend consulting a fitness professional to optimize the layout and equipment selection, as the space is quite small and the current setup is not ideal. We didn’t try the Michelin-starred restaurant, but unfortunately, the bistro was a disappointment: service was slow, the waitress appeared visibly uninterested, and the food lacked excitement.

The classic rooms are beautiful, full of old world charm and elegance. The value and service is a real cherry on top of the great location. It’s my go to location for Turin. Giulia at reception - is a true hero and excellent host. I would like to note that although my Italian is pretty good - they easily switched to English for my British partner whenever was needed. Really really wonderful and make sure you have a drink in their American bar!

No where near a 5 star hotel! Service was terrible, no one offered to help with our bags, the bellboy was literally standing behind us. They made us wait to check in when two people were behind the desk, one was just on her computer, yet when we were checking in the other receptionist helped the guest behind us. We walked in and out a few times, only once did they even acknowledge us. The room had some bugs in it, when I went to hit one on the lamp a cloud of dust came up from the lamp, a literal cloud! The room was so dusty you could see it in the air, just from walking around. The location was great, but I would never stay here again because of the rude staff and dirty rooms! Yuck!

Turin Palace Hotel is a luxurious retreat with a rich history dating back to 1870. The rooms have been elegantly remodeled, offering modern comfort and amenities such as Simmons pillow-top mattresses, complimentary minibar drinks, and plush bathrobes. The hotel features an intimate spa area with various treatments and hydrotherapy options. Les Petite Madeleines, the hotel's glamorous restaurant, offers fine dining experiences.
This was my third stay at Torino Palace Hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The rooms are spacious, with tasteful color schemes and furnishings that reflect the owner’s sense of style. Breakfast is outstanding — not only delicious, but also offering gluten-free options. The dessert selection of cakes, chocolates, and fresh fruits is both generous and high quality, showing the owner’s attention to every detail. Special thanks to Luca, the porter, who is always cheerful and helpful. The reception staff are also consistently friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back again♡ Additionally, the hotel has a walking-closet..!

We had a lovely room with a view of the hills bordering the city. Despite being near the train station we couldn’t hear the trains themselves. And we couldn’t really hear anything at all with windows closed. Breakfast was really good, lovely coffee and a great selection of food. Particularly appreciated the chocolate! The staff were great, really kind. Hotel itself has a nice feel to it, very elegant.

Great hotel, amazing that you can book a place like this within per diem. Friendliest staff (ask for a Hugo Spritz, def worth it!). Hang out at the lounge until midnight, they'll hang too. Nice rooms, not sure what the extra toilet with the faucet was for, but we washed all kinds of stuff in there. Right by the train station too, but not too loud at night. Best in Turin!

We really liked this hotel, it is very conveniently located if you are coming into Turin by train as it's a 2 minute walk from the train station. Our room was really good, it had a walk-in closet, which was a very nice surprise. The breakfast selection was great, my partner loved the vegan charcoal croissants and our son loved the cake selection and the pieces of dark chocolate. The actual breakfast room was also spectacular I'd guess that it was originally some sort of ballroom.

We, a couple, spent 4 nights. It’s a perfect location across from Porto Nouvo. Our room had a terrace with cafe table and chairs. Perfect for a glass of wine. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast was included and a great European spread. Beautiful. The Terrace Bar on the rooftop was gorgeous and the barman so very professional and attentive. The staff at the front desk was fluent in English and made several arrangements for us. A classic hotel, modern amenities and gracious staff.

The hotel and room were beautiful and the staff were uniformly welcoming and gracious. Special compliments to Irene and Anna but all were great. Some of the areas near the train station where the hotel is located weren't the nicest butt it was a convenient and easy 15 to 25 minute walk to most of the central areas and some very nice neighborhoods. We would definitely stay there again.

Those who prefer a quiet stay should book a room facing the back. The rooms at the front can be a bit noisy due to the trams rattling past the hotel. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great breakfast buffet & ambience!

Having stayed at the Turin Palace Hotel recently I can see why it is so well rated. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We arrived early and I was happy to leave our bags at the desk before checking in at the stated time but the lady at the reception desk not only found a room available immediately but one that was an upgrade! The free min-bar was a nice hospitable touch, as was the breakfast which was also included (and was fantastic!). We arrived by car and it was easy to park outside the hotel and the valet parked it for us (for a fee). The location was good, a short walk into the centre. It was a shame the spa is closed a couple of nights a week but they recommended a place nearby for a massage. We would highly recomend and will probably return to stay when next visiting Turin.

Additionally, it's close to Torino Porta Susa railway and Piazza Statuto monument.
Just home from a 5 night stay here. Location is fantastic, central to most things in Turin. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous, lovely big shower which was always hot. Didnt use breakfast as we were out and about exploring but nice touch to be included in the rooms Only problem we had was the aircon didn’t work in our room and was too noisy to have the window open since the room was facing into the road/trams, not much of an issue though. Overall we were happy with our stay

It is ok, nothing more. The location is good, the staff is friendly, very convenient parking, and the cleaning does what it is supposed to do (though they forgot to refill toilet paper and coffee). Unfortunately, the hotel needs a renovation, at least on the floor I was staying. My main problem was the bathroom, which in a hotel should be spotless. The toilet flush did not work properly and the shower was really not up to standard (see picture): mold in the corners. Also the breakfast is average. True, there is choice but it feels the hotel has taken the cheapest option for everything. Nothing was really appetizing. The fruit salad (always tricky together with the scrambled eggs) looked like it was a few days old as the fruits had browned... If you can look past all this, it is a decent and convenient hotel. Next time, I will look elsewhere.
Florian H — Google review
I stayed at Hotel Diplomatic for a whole month, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing when it comes to cleanliness and service. Despite repeatedly requesting a change of mattress sheets, they only changed them once. The cups in my room were another issue — I used them daily, yet they were never replaced or cleaned properly, even after I asked three times. The complimentary water bottles were also inconsistent. Some days they were provided, other days they weren’t. When I asked the reception, I received mixed answers — some staff said the water is only for the first day, while others said it should be replenished daily. This shows a clear lack of communication among the staff. To make matters worse, I was charged for a bottle of water from the minibar that I had never used. The overall cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, especially the bathroom and the utensils provided. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service quality.

Didn't have the best experience here. We had booked via Booking.com and got our dates wrong. We were still within the cancellation period but Hotel Diplomatic refused to change the dates of our stay. We didn't even ask to cancel. We just asked to move the dates. They didn't allow it. The location is alright. The entire place is old but not the nice kind of old that was well taken care of. Breakfast was not good. The breakfast service was very nice and helpful though. The room we stayed in was very basic. If anything, the water pressure was good. There's so much room for improvement.

I guess for the price and location, it's ok. Clean, but we kept finding tiny ants on the floor every day. The cleaning staff neglected to replace coffee pods and water 4 or 5 of our 7 days there. When I went to the front desk at 8 or 9pm one evening, they were unable to give us any supplies "until morning". ??? Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of cakes and pastries, eggs, bacon, etc., an automatic espresso machine, cereals, yogurt, fruit....lots of choices. Despite the few shortcomings, would probably stay there again. Nearby restaurants, convenience stores and cafes. 300m from Porto Susa train station, 15-20 min walk to many piazzas and attractions.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The negatives: • The location felt unsafe. Almost every time we left the hotel, we were approached within 100 meters by people asking for money or help. • The entire hotel was extremely dirty. The walls in the room were covered with stains and marks, and the bathroom was unhygienic (with hair on the floor, moldy corners, and broken fixtures). • The lighting in the room was harsh and unpleasant, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere. • The breakfast buffet looked chaotic and unhygienic – almost as if there had been a food fight. The general cleanliness and service were so poor that we decided to eat elsewhere, even though breakfast was included. • Several things were broken: the handle for the towel heater was ripped off, the bathroom door lock looked as if it had been forced open, and someone had scribbled on the door frame with marker. • The downstairs toilets were extremely dirty, with black hairs and dried urine on the seats and floor. The positives: • The staff were reasonably friendly. • The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of some nice areas of Torino. All in all, this was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I cannot recommend it – especially for travelers who value cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.

Do you know any four-star hotel with no bar, restaurant, room service? Do you know any "four-star" hotel where there is nothing but old, stale rooms and the price completely detached from the offer? In which you can't drink coffee, a drink, arrange any, I repeat: no need for travel? Where, when asked about a glass of wine, are you sent to a nearby 24-hour vodka bar among beggars, drug addicts and homeless people? In which, when asked in the morning about a cup of coffee, you are told to buy an absurdly expensive breakfast, on which there is nothing (a receptionist, a certain Mister Diego, told me to look for coffee at 6 am in the local cafes if I do not pay a tribute called for the unknown breakfast fee). I didn't pay. Meet the Diplomatic Hotel. Just a scam. Vulgar. Completely surprising for Piedmont, typical rather for the poorest places in the world. If you have even a shadow of respect for yourself, your money and your needs - avoid this place - Turin is a fascinating city and there are many facilities that will make your stay more pleasant and allow you to see the famous Italian hospitality instead of doing everything to take away the pleasure of your stay in this interesting city. Recommendation: avoid scammers.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking distance to many stores and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk to the train station. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. The room was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it had plenty of room. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Great views from the 6th floor and not too loud with the windows open. We only ate at the hotel once, which was in the bar for an early dinner and drinks while jet lagged. The food was ok and reasonably priced for being inside nice hotel. The aperol spritz is very good. The bartender and waiter were polite and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful experience, worth spending a little more for such a nice stay.

