Coventry

Coventry is a city in central England. It’s known for the medieval Coventry Cathedral, which was left in ruins after a WWII bombing. A 20th-century replacement, with abstract stained glass, stands beside it. The collection at the Herbert Art Gallery & Museum includes paintings of local heroine Lady Godiva. A statue of her, naked on horseback, is nearby. The 14th-century St. Mary’s Guildhall has a vaulted crypt.

History Museums
The Herbert Art Gallery & Museum, affectionately known as The Herbert, is a captivating cultural destination in the heart of Coventry. It boasts an impressive array of exhibits that showcase local history and culture, along with temporary art shows. The gallery features strong collections in visual arts, archaeology, natural history, and social history. Visitors can explore the British Life and Landscapes exhibition which includes works by renowned English painters such as Paul Nash and L.S. Lowry.
Visited for the collectors collection, nicely displayed. Overall a good museum, nice café, £4.50 for an adult day ticket. 5 minutes from the bus station, next to Coventry Cathedral.

"Jason and the Adventure of 254" exhibition is 100% worth a visit....I loved it and related to the Artist more than I have with any artist....inspired.

A treasure to Coventry, a place full of art and history bringing communities together and offering space for all ages to learn and grow. We went to the recent silent disco which was great, partying under dippy.
Ryan H — Google review
The museum was pointed out to me by my city walk tour guide, and I'm so glad she did, because otherwise I would surely have missed out on a great experience! The museum houses an eclectic mix of old and modern paintings, natural world exhibits and items from Coventry's past, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed! Well worth a visit when you have 1-2 hours to spend when in Coventry. I also asked to see the Medieval Undercroft below the building, though my expectations may have been a bit too high. My guide also seemed slightly reluctant to have to take me down there and seemingly wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible. But overall, an excellent visit.
Rolf W — Google review
We went to see dippy and a visit to the undercroft. Excellent free day out. We did however purchase a gold gift bag with a national history museum dinosaur in for £10 and also paid £2.50 each to see the VR experience. The art in the museum is lovely and seeing dippy is a great way to start the day.

It is a museum + gallery. Had a lot of interesting items depicting the history of the UK as well as Coventry. There were a total of around 6 galleries with photographs, art Etc as well. A dedicated gallery for Lady Godiva was found there too. You can buy some nice small items at the shop as well as have a nice snack at the cafe. The cafe was very good! And the prices were ok. We tried the hot chocolate, coffee and a couple of sandwich options. No complains! 100% recommended to visit this places specially given that it is free
Milan S — Google review
Good selection of historic artefacts focusing on the local area. Small art collection. Cafe was fine. The area where Dippy is displayed is a little bit too small to get good views and photos from the side, but nice to see this cultural icon being exhibited outside London. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Dave H — Google review
There have been some improvements over the years and its alot better than it used to be. More structured walk around with some interesting pieces. Would like to see more detailed history of Coventry's judicial background and of blue coat school etc. Nice clean gender neutral toilet facilities. Gift shop and cafe, although the youngsters in the cafe could do with customer service training. We went in for a drink and weren't told the price before a hand was held out for payment - had to ask, plus we were short changed! So that put a bit of a dampener on the experience.

