My family and I stayed at the La Torre recently and had such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious and perfect for our family, and the views were excellent. We especially appreciated how accommodating and attentive the staff were throughout our visit, nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciation to Raul and Madalina who were always so happy to help and Abraham at Breakfast welcoming us every morning with a smile. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
The place is really nice, natural, the idea is very good, food's also nice, but the stuff doesn't really care. Internet in the room was not working, at the reception they make a wifi connection, but in the room it doesn't work at all. The check out day I asked beforehand to call a taxi for exact time but the taxi didn't come, I waited for half an hour for another one.
The hotel belongs to the Hilton Holding and it is a 5 stars hotel. What else can I say? Facilities, food, service, cleanness, all deserves 5 stars. Besides, it is calm and quiet, ideal to relax and disconnect. If I should add anything negative is that the spa does not have jets neither jacuzzi. The rest is 5 stars 🌟
I have just checked out of here and not at all is the hotel 5 star. The front desk staff are lovely and helpful and the food here is good however the outdoor pool has mosaic tiles missing off the bottom and the steps into the pool also have tiles missing, the infinity part of the pool leaks through the wall on the opposite side and no one cleans the napkins off the pool side or from it that blow from the pool bar and as for the pool bar itself the two male staff that man it through the week are the most ignorant and rude people I’ve met on any holiday and the manager needs to rethink their training of etiquette and manners. There is plenty of room around the pool and the view over the golf course is pretty. The spa is ok however the steam room isn’t working right now and the sauna isn’t that hot. Now Spa treatments all I can say is wow…. I went for a detox treatment and the young lady who done the treatment was amazing.
Nice location inside the excellent La Torre Golf urbanisation. Staff were fabulous. Double room with balcony situated very well. Food & drink priced very sensibly both in the hotel and the nearby restaurants and bars. One downside is Hilton charge €22 per day to park your car. Please don’t fall for it as there are literally hundreds of free spaces available around the hotel. Shame on them for this shakedown.
The location of this hotel is perfect, near supermarket, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself could do with some TLC. There are some concrete slabs near the pool area that are uneven, there's areas on the hotel that need painting. The rooms are lovely, beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning nice and cool. But there are some downsides, our phone wasnt working in the room to ring for room service, it's advertised online that the rooms offer coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, but no milk! You have to ask for this and because our phone wasn't working I had to go to reception and ask. Where she then sent me to the bar area (noone was there) so I was then sent down to the restaurant (that was in darkness) I managed to find someone in the back and they took me back to the bar. It shouldn't be that difficult to get milk! Why couldn't the lady on reception just go and get it instead of sending me on a goose chase?!
Most important of all, the bed is wonderful and for me that’s what matters most, and here it’s absolutely lovely. Breakfast is also plentiful and of good quality. Parking in the underground garage costs €22 per day and is decent. The swimming pool is another big plus, offering beautiful views over the golf course. Room 325 gives you a stunning view and the longest afternoon sun on your balcony, highly recommended. Honestly, I first thought of giving only three stars, but in the end I settled on four. Everything that’s there is really very good. Still, there’s room for improvement, many loose mosaic tiles in the pool, wasp nests that haven’t been removed, and various scuffs and damages in the common areas. The cleaning of the poolside terrace could also be better. In addition, the door closer that makes an unpleasant noise and a glass toilet door that slams onto the frame with a loud bang. Outside the hotel’s control, but still a pity, the lake’s pond water level is far too low, which makes the view a little less impressive. Check-in was another area where things felt a bit disjointed. I asked for a Digital Key and was assured I would receive one, I also requested that the physical keycards remain active. At the time a lady (“with trainee badge”) was on duty and gave the impression everything would be arranged. However, it took several follow-up calls to the front desk before the Digital Key finally worked and, contrary to my request, the physical keycards were deactivated. Exiting the parking garage with the Digital Key didn’t work either, so I had to use the intercom. All in all, just a few too many loose ends. The lady at the reception reacted rather curtly and somewhat bitterly when we passed by several times after this. I would invite the General Manager, Mr. Gómez, to take this feedback to heart and to invite me back once these issues have been resolved. All in all, a hotel with a strong foundation, wonderful golf course, nice bedding, a generous breakfast and a pool with stunning vistas, but one where there’s definitely room for improvement in the details.
We are a family of two adults and two children, and based on the information provided on their website, their policy states that two children can stay for free when using existing bedding, which is quite common at Hilton properties worldwide. However, when I called the hotel directly on 21st of June 2025 at 11:42am to clarify before I make online booking I was told that I would need to book two separate rooms to accommodate my family (which I don't need with small kids) This was very disappointing and confusing, as it contradicts the policy outlined online. I hope the hotel can clarify their policies more transparently to avoid misleading future guests.

Amazing par 3 golf. Mainly a 9 hole but can do 18 with different tee areas. Does have left hand clubs for those that need it. Nice staff and good price for the quality of course!! Can't wait to come back to play again
Nice course and well kept. Can be a bit dangerous when busy as you have to cross other players lines. When playing 18 holes there are different tees but only 9 greens therefore sometimes confusing who has right of way. Was quiet when we played and enjoyed my round. Will be back to play again. They have push trollies available and a small selection of clubs for hire. Small restaurant and bar for refreshments when you finish your round.
Really enjoyed playing this 9 hole course it was quiet and so if I was confused by the Tee locations it didnt matter. Lovely little course, Not easy but enjoyable
Course has deteriorated dramatically to the point it should close. 4 temporary greens out of 9 in play and they were just flags put on a bit of fairway. The full greens were not much better, which was a shame as previously they were well kept. Despite the really poor condition of the course they are still charging the full price of €22, which is a disgrace. When I asked for discount when came off was just met with a shrug of the shoulders. Terrible service, terrible condition.
Great little pitch and Putt
Not cheap, not easy but the staff are friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if your par 3 golfing experience extends beyond the normal pitch and putt. Often quite busy so patience required.
Short 9 hole par 3 course to practice your short game. Good greens. Nice terrace with restaurant. Friendly service. Nice tapas.
Only a par 3, 18 hole course. But very challenging. Plenty of water obstacles to get over or around. And bunkers to avoid. Friendly helpful staff with a great restaurant and bar at the 19th. We'll worth a visit if you are in the area.

(Translated by Google) When I was in this place, for the first time, I was really surprised to see this place loaded with works and vintage objects, but where we maintained a little difference was, with the elephant in the photo. Mombasa belongs to Kenya, right? Well, it is impossible for there to be Asian elephants in Africa, how could I expose and demonstrate them. As a local it is super! Very varied and selective environment. Moderate prices, and for history lovers and fans of retro and/or vintage, this Mombasa café will not leave you indifferent. Thank you for reading and visiting Mombasa café.