We had an exceptional time at this hotel. The staff, the spa, and the location were all perfect. We are on a three week trip in Italy, and had some disappointing hospitality experiences until our stay here. The staff was not aware that we booked this trip as part of our honeymoon, and still went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you to the staff and management of Principi di Piedmonte for such a memorable stay!

Our stay at Principi di Piemonte has been a revelation. What was meant to be a one-night stopover between France and our return to Rome has turned into a full discovery of Torino – we have now extended our stay 3 time's. And the main reason is this hotel. The service here is extraordinary. It is not simply a five-star hotel – it is a place that deserves ten stars. We have traveled extensively, stayed in some of the world’s finest hotels, from Paris to New York, yet the warmth, humanity, and professionalism we have found here is unmatched. At the very heart of this excellence is Marco at the reception. He is impeccable in work and manner – gracious, professional, and truly extraordinary. Under his guidance, the entire reception team shines. Every lady and gentleman at the front desk delivered flawless service, a clear reflection of Marco’s leadership. Alongside him, Adrianna P. stands out as another wonderful ambassador of hospitality – elegant, attentive, and always welcoming with warmth. From the first moment we were welcomed by Mamadou, whose kind smile gave us the perfect first impression. Marco himself ensured that our dogs, Rocco and Josephine, were not only welcomed but celebrated, personally arranging for us to enjoy the restaurant and breakfast areas with them. His follow-up has been at the level of a general manager. At the Casa Savoia Restaurant, Luigi T- shines as a true maître d’, with flawless recommendations, masterful wine knowledge, and a warmth that elevates every dining experience. Supported by Fiore and Pablo in the evenings, the service is seamless and elegant. In the bar, Melysa impressed us with her kindness, spectacular cocktails, and refined knowledge of wines – each drink a true work of art. In room service and breakfast, Lydie has gone far beyond expectations with her kindness and attention to detail. The in-room dining itself is a gift to the eye: flawless presentation, dishes at perfect temperature, and every element carefully executed to perfection. When we arrived feeling unwell after food poisoning in France, the team moved instantly: within 20 minutes we had a homemade chicken soup in our room, off the menu, prepared just for us. Their care went far beyond the expected. We must also acknowledge the chefs – with the executive chef away, Mikelina and Andrea created delicate dishes suited to our medical diet, executed with artistry that made us feel both cared for and indulged. Special thanks go to Dolores, whose attentive housekeeping, care for our pets, and thoughtful touches in the room made our stay even more comfortable. Every interaction with her was warm, professional, and sincere. Every department shines: from valet to bellboys, from spa to restaurant, from the renovation details of the property to the breakfast buffet – everything reflects excellence. The live music in the lobby bar (a singer and cello) was the perfect touch of refinement. But what cannot be trained, and what sets Principi di Piemonte apart, is the humanity, empathy, and natural kindness of its team. This is a house with soul, a hotel that treats guests not as clients but as long time friends soon becomes family. Torino itself has surprised us with its beauty and charm – but what has truly captured our hearts is Principi di Piemonte. We now consider it a new annual tradition to return here. Every euro spent here is a pleasure, every interaction a joy. To the entire team, even those whose names we regret not remembering, we say thank you – for your professionalism, your kindness, and for turning what could have been a simple stopover into one of the most memorable experiences of our travels.

What a fabulous hotel! An easy walk from the train station, about 10 min. The staff greeting us when we arrived were so friendly and helpful. Great location as there is a market next door, Eataly across the street and easy access by train to town. For breakfast there was a nice selection of items to choose from. Rooms were a nice size and clean! Definitely would stay here again!

Convenient if you're wanting quick access to the lingotto convention center as it's directly connected to the hulking mall/convention center thing. Rooms are spacious and have a lot storage for clothes along with a well appointed bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Close to the metro. The only downside here is the area itself, but fortunately things improve considerably if you take a cheap 2 euro trip up the metro to towards the city center. There you'll find a much more positive city vibe in my opinion. Breakfast is very nice. Well worth it.

Fantastic stay at Hilton Lingotto! The building’s history adds charm, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is convenient, with shops and metro nearby. But what really made the difference was the staff, absolutely amazing: kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome. Great breakfast and overall atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding facilities and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with great care. The two young men at the reception welcomed us with professionalism and warmth, and even recommended several exhibitions, providing us with all the necessary information. The building itself is truly impressive. A special mention goes to the lady who prepared our coffees during breakfast — her professionalism and kindness are a clear example of what it means to be a true professional. Thank you very much. We will definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Modern rooms and perfect for my transport to my work. Parking was very limited so be aware that you may need to park in the car park across the road. Main bar area is very modern and I got a free glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch.

Fantastic hotel in Turino/Lingotto. Lavish hotel design and comfortable and spacious rooms. It was once the Fiat building which was an iconic landmark and now transitioned into a hotel which you start to appreciate more once you learn that cool fact. Great service from the staff who make your stay extra special and shoutout to Andrea at the front desk for going out of his way to make our stay a memorable one and being helpful. Easy access to metro station which will take max 10 minutes to centre city. Do yourself a favor and if looking for a place to stay in Turin, book the DoubleTree you won’t be disappointed!

Nestled in the vibrant Aurora district, the Novotel Torino Corso Giulio Cesare is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This elegant hotel features 162 well-appointed rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay. Guests can enjoy delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant or unwind at the bar after a day of exploring. The outdoor pool offers a refreshing escape when you want to relax under the sun.
I can't really understand all the negative reviews. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. At night, however, I would only return to the hotel by bicycle/e-scooter and not on foot. The area seems a bit eerie due to the abandoned buildings and the adjacent forest. You can park in the guarded hotel car park. The service is very good and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very extensive (5 different cakes!).
Car A — Google review
This is not a “real” Novotel. Go elsewhere. Very small room with no possibility to even open your luggage in the room. Old-fashioned and poorly maintained hotel (inside and out). Very small fitness room and tiny swimming pool (No foot bath or shower, so cleanliness more than questionable). Dangerous area outside : in 1 night, 2 cars were broken into and burglarized right in front of the hotel and this seems to be a recurring event (police came in the morning). The breakfast is of mediocre quality. Arrived at 9am, there was nothing left, so no choice, even though the breakfast was open until 10.30am, a strange way to attend clients.
Pedro — Google review
Bad in so many ways, with the exception of the wonderful receptionist Ariana. The lobby bar and restaurant were infused with a disgusting stink of sweat and unwashed bodies, so much so, that we ordered room service for dinner. The sparse paid breakfast the next day was eaqually unpleasant, the scrambled eggs having gone green and clearly smelling bad, and again getting nauseous from the sweaty smell. The bathroom is of the plastic mould type prevalent in Ibis hotels, with toiletries in the form of liquid in a bottle. The room itself overlooks a bleak industrial area. The Wi-Fi is intermittent and very slow most of the time. The so called gym was the size of a bedroom, with 3 pieces of quipment in it, so a complete sham. The only thing of note is the paid parking, which for 8 euro is useful.
Bobby I — Google review
The room was not clean, so I asked if they can come clean the room. A guy from front desk said they are busy with the “roof cleaning” and not sure when will they come to clean the room. He acted like “room not clean “ is not a big deal and it is very common. Roof is more important than a room cleanliness. This is a chain hotel not a random model. I’m surprised with how they react with the hygiene issue.

Another great Novotel hotel. They are quicky becoming one of my favourite 'quick holiday' hotel chains. The beds never disappoint and love that they stock Rituals products as standard in the bathrooms. Very dog friendly hotel ( we got a bowl and poo bag holder for free upon check-in) The breakfast was okay..good spread with your typical continental fare but it wasn't as good as some of the other branches. I'd give their breakfast a 3 out of 5. Overall an excellent hotel, good transport links into town and to the motorway.
Adrian T — Google review
While the hotel rooms are nice, the staff is quite friendly and the food buffet is ok, the location of this hotel is quite bad and in an unsafe area of Torino. We got robbed, even though our vehicle was inside the hotel facilities. The area looks already quite dodgy and dangerous to start with and I cannot safely recommend this place. I’m sorry.
Gabriel M — Google review
Clean rooms, slightly outdated but very confortable and quiet. Very easy to reach by car without needing to get into Turin. Ample free parking around. View on the mountains, punta gnifetti and Dufourspitze from the rooms 🙂 The only disappointment is the breakfast: limited and cramped, and scrambled eggs had a strange greenish color

B&B HOTEL Torino Orbassano is a casual budget hotel that offers simple and clean rooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a snack shop. The staff is known for their warmth and attentiveness, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests. While the amenities are basic, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The hotel provides breakfast with options like coffee, sweets, fruits, microwave meals, and soft drinks available 24/7.
We stayed two nights this week at this hotel and it was nice! With reasonable room rates the service especially the breakfast was worth it! Ana-Maria has been helpful (she speaks good English so no communication barrier when we need assistance!). The only area that needed improvement was be the bathroom that there was mold on gap between tiles though it was clean! It’s recommended for those who drives to Torino as the parking is safe with reasonable cost; we took bus to town center which was easy and convenient!