Specialty Museums
The Coventry Transport Museum, located in the heart of Coventry City Centre, is a state-of-the-art museum that offers an extensive collection of British-made road transport. With over 200 bicycles, 100 motorcycles, and 240 cars and commercial vehicles on display, it's a paradise for motor enthusiasts and those interested in gaining comprehensive knowledge about transportation.
It's a truly fascinating place and definitely worth a visit. You can easily spend half of the day here if you take it slow. Here you will discover the origin of bicycles, motorcycles to all different types of car and motor sports. The museum is laid out perfectly from the start to the end. It starts with the 18th century and then goes till 21st century . It has the largest publicly owned collection of British vehicles on the planet and pictures the story of a city which changed the world through transport. Other bonus points are that it has a cafe, and even a baby changing facility. It's a place where you can go as a family.
Prashant S — Google review
It was great to see so many vehicles designed and built in Britain, but suddenly, to see the decline, even though it's been that way for a while, was a little depressing. Great experience though. The kids (2-7yo's) loved it too. Particularly the land speed cars at the end. Tickets are valid for a year so can go back again and again.
Paul H — Google review
This experience is truly exceptional and perfect for the entire family. Whether you're looking for an exciting adventure, a chance to bond over shared activities, or simply some quality time together, this destination has it all. I highly recommend you visit and see for yourself the delightful attractions and engaging experiences it offers. Don’t miss out on creating lasting memories together! Cars are fun for all ages.
John E — Google review
There is a lot to take in here. If you have children (currently Children 5-16 £8-£9, Under 4 s free - but cheaper with GO CV 2025) then it is filled with activities for them to do. I think it is always like this - not just during school holidays when I visited. There is a good range of locally built cars, bikes and motor cycles. The Jaguar 'section' brings a modernity to the historical units here, as does the Land Speed Record Thrusts 1 and 2. I was hoping to see a Jaguar C or D type but sadly not here. There are a few tractors, light military vehicles, trucks and buses, but the vast majority of the displays are cars and (motor) bikes and cycles'. The Triumph / 1970's / 80s sections were good - the range is fairly narrow as they are Coventry or locally built models. I couldn't quite get why there were some examples from Birmingham and surrounding areas - there were a lot missing if that's the rationale. Still, better to see them than not. It isn't as big as I thought from the outside. I like to see inside the vehicles but there were a lot where I couldn't do this, partly because of the way they were displayed - maybe not enough room? I think it was the unpainted monocoque shell of a Jaguar XJ220 hanging vertically - but I couldn't see any info on that. Signage was generally OK. The basic floor plan map (attached) could do with a bit more detail I thought, as could some of the displays. The 4D simulator wasn't working on my visit (30th Oct 2025) However, apart from the small bits of nit-picking above, there were so many interesting things to see. There were several unexpected delights too. Cars using fabric instead of metal, cut-aways of cars and car parts, some really unique cars, the 85th anniversary Blitz section, a huge collection of model die-casts (e.g. Matchbox) and much more. Definitely worth the entrance price - which is cheaper if booked online. The ticket is valid for readmission for a year. So, maybe when I come back (and I will) I will get to try the 4D simulator. I had intended to adopt a vehicle(!), but for £100 a year, that didn't seem good value on inspection. I also had a coffee at Baxter Baristas (enclosed in the museum. It was pretty good. The home-made cakes looked tempting too. The toilet facilities only seemed accessible if you used the cafe? I parked very close-by at Bishop Street Car Park CV1 1JN. Cash - i.e. change, or app only. A reasonable price for a heavily pot-holed lot. Not sure if there are any security cameras here - certainly not visible. No directions to the museum from here though and about a 4 minute walk.
Michael P — Google review
Easily a must see if visiting Coventry. I'm personally not a huge car fanatic, but there's no other place where you're gonna get to see the two fastest land vehicles ever made. That alone is worth the visit. Tickets are £15 if booked in advance and a around £16.50 if booked in-person on the day (for adults). However, while the ticket is valid for multiple entries for a span of 1 year either way, I'd recommend booking online in advance simply because it's cheaper.
Yuvraj H — Google review
Brilliant vehicle museum devoted to products made in Coventry or nearby. Huge collection very well presented. Interactive section for smaller children. Cars, bikes, motorbikes, lorries, armoured cars, buses, fire engines and the world's fastest cars.
Barry H — Google review
Great museum, with lots of interesting cars and bikes from all times. Including the record-breaking Thrust 2 and similar vehicles. Takes around 2 hours to finish the whole museum, take that into consideration when parking your car. The one day tickets are only available for Coventry residents.
Golden E — Google review
Interesting museum showcasing the various forms of transport originating in and around Coventry. So, not as much scope as some in terms of makers but does include both motorcycles and cars, trucks and buses - plus bicycles.

