Pretty nice sight. I enjoyed the displays on the way to top of the tower. The lady at the cash was kind. Looking forward to visit the tower again and visit the gallery part. Entry fee is very low, just would appreciate possibility to pay by card. Maybe next time.
Beautiful and has a different top from the other churches...
Place with great view on Pardubice. Low price of ticket, worth to visit.
Perfect view to the castle, and Pernštýnské square.
I didn’t go up to the top of the tower but the gate seems to be in between the old town square & new town with all the shopping
It is one of a few places worth visiting in Pardubice. Great views in all directions when weather is favourable. Those who don't like stairs may curse aloud.
An ideal place for visitors = 2x expositions of main Pardubice legends with CZ+EN+DE audio and very nice lookout form the top... for a very low price. There is also delicious chocolate/cafe BAJER very nearby to the tower bottom.
Stunning clock tower, providing good views of Pardubice. Bonus is Cafe Bajer just below the tower, a good place to warm up with a hot chocolate and a rum.

Nice place to visit, the castle and park around is very beautiful and clean, everything is in super good order and well arranged.
Some fun exhibitions and museums to visit here. Highly recommend to visit the Imagination exhibition with kids. Glass and Coin museums are interesting as well.
Beautiful castle and museum! Full adult ticket around 500 czk for both museum and gallery but it's worth it in my opinion in you just visit the city once and never come back. Glass exposition is priceless!!! Really enjoyed it. Very helpful and nice staff! There is WC all around
I visited the castle outside only. The exhibition was not interesting for me so I did not go inside. However outside it is really well preserved, beautiful and quite big. If you like castles it is worth seeing while visiting Pardubice as it is only a few minutes walk from the old town.
An excellent place to visit. Kid-friendly. The territory and the courtyard open from 6 a.m. and the entrance there is free. Exhibitions open at 10 a.m. and have different prices. There are archeological, art, money, glass exhibitions, interactive one for children, observation tower with binoculars to all sides. The staircase of the tower was a bit caustrophobic though . Find a video on the staircase attached.
A beautiful château in the heart of Pardubice. It houses the East Bohemian museum and is surrounded by a huge park ideal for a picnic and walk, perfect for cyklists and families with children. There are peacocks walking around the park and the whole area offers lovely views. It's definitely worth a visit when you're visiting Pardubice.
One of the remarkable monument in pardubice. It is a renaissance chateau, which is located near the historical centre of the city Pardubice. In the chateau we can find East Bohemian Museum, the East Bohemian Gallery and a branch of the National Heritage Institute. The chateau was registered in 2010 on the list of national cultural monuments of the Czech Republic. Recommended for a pleasure walk
Very cozy place for sightseeing. The castle is situated in Pardubice - some 20min walk from the train station. Dont be lazy - just walk all the way to the castle. The road are clean, you can find lits if cafes along the way. First you will walk under the tower with a clock and will end up on a little but beautiful square. Then the cobblestone road leads the way to a castle. The castle itself is not too big but looks very nice, the little square in front pictures an antient fair in the head. There are many peacocks living in the castle. The territory around the castle is beautiful too - take a small walk and you will find great views on the city.

A really beautiful and unique building
At about one o'clock in the afternoon, I took a photo. Then, on a hot autumn day, the temperature reached 29 degrees. The Ukrainian flag, installed on the second floor of the building, greeted the flag of the Czech Parliament, Pardubice Region with wavy movements nearby. The facade of the City Hall was dotted with window vases of red flowers that reminded me of poppies. And the planes flying in the sky seemed like white dots from below - which divided the sky into two halves. As if something wanted to reveal even more beauty in the sky.

(Translated by Google) Pardubice Town Hall is located on the main square. Its construction began in 1892 and was completed in 1894. Thus, the start of the reconstruction of the entire city center was given. Previously, the old town hall and three Burgess houses were located on this site. They were all demolished and a large neo-Renaissance town hall complex was built, designed by the architect Jan Weyrich. The facade was decorated with medallions depicting Czech kings, and between the windows of the second floor there were frescoes with allegories of virtues. On the rear façade stands out a sgraffito designed by Mikolas Alsz, representing the dance, recitation, music and cult of the city of Pardubice. The statue of the knight that adorns the pediment of the town hall was created in the image of Vojtech of Pernštejn on the tombstone in St. Bartholomew's Church. The historic hall with its coffered ceiling and allegorical paintings welcomes rare visitors; the music hall with its balcony is used for cultural and social events.