I was pleasantly surprised the beds and the pillows were very comfortable and soft. The shower was anti slippery floor which was very much appreciated. The room was simple and efficient and clean. Air con was well working. They give you a large bathroom towel and a small one. The main problem is the noise from the road all night. I could not sleep!! Do not forget to bring earplugs to stay there. The hotel needs new windows to block the noise. Otherwise the service was friendly. The buffet breakfast was ok. We could self park for free. But they also have an underground paid parking. There is a little supermarket and a restaurant next to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is a good value hotel. Maybe the rooms on the other side are better.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, very clean, and modernly furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious – fresh pastries, fruit, hot and cold dishes, perfect for starting the day right. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation!
Božidar L — Google review
+ The hotel was really accepting about our check-in delay (transportation issues) compared to our expected arrival set in our reservation. The room is accessible thanks to the unique code which also lets you enter the building after 11pm. Floors are reachable by either stairs or a lift. In the room there were available toiletries in a sufficient amount, as well as towels in both sizes. The room had air conditioning, a safe, and a smart TV. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the room exceeded expectations; daily cleaning available upon request (via tag on the door). Despite the hotel being right next to the main road, the room was quiet. Right next to the hotel is a supermarket and a restaurant with great food. When in need, there are also vending machines for food, drink or other necessities (electronics, pads, other common medical supplies,...) available until 11pm. This place also offers breakfast, but we didn't opt for this option, so cannot review. - The hotel is a bit further from the centre, and since we didn't have a car at our disposal (although there is available parking for a fee), we were depending solely on the public transportation, which was rather scarce.

Location is a bit out of the way, but I the hotel was great. Great breakfast, excellent service. Clean rooms. The staff were very kind at helping us navigate the city as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Suggestions of good restaurants for dinner, and even helping me understand that taking a tram with luggage and only money on a card was unwise. Extraordinarily helpful. Thank you!

Overall is a good for price hotel for short stays in Turin. Basic hotel with good prices and basic amenities. Rooms are of good size and are equipped with Tv, shower and small closet. Bed is comfortable but normally they provide one pillow per person unless you ask for extras. Toilet and shower area needs renovation as there is a leak from shower curtain to the toilet area. There arex some signs of rust in the shower area and it really needs some cleaning and renovation. Breakfast waa simple and basic. Parking costs 5 euro per night.
Alireza J — Google review
This hotel in Turin is located further from the center, but the center is easily accessible by public transport. The room is cleaned every day, the garbage is taken out, the bed is made, the surfaces are cleaned, and the used towels are replaced. After a day of traveling in the city, it was very nice to return to a tidy room. We were very impressed with the comfortable beds, so we had a quality rest at night after long walks. It was very convenient to use the elevators, the corridors are quiet, and there are no extraneous sounds in the room either. We did not have breakfast, but breakfast is very conveniently served on the first floor of the hotel, right next to the elevator and the exit to the outside. In addition, there is a very excellent and large store next to the hotel, where you can buy everything you might need. Unfortunately, we do not recommend the nearby restaurant Lentini's, we ate the least delicious pizza there during our entire stay in Italy, the wrong flour is used in the production of the pizza base.

The Hotel NH Torino Lingotto Congress is a stylish property located in the former Fiat factory, offering 240 loft-like rooms. Situated in Turin's Lingotto neighborhood, it's just a short subway ride from the city center and close to attractions like the National Automobile Museum. The hotel is connected to a conference center and shopping complex, providing easy access to Italian restaurants. Guests can enjoy friendly staff, free parking, and convenient access to public transportation.
Very nice upscale hotel in the old factory building of Fiat. The guest rooms are beautiful designes with a lot of furniture from different designers. The beds where huge and very comfortable. Our room was very clean and we did not missed anything. Breakfast was included in our rate and offered a lot of tasty options. We definitely will come back another time

Excellent and spacious accommodations. At par with other global chains. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a very nice gym, and a nice restaurant. Brilliant hotel complex. The old Fiat factory. Lovely meals. Excellent, warm, service. Lots of space in the rooms. Complex houses a large shopping centre, an art gallery and the old testing track on the factory roof, to name but a few facilities. A bonus prize for car enthusiasts is that it’s only a 20 minute walk from the Italian national vintage and classic car collection in the national museum.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were unfailingly kind, polite, and knowledgeable, assisting us thoughtfully in planning our trip to Turin. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance. Although we had initial reservations about the location, these were quickly dispelled upon arrival, as the surrounding atmosphere and dining options proved to be outstanding. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect—offering genuine hospitality, excellent service, and an experience we will remember fondly for a long time.
Dounia L — Google review
This hotel offers a truly convenient location in Turin, being ideally situated with easy access to the highway, which certainly simplifies arrival and departure by avoiding the city's smaller streets. Interestingly, the hotel's history as part of the former FIAT factory adds a unique and subtle historical dimension to the stay. Guests can expect very clean and cosy rooms furnished with comfortable beds, historical designer furnitures, all supported by a noticeably professional staff. The thoughtful gesture of the reception offering an early check-in, allowing guests to settle in as soon as their room was ready, is a nice touch. Furthermore, staying here provides the added benefit of discounted rates to visit the Pinacoteca Agnelli. Its location adjacent to a large shopping mall, complete with a food court and cinema, as well as a big supermarket, offers immediate convenience for various needs and entertainment. For those familiar with it, the hotel is also just a short distance from the renowned Eataly restaurant and supermarket. From a logistical standpoint, the suggestion to utilize the hotel's free parking and purchase a daily metro card seems practical. The Lingotte metro station, conveniently located next to the hotel, provides a straightforward 15-minute journey to the city center, offering a smoother alternative to the bus, especially in terms of avoiding traffic and potential delays. It's also worth noting that this metro line connects directly to the main train station. For those with more unconventional travel arrangements, the hotel even features a rooftop landing area for private helicopters. Overall, it sounds like your stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and your recommendation highlights that it offers more than just accommodation, indeed presenting a noteworthy experience for visitors to Turin.

Great , historic location. Friendly helpful staff Well appointed and large rooms Excellent breakfast Only very minor criticisms would be : Lack of secure parking Very very firm mattress ( not to my liking) Bathroom layout could be better ( it was a vey large room but the toilet felt like it was squeezed in to the corner behind the door and the toilet roll holder was very difficult to reach from a seated position unless you have the flexibility of a gymnast)

This place is just WOW. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice menu, buffet breakfast was amazing. The rooms are very generously sized with generously ensuite. Finding out that the hotel was the old Fiat factory and still had the roof top race track was mind blowing. The hotel and adjoining shopping mall also include the Fiat museum and Art .

Hotel Montevecchio is a charming and unpretentious lodging situated in the heart of Turin. The hotel's international staff warmly welcomes guests to enjoy a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located just a short walk from Porta Nuova train station and the airport terminal, it provides easy access to transportation.
Room was basic but wonderful cool in the summer heat. It was SO QUIET and the staff was lovely.

Decent price to quality ratio. There was a lot of noise in the corridor at night and big crack below the door, that lat the noise and light into the room. Besides that, the hotel is ok. Very convenient location.

Well located simple Hotel near Porta Nuova. CheckIn was easy and Receptionist very friendly. The Rooms are only 3 stars because the walls are paperthin and the windows don't close very well, so can be very noisy. But still for the price a good value. 1 person 2 nights 107€

The room rate I paid included air conditioning, but the air conditioning was not working, and the hotel acknowledged this. It was difficult to get a good sleep in the hot summer. I requested partial compensation from the hotel, but their manager refused. I do not recommend this hotel as it lacks integrity and responsibility.

Good for one night because of the position. The staff is very kind and overall bedsheets and bathroom looked pretty clean. But the hotel is very old and there is not the minimum effort to make it look better or more pleasant, im talking about pieces of the wall paint about to fall in the bedroom, white walls that are now basically brown, furniture from The 80s, shower drain clogged, and all the other problems that a hotel that hasn’t been taken care of unfortunately has.

This hotel is a little gem. Within walking distance to pretty much everything. This was my first time in Turin, I'm an invalid travelling alone. I only brought my crutches and I could still reach everything I wanted. The staff are lovely and all speak wonderful English. I truly enjoyed my stay here and hope to have many more trips to Turin.