Cathedral
Sights & Landmarks
Coventry Cathedral is a modern place of worship that also features the medieval ruins of the original building, which was bombed during WWII. The New Cathedral, built to replace it, is an impressive work of architecture and a must-see in Coventry. The exterior's majestic beauty and the various statues inside create a romantic atmosphere, making it popular for couples on intimate getaways. The cathedral also houses gift shops and restaurants.
A must-visit historical and peaceful landmark in Coventry! Coventry Cathedral is a truly stunning place, rich with history and meaning. Located just a short walk from Coventry University, it’s a beautiful and clean space that blends the old and new in a powerful way. The ruins of the original cathedral stand as a moving symbol of peace and resilience, while the modern cathedral next to it is striking in design and incredibly peaceful inside. The atmosphere is calm and reflective, making it a great spot to relax, think, or take in some quiet time. The stained glass windows and architecture are breathtaking. There’s also a lovely café nearby and plenty of space to sit outdoors. Whether you're a student, tourist, or local, this is a place that leaves a lasting impression. Highly recommended!

Coventry Cathedral is absolutely stunning and full of history. The ruins of the old cathedral are a powerful reminder of the past, while the new cathedral stands as a symbol of peace and reconciliation. The contrast between the two is breathtaking and makes the visit really special. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the architecture is impressive both inside and out. Staff and volunteers are welcoming and very knowledgeable, which adds to the experience. A must-visit landmark if you’re in Coventry – both moving and inspiring.

Lovely blend of old and new architecture, with lovely staff who were very helpful. Lovely exhibition and a good amount of information. The small museum is only open on weekends but it's a nice walk around anyday.

I had a truly uplifting day in the Coventry area, where everything felt nice and tidy. The food was delightful, and the city centre offered a fantastic shopping experience with all the major shops within reach. Coventry is brimming with attractions, showcasing its rich history alongside a vibrant present and promising future. I was pleasantly surprised by the talented live performers I encountered, enhancing the city's lively atmosphere. There were no beggars or aggressive solicitations—just a welcoming and serene environment, which is a breath of fresh air in any city. Restrooms were conveniently located, and I noticed that disabled access ♿ was nearly everywhere, ensuring everyone can enjoy themselves. The city also appears to embrace dogs warmly, further adding to its charm. Families will find plenty of activities and sights to explore; just take the time to browse. Parking was straightforward and reasonably priced, making it hassle-free. I wholeheartedly endorse this magnificent city, and I believe you, too, will discover joy here—whether alone, as a couple, or with the entire family. It's an adventure filled with fun for every budget!

Wonderful modern cathedral. I feel very moved being here. The artistic skill that went into the design, both of the building and the aspect of the windows as you walk through it. Magical light falls through the stained glass . A triumph over terrible suffering during the Coventry blitz. It is free to enter but do leave a donation for it's upkeep.
Carol C — Google review
Well worth a visit, for a slice of history about Coventry. (When visiting I didn’t even know this existed, so it was a pleasant surprise!). It's beautiful and well maintained. Lots to read and see, very aesthetically pleasing. Located on a beautiful tudor looking street in the centre too. Highly recommend.
Claire — Google review
Coventry Cathedral is well known for its unique modern architecture alongside the ruins of the medieval building. This is what makes this cathedral unique. In simple terms you would witness New cathedral and the bombed cathedral stand side by side which also reflects transformation from destruction to new light. If you visit then it's worth starting your journey from ruin / old cathedral to new cathedral. New cathedral has a magnificent interior, stained glass, and tapestry. Stain glass in the side wall is very impressive. One of the interesting things to note here is the Tapestry on the back wall. The tapestry was woven by hand and the detailing is astonishing.
Prashant S — Google review
It's really all about the stained glass and etched glass. There was a brilliant exhibition about the diverse nature of the people of Coventry and those who built the new cathedral in the 50s. A timely reminder of real community unity in a time of division and flag shaggers.

We went midweek so most things were closed, I imagine it's a lot livelier on a weekend. I'm a fan of street and there's some really nice bits around the area. Went to a lovely place on the corner called Kerala and enjoyed a beer sat outside.

