Advised by a local irish man, that the private ground is more like a recommendation and locals go beyond that point anyway we had an amazing walk through the park. Lots of people enjoyed it as well, as long as you don’t litter or damage anything you’ll be fine. Would totally recommend it!
Amazing palladian style house. We really did enjoy our visit with our guide Fergus who was really knowledgeable and passionate. The tour was free. The parkland were stunning.
Visited Over the weekend. Staffs are very polite and helpful. The guide i don’t remember his name but he explained us everything. I really liked the way he was explaining and helping all. It was an hour long tour. Worth visiting. felt like it was quite quick, all credit goes to the tour Guide. There is a toilet when you enter inside the house.
I really enjoyed a quiet moment at the Castletown House, overlooking the Liffey with Castletown House in the background—truly picturesque. The parklands are beautiful and free to explore, and the guided house tour . Highly recommended for history buffs, walkers, and families looking for a scenic day out
Beautiful estate and the tour was brilliant, would definitely recommend and our tour guide was so helpful and friendly!
I haven’t been inside of the house (yet), but I visited the park a lot of times and always loved it there.
If you are looking for a beautiful park to have a great walk in this is it. What could be better it's clean and well maintained (thank you OPW). I've yet to book the house walk/talk so am looking forward to that and I know it will be well worth the visit. The History behind this beautiful estate is well worth reading up on. Talk a walk down by the Liffey ....experience bats at sundown, see swans and their cygnets, coote, water hens and ducks and I believe there's a kingfisher at some part of the walk but you'd have to wait and have great eyesight! There's a coffee shop on site also, but please....leave no trace. Dogs welcome if well behaved and again the OPW have placed dog bins so please use them. Park shuts at 19.00.
Tour was free, which was awesome. Some interesting things learned. Guide was generally good but a little bit rude when people asked questions.

Nicest pub in celbridge. Small and somewhat quiet with good service and nice drinks.
Under new management. Refurbished bar. Good length bar counter and plenty of side seats, including 2 comfortable sofas for those who prefer a more private drinking experience.
Don't like the new style. Was beautiful little pub before it was renovated Its joined up wit the lounge.
Lovely bar arrived Thursday to meet a good friend after 2pm nice staff
Nice after the renovation. Need more craft beers in the bar.
Good place to watch sports and a good pint.
Good company excellent pint of Guinness
Nice place, service was good, kid friendly

We had the carvery and it was very tasty and well presented. The service was very good and fast. The only minor incident was when the lady came to collect my husband's plate and made a rude comment saying he was fast. He was very embarrassed. My husband always eats very quickly. This type of comment should not be said to anyone, even as a joke.
Lovely pub, full of charm and atmosphere. Always feel welcome here. Lots of space, TVs with sports, decent scran. Also a fab venue for a gathering or a party, as they have a big room you can reserve with private bar and catering.
Not my local as I live about 15 minutes away by car, however I have now been here 4 times and I can’t recommend this place enough. The music, the staff, the atmosphere, the people - this is the place to be Friday night or Sunday for a good family lunch/ dinner. The food is amazing. Really can’t recommend this place enough. Audrey the manager is super friendly, she really looked after us. Thank you for the hospitality, it’s very rare to get good customer service this day and age.
The food is lovely here! Servers are such sweet and caring people always making sure if we have good service. Usually busy but that's good cause you just know its a great place :)
We would be lost without McMahons, we take the kids here for dinner every odd Sunday and they put the F1 on for our son. The food is always lovely and they change up the menu too which is great. All the staff are so friendly with the kids and especially our 2 year old who loves to run about and get in everyone’s way! My husband and I also have a sneaky date night here too either in the lounge or the bar, depending on where the music is 😊
I had my daughter's communion in the function room and Yvonne and the team were absolutely amazing, so helpful with everything, the service was amazing, food was absolutely fabulous and the function room was the perfect size . I will definitely be booking my next party with them. Thanks so much all.
Welcoming staff, excellent service. Food always of a high standard, we’re regular customers and have always had great experience. Kid friendly. Relaxed. And can’t go wrong with the hot wings!!!
Very good for kids!Food was delicious.Generous portion size and staff very friendly and complaisant. Very reasonably priced great value for money will definitely be back again.