The receptionist told me to go home from where I came from, said he was from Sicily and I still don't know what the mafia is. Perhaps this is the way it is accepted in Italy and it is a local alphabet. If you have a misunderstanding with a guest, you do not need to threaten, just be polite. As for breakfast at the hotel, this is a sandwich that you collect in parts and coffee.
Advocate 4 — Google review
Allow me to share insights about our recent stay at this remarkable hotel. The prime location facilitates seamless access from the airport via public transport, placing you in the heart of the bustling city without the need for additional transportation. Picture this: a cordial receptionist welcomed us warmly, although one staff member appeared a bit reserved. When requesting extra toilet paper, I casually asked for three rolls, yet she seemed hesitant, only offering one. While we didn't exhaust the supply, it's always better to err on the side of caution, wouldn't you agree? Regrettably, the Wi-Fi left much to be desired, prompting me to rely on my own data for a smoother connection. The elevator, compact as it is, may not accommodate larger luggage comfortably. The breakfast spread, though not extravagant, featured essential items, including lactose-free and plant-based milk options. In our assigned room, adjacent festivities disrupted our tranquility. Upon requesting a room change, the accommodating staff promptly facilitated the move without additional charges. However, be mindful that relinquishing your room key is a requisite, akin to surrendering a confidential document. In summary, this establishment is satisfactory, particularly for those prioritizing convenience. Yet, exercise caution regarding the hotel's Wi-Fi and one staff member's reserved demeanor. It might be prudent to reconsider your stay based on these considerations.

Porta Palazzo, also known as Piazza della Repubblica, is the largest open-air market in Europe located in Turin. It offers a vibrant mix of Italian and foreign traditions with a wide range of products including produce, flowers, apparel, and art. The market reflects the multiethnic nature of the city and is home to various associations and LGBT groups. Additionally, it hosts events like La Madre for the LGBTQ+ community and Casa Arcobaleno which offers cultural activities.
I recently visited Porta Palazzo in Torino, and it was a vibrant and memorable experience. Known as one of the largest open-air markets in Europe, Porta Palazzo is a bustling hub of activity and culture. The highlights of my visit included the fascinating stone structure in the underground, which was historically used to store food. This architectural gem added a touch of ancient charm to the modern hustle and bustle of the market. The market itself is a feast for the senses, with colorful displays of fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and handcrafted goods. The atmosphere is lively, with vendors eagerly engaging with visitors and sharing the stories behind their products. Despite the lively atmosphere, the market can get overwhelmingly crowded, especially during peak hours. However, this is a minor criticism compared to the overall vibrant and authentic experience that Porta Palazzo offers.

I love this market, Porta Palazzo is the heart of Turin the greater place ever the temple of food for Italians and foreigners. You can find anything in there is a marvelous place to enjoy your time in the city center and get the best most beautiful produce ever.

Honestly too many people on a weekend so beware, really have to dig deep and stay for hours to find something good. Have to negotiate 99% of the time you are getting scammed on the first price, usually the bins with set prices are where they’re at, ok food, nice people very diverse so met a couple people and sellers that gave me discounts because We were from the same country. Keep your bag tightly around you and act like you don’t hear anyone that calls for you

Europe’s biggest open-air market feels endless—seasonal produce, cheese counters, and a great fish hall. Prices are friendly; mornings are best.

The atmosphere is super friendly and a nice smell of vegetables and fruits is in the air. There is a guy who always sings there and doubles the friendliness. Everything is cheap, I got 7 kilos of vegetables and fruits for less than ten euros and the quality was perfect.

The main building in picture is really just a food/cafe/beer court with a few shops on second floor. There is a WW2 bunker on the ground floor in the middle of it! The older covered market and local farmers market houses the majority of the meat, veg and fruit etc. Outside there are plenty of other traders selling almost anything you could want! Across the tram tracks to the square hundreds of other fruit and veg traders! Prices seem to decrease the more yiu go to the back! You could easily spend a day here going around all the stands inside and out. Plenty if cafe/pastry/fast food stops. We spent a few hours there and only touched the surface! Well worth a look around. Nice Train station in Turin. Plenty of shops and restaurants inside the train station. The real beauty of this station comes alive at night. The front is beautiful with the glass lit up. The buses and tram lines are located in front of the station. The Tourist Information Center is located right across the street before you enter the park. It is a very easy walk into the center of Turin and all the main sites. We enjoyed our visit of this station and all that Turin had to offer. Beautiful city.

Inside there is a place to buy Under 26 GTT card. If you enter through the gate on Via Nizza and walk straight ahead, you’ll see the place where you need to go to get your GTT card. You can either go early in the morning to wait in line, or purchase it online and pick up your ready card there. You don’t need to bring a passport photo – they can take your photo on site.

Architectural beauty this train station. Low point toilets otherwise full of shops, clean when I was there, interesting history and architectural elements. In front of it is the famous Hotel Roma where many celebrities stayed like the writer Cesare Pavese in his last days.
The E — Google review
Clean, stylish and feels just like the main station in Rome! I imagine they are designed by the same person. This station has many facilities, restaurants and good waiting areas, there are many transport links right outside, too. As far as big central stations go this one didn’t feel very unsafe, but there were a few sketchy characters around but it was fine otherwise.
Caïna V — Google review
The central train station of Turin, with food court on the 2nd floor. In front of the station, there are bus stations (with a fast bus to the airport).
Avihay F — Google review
Not a huge train station and with few shops for a big city like Turin. But it's easy to find your way around. There is a place to drink coffee, buy bus tickets, etc. A simple but beautiful station. Not big but meets the needs of those passing through its gates. (Bathrooms cost money!! I don't understand this thing. Why do they want people to relieve themselves outside the station?).
אילן ק — Google review
A somewhat old station. Furthermore, the toilets are very clean. The station is quite centrally located in Turin. You can easily walk to the shopping center. Additionally, there are good bus connections to the outskirts of Turin. Many trains also travel to other cities within Italy, and it's all easy to find.

Hotel Miramonti in Turin, located in the Aurora Vanchiglia district, offers low-key rooms with balconies and a range of amenities. The hotel provides storage for belongings, a safety deposit box, and a cash machine. It also features meeting rooms, a sound system, and a photocopier. Guests have praised the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms as well as the well-equipped bathrooms.
This hotel is one of the best with several strong points: excellent breakfast with lots of options (even nuts, seeds, cereals) of food but also fruits and sweets. The yellow mellon was terrific. The pillows were the greatest one I slept on, it was terrific. The mattress was also great and these two aspects really helped to have an amazing sleep after exploring the city. The windows are great, you hear almost nothing from outside. The bathroom has all the toiletries needed and lots of towels. A big plus is the bathroom window but also the water pressure! We were on 8 floor and had no issue at all! The staff was extremely kind! A special thank you to the kind gentleman with black t-shirt from reception who helped us with all the info and also checked if public transport had any modifications as we were there on republic day. The room has air conditioning and it was cleaned perfect every day! The room has also a small fridge, great addition to all the hotel's pluses. The balcony is generous, would be an extra if there would be some chairs but it was not something that would make us change our opinion of the entire hotel or our stay there :) A very small disadvantage could be the fact that the room has no carpet, this is something that it really did not matter for us but could count for picky people :) I loved the stay here 😍
Aura I — Google review
Very clean and comfortable rooms. The roundabout outside the hotel is very noisy with horns honking constantly and trams going through it as well. Took a night or two to get used to the noise but otherwise a nice stay. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. In town for the Juventus football match. A bus from just outside the hotel takes one to within a short distance from the stadium.
Richie C — Google review
Very clean, simple decor, excellent helpful staff. Wifi worked great. Breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. Some might find it far from the centre of town but that's only a short tram ride away and I enjoyed staying in a more typical (rather than touristy) neighbourhood. Loved the dual function windows and little balcony. The bed was very comfortable!
Marlene A — Google review
Very nice hotel, service and rooms are perfect, the price also. The location is perfect, especially for people who want to go into the city center and to a football match of Juventus. Both can be reached by streetcar (Tram - city center) or bus (Juventus stadium) without changing trains.

The staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are exactly as you would expect. Clean and comfortable. Located on the outskirts with regular bus and tram service into town.

We found the hotel clean, comfortable and the bedrooms well equipped with slippers, dressing gown and all that you could ask for in the bathroom. There was a lot of noise on the roads outside but earplugs were provided and actually we managed to sleep well. The breakfast buffet was excellent - cannot think of a dietary requirement that wasn't catered for! The staff were all so friendly and we would definitely stay there again considering the price

On our first trip to Turin we stayed here. It was a typical 4 star business hotel for a city such as Turin. The staff was kind and helpful. Some room are not as renovated as others. The location is fantastic and safe. The room was very quiet, but the air conditioning was not very strong. I felt the the value was fair. You can walk to many shops, restaurants and attractions with no issues. We would stay here again.

We booked hotel rooms through a service and received a confirmation in writing. When we arrived they stated we had only 8 rooms instead of 9. They made us sit in the lobby for over 2 hours while we tried to work it out. And it was being worked by Martina and she just clocked out and left without passing the issue to another team member. With no manager on duty to assist until tomorrow. The lack of service or any type of accommodation is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Egyptian Archaeological Museum, Civic Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art, and Mole Antonelliana Tower.