Organisers host small markets regularly. Shop owners are generally nice and friendly. Lovely graffiti. Areas that need improvement: parking and poor stream of people, can be more popular.

Was visiting Coventry on a day trip and made a quick visit here around 4pm on a weekday to see if I could get something to eat. There wasn’t much open unfortunately. It’s a nice little courtyard with a couple of different businesses, but I expected it to be a bit more happening. Perhaps it becomes something more in the evening or on the weekend.

Went on a Saturday lunchtime and really enjoyed looking around. Helped that it was also Record Store Day so lots happening at the vinyl store. Easy walk from Herbert Art Gallery past a lot of university buildings. There's a very good quality indoor craft market here and some well-stocked boutique-style units around it selling e.g. vintage clothing, gifts and Indian garments. In light of my positive experience, I felt that some of the negative reviews I'd previously seen were unfair. Maybe you need to choose visiting times carefully.

What a wonderful day at Fargo Village, such an amazing hidden gem! So many lovely and unique shops. We had handpulled noodles at the noodle bar for not much money, and a lovely coffee at sugar and spice. So many lovely little shops selling some lovely treasures, as well as an amazing vintage clothes shop. The only sad thing was all the little empty units outside, I hope more traders come along to fill them soon!
Claire W — Google review
Great independent market with lots of lovely craft stalls, collectors' shops, clothes shops, shops for model making, comics, games, ephemera, records, etc. Even a little museum for the American comedy actor Phil Silvers (inspiration for the cartoon Top Cat). Lovely stall holders, everybody friendly and chatty. Plenty of exotic eateries around too. And only about 10 minutes' walk to the wonderful Coventry Music Museum and 2 Tone Village. My wife and fiend and I had a great day seeing all of this on a Saturday afternoon. Very recommended.

Really nice independent venue, supporting many different types of business. It is sad to see many empty retail spaces. I hope this changes soon. Visited the cofa's bar on a Sunday for a special event and found many other retailers open. Bars, Cafes and craft shops. Look forward to seeing more events and traders pop up in the future.

St. Mary's Guildhall is a historic venue and guildhall in Coventry, showcasing monumental art and architecture from the medieval era. It serves as a meeting place for local merchant guilds and offers a glimpse into the city's 14th-century heyday. Following a recent restoration, which cost 5.
St Mary’s Guildhall may be small, but it is full of beauty and intricate details. The highlight of our visit was the fantastic tour of the main hall and upstairs area. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the stunning tapestry, stained glass, and hidden details we would have otherwise missed. We didn’t catch her name, but we truly appreciate her enthusiasm and expertise! There were also activities and dress-up options perfect for children, making it a great stop for families. We were fortunate to receive free entry through our stay at Coombe Abbey Hotel, which made the experience even better. A wonderful place to explore Coventry’s rich history—highly recommended!

Wonderful visit, where learnt a lot about the guildhall's 700 year history and evolution between being the guild, government, Royal connections, soup kitchen, to World War II impacts. There is also historical artwork, architecture, and hands on kids activity to help them remain engaged. The signs are excellent throughout, with an additional option to use their included tablet guide. Volunteers are also very kind and informative. We spent about an hour in the ten rooms. Toilets near the front are also quite nice and clean.

Helpful staff who give you information and historical facts. Most of the area is wheelchair friendly. Plenty to see.

Booked the Mulled wine and tour experience. At £7 each, it was worth every penny. Our guide Finn was knowledgeable and very entertaining, keeping the whole group engaged throughout the tour. The building is stunning and the history of Coventry and the people of the city are steeped in every room, wall and tapestry. Our next visit will include food too as the cafe looked great.

Definitely a place to visit while in Coventry. Full of history, the staff is more than welcoming and also they are very happy to share their knowledge about the place with everyone else. Highly recommend a visit to this place.

A great venue for a wedding! We were the wedding DJs at St Marys Guildhall on Saturday for Marianne & Sam. Our rustic DJ booth looked right at home here and we had a great night! Big shout out to all the staff for being so helpful. We highly recommend!!
Signature M — Google review
Amazing building, has had a large renovation over the past few years, is a little pricy to get in but the building is very well worth paying to get in and look round. Some areas you have to be a little careful in if you are tall as was built when people were shorter..you can walk round self guiding or get an interactive tablet that will inform you in each room. The roof bosses in the main hall are very good, but sit on a chair to look up at the roof to cut down on the neck ache.