(Translated by Google) While visiting Pardubice, we took a look at the interior of the church of St. Bartholomew. This temple dates from the 16th century. Various late Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque elements can be seen inside. It was originally used as a burial place for gentlemen from Pernštejn, whose coat of arms is carved above one of the entrances to the church. On January 8, 2025, it was additionally decorated for Christmas and a very nice nativity scene was displayed here. (Original) Při návštěvě Pardubic jsme nahlédli do interiéru kostela sv. Bartoloměje. (Translated by Google) The parish church of St. Bartholomew in Pardubice belongs to one of the landmarks of the city and its historical core. The church is an original Gothic building and, according to documented records, it is mentioned here from the second half of the 13th century. It was also slightly modified structurally in several centuries due to capacity reasons. I didn't get inside because it opens, for example, for regular religious services and other important events in the city itself. For myself, I can only admire his beauty from the outside again ♥️💒🚶.

(Translated by Google) If I were a tourist, I wouldn't go back. Last Saturday I had an experience that left a bittersweet taste during my visit to the Pardubice Information Center, a place that, in theory, should be an example of hospitality and support for locals and foreigners. I went downtown to ask where I could print some documents. To my surprise, they told me I could do it right there. One of the staff girls kindly showed me where to use the computer and how to send the files to print. The printer was located at the entrance to a room next to the information desk, just 60 cm from the door of the room. (That is, I could take the prints by stretching my hand without entering that room) On the first occasion, I waited patiently until one of the workers was free to show me where to collect the leaves. Later, I needed to print more documents. Already knowing the location of the printer and seeing that both workers were busy, I said "excuse me," reached out and picked up my sheets. (Since I was in a hurry and the girls were taking time serving other people, plus the computer charges after 15 minutes and I just wanted to print 5 pages and leave). However, this action caused an unexpected reaction. One of the girls became visibly angry and started yelling at me: "You have to ask permission! You can't go in there!" Surprised, I tried to explain that they were busy, I was in a hurry, and I had also said "excuse me" before picking up my sheets. I apologized repeatedly, stating that I didn't think it was that big of a deal, and that I just wanted to pay and leave. Despite my apologies, the worker continued yelling at me, insisting: "This is our place and you shouldn't go there! We have money there!" We have money there!" I felt taken aback by her rude tone and attitude. , especially considering that it is a center designed to assist visitors, many of them foreigners, and it was not in my interest to know that she had money there. Finally, after repeating my apologies and asking for clarity about what else she expected from me, the girl calmed down and apologized. I paid quickly and left, but the experience left a negative impression. As an information center, one would expect more respectful communication in English, a more understanding and professional attitude, especially towards those who are not familiar with the procedures of the place. These types of incidents not only discourage visitors, but also affect the image of a city that, in theory, seeks to be welcoming and accessible to all. I am a resident of Pardubice and I would not like my compatriots to leave with that image of what is my home today. ¡No puedes entrar allí!".

Olympic size swimming pool, wellness, wet bar, ... Amazing service, clean and perfectly equipped facility! I already have my prepaid card... Opened from 6am. You can see online how busy the facility is.
We liked the aquapark inside, but the reception personal is extremely unfriendly. They do not understand any other language exept for czech and they do not try to help you. The info leaflets are also in czech and we should have waited for the visitor, who by chance, could have helped us with translation. The mood was completely spoiled.
The slides were nice! The personnel was very unfriendly. Poorly designed, it's like a maze to reach the pool. Could do with some maintenance, as the tiles of the pool floors are coming off. Expensive entrance, expensive parking. Won't go here again.
During our summer beach visit, everything was clean and beautiful - a perfect 10/10. However, when we were leaving, I tried to retrieve my forgotten T-shirt. The older-looking lifeguard treated me very rudely and did not let me in because I had already changed my outfit. I had left my backpack, was barefoot, and was only in non-swimming shorts. Despite the fact that I only needed to walk a couple of meters to pick up my T-shirt, he insisted that I return to the locker room and put on swimming shorts. Firstly, the situation was utterly nonsensical, and secondly, this individual clearly suffered from a pronounced power trip syndrome. He was exceptionally rude and seemed quite pleased with himself. The negative experience with this lifeguard significantly marred our otherwise wonderful day at the aquapark.
This is a really modern centre. I was genuinely impressed. I was there in winter, so i only tried the inside pools. Has water slides, a rock climbing wall that lets you fall in to the pool, a nice spa. Fun place to bring the family. Very modern facility in general with clean change rooms and quality lap pool. Better than any centre I have visited in Prague.
Nice place for swimming and relaxing. Clean place and the food is not overpriced. They provided self antigen test for 15 kč, super easy if you don’t want to stay in a queue for antigen test at some hospital or covid pass points. The hairdryer is not really good quality that they provided, after 5 mins of using it was off by itself and needed to wait for few mins to make it working again.
Swimming pool (50m): Nice and clean, can recommend to everyone. Aquapark (indoors): Could be bigger, but otherwise no complaints. Fitness center: Very modern and clean, staff was 20/10! And don't forget to bring a towel, it is required here.
A great 50m olympic size pool and Aquacentre! The water in the Aquacentre is warm. There's two jacuzzis, a family pool, fast flowing circular 'river', diving pool with rick climbing wall over the water, a toddler pool with toys and mini slide, plus a learning pool with slide. On top of that there's a very large adult slide and a 'rubber ring' tunnel ride which is great fun. There's a bistro inside the pool (sadly only open at weekends) and prices the are very good. In the summer they open the outside with a massive grass picnic area, some parts shaded with trees. Outside there are also three more pools, two long slides, a small childrens playpark and a cafe serving hot and cold snacks. In the summer it's a great family day out. Absolutely first class facilities at reasonable prices.

