Puerto Banús, located in Marbella, is a renowned hotspot that has become synonymous with luxury and opulence since its establishment in the 1970s. The marina is filled with extravagant yachts, while the nearby beaches are bustling with upscale bars and restaurants. Puerto Banús is a charming town on the Malaga coast, offering a wonderful climate, beautiful beaches, and excellent sports facilities. The iconic marina attracts some of the world's largest and most luxurious yachts each year. Surrounded by exclusive developments, it features a select leisure area with high-end restaurants, shops offering major international fashion brands, and luxury items.
Just speechless. Everything a vacay place can offer. From beaches to clubs. From shopping to restaurants.. an amazing place to have a leisurely holiday…

Puerto Banús in Marbella is certainly a destination that catches the eye, boasting a picturesque marina brimming with impressive, large yachts. It's a place where luxury is on full display, with numerous fancy shops offering high-end goods. While the scenery is pleasant for a stroll, you noted that the bars tend to be overpriced, making it perhaps less appealing for a prolonged stay. It seems Puerto Banús is more of a place to "pass by" and experience the opulent atmosphere rather than a spot for someone who prefers the charm of traditional, authentic Spain.

Title: Puerto Banús Beach – Calm, Clean, and Sunset Perfect Review: I visited Puerto Banús Beach twice in the past few days—once in the morning and once in the late afternoon, staying until sunset. Both times were rewarding in their own way. The weather was clear, the air fresh, and the beach pleasantly uncrowded. The water was clean and calm, with no heavy waves, making it safe for both children and adults. The sand was soft and well-kept, perfect for relaxation. What makes the setting unforgettable is the view of La Concha mountain and the striking La Victoria statue standing tall over the shoreline. The late afternoon visit was especially magical, as the sun dipped behind La Concha to the west, casting the beach into shade while the sky glowed in warm colors. The atmosphere was peaceful—no loud music, just people quietly enjoying the sea. Although the beach itself is free, there are beachfront restaurants and kiosks offering food, drinks, and sunbeds for rent. A word of caution: Banús Beach Club is located right on the beach and charges an entry fee, but it is not the only access point. The public beach is open and free. Puerto Banús may be known for its luxury marina, yachts, and nightlife, but this beach offers a calmer side of Marbella’s glamour. A perfect place to unwind, especially if you stay to watch the sun slip behind La Concha.

Nice place to spend an afternoon shopping the high-end stores. Good restaurant options. Just consider that everything is over-priced because of the location and concept. Great place to see luxury and super sports cars.

Fancy place, fancy cars, fancy stores. Overall it is a very lively place, lots of parties, night life seems very interesting.

Visiting Puerto Banús is an experience that perfectly captures the glamour and luxury lifestyle for which Marbella is famous. Located just a short drive from the old town, Puerto Banús is both a marina and a social hub, combining designer shopping, fine dining, nightlife, and stunning views of the Mediterranean. The first impression is breathtaking: a harbor filled with some of the world’s most impressive yachts, surrounded by palm trees, luxury boutiques, and lively cafés. Walking along the marina feels like stepping into a glamorous postcard – with high-end brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Rolex all lining the promenade. It’s the perfect spot for luxury shopping or simply people-watching in one of the chic cafés. Dining in Puerto Banús offers plenty of variety, from fine-dining restaurants to casual tapas bars with views of the water. Whether enjoying seafood, Mediterranean cuisine, or international dishes, the atmosphere is always vibrant. In the evening, the area comes alive with stylish bars and nightclubs, making it a top destination for nightlife in Marbella. While Puerto Banús is well known for its luxury, it is also enjoyable for a casual stroll. Watching the sunset over the marina or enjoying an ice cream while admiring the yachts is just as rewarding as dining in one of the exclusive restaurants. The nearby beaches also offer a more relaxed way to enjoy the area. It’s true that Puerto Banús can be busy and prices are higher than other parts of Marbella, but this is part of the experience. It’s not just a marina – it’s a symbol of the Marbella lifestyle. For anyone visiting the Costa del Sol, Puerto Banús is a must-see. Whether for shopping, dining, nightlife, or simply soaking up the glamorous atmosphere, it leaves a lasting impression. Rating: 5/5

It’s truly disappointing to see what the port has become. More and more people are losing the desire to return. In the heat, there’s often an unpleasant smell, and the general atmosphere feels neglected. What’s even more surprising is that one of the most expensive and iconic streets in Marbella looks so rundown. Why not invest in making it cleaner, greener, and more modern? Well-maintained pedestrian areas and a fresh, welcoming environment are exactly what both residents and visitors value. I’ve personally seen people fall and injure themselves because of the uneven pavement. Is this really the image the heart of a luxury seaside town should present? I sincerely hope the area will soon receive the attention it deserves — and that it will once again reflect the charm and elegance that Marbella is known for. I was in Mallorca and was very surprised at how well-kept and clean everything was there.