We visited during the Heritage Open Days and we really enjoyed it. We’ve been here before but it’s been awhile. What a beautiful place. A real gem in the city. So much historical and so well preserved. Like the freedom that we could wander everywhere without people trying to get you to see something. The rooms are so intricate with so much history and detail. I felt you could spend an afternoon there if you loved history. I’d highly recommend a visit!

Korean barbecue restaurant
Restaurant
Jinseon Korean BBQ Restaurant in Coventry offers a unique dining experience where you can grill locally-sourced meat, seafood, and vegetables on a live charcoal fire right at your own table. In addition to the barbecue options, they also serve Korean fried chicken, rice and noodle dishes. The restaurant provides a full bar for drinks to complement your meal.
Fantastic concept, great food, lovely staff and an amazing atmosphere! I was blown away by the space when I entered the restaurant, the design is simply stunning and it has such a different feeling to any previous restaurant I've visited. The staff explained the concept and menu and suggested some highly recommended dishes. I reslly enjoyed the interactive experience of using the bbq to cook the food and cook it to taste. The extraction fans were a long adjustable tube, which meant the area didn't smell of smoke, which was great! All the marinades were delicious and the portions were very good too! Fantastic restaurant, get yourself sown there!

Great restaurant. I loved the hospitality the best despite the cost and small platter quantity. I had the beef platter for 47£ but i wish there had been more meat and extra condiments were not charged on top. This is london price in coventry and it was not even a buffet. Soju and somek were good but a bit overpriced. Nonetheless, the hospitality was worth it. The highlight was the hospitality. Having never tried Korean barbecue or somek before, the staff whose name was Yujin generously helped me through them and taught me how to go through the steps. Definitely the highlight of the experience

Excellent Korean BBQ. Real hot coals! We came from Birmingham for this. Have lived in Korea for 2 years and I think this is the best in the UK I’ve come across - especially for the very reasonable price - £80 for 2 people and a child with 4 beef portions and 2 soups! Parking wasn’t the most obvious but found some close by street parking. Authentic Korean beer. Friendly staff.

Delicious. Been to jinseon multiple times and I’m never disappointed. The Korean BBQ is delicious - I love the sauces they offer. I recently got the beef budae jjigae and it was fabulous. Super filling too. The k-dessert is a great addition. We weren’t entirely sure how it worked/how long it took but the staff member was really helpful and friendly. Their floats are to die for!! I love the mango lemonade one. Their mocktails are sublime too. I’d recommend the ice cream - generous service and it tastes just like mr whippy.

Just visited Jinseon Korean BBQ and had a great experience. The marinated beef and pork were flavorful, the banchan selection was fresh and plentiful, and the grilling setup made the meal fun and interactive. Attentive staff, clean dining area, and reasonable prices—will definitely return for the good vibes and solid flavours. Highly recommended!

Unsafe and careless service – got burned here! No one warned me the pot was extremely hot. Since there was no flame underneath, I assumed it had already been prepared and could be poured into this container. I touched the handle and instantly got a blister. Staff gave no real apology, only said the rice was free. Very careless about customer safety – do not touch any cookware here!

An Unforgettable Korean BBQ Experience! If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Coventry, this Korean BBQ restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional meal. The service is incredibly fast and efficient, ensuring that you're well taken care of from start to finish. The real highlight, though, is the hands-on experience of cooking your own food at the table. It's not just a meal; it's an experience. The quality of the ingredients shines through, especially with the Surf and Turf platter. Featuring bulgogi beef, pork belly, scallops, and prawns, this dish is perfect for sharing, with enough to satisfy 2-3 people. The flavours are simply incredible, and the variety of dipping sauces and side dishes add layers of taste that make the meal substantial and satisfying. While the BBQ is the star of the show, the extensive menu offers plenty of other dishes that are worth exploring on a return visit. However, the BBQ is what keeps me coming back time and again. This restaurant has quickly become my favourite place to eat in Coventry. The atmosphere is always lively and enjoyable, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out or a special occasion. Just be sure to book online ahead of time to avoid any disappointment or wait time. Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an amazing restaurant that offers a unique and delicious dining experience every time.