Great arena. I have visited many times in the past although for the “Pardubice Open” billiards tournament that happens every year around July I believe. Parking is great and lots of space to enjoy any action happening in the arena.
Horrible place, if you are not local and don’t know Czech you are in no luck!! Nobody knows English came here from Cyprus with my wife, saw on their website that you can rent ski and come to the place to find that you can’t, would not recommend
I'd wish we 'd have arena's like this in all cities that have BNXT Clubs in The Netherlands that need one -like Leiden, Leeuwarden, Zwolle (although they already have a nice accommodation), Weert, Bemmel- and the cities that should be in the BNXT League and are not (yet), maybe partially because they lack a venue like this one; e.g. Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Twente, and maybe more.
Minus 1 for the away sector, but friendly home supporters and security
Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff and faces,.
Nice Aréna. Good vibe no queues.
It is possible to feel the history and importance of this place for locals.

A truly unique new and large Gallery modern museum in a completely renovated silo storage building as designed by Josef Cočára. The whole has been modernized with lifts and beautifully finished. The entrance card also gives access to the large Dum U Jonáse gallery. Lockers and restaurant available. As a whole it is part of a complex of several coherent classical buildings located on this site. Which have also been renovated and converted into exhibition functions. including a tourist information center.
Very nice, beautiful. There is a park next to it, when you go along the river. Cakes are a bit more expensive, but pistachio rolled cake is worth it.
A beautiful landmark of Pardubice and an outstanding work of architecture, this is a place everyone should visit, it’s even well-suited for families with children. The Automatic Mills were designed by architect Josef Gočár between 1909 and 1910 and operated as a flour mill for more than 100 years, until 2013. Declared a national cultural monument in 2014, the site underwent extensive renovations starting in 2016 and has since been transformed into a modern cultural and community center with educational and artistic institutions. Today, you’ll also find a café and an information center here.
I remember this place as an ugly and neglected piece of Pardubice where access was restricted and one just could be curious what was really there. Today it is an incredibly fantastic example of a clean architectural approach how to revive old buildings with great potenial. It has bacome a must for all city visitors now. Thank you all who helped to acieve that!
Once devastated ruins now offer quite a representative gallery of the regional center. Still, worth visiting namely when combined with a worthwhile exhibition - such as Andy Warhol between Feb-Apr-25
Great place worth to see ( with tourist guide), tours are at 10,12, 14 ..
Worth to visit if you are on the way somewhere close to Pardubice. Intersting exhibition of Czech art. Nice reconstruction of old mill to sort of contemprary gallery. Nice coffee place also.
Great place to go see exhibitions and pretty views all around

My kids enjoy a lot Banana Café. We have celebrated birthday and Baptism. It is a perfect place for invite family and friend to enjoy the afternoon while the kids play. The prices are okay, the decoration is okay, the people are very nice and they also communicate in English. Thanks you for let us bring our “piñata” and make my son birthday happy 🎂
Halloween Party at Banana Café We recently hosted a small Halloween party for our kids and Spanish-speaking friends at Banana Café. This was the third time we've celebrated there, and we opted for the Bronze Pack, which included all the usual decorations on the party podium. While we've generally had a great experience in the past, this time, there were a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the service wasn’t up to the usual standards. The lady who was serving and attending to the space seemed to be in a bad mood from the start. Her demeanor gave the impression that she was upset, which made everyone in our group feel a bit uncomfortable. Secondly, the location of the party podium at the far end of the café naturally meant that children and parents would walk around and, at times, even run. Some of the children were riding their toy scooters, and since there were no signs or designated areas indicating where these activities should or shouldn't take place, it felt like a normal part of the atmosphere. However, it seemed that the staff was not prepared for this kind of dynamic, even though it's a family-friendly venue. At one point, some parents used a nearby table to eat and watch their kids from a better angle. Unfortunately, the same staff member sternly informed us that we couldn’t use the table, as she needed to clean it, which felt a bit harsh, considering the situation. Lastly, I would suggest installing a small door or barrier around the selling desk area. Curious little ones under two years of age wandered into this space multiple times, which could easily be prevented, allowing both the staff and guests to enjoy the event more smoothly. Overall, Banana Café has been a great place for our family gatherings, but a bit more flexibility and understanding from the staff, especially during events involving children, would enhance the experience.
Very pleased, very pleasant staff, service with a smile always rocks !! Home made lemonade, nice coffee never the less cake I would say exquisite :) also nice pizza. Over all fantabulous !!
The best indoor entertainment for the kids in Pardubice! Large enough climbing section, choice of snacks, option to organise parties. It does get pretty busy after school and on rainy days.
The cafe and the meal aren’t not tasty. The worst coffee in Argentina that I have had. Staff are friendly.
Perfect for kids & parents 😊