Lobito de Mar Marbella is a trendy and multi-room restaurant known for its Andalusian seafood, rice dishes, tapas, and cocktails. It's the brainchild of Dani Garcia, a renowned Michelin-star chef celebrated for his culinary creativity. The restaurant offers a modern Italian dining experience infused with fresh ingredients and passion.
My husband and I found this wee gem because the Asador was closed and we kept walking… what a stroke of luck! Half way through our meal we said, “this has to be a 5 star by everyone!!”, it is INCREDIBLE! Service and food is 10/10! We loved it so much we’re going back tomorrow as it’s our last day! This is the best we’ve been to in Marbella in years. Love it! A must for anyone who appreciates good food :)
Dawn A — Google review
Lobito de Mar was good. The anchovies with charcoal butter were salty and smoky with a soft texture. The tuna carpaccio was very thin and fresh. It was made from the best parts of the tuna and you can really tell. The octopus noodles with black ink had a strong rich taste and looked cool too. The hippo ice cream dessert was fun and tasted like something from childhood. This is the second restaurant we try by chef Dani Garcia and he didn’t disappoint. Big salute to the chef.

Stunning restaurant! Very classy and well decorated. At the entrance a beautiful setting for the perfect pic! Service was truly brilliant, everything was well explained and always someone coming to check if everything was okay. We had and fried aubergine that’s was beautiful and what was like oysters and my hub said was good. Creamy rice was very very tasty, truly delicious but disappointing it didn’t came with much seafood as you can see in the pic. So my overall is 4⭐️ for not much seafood in the dish and also not really children friendly because it doesn’t have any kids meal in the menu. Many families around and having to pay for a full meal for a 6 year old in a nice restaurant definitely discourages a bit.

Overall we had a really good night and enjoyed our dinner, we would come back, we notice a difference of level between the quality and level of thought put in each dishes, we also would like to see the portion size increased for the price tag.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who explained the story of Dani Garcia. Honestly I think it was one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve been to. The raw sweet shrimp, the shrimp carpaccio, the tuna carpaccio, the guacamole 🥑 with fried white shrimp 🍤 , everything was just excellent. A must for any seafood lover

This was one of the worst disappointments in a restaurant I had in a long time. While some of the staff were very nice, our waitress was completely incompetent, ruining the entire experience. Most annoyingly, we ordered a lobster, which, without any additional order, is just served "plain", that is grilled with nothing else at all. We therefore ordered some Beurre Blanc together with the lobster, as it was the only thing they had on the menu that you could consider going along reasonably well. Well, the lobster arrived, the Beurre Blanc did not. After asking two more times, it finally arrived, at that point we had already decided to rather eat the lobster warm, than with some sauce. The overall experience of the lobster was comparable to what you get at a restaurant in Essaouira in Marocco. Grilled, slightly charred, that's it. Total waste of time and money. Same with ketchup for the fries of our son, asked 4 times, arrived after they were cold. High chair for the baby, yes sir, 15 minutes later, still nothing. Complementary soup as a starter, no spoons. Oysters with Mignonette, also no spoon. For the lobster, no utilities for eating it, not even a wet towel for the hands. No salt, no pepper during the entire lunch. Except for the side dish of vegetables, everything else was badly prepared as well. Overall this is just some wannabee gastronomy, trying to appear fancy through high prices. This was not only a waste of money, but also of a perfectly nice Sunday lunch, which would have been more enjoyable pretty much anywhere else.

We had a delicious lunch there and would definitely go back to try more dishes! We ordered an omelet and a seafood rice to share. Great portion sizes and flavors. We also wanted to order the guac but it was too much food for us already. May be next time!