In Coventry, there's no shortage of places to enjoy a night out with cocktail deals at popular chains like The Botanist, Slug & Lettuce, and Cosy Club. Independent bars like Metropolis and Dhillons Spire Bar offer unique creations for a memorable evening. For a sophisticated setting, the Telegraph Hotel boasts a rooftop bar in warmer months.
Sept 2025. Went for lunch with a couple of friends. We all had the Cosy Butchers Brunch, it was absolutely delicious and all of us agreed we would defiantly have it again. The service was quick and polite. I would also recommend the Camden Pale Ale.

I love the Cozy Club brand: they offer a cool, calm, stylish oasis in the midst of urban sprawl and pollution -induced tension. The guy who served me was welcoming, attentive and efficient. There is a nice, bird’s eye view of the shopping precinct from a first floor perspective. There is a small outside terrace for warmer evenings and the usual balance of very comfortable lounge chairs and sofas, bar stools and a pleasant dining section. I had a large glass of their house red: Castillo de Mureva organic Tempranillo-delicious and very fairly priced at £8.75. The bar was almost empty on my Tuesday visit at 1900, but this is true of the vast majority of bars in this area. It later became reassuringly bubbly. I really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the moment. Recommended, particularly if you fancy a cozy (pardon the pun!) chat and a leisurely drink. This is one of the very few classy bars in the city centre; long may it continue to thrive!

Been lots of times to the cozy club their breakfast and brunch menu is brilliant lots of different things on there. I have tried quite a few. The bubble and squeak was one of my favourites unfortunately I think they have took it off the menu. I’ve tried a new dish recently it was really good came out really fast was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is always good in there even the day. It’s quite quiet but it’s nice relaxing atmosphere

The Sunday morning experience of being welcomed by a smartly dressed, polite and reserved manager was a great start. He projected high standards and competency before even speaking. The place was clean and tidy. A sign of a well run business, by people who care about the customer experience. Breakfast was excellent. The traditional English breakfast looked great, was served hot and tasted very good. English mustard was available, as it should be! All members of staff were polite, attentive and seemed genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was pleasantly relaxed. Enough people to have some background noise, which blended well with the chilled music. Thank you very much to all the team! See you again soon.

What a brilliant find. Super dog friendly, amazing, friendly, polite professional staff and service. I would rate an extra star if they were table service, for such an establishment I think it would do very well. And I would state the portion for lunch was spot on, wonder if they increase the portion size on the evening menu. I had the Ox tail ragu, which was delightful, and the wine was at the correct temperature 🫡

What a gem in a quaint street in Coventry! The decor is unique, food full of flavour and nice cocktails. Booking recommended as we turned up on a Saturday around 4pm and although they managed to get us a table without a booking, the place was nearly full by 6pm!

I dined there twice and I was blown away by the food and the service! The setting is also very cute ✨🌸 I would definitely recommend ordering one of their cocktails, they are so gorgeous ✨💕 And if you're just like me—undecisive— I also highly recommend sharing multiple tapas, they are just so good!! 😍

Went to Selminas for lunch and it was absolutely delicious as per usual! They have changed their menu a bit since the last time I ate there, but I have no complaints. The portion sizes are more than enough, and the cocktails are pleasing to the eye and the tummy! Service was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. We waited a bit longer than others there, but our food was fresh and delicious so well worth the wait. I literally cannot find a fault anywhere x

Used to be better. Picture one is Tacos I got a year ago, second picture is the ones I got served yesterday - massive difference, massive decline in quality and quantity. Everything else was nice however we did have to ask for the bill 4 times. Waiter rolled her eyes when asked.

