Absolutely gorgeous place, if you ever saw those Instagram videos of those insane views, this is the place. There are 4 different routes, but I can't recommend just one, I would suggest going all of them, as each one has something different packed in it. Just a heads up for claustrophobic people the green route has some pretty harsh passthroughs. But overall a must visit.
This is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. Breathtaking views, especially after you climb to the top. There are several trails there. We chose the green trail, which is considered the most beautiful. Highly recommended. I recommend arriving early, especially in season, to ensure there is a parking space. After that, the parking shortage begins.
Beautiful place! Some amazing walking/hiking routes! You could spend all day there. Place git busy after 10AM and started to get rediculously busy around 12. My only complaint is the price of the parking!! 500czk (20€)?? We arrived in a van.. Ended up parking 2km away. We saved 10€ per kilometer!
What a great walk. We did the red track and felt like we’ve seen all the place provides, including 2 lookouts. With children and senior citizens too
A truly wonderful hike, very well marked with recommended routes. You can't miss this place if you are visiting Czech Republic and enjoy hiking.
Such a beautiful place! For me- the best place in the bohemian- switzarland national park. Highly recommended.
This park has multiple trails to hike on ranging from a short hike for beginners to a long hike for experienced people the hikes are very beautiful and accessible for everyone I would definitely recommend checking these trails
The well-maintained nature park offers some lovely woodland walks, tranquility, and is easily accessible. The highlight is the Cretaceous sandstone formations, covering approximately one square kilometer. It might feel like you're in the States straight out of a Western, but it's actually Bohemian Paradise in the Czech Republic.

Very nice place. If you remeber your childhood tale Rumcájsz then you have to visit it. Not for far from the city there is a forrest where lived the fairy - tale hero and his family.😀
Not really that special. You pay about 20 crowns at the top of the tower then you can go outside and enjoy the view. Which is a nice one but that's the only thing to it. There are some puppets halfway up the tower but they are a bit dusty. It's about 32 meter in height. If you're into scenic views ot a city then you should definitely check it out.
A lot of beautiful historical buildings next to the main square.
Very energetic place and very lively.
I loved that place. The energy I got from the people around me was fantastic. Very friendly people. Simply art everywhere around you. Great shops for everything and considerably cheap prices. Totally recommend it to everyone
Named after the most notorious warlord of the Thirty Years’ War Albrecht von Waldstein, Jicin’s pretty market square is practically nothing more than Waldstein’s creation. Surrounded by an arcaded passageway that still retains the full flavour of its 17th-century origin, Valdstejnovo namesti is Jicin’s throbbing heart, an outdoor marketplace in the morning and a promenade later during the day. The best foot access to the square is through the Valdicka brana, a mighty medieval town gate built in bricks, not less than a century before Waldstein’s course of reconstructions. Its square Romanesque tower, restored to its former glory offers a panoramic view over the town and beyond. On one side of the gate stands a towerless Baroque place of worship, a modest Jesuit church that is as old as the town gate and contains pretty stucco around the presbytery but is otherwise plain and dusty. Flanked by Waldstein’s Renaissance zamek which dominates one whole length of the square, Valdstejnovo namesti owns its fame mostly to this impressive chateau, a winsome yellow stone building with symmetrical rows of windows, outstanding roof parapets and a breathtaking variety of heraldic emblems and allegorical sculptures. On the downside, Waldstein’s chateau disappoints inside. Its austere chambers do not do justice to this otherwise great building. The museum housed on one of the chateau’s floors is mediocre and uncared-for. The only redeeming factor is the conference room, a huge hall adorned with period furniture, mirrors, chandeliers and piecemeal memorabilia. Somewhere near the middle of the square (but why not in the middle?) is the pretty Marian Column, a decorated stone statue characteristic of many of the country’s medieval market squares. The corner house on the north edge of the square is Pension Ceske Koruny, Jicin’s oldest accommodation institution. Jicin’s old square is an impressive place to visit but is unfortunately marred (and polluted) by parked vehicles.
Try to be there for the Saturday Market more fresh fruit and veg, plants and other stuff.

Historical place with kind of mysterious and authentic vibes. Free entry. You can not only visit the loggia itself, but there's also a cafe and a number of attractions not only for children. Amazing place to spend an afternoon at.
I attended a wedding here. The place was used to host the wedding. there were enough spaces to put around 20 tables, and at the backyard there was a cafe open. the place also did a tour for people to explain its history but I'm not sure if it needs booking. there is a car park.
Very odd and charming house, now in fairly poor condition, apart from the loggia building, partially restored and stunning on the inside. Park done up and weird with train tracks through it
Great place to relax, drink coffee (or regional beer) and eat delicious cake. There are plenty of activities for children to run around while grown ups can relax a little. Really magical place
Beautiful place. Worth stopping by to visit the place and have a coffee in their cafeteria.
A nice looking lodge with a huge park in the back. It also has a small cafe inside. Good for a quick stop
Genius loci. The best coffee in and around Jicin town. Amzing job what local people do for this place. I ll be definitely back. Can' t wait to go there again. Really something special. There is a centre of everything...theatre, music, relax, nature, coffee room, art.....good sense for design, old stuff still work and make this place pristine.....just go there and enjoy it with eyes, touch and just being there. Sit in or out in the yard it s unforgotable experience.
Very pretty, lovely place for a coffee. There is also history to Loggia, and a guide to talk you through it. ))

You have to show this place to your children ;-) and then ice cream 🍦
Interesting for kids, especially if they know the characters. Not a big place though, you'll be done pretty quickly. Check opening hours, in September only open weekends
If you have only half an hour for a museum and a child who knows the cartoon, it's the perfect program. Not really accessible, there are a few steps up. Not a full featured museum, no buffet or toilet or anything. Just a nice little interactive exhibit for a matching price.
Small, but worth a visit if your kid is a fan. Fifteen minutes inside is more than enough. They sell a few Rumcajs souvenirs in the shop inside.
(Translated by Google) Nice gallery, with lots of exhibits you can move and turn. So for 15-20 min. They have a large selection of tourist business cards. A pleasant stop, other city attractions associated with Rumcajs are closed in November.