Restaurante Skina is an upscale dining venue in Malaga, known for its creative tasting menus featuring seasonal Andalusian ingredients and an extensive wine list. The restaurant is part of the gastronomic capital of Malaga, which boasts more Michelin stars than any other city in Andalucia. Skina's cuisine pays tribute to the multicultural and vibrant gastronomic tradition of southern Spain, showcasing the closeness and seasonality of its ingredients.
I shared a truly unforgettable dining experience this evening at Restaurante Skina in Marbella, Spain, one that left us feeling inspired and energized. From the moment we walked in, every aspect of our visit was exceptional, with bold flavors, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding service all coming together to create a truly exceptional experience. Thank you!

We chose the chef’s tasting menu with the wine pairing. The opening non-alcoholic aperitif and snack in the separate wine room was a nice touch. Then we moved into the chef’s kitchen where you stand at an island and are presented with another set of appetizers. They were mushroom themed with plenty of shaved truffle varieties. Also a unique part of the experience as this happens before you are seated at your actual table. The courses and pairings are served at well timed intervals. Positives: filling meal, amuse bouche was 5 or 6 bites, dishes really intimated art and were delicious, wine pairing had a wide range of Spanish varietals. Cons: Upon being seated we told the server of a shrimp allergy and he repeated each 3 subsequent visits to the table that this should’ve been communicated prior; we understood this and said we could’ve gone the a la carte route if modifications could not be made. Instead the chefs were able to accommodate, but the server kept reiterating how we should’ve let them know - reinforcing a feeling of guilt. After the bread course and crumbs were quite literally all over the table, the restaurant did not remove these (despite having asked) until before the dessert course. Attentiveness seemed to taper off toward the end of the meal as the staff could be seen chatting amongst themselves. Overall the food was incredible, presentation was stunning, and it’s worth a visit.

*Intimate Fine Dining at Its Best* Our experience at this 2 Michelin star seafood restaurant was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome and valued. What made our evening truly special was having the entire restaurant to ourselves, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the culinary journey. The highlight of the evening was witnessing the chefs at work, watching them skillfully prepare each dish with precision and care. This behind-the-scenes look added an extra layer of appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that went into every bite. The seafood was exquisite, with each dish showcasing the chef's creativity and expertise. Every bite was a masterclass in flavors, textures, and presentation. The service was impeccable, with our every need attended to with warmth and professionalism. This dining experience was more than just a meal; it was a celebration of fine cuisine, impeccable service, and personalized attention. If you're looking for a special night out that feels like a private affair, look no further. We left feeling sated, impressed, and already planning our next visit.

This is overpriced and now focussed on extracting money from clients. It used to be in a different location and different vibe. There is no real al la carte so if you only want one course you still pay a minimum of 300 euros pp. They have a fake a la carte menu. I suspect this place will not last. Much better mitchelin star retaurants in Marbella. We travel globally so know good restaurants. We went to another Mitchelin star restaurant called “Back”, amazing food and customer service oriented. Highly recommended.

Excellent welcome, amazing service and top quality food! Friday evening was an amazing evening over there. Especially thanks to Erik for making the evening complete! Super vibe and also very good service in the rooftop AIR bar! Thanks to all the team of Breathe Marbella!

Breathe Marbella is an exceptional dining destination! From the moment you step in, you're enveloped in a stylish yet natural ambiance, like dining in a beautifully designed jungle. The attention to detail in the decor, incorporating elements of earth, fire, air, and water, creates a truly immersive and calming experience. The menu focuses on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, and the quality shines through in every dish. Meat lovers are in for a treat, but even vegetarian options, like the cauliflower dishes, are outstanding and not to be missed. The presentation of the food is also top-notch. Beyond the exquisite food, the service is impeccable. The staff are attentive, friendly, and professional, making you feel well taken care of throughout your visit. To top it all off, the rooftop bar offers stunning views and a fantastic vibe, perfect for enjoying expertly crafted cocktails after your meal. While it might be on the pricier side, the overall experience at Breathe Marbella, combining excellent cuisine, a unique atmosphere, and top-tier service, makes it well worth it for a special occasion or a memorable night out in Marbella. I highly recommend Breathe and will definitely be returning!

The food was unfortunately below average and quite overrated in my opinion. While the service was attentive and professional, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. The atmosphere felt more like a nightclub than a fine dining restaurant, which was not what I was hoping for.