Very comfortable rooms but disappointing breakfast + service. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great features. Some of the technology is unnecessary - for example, the LED lights in the bathroom. I don’t need to feel like I’m in a nightclub when I’m taking a shower! They give you one water bottle regardless of how many of you are in a room. Breakfast is disappointing. Food is not covered - found someone’s hair in the pineapple. The hot food is limited, and not well heated. The worst part is that nobody comes to give you water and coffee, you have to go up and get it yourself every time. Nobody comes to clear your plates unless you call the staff over, and the two or three staff members just stand in one place near the front so it’s impossible to get their attention if you aren’t sitting right by them. Of all the breakfast buffets I’ve been to, I never experienced this. Better to skip on the breakfast and enjoy the many local bakeries and patisseries nearby!
Yasmin T — Google review
This stay was top-tier. We were here for a wedding and they cheerfully accommodated to the highest order. A standout of this hotel is its staff, who never make you feel awkward or as if you are asking too much. I have to single out for particular praise, Francesco, Claudio, & Manuelo, who as I learned was staging and who should do very well with his friendly demeanor. I only hope the hotel Concord realizes how lucky they are to have such great people on their team. Additionally, one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve experienced in three straight months of traveling Europe. 360° of bravissimo, Hotel Concord !!

The hotel is well-designed with spacious areas and a beautiful garden, providing a quiet atmosphere for guests. We had a great stay at the J Hotel and give it a solid 4-star hotel that opened in 2019 located about a good 15-minute drive from the city center. The hotel is clean, and we appreciated the modern amenities and there is plenty of storage in the room. The hotel features a nice on-site restaurant, a garage for parking, EV Charging station and a large conference area - perfect for both leisure and business travelers. We woke up to a generous breakfast buffet with great coffee and eggs as well as cold meats etc…really something for everyone. While the hotel is in a quieter area, there are a few restaurants within a short drive.
Colin S — Google review
The hotel is very conveniently located and it is dog friendly which was why we stopped here for the night. The air condition didn't work in the room. There's a fan but it wasn't an AC. Our room had a dirty slipper, an open and half used bar of soap and a half bottle of water on one of the nightstands. The gym was a couple of machines placed on a corridor above the breakfast area which was completely closed off. I feel like the pictures of the hotel online are way nicer than how it is but if you need to be in the area, it's an OK option for one night.
B D — Google review
Good sized rooms, with nice finishes and some lovely amenities. They give you shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Lots of towels. Comfy beds and extra pillows upon request. Themed decor is a nice touch. The towel warmer never worked. And the rain shower head needs a good clean because the spray is going everywhere instead of down on you. Great counter space at the sink. Service at the front desk was fantastic. Service at the restaurant for breakfast was not as good. The location is nice, close to the stadium and some shopping. We also did the stadium tour and museum. It is located far away from downtown though, so expect to use transit or drive. Nice, snazzy looking hotel!

Highly recommended. Great memory with this hotel during Juventus USA camp. Next to Juventus team 1 training field and kid even got a few of autographs.
UG U — Google review
I had a generally good experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary drink in the fridge – a thoughtful touch. However, I found the room to be on the smaller side. The breakfast was decent, offering a fair selection to start the day. A note for international travelers: while some of the staff members don't speak fluent English, they genuinely tried their best to assist, which I appreciated. Overall, a commendable stay.
Jenny O — Google review
Disappointing. Beautiful complex, but rooms are very basic, air con doesn't work so the room was very hot, no coffee machine, no bath, no dressing gowns, no full balcony. Our door handle also came off. We had staff walk into our room unannounced. There is no gym (there are 3 treadmills on a public landing), no spa, no pool. Also, the doors shake the entire floor so when people come and go from their rooms, the noise is ridiculous. How is it 4 star? I paid 200 euro for 1 night in what is basically a travel lodge. Complete rip off. You should be embarrassed to call this 4 star and charge the prices you do. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the staff were outstanding - the only good points .

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Executive Hotel and Suites for 2.5 days, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a 12-minute walk from the central train station, which made getting around Torino very easy. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like a comfortable bed, quality toiletries, and plenty of charging outlets. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, offering excellent tips for exploring the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring fresh pastries, local cheeses, and plenty of healthy options. It provided a great start to my day. I also appreciated the small but lovely wellness area, including a pool and fitness room, which was perfect for unwinding after sightseeing.

Rating: 4/5 Really enjoyable stay at Best Western Plus Executive Rooms in Turin. The room was spotless, comfy, and had a TV, minibar, and snacks restocked daily (though prices were definitely on the high side). Breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold options with loads of pastries, but the eggs were usually running low. The gym was small but had the essentials — dumbbells, multigym, treadmill, and bike. Floor was quite slippery, and it got very hot due to the nearby sauna and jacuzzi. Bit odd that the sauna and jacuzzi, which are advertised around the hotel, weren’t available for use — front desk staff couldn’t give a reason why. Location was excellent, close to Porta Nuova station. Despite a few quirks, I’d happily stay again.
Kristian M — Google review
Very quiet hotel. Spacious and comfortable room. Parking is very appreciated because the entire city can be explored on foot, by bus or metro from the hotel. A suggestion: The bus and metro map as well as practical information about it (such as indicating the public transport app) would be welcome. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful reception staff.
Brad W — Google review
Nice hotel placed 7 minutes walk from the main Porta Nuova train & bus stations. The room was big, it had a comfy bed and the staff was wonderful. The air-condition was weak, even after we asked to try and fix it, but it seems that all air conditioners in Turin suffer from this problem, which is why it was hot in the city. The room is fixed every day, but they put only 1-2 coffee capsules for 2 guests every day, and didn't put new tea-bags the entire stay (even it was empty). There is a nice view of the snowy Alps from the room window. The breakfast seems good, with high Value-For-Money, but we wanted to try Italian desserts instead. Try to book in the hotel's website for better prices.

The hospitality of the hotel staff is excellent, with top-notch service provided for breakfast and room service.
I booked my room upon walking in prior to calling up. Nick sorted out my booking and provided a great service, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was more great value for more especially being as though I payed and booked on the day. Not the best insulated from corridor sound, however the rooms are big, spacious and very clean. Complimentary water was also provided which was great. The hotel is right by the station and there’s plenty of food spots near by.

Bathrooms are incredibly tiny and old. Shower doesn't function properly. You can hear people having "romantic" times in your next room because insulation is poor. The only good thing is the location, and the receptionist was friendly and professional.

Great Location the room was very basic and quite worn down. biggest problem was the amount of noice during the night. the room had no insolation so felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a train station with a lot of commotion since you could here the other guests in the other rooms all the time and the traffic outside even though all doors and windows were closed

I was lucky to get a room for 2 nights during a busy time.. at a decent price, and as I had a room at the last floor at the very end of the corridor, I felt quite safe and not bothered by noise from the elevator and neighbouring rooms. It was very hot but the room had clim - but no fridge or mini bar... On the other hand I got a double room for single use, which I appreciated very much. The room and the bath were clean and nice toileterie were offered. Very enjoyable breakfast with a selection of good ham and cheese and fruit. and nice staff. The elevator can only be used by very few customers and luggage at one time, which can be a bit of a nuisance- still better thanno elevator at all...

This was my second time at the hotel and enjoyed my stay both times. A great value three star hotel with an exceptional/above average experience for its hotel star rating. Right across from the main Torino train station (Porta Nuova) and inside the rectangular area considered the centre and old town section of the city, making everything within the old city walking distance. The room and en suite bathroom I was in (single) was on the average to low size for a three star hotel but everything was in order and the bed was comfortable with two pillows provided (which is a really nice extra for me). Breakfast is a standard continental style with an Italian touch of an added selection of sweet options. Variety was slightly above average and the quality was nice. Service was great. With all staff always ready with a smile and greeting.

One of the worst place I have stayed, rooms where dirty and smelly, outdated bathroom, no room to walkabout, felt like a prison with family.
Abu N — Google review
Mmmm. The rooms were high quality, luxurious, comfortable and quiet - 5 star. Great view of the River Po - 5 star. However, the staff were prickly, with endless fiddling with their computer at the front desk, not looking at us, and lots of rules for us to follow. We felt like naughty children just being there. Not welcoming. Also, no restaurant and no bar despite having suitable rooms designated for this purpose. Breakfast was good however. 3 star reflects the staff attitude and approach.

7 euro to park your car on the hotel parking overnight, ...why? Everything was perfect, nice room, good breakfast, good hotel overall. We arrived at 11 PM, the parking in front of the hotel was full, we share this at the reception and asked to park our car in the inside parking, at checkout the 7 euro fee... you should really remove this unexplainable fee, as it makes no sense at all...
Davide P — Google review
Located on the river Po this is a cheap accommodation that offers a basic but clean experience. Parking is available outside the structure. There is no restaurant available on site and very few decent offering in the area. Internet is weak. Room are quite little and if you have more than a trolley you will experience difficulties with the storage and the room space. Good breakfast. Overall It's a good choice for a one night budget accomodation.

12C in my room, heating not working. And they offer me a remote heater. Why would you even rent a room with no heating - and then claim you are fully booked? Amater level.