Love the Big Bangin IPA, recently was introduced with sample pack, now a customer - Big thank you to Stephen Kennedy
The tour was excellent value which included a short walk on the factory floor, a spiel about the process & history of the company and then some beer tastings after. The staff were all very friendly, the bar was comfortable (shame it isn't open to the public) & the beers were tasty. I'd definitely recommend the tour.
What a great tour! Craig was so knowledgeable, entertaining and generous with his time; answering all of questions and giving us a real insight into all aspects of brewing. The beer tasting at the end of the tour was a treat for the taste buds. We both had a wonderful afternoon. Thank you
I love their IPA 🍺and pale wheat ale, very delicous! I bought them from Lidl supermarket. Thank you 👍🏼😀
Very tasty beer.i like it.It was sold in the Netherlands.I hope to find it again somewhere.
Their " Crafty Brewing Company " stout, from Lidl, is excellent. What a stout. Lovely body and great flavour. It's great that such good beer is being brewed in Kildare and well done to all
Great Brewery. Great Tour, Guide is Great, Staff is lovely and Head Brewer Bill is a Gent.
Best brewery tour I've been on. Very personal. Simon is a gent.

Just had a neck arm and back massage. It was absolutely fabulous and feel amazing after it. Thank you Inta 🥰
Excellent. I'm so impressed by the lady's competence. I went twice 2 weeks apart and the change is unbelievable. Sciatica is gone and so is the crank in my neck. Cheaper than a chiropractor but way more efficient in my opinion. Thanks Ola, I really appreciate the massages
After a long run yesterday went for a lovely relaxing massage today.Top quality, very friendly, lovely atmosphere and excellent value.Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful massage today at Ban Chiang. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to coming back!
Really good massage. Felt like real authentic traditional Thai massage! My girl, Anita, was very attentive to my needs and when I said I wanted my shoulders and neck massaged more, she made sure to do just that! I felt taller by the end of it and really grateful for it! Can’t wait to come back 🌠😍
I felt like I was walking in air and a new man after my Thai massage. I loved the strong pressure (you can ask for a light or relaxing one). Recommend
Have been lucky enough to have another amazing massage from the fantastic Anita.. She knows where you need extra care without words.. Really authentic Thai massage. So so good at what she does..Definitely recommend Ban Chiang Thai Massage
I have been going to Orathai for years now, although I have moved from Celbridge, I will always travel back for the amazing massage in Ban Chiang. The standard of massage is very high, very professional and the best value around. 👌

Great 9 hole course. Well kept, not too challenging. Enjoyable place to play. Friendly staff always try and get you out.
Asked the guy behind the counter for reduced rate due to the on off rain and he said he'd see what he can do. Ended up being charged an extra euro over standard fee! Greens were always quite bad too. Stay away
Absolutely super course. Extremely well kept course from the fairways, to the greens, and the general faculty. Staff are very nice and very friendly.
Back again this year after the winter break .....what a course best greens and fairways in Dublin. Manicured is the only suitable word. Will play the whole summer season here as well as Druids Glen and Powers Court West.
Nice course but one member of staff in particular really needs to be either sacked or given a wake up call as the way he spoke to me over the phone is no way to speak to a paying customer this really brings the overall rating of this course down.
First Time playing at Elm Hall today, and on a golf course after years at the driving range. The manager Seamus was very friendly and helpful. I also met some nice people there who were regulars. The course is very challenging especially in windy/wet weather conditions. Will definitely go back again!
Nice 9 hole course for a bit of practice, the bald middle aged man in reception however, is off his head. Treated us like kids because we didn’t book and kicked us off the course for no reason. 1/5 won’t return!
Great wee course, was recommended by a work colleague and it didn’t disappoint. The staff in the club house were polite and helpful and even pointed out the greens had been sanded. The whole course is in great condition, well maintained and has a great mix of water hazards, trees and light rough. Will be back very soon!