We had a wonderful time, The space is sleek and modern, with a stunning bar as the focal point. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—chic and stylish without being too formal or overly festive. Service was smooth and attentive throughout; Javier and Danilo took great care of us. Culinary-wise, the Picanha with Papaya Salad was a standout discovery, and the Banana Cheesecake made for a memorable finish—beautifully presented with a creative twist. We also appreciated the generously sized tables for two , perfect for food lovers like us who enjoy sharing and sampling dishes.

I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough, the food was absolutely incredible and the steak was cooked to perfection. My friend ordered the wagyu kebabs, which were honestly one of the best starters I’ve ever tasted. I went for the cheesy balls, which were also fantastic, followed by truffle fries and a fillet steak for my main, every bite was just so, so good. The music and atmosphere were exactly what you want for a great night out, the seating was comfortable, and the staff were attentive throughout. There were 11 of us in total, and every single person left happy. It was genuinely one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Beautiful space with a relaxed airy vibe. The DJ added just the right energy without being too much. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. The food stood out. The fried scallop balls topped with caviar were rich and crispy. The salmon nigiri flambe had a perfect char and great texture. Tuna hosomaki was fresh and clean. Spinach salad with truffle oil, pumpkin seeds, pickled mushrooms and papoyo cheese was surprisingly flavorful and well balanced. Highly recommend this spot. Will definitely return.

Dining at BREATHE Marbella was one of the best culinary and lifestyle experiences I’ve had in the area. Located just above Puerto Banús, BREATHE is more than a restaurant – it’s a complete concept combining great food, stylish design, and an eco-conscious philosophy, all wrapped in a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere. The first impression is simply stunning. The architecture and design are modern and elegant, with lush greenery, water features, and warm lighting that create a serene and welcoming vibe. Whether you sit inside, on the terrace, or on the rooftop lounge, every space has been carefully curated to feel both luxurious and comfortable. Service was outstanding throughout my visit. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They took time to explain the menu, made excellent wine recommendations, and ensured that everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The food at BREATHE is the true highlight. The menu combines Mediterranean and international flavors with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor – from the starters to the mains and desserts, everything felt carefully crafted. I particularly enjoyed the seafood options and the creative vegetarian dishes, which were equally satisfying. The cocktails were another standout: innovative, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, making them ideal for both pre-dinner drinks and after-dinner lounging. The overall atmosphere is what makes BREATHE so special. It manages to be lively and social while still offering an intimate and relaxed dining experience. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot for ending the evening with music, drinks, and panoramic views of Marbella. BREATHE Marbella is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining, stylish surroundings, and excellent service. It’s the perfect place for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or simply to enjoy the very best of Marbella’s lifestyle scene. Rating: 5/5

Nestled in the picturesque old town of Marbella, The Farm Restaurant is a must-visit for those prioritizing organic and locally sourced food. This eco-friendly eatery advocates for fresh, seasonal produce with zero food miles and complete transparency about their ingredients. The menu changes regularly to reflect the best of each season, offering a diverse range of dishes from spicy Vietnamese rolls to flavorful Thai curry and succulent beef entrecote.
The Farm Restaurant – Where Every Bite and Beat Feels Local 💃🥩🌿 What a gem in Marbella’s Old Town! The Farm delivers not just a meal, but an experience. The vegetarian options were seriously delicious — fresh, creative, and full of flavor — and the steak was cooked to perfection, tender and deeply satisfying. But what really made the evening unforgettable was the flamenco show. It’s not just background entertainment — it’s part of the soul of the place. You can feel the passion in every stomp, strum, and spin. The best part? Everything — from the food to the wine to the flamenco performers — is local and organic. Yes, even the dancers! It adds a whole new layer of authenticity and care to the experience. You're not just watching a performance or eating a meal; you're participating in something genuinely rooted in Andalusian culture. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who loves good food, good vibes, and the magic of flamenco. 🌟

My favorite lunch and dinners in Marbella were all at The Farm! I especially enjoyed the focus on organic, seasonal vegetables. I'm vegetarian and I had so many delicious options to choose from, all clearly designated as "vegetarian" or "vegan" in the menu. My partner is not, he enjoyed the rib eye. Don't miss the house made guac mix! The addition of green peas with avocado was a pleasant surprise. The zucchini carpaccio was my favorite dish, the perfect combination of zucchini, fennel and orange with salty parmesan. Great wine selection, Elios has a tale for every bottle that's earned a place on their shelf. Alejandro warmly welcomed us with "mi familia" each time we returned (we stayed at the Farm Lodge upstairs - great location!). We were lucky enough to catch the flamenco show twice!