Nestled in the charming town of Pino Torinese, Aston Hotel offers a comfortable and relaxed stay with its informal quarters, some featuring whirlpool tubs. The hotel's convenient location provides easy access to modern amenities and is just a 5-minute drive from Torino, with complimentary parking available. Guests can enjoy spacious and well-decorated rooms along with a cozy lobby area. The on-site restaurant and bar offer delectable dining options for visitors to indulge in.
We stayed 2 nights with breakfast. Room was spacious and well decorated, the loby was comfy and breakfast includes everything you could wish for. Staff was friendly. We liked our stay. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Torino by car and has free parking so super convinient. Would just have loved a small gym and/or a sauna.

This is NOT a four star hotel. The rooms are worn, the air-conditioning bearly works and is noisy and the breakfast is OK at best. And the wifi only sort off works. But it is cheap and the staff are great. And they clean every day. So for the money it is worth it. Just make sure you have a car because it's not that close to the center of Turin. But for a no nonsense cheap hotel you could do a lot worse. I just hope they refurbish the place at some point because it could really use it.
Jeroen V — Google review
Booked the hotel, nice appearing on pictures and based on customer reviews, for a price of over 200€ per night during Eurovision in Turin. 1) old and not well reserved hotel 2) Lobby is nice and staff are friendly 3) the room we had wasn’t worth at all > worn out furniture > lack of maintenance > no functioning a/c at 29 degrees outside (said due to filter change; solution given “open the window, at night it still cools down…”) > open window was barely possible since the staff from restaurant downstairs was “partying around” and smoke, throw stuff around and were noisy until after midnight > cracks in the wall > cabinet broken Etc. We decided to leave after one night. As a courtesy we got only charged 1.5 nights (300€). Still a lot for the condition and very outside location of the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend a stay there.
Alexander S — Google review
Pictures and star rating are way off.4 stars more like 2 at best. Booked because it said it had AC they turn it off regardless of temperatures so it was warm and stagnet in the rooms. Booked based on all room photos having a bath..not the case at all.. paid one night to cancel and did not stay. The outside is very run down and is no where near turino. Buyer beware 2 star and limited expectations if you are going to stay there
Ellen B — Google review
This hotel is decent since it is within the trees. Everything else was moderate at best. Advertised as 4 stars... but alas, a 1 star experience. Let's begin: Me and my party (9 people in total, one being an eight-year-old girl) arrived at this hotel in the early afternoon. The first issue is entering the hotel.. the turn is sharp and it is on a road littered with trees so turning your indicator on makes the vehicle behind you think you turned it on by accident. The actual turn into the hotel premises is sharp and thin. It's almost a U-turn. So we got our luggage into the hotel and no ramp or lift onto the ground floor rooms (where we were staying) only 20 steps and as they were refurbishing the hotel and still are at the date of this review there was a carpet put down for the paint to drip on, our luggages almost pulled said carpet away. Now comes our room, as soon as we entered the room (with my family, 4 adults (including me) and a dog) we instantly turned on the Air Conditioning, nothing was felt. So we left the room and went shopping for a few hours. Day passed and it turned into night, we went back into the room to find the Air Conditioning not working. It is on, we put it on lowest temperature and on; nothing. Night 1 was dreadful. Next day we complained, no reasonable reply. Only "Was it on?". And the first night was so dreadful, apart from the hotel payment and spending money we went out of our way and spent a HEAVILY needed €70 on a fan in order to survive. Breakfast time! We go down, nothing. We asked them where the food was, they replied with "Food is finished." Breakfast is from 7AM to 10AM. We went down at 7:30AM, no food was remaining and they were not thinking of restocking. All that was left, was rotten, stinky eggs. Overall review: +5 - Great view and area. Nature is beautiful. +2 - Reasonable price. -1 - Advertised with a pool, there is no pool within in the premise, only the house next door. -4 - No working A/C. -5 - Breakfast is a joke.
Clyde S — Google review
Hotel is dirty and tired, no AC, rooms are super old with cracks, the outside if filthy. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel, maybe 1.5 star at best. Avoid if you can. I didn't stay and still got charged for a night. It should be illegal to claim 4 star rating.
Jon H — Google review
I stayed here for a single night. The location is just on the edge of the park and on a low traffic road. This makes for a very quiet stay. Room wasn't particularly huge but big enough to be comfortable, however the heating was not adjustable and it was sweltering. Parking is not big. Prices are on the low side.
Daniele R — Google review
It's very close to Torino, so if you have a car, it would be easy for you to get to the city center from here. The price is a steal, you won't find anything for this money in the city. It's a four star hotel, clean, with big bathroom. The furniture is not brand new but it's ok. The bed is comfy, tons of towels in the bathroom, big mirrors everywhere. The breakfast is very good, coffee in the breakfast room is amazing. The hotel stuff is very friendly. There's nothing to complain about, everything is nice.

Guests have praised the friendly and helpful staff members who ensure a warm welcome and provide excellent service throughout the stay.
The hotel is amazing. I was not expecting much because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was so big and spacious, it had a balcony and the bathroom was also quite big. I loved it! The staff was so kind, helpful and nice. I would come back again. And the price is perfect, with breakfast included. Breakfast is quite good. The location is also great, very close to the central train station and a perfect spot to start exploring the city.

The worse hotel i ever booked. The shower was so small that I couldn't take a shower. The hot water comes very slow. And the dush spreads the water in very weird way, stay away ! The hotel was noisy to, couldn't have calm moment.

It's a really nice hotel, even though it needs to be updated. The bed is huge and the mattress is comfy. The staff is really friendly, so it's a great place to spend some time in Turin.
Raluca O — Google review
The breakfast is good. The room is like time machine - brings you back in the late 1980's, except for the flat screen TV. It should have been a CRT to re-create the feeling completely. Being very narrow and with a high ceiling creates a very weird feeling. At least the bed sheets and towels are clean. The bathroom has some mould in the corners but not too much. Generally not a great value for money. Don't trust the photos on their website.

Really nice and helpful staff! The room was so-so, the first one I got had insects in it, but I was able to change it. Still not very clean, but the bathrooms were ok. Tasty breakfast, cheap, very close to the train station.

They double charged me, I booked online for 4 nights, then my flight was delayed, but i arrived within my booking still but the hotel charged me for 2 nights that i stayed there and did not refund me the 4 nights still. and the Hotel is not coordinating with their Online travel Agency. and not replying to me anymore

We were worried after seeing some Google reviews after booking, but staff was very nice, and our room on the first floor was big, clean, bathroom seemed rather new. Only the shower curtain was dirty and should be changed more regularly. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices, location made visiting Turin easy by foot. Our room had a view on a courtyard and was very quiet. Overall we're very happy with our stay, for the price, it was really good!

Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast each morning and unwind in the inviting guest lounge after exploring nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located just 500 meters from an Auchan Supermarket and within easy reach of Allianz Stadium, making it perfect for sports enthusiasts.
Found this hotel in our way from Lauterbrunnen to Milan (we plan to stop by at Turin), successfully managed to book this hotel at 9pm with a good price. We got a spacious room including breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Allianz Arena Stadium Juventus. Free car park.
Mohd M — Google review
The Hotel Galant near Allianz Stadium is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The attached pictures speak for themselves. Staying at this hotel poses a health risk. You should definitely skip breakfast, as the staff refill the coffee beans with unwashed hands and only wipe food scraps off the tables by hand without using a cloth. The entire staff should be ashamed of providing such poor service. It's a disgrace!
Tango L — Google review
Good hotel with friendly reception staff and good knowledge of what they are doing, good selection of breakfasts in the buffet and a very friendly barman, the front desk always has somebody on it and the location is very good, close to the Juventus Stadium. Very good. 4 stars only due to slight issues with unclean walls and broken lamps. Overall would stay here again.

Average hotel in this category. We were there for a few days. The rooms were clean, only one day they forgot to clean. And on the day of the football match there was a problem with parking. Otherwise overall satisfaction.

Clean friendly and easy to find... Breakfast cold meats and cheeses. We paid for car parking though wasn't necessary, plenty inside grounds and out side seemed safe. Nice pizza etc at gate of hotel, children friendly and very attentive..
Padraig C — Google review
I come to this hotel regularly since 2 years. I come here mostly because it's quiet and clean. It's always appreciable to have a service for ironing shirts. Recently I have been disappointed by the service. I stayed 3 days and the first day the room service took my towels but give back my wife and i only one clean each morning for the two next days. It's even more surprising giving the fact that we took a" triple room" for 3 people. I had to go ask to get a second clean towel. The same first day when we came for breakfast we were told that it was closed at 9h50 even if we already paid for it the day before. Another small inconvenience : Internet was down one entire evening... To sum up, nothing awful it's still a quiet and clean hotel with free parking and AC, but plenty of small deceptions that makes me feel like i'll go somewhere else next time.

Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel is a casual hotel housed in a 19th-century building, offering individually decorated rooms and a modern bar. Located in the San Salvario Valentino district, it is conveniently situated near attractions such as the Egyptian Archaeological Museum and Torino Porta Nuova railway. The hotel features 60 rooms with panoramic views, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and proximity to shopping districts and Parco del Valentino.
Good hotel located directly adjacent to the Porto Nuova train station. Good room size, comfy beds and minibar. Both aircon and possibility to get fresh air. Good noise isolation from street. I haven't traveled much in Italy. The breakfast seemed very basic, especially for a 4* hotel, but I was told by business colleagues that it is normal - and that 4 different types of croissants were luxury.
Peter J — Google review
Ah, the Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel - where the grandeur of yesteryear meets the reality of today's budget constraints. Located conveniently near the train station, but sadly, the only thing 'crystal' about this palace is the lingering scent of cheap air freshener in the lobby. Our room was a spacious time capsule, frozen in the era of floral print bedspreads and faded golden trim. The furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a thrift store, and the bed creaked with every move, as if protesting the indignity of hosting yet another weary traveler. The bathroom, oh the bathroom! A tiny, cramped space with a showerhead that seemed to be an afterthought, installed at a jaunty angle, as if to say, 'Good luck getting wet, sucker!' But, alas, the staff! Ah, the staff! Like a ray of sunshine in this otherwise dingy establishment, they tried their best to make us feel welcome, with warm smiles and helpful tips on where to find the nearest decent coffee. In conclusion, if you're looking for a taste of faded glory and a healthy dose of irony, the Best Western Crystal Palace Hotel is your place! Just don't say I didn't warn you.

I stayed in a wonderful huge room with a comfortable bed, bit bathroom and well structured spaces. My colleagues were though in smaller rooms. The sweet breakfast is amazing but the foreigners who are used to a savoury breakfast would have appreciated more salty options. The neighbourhood is unfortunately poor but the hotel is One minute walk from the main train station and 4-5 minutes walk from the city centre. Overall my Experience was excellent. I would definitely stay again
Elisa B — Google review
I booked a double room for my son and his partner and this hotel was ideal being near both our place and the airport bus stop. It was a really busy weekend so prices were unusually high. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and could speak several languages and the hotel exuded a kind of old world charm, like time had stopped somewhere some time ago. The lobby was clean and tidy, there was a working lift and the room was of a good size. It was not rich in amenities (could do with a coffee machine or French press) and was expensive for a small city like Turin, but comfortable for a night. I would definitely consider making future reservations for extra guests there if they could maintain standards for future bookings.
Serene D — Google review
Great location. the air-conditioning struggled to chill the room though, hece I gave two stars.
Ferry W — Google review
I informed reception as well as other staff members that air conditioning was not working in my room. No one did anything about it. Thankfully I only booked 2 days, I would have booked more since I loved the city of Torino but I needed to find other accommodations that were more suitable, especially with the price I was paying. Big disappointment Best Western. On a side note, the area does not come across as safe with many people lingering right in front of the front doors every day I stayed there.

Definitely needs some restoration. I found some hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Sound isolation nonexistent (a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and from the bar area even at 6AM). Service is very nice though.

A clogged tub, they told me they couldn't do anything about it... We had the end of a toilet paper roll left when we arrived. Fairly mouldy place. Little to no insulation, we could hear people talk above and next to us. Also, we were unlucky but kids were banging on doors in the middle of the night and early morning, nobody told them anything, I had to intervene multiple times. Staff should have said something One positive point, breakfast was ok for the price point. I wouldn't go back there again.
Mehdi — Google review
The hotel is quite good for its price. However, there are a few minor things that could be improved – the old wooden windows don’t close properly, and when it’s windy, you can really feel the draft. The shutters make a loud creaking noise in the wind, which makes it hard to sleep. There is no kettle or a couple of cups in the room, which would sometimes be very useful. And in the bathroom, there is a very old hairdryer – it looks like it’s from the 1960s and is not very convenient to use. That’s about it. Everything else is fairly decent and matches the price, and most importantly, the hotel is located in a great area, close to the city center and main attractions, and offers a good price. The staff are kind and helpful. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Не сподобалося · old wooden windows don’t close properly, poor sound insulation in the room, no kettle and a very old hairdryer in the bathroom.

Clean large rooms. The hotel is generally renovated and we'll located. I think by paying attention to some small things (like the size of the bathroom door so it does not crash into different parts of the bathroom), they could have made things excellent. My AC system was also not working. For the price, it is pretty good though!

The hotel is quite close to the main rail station (a few metro stops or 25 min on foot). The room was spacious although a little bit tired. All in all it was as you would expect for this type of hotel, room and bed sheets clean, stay comfortable.
Tadas M — Google review
I stayed at the Hotel Continental during the worst two weeks of my life (child had a traumatic skiing accident and was airlifted to CTO in Turin) and it was the best part of my trip. Everyone was super kind, especially Franco who went out of his way to make sure I knew where I was going and always checked in with me when he saw me. Rooms aren't fancy but they're clean, (junior rooms are very spacious) well maintained, the beds are comfortable and my room had extra pillows and blanket. Also the water pressure in the shower was top notch. Shoutout to the cleaning staff who were magnificent. Despite me having do not disturb on my door all morning (hospital phonecalls etc) I often came back from the hospital in the evening to find they had popped in during the afternoon and serviced my room. Hotel is in a great location (by train get the metro from porta susa or porta nuova and get off at Carducci - leave by the ospedale exit and hotel is three minutes around the corner) but I only saw the hospital and the local supermarkets so I can't say anything about the attractions. Unfortunately my kid is in CTO for at least a couple months but I feel better about it knowing I am going to choose the Hotel Continental as my homebase whenever possible.

Pros: - Helpful staff - Rooms supplied with toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner - Hair dryer supplied - Plenty of storage space - Black out curtains Cons: - Gets hot in the night

Overall: The place is a bit outdated regarding decor and furnitures and not spotless regarding cleanness, however they do clean the rooms and change towels every day unless you put the DoNotDisturb card outside. Aircon works, but not the top end. Our room had a bit of cigarette odor, but not sure how,as it was forbidden in the whole hotel. All this is balanced by really good staff, they get 5* from me and the good breakfast with really nice italian coffee. Also, staff speaks good english. The hotel is a bit far from the city central, but the public transportation is really good and you can choose between several bus lines to get you to the center in like 15-20minutes and the stops are literally on the corners. Pros: - Price - Staff - Breakfast - Elevator - No noise from the street in the evening - Easy to reach via public transportation - Soaps, towels, showercaps Cons: - Bit outdated - Aircons could perform better - Walls are thin?(maybe we had bad neighbours who were loud by default) - Not that close to city center, but it is just a personal preference i guess I recommend it overall, even with children, especially if you are only stay in the rooms for the night for holiday, etc.

I have to admit that we picked this place because of the price and my fiancée reminds me you get what you pay for. We arrived early afternoon to hear the symphony of love happening in the next door room. Which is fine, however, please note rooms are not soundproof or light proof and the hallway light goes on and off all night with whatever happens in this very active hotel. This is a magnificent hotel. Good location, well equipped. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast which is good value. The staff helped me arrange visits.

Went on a school trip and had been told there would be 3 rooms for 5 people. Only an extra fold-up bed was added to one room and one ended up being for 4 and the hotel had to give and extra room to the group. The buffet was not good and when asked for a soy milk cappuccino and told it could be done the manager used cow milk anyhow. At the end of the stay we had requested to leave luggage at the hotel and were asked to pay an extra 3€ per person simply for it to be left in the main kitchen area unsupervised. Would not recommend especially to a larger group of people but seeing the service I would not recommend in general.

Perfectly located a 5 minute walk from Torino Porta Nuova. The room was fine for the price and was nice to have a balcony too. Shower was lovely but could do with a shelf or something to put your toiletries on. Young guy really helpful and carried my enormous suitcase right to the room for me. Only downside, it would be better if you were told beforehand that you must pay for the water bottles they put in your room especially as you cannot drink the tap water. Great for a quick stop over.

I really liked this hotel. Great location, friendly staff and charming. The atmosphere is very nice. Also very electric car friendly. Stay here.

The hotel was old with broken fridge but the room was clean. I disappointed for the reason that they told us to pay extra money for leaving our luggages, because check out was until 11 pm.

The apartment I stayed was very small and the wooden floor creaked a bit. Shower was cold in the second day and water didn't warm up anymore. I saw a couple of mattresses outside the rooms in the corridor.

I stayed here for several nights. The staff were all very nice. However, there is no water kettle in room for me to boil some water. Turino is very cool after raining. It's about 7'C this morning. 05 2016

Turin Eye is a hot air balloon located in the Borgo Dora area that offers a unique experience of soaring 150 meters above the city, providing breathtaking bird's eye views. On clear days, visitors can marvel at the Monviso mountain and the Cottian Alps bordering Turin to the north-west. It's an ideal activity for couples seeking a magical moment together.
Great views of Turin i have ever been seen..and also a adventure ..