Beautiful castle and museum! Full adult ticket around 500 czk for both museum and gallery but it's worth it in my opinion in you just visit the city once and never come back. Glass exposition is priceless!!! Really enjoyed it. Very helpful and nice staff! There is WC all around
Nice place to visit, the castle and park around is very beautiful and clean, everything is in super good order and well arranged.
Nice place to escape the city busyness . Green, a lot of benches, nice views of the city.
It's a great historical place to visit. Magnificent architecture. Beautiful peacocks

(Translated by Google) On Klashterna (Monastyrska) street, which connects two squares in Pardubice - Comenius and Pernštinska - is located the city's oldest Church of the Annunciation. Since 1958 it has been included in the register of cultural monuments of the Czech Republic. The history of this church dates back to 1359, when it was erected by Archbishop Arnošt of Pardubice. This was originally a parish church. After a fire in 1507, the temple was restored in the late Gothic style in 1515 by order of William of Perntain. In 1532, a monastery began to be built next to the temple, the gardens of which today make up Comenius Square. In October 1645, during the shelling of Pardubice by Swedish troops, the church burned down again. The subsequent restoration took place in the Baroque style. However, this was not final and the temple underwent many other changes in the following years. In 1786, the neighboring monastery was abolished and the church gradually fell into disrepair. The church was reopened in 1800, but the rededication ceremony took place only in 1815. Then the Austro-Hungarian Emperor Francis I donated 1,292 gold coins to decorate the temple. The church underwent its penultimate modification in 1904-1905 under the leadership of Boža Dvořák. The main Baroque altar was replaced with a new one, made in the Gothic style. The ceiling of the presbytery was decorated with paintings based on the model of Mikolas Als. During this restoration, a spiral staircase to the crypt was built, the old sacristy was replaced, and the tombstones were moved from the crypt to the outer wall.

Best place for all the beer lovers
(Translated by Google) The Pardubice brewery is an important regional producer of Pernštejn brand beer and special Porter beer. Due to the constant innovation of production and technological equipment, the brewery ranks among modern breweries. Brewing beer in Pardubice has a centuries-old tradition and dates back to the beginning of the 14th century. In 1491, the richest Moravian magnate in the country, Vilém z Pernštejn, bought Pardubice from the lords of Pardubice, who chose it as the center of a large estate and began to develop brewing in Pardubice at the beginning of the 16th century. In the brewery, handed over to the municipality in 1531, those who owned a house in the town had the right to brew. High-quality pale beer was brewed here, surpassing the quality of breweries in the area, and a wide range of pubs was also established, which were allowed to buy beer only from Pardubice. At the end of the 19th century, Pardubice entrepreneurs in the field of brewing decided to found a new company - Akciový pivovar Pardubice. On January 29, 1871, the committee met and decided that a new, steam-powered brewery would be built. The construction of the brewery was completed on April 1, 1872, and beer began to be brewed on April 8. In 1928, this brewery produced more than 100,000 hl of beer for the first time in its history. Today, Pardubice Brewery is an important regional producer of Pernštejn brand beer and special Porter beer. Due to the constant innovation of production and technological equipment, the brewery ranks among modern breweries. Thanks to this, the beer meets high international quality requirements and at the same time retains its unmistakable delicious taste. In 2010, Pivovar Pernštejn was renamed Pardubický pivovar. Visitors can learn about the history of the brewery at the recently opened visitor center, which provides tours of the brewery. Newly, the Porter Gallery is part of the tour routes, which brings the family jewel of the brewery closer. The dark and strong 19-year-old Porter has been brewed in Pardubice for 126 years. (Original) Pardubický pivovar významným regionálním výrobcem piv značky Pernštejn a speciálního piva Porter. Vzhledem ke stále inovaci výrobního a technologického zařízení se pivovar řadí mezi moderní pivovary. Vaření piva má v Pardubicích staletou tradici a sahá až do počátku 14. století.