I’m so glad we were able to make reservations and attend a flamenco night at The Farm in Old Town Marbella. The set menu had an option for everyone. The drinks were lovely crafted. The flamenco show was great. The menu and staff were very accommodating to food allergies and everything was marked very clearly. I loved the atmosphere feeling like you were dining on a family patio. Would definitely recommend a visit to The Farm.

The vibes at The Farm were great and the location in the heart of Marbella old town is unbeatable. Service was friendly and the live show added a fun touch even though we expected it to last longer. The food was solid : the shrimp pil pil was full of flavor, the tagliatelle was really well done, and the tuna steak was a win. The brownie was disappointing though and the dessert selection in general could be better. Still, this place is a hidden gem and I’d definitely come back.

The best meal and service we had not only in Marbella but in the all places we’ve tried in Spain! Would like to outline service from Antonio, he was very attentive and knowledgeable, making the experience even more personal and unforgettable ! The interior , location, food and cocktail menu is just amazing, in addition we were lucky to come in on Saturday Night , when Dj is spinning great tunes to accompany the meal! Dj is another love, he was so friendly and interactive with guests, he would notice when people are enjoying his music or as simple as look at him and would respond to each guest, truly magical and appreciated, you will not find it anywhere else ! Hope we can make it to their Flamenco night on our last night in Marbella! Booking is strongly recommended, specially for the nights with live performances!

We used to come here when they first opened and the food was amazing, and we recently went back after many years of absence and found the food just as great. It is not an easy place to find unless you know Marbella well, or are using Google Map. It is one of those places you "Happen on", which is how we found it originally. The food has always been creatively presented and combination of ingredients is unorthodox but always a pleasant surprise, so trust the chef! My wife has a very strictly controlled diet due to her health, and they obliged without a fuss. Our waiter was delightful, attentive, and cheerful. (P.S. The dog treat in the photo is for our dog and not included on the menu!). It was a quiet lunch time, but we know in the evenings it is usually buzzing and you should definitely pre-book on Flamenco nights. Well worth a try and we were glad we revisited them.

Casanis Bistrot Marbella is a charming rustic tavern located on Calle Ancha in the old town, offering creative Mediterranean dishes and an extensive wine list. The 150-year-old building is adorned with plants, flowers, and painted murals, creating a picturesque setting for diners. Whether you choose to dine outside and people-watch during the summer or opt for a cozy table inside during winter, Casanis provides a delightful ambiance.
Casanis Bistrot did not disappoint! We sat inside and it was so cozy and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and attentive the whole night. Loved the Cajun shrimp, it was so soft and flavorful. The entrecôte was tender and cooked just right. The truffle pasta of the day was delicious, and the seabass was fresh and perfectly done. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.

Great location in the old town. Service is exceptional. The sea bass is probably the best I have had, and even the quality of the asparagus, perfect. My husband had the steak which he said was very good. Good Chardonnay and excellent chocolate cake, which is more like a melt in the middle pudding with vanilla ice cream, not too much. My only slight negative comment, and not the restaurants fault, it was windy and cold outside however, they brought me a blanket to put over my lap which was perfect. Great for a special occasion.

looking for the perfect place to pay €7 for three slices of bread, €5 for a jug of tap water, and €38 for a steak that tastes like cafeteria food? Look no further, you’ve found it! 😅 Bonus points: tiny tables, zero atmosphere, and a little “surprise” extra €15 added to the bill. In short, an unforgettable experience… for your wallet. 💸

Casanis comes up on almost every list for places you must try in Marbella so was very much looking forward to going. Its a fine resturant, food was fine, service was fine so all in all it was just meh. If you want a French bistro style dinner then come here and expect an ok French bistro style meal that you can get almost anywhere, but if you want a great resturant there are plenty of better options in the Old Town.

I’m a regular customer of the Casanis Group and often visit Casanis Bristol, although I don’t usually book in advance. This time, I booked and attended with family and friends. The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. However, we had an unexpected experience when one of our friends ordered two shots of whisky. Due to a lack of clear explanation from one of the waiters, he was misled into ordering whisky priced at €300 per shot. Fortunately, Pablo, the manager, handled the matter with great professionalism. Once we explained what had happened, he resolved the issue promptly and removed the charge from our bill.