Lovely, poetic, beautiful experience: you fly to an altitude of 160 meters, getting to see the city like a bird, right in the center of Porta Palazzo. I love drones, but it is much much better to engage the body and fly for real. The girl who manages the ride knows absolutely everything you can see up to the mountains, making the experience even more meaningful

hi. I stayed in this hotel for 5 months, it was a long time but a pleasant one. I had no problems there. It is a nice, clean hotel with great staff and a beautiful view of the Alps (of course, if you have an upper floor). If I ever come to Turin again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you 😀

The staffs are very caring and smiling. Cleaning staff do their job very well. very helpful and smiling people. towels are changed every day. Rooms are big, with kitchen, just as I wanted. Although it is far from where I work, I chose this place. no parking problem. There is a fitness room, during the covid period, you can reserve 1 hour and do sports alone.
OSMAN K — Google review
It's a pretty decent place to stay, the location is in a quiet place not in a busy city centre. Easy to commute via bus or tram. Staff is very courteous and polite. Good service from the staff. The rooms are pretty big , especially the one in which I stayed. Rooms are with a fully functional kitchen. Bed rooms with a beautiful balcony and view outside. There is a small public park with Fontana for drinking water beside the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and the local tram stop is just 5mins. Walk from the hotel. Can buy the bus and tram tickets and one day passes within the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty decent

I booked this hotel in 2021 but this hotel chose to cancel my booking in order to re-rent the room for a higher price due to being a host city for a major event. The owner of this place has zero morales and will do anything to make extra money. Such a shame as I liked the look of this hotel and was looking forward to staying here. Edit from reply: ‘Aggressive & threatening’ - what a joke. I simply told you what you did was illegal and I’ll be reporting it. You didn’t offer to pay €400 - you put your prices up to over double and then offered a measly discount on this price hike when I stated it was illegal and you panicked.

Bath was dirty with mold everywhere, there were lots of hairs inside of the jacuzzi system, heating system didn't work, we didn't want to stay and asked to refund but the hotelier refused it and was not polite. They promised to clean the jacuzzi but they did not do it because on weekend they have no cleaning ladies. The price of the dirty room out of the city centre is the same as the price of 4* hotel Majestic in the city centre where we left. I do not recommend this hotel.

It is like my home in Torino ❤️ very lovely and friendly staff! I love them. *You may view Alpi mountains from the balconies/windows..
Halil B — Google review
I was due to stay here in May for Eurovision. I originally booked on March 2021, but as soon as Turin was announced as the host city, the owner of this hotel decided to crank the prices up from €81 a night, to €185 a night almost overnight. How is this legal or acceptable?! This has truly left us high and dry, without a hotel. Booking.com allowed this scam to go ahead and all I can say is how disappointed and angry I am that the owner of this establishment is able to do this and still sleep at night. Clearly he’s a greasy, greedy, sleazeball. Shame on this owner as we were really looking forward to our stay… Edit in response to reply: UTTER LIES! This owner more than doubled the price and panicked when I informed him it was illegal to do what he did. That’s why he offered to reduce his price a little to keep me quiet. Vile individual. Karma will get him.

Just what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Nice bed, very clean, location close to the bus to the center, 10 minute walk to the Metro and close to a nice park. The neighborhood might look a little rough, but is just fine. At the price (€120 for 3 nights over a weekend), no doubt it's worth the money.
Eyvind S — Google review
I booked this place as a cheap and easy hotel for a fast trip to the city. Given that was near the business centre it looked appropriate. In reception not everyone speak English, and probably you'll struggle if you don't speak Italian or Spanish. Some people did talk English but just during the night. The WiFi was free but not very fast. Web browsing is fine tho. There was a group of young people (20s?) being extremely noisy. The smoke alarm was triggered as well because someone was smoking on the room... The worse thing was someone has to open you the door to enter the place, and sometimes I had to knock several times or wait to can enter the place.

The staff is known for being friendly and accommodating, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay.
I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Parco Fiera in Turin for a few nights, and I was very satisfied. This is not a luxury hotel, but it’s perfect for a weekend trip, a business stay, or a short visit. The location is excellent, close to the Torino Lingotto train station and the Lingotto exhibition center, which is a major advantage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary – air conditioning, a minibar, and Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the helpful staff, who quickly accommodated our request to switch from a double bed to a room with twin beds. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with a good selection of pastries, fruit, and great coffee. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for a few nights in Turin, I highly recommend it. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

quiet place, a bit old building, the room has everything you need. The service is top notch, the breakfast is excellent especially the cappuccino that Madame made! I recommend 👍

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, there was a nice lounge area to have a wine or coffee, watch TV etc. The breakfast was very nice also and if not included in the booking deal it was at a very reasonable price. The gentleman doing the breakfast also had that area very clean and well organised. The only negative thing was on one night some noise guests next to us, there was a door between the rooms which let the noisy through. The hotel is out of the city centre but the bus stop is nearby. The Museo Nazionale Dell 'Automobile Di Torino is a must to visit and is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel and on the way you go through a large shopping centre.

Ai Savoia B&B - Guest House is a charming 18th-century B&B with antique furnishings that evoke the late 19th-century Savoy court. The historic building offers a glimpse into the spirit of the city, reflecting its rich history and royal connections. Guests can enjoy a formal dining room for breakfast and have the option to dine in the tea room of the attached cafeteria.
Great stay in the heart of Torino! Friendly, helpful staff who adjusted to our needs. The room was warm despite freezing weather and had a retro, Savoie-inspired style. Cleaned daily and well-kept. Breakfast was good, served in a cozy spot next to the rooms. Perfect location in the old city center—super convenient. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights told we could not check in till 1500hrs. On check out we were told to be out for 11.00 as other guests needed the room for 1300hrs!!!! Room was clean but no amenities. No kettle, No Tea or Coffee, No fridge! No ironing Board but they sent an iron to the room. As we were in an annex to the main building they said we could not get breakfast. On leaving no one seemed interested in us giving feedback. We are due back in Turin in November but will give this hotel a miss. Very misleading response from the hotel (gave keys in the morning) Yes but told we could not access the room till 1500hrs. Also what’s the point of an iron without an ironing board. May as well given us a kettle without cups 😂 unprofessional service.

Nestled in the heart of Turin, Al Porta Susa B & B offers a charming and cozy retreat for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. This delightful bed and breakfast features three spacious, sunlit rooms that exude warmth and character, complemented by modern amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can unwind in the inviting living room, complete with a piano that adds a touch of elegance to the atmosphere.
We visited the Al Porta Susa with my elder daughter and stayed there for 4 nights. Mr. Marco, the owner, entertained us very kindly and warmly. We are much thankful to him for his sincerity. The room and bathroom were clean and hygienic. The hotel is situated very close to the city center and the university. I will strongly suggest this place. A presto.
Tanju K — Google review
Finding this gem of a B&B was a true stroke of luck! Located in a charming 19th-century building, there was a lot of atmosphere to it. My bedroom was just the right size for one person (it does sleep two though), it felt bigger thanks to the high ceiling. As advertised, the bathroom is across the hall. The location is central, indeed only maybe 300m from the entrance to Porta Susa train station, and close to the Porta Susa public transport hub (metro and numerous bus and tram lines), but also within walking distance from many tourist attrractions in the city center. The host, Marco, is very friendly and gave me some good advice, recommending a market and an area with good restaurants. He even let me practise my basic Italian instead of communicating in another language. Breakfast was arranged for in the bar next door, an Italian bar being a place where you get your coffee before work (or during a break), not a drinking establishment. This surprised me at first but I loved it, as it allowed me to get immersed in Italian life. The host gives you keys so you can come and go at any time of day and night. The only downside is that the street (the very large Corso Inghilterra) is very busy even late at night, but that's a minor inconvenience. The above-mentioned train station is underground, you don't hear it at all. I'd recommend this lovely place any time!
Alanna C — Google review
Amazing room in an beautiful apartment with so many original feature from the 19th century! Modern private bathroom and everything super clean. Marco is a great host and the location is great for train station Porta Susa, buses and metro. We have also really enjoyed the restaurant on the ground floor of the building and the staff of the nearby cafè and pizza place, they were very friendly and helpful! Never again I will stay in an hotel when in Turin!

I stayed here for 3 nights, in what felt like my own “dreamy” apartment. Gold plated walls, a balcony and a wonderful breakfast served every morning at your convenience. The room was very large, decorated with books and beautiful furniture. Exceptionally reasonable prices and the location was just a short walk from all of the major sights. The neighborhood itself “cit-turin” was wonderful in many ways, being that it was more quiet than staying in the middle of it all and the neighborhood has great options for food, “plin e tajarin” for example. Marco was a great host, eager to answer any questions I had. 10/10, wow. Also, Gelateria Roma 2 blocks away was a wonderful way to end my night, every night.

Unica cosa per qualità alloggio anche se pulito dovrebbe avere un prezzo un pochino più basso .

(Translated by Google) what can I say, definitely a nightmare day. Room 2 there is a fan attached to the ceiling which was semi-detached and there was even a risk of it falling and cutting my foot, buffet breakfast also charged for (but this is not the very serious point) and instead of welcoming you to this hotel (if it can be called a hotel) they welcome you in another 3-star hotel, even making fun of you.

Mentioned on
1 list
Nestled in the heart of Turin, the vibrant Aurora district is a delightful blend of culture and culinary experiences. At its core lies the bustling Porta Palazzo produce market, where locals gather daily to shop for fresh goods. On weekends, the Balon market comes alive with antique treasures, while charming al fresco bars and pastry shops line the picturesque Via Borgo Dora, framed by honey-colored townhouses.