Really enjoyed the tostados - chicken & steak 😋 the lamb shank is quite huge but really enjoyed it and the rice. Staff were very polite. Would recommend 👌

Cute place with good vibes and amazing drinks. Honey shrimp was delicious. Unfortunately, the tacos and quesadillas were quite bland, which was disappointing for a Mexican restaurant. The quantity was also very less than expected for the cost.

Lovely little place, range of nice food. I would strongly recommend they advertise the fact that they can adapt most things to be gluten free. I couldn’t find anything on the menu nor the website but upon asking they were able to cater to my gluten and dairy allergy. It is incredibly rare to find a place that has the ability to adjust the meals to make them gluten free/dairy free - so this is a big selling point I feel they are missing out on.

We celebrated a birthday at The Farmhouse and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The food was simply amazing... flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion. What truly stood out, though, was the impeccable service. All the staff were courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after. A special mention goes to Fizzy, one of the waiters who truly elevated our evening. He was constantly checking in, making sure we had everything we needed, and brought such a positive energy to the table. His friendliness and attention to detail made our celebration feel even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at The Farmhouse for making the day so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at The Farmhouse in Coventry! I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken, Dynamite Shrimp, and the Farmhouse Mixed Grill. all absolutely packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. To top it off, the Purple Rain was so good I had to get a second one! The staff were brilliant, really welcoming, attentive, and always at your service. Special shoutout to M. Usama who went above and beyond – he definitely deserves a pat on the back for his excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

What an amazing experience at The Farmhouse Coventry and Maison De Fumeé. We had travelled 2.5 hours to come eat here and we were not disappointed. Our experience here was outstanding. We couldn’t fault anything from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. Everything was on point. All staff were very attentive, friendly and made our visit smooth without any delays. We had our food at The Farmhouse Coventry and our Shisha at Maison De Fumeé. Although food can be had at Maison De Fumeé which is upstairs. The food was lovely, the plate sizes made it value for money and presentation was clean. We had a pleasant surprise when there was a lady playing the piano which made the ambience even more incredible. Can’t wait to come back. I should’ve taken down the names but Thank you all for an amazing evening.

The Farmhouse in Coventry is an excellent spot with plenty to appreciate. The parking facilities are great, making the visit stress-free from the start. Inside, the decor is very aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The staff were highly attentive throughout the evening, with special mention to Ismail, who was outstanding. He struck the perfect balance of being caring without being overbearing, and his food recommendations were spot-on, enhancing the whole dining experience. The only minor downside was that the music felt a little too loud, though given it was a busy Friday evening, it was completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic visit with top service, great ambience, and well thought-out details.

I recently visited The Farmhouse Restaurant in Coventry with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Zafran, whose smile and kind words made us feel at home. Shortly after, we met Shehzad, another staff member who was equally polite, respectful, and professional. Both of them treated us with such warmth and hospitality that it felt like we were meeting old friends rather than restaurant staff. The food quality was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and served in a very clean environment. The restaurant ambiance, seating, and cleanliness were excellent, and it was clear why the place was so busy — people know it’s worth it! Special thanks also to the young lady who took our order; she was very friendly and attentive. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to serve the food a bit hotter when customers request it — that’s the only improvement I can think of. Overall, it was a memorable experience — delicious food, amazing service, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone to visit The Farmhouse at least once. This was an absolutely lovely experience! We were served by Vedant who really went above and beyond in offering us excellent service. We all like a good food selfie and he made for an excellent co-director of the most perfect shots. The food was absolutely delicious and portions were massive! Would 1000% recommend!

We had our Muslim Runners 5 Yr celebration party for 70 people and hired the Alfresco Hall and a set menu. Everything ran smoothly and it was the perfect evening. Thank you Nabeel and team for taking care of us!

Sets the standard for fine dining. Welcoming atmosphere, everyone acknowledges you when you enter/leave The plates to put your food in were given heated, its what every restaurant should do but never does! Food a little pricey but its edible and made fresh unlike other places that charge the same for frozen food! very hospitable service from jass who actually packed our leftover food for us wheras normally elsewhere we are left to do that. Pricey but we left happy and very full!
