We'd heard and read amazing things about this place, but were worried about entering as we were damp and muddy from hiking and it's just a bright, beautiful shop and cafe. We were delighted to find we were quite welcome, as it's location along the Dingle Way means walkers regularly visit ... in all kinds of weather. The pieces are stunning, and there's also a wide array of whimsical and (to be honest) slightly weird pieces. Sadly we weren't in the market for pottery, but we were craving a hot cup of coffee and a sweet treat. I had an amazing summer fruit crumble with fresh whipped cream and an Americano. My husband had a lovely fresh baked scone with cream and jam with his latte. Everything is locally sourced and of the highest quality.
Really charming little pottery studio off the road. The pieces are lovely and quite affordable. It was nice that they ship to the US, and even take the taxes off for you if you spend over €75. The workers were so helpful and kind, and even let me take a card and write a message to include with the items I was having shipped home. Worth a stop!
5 stars for the incredible customer service I experienced recently when I ordered a lampshade that didn't suit the lamp, only realised when it arrived. Returned and refunded, but Linda emailed asking for photos of our old and much-loved Inistioge pottery lamp. Then Mary made us a shade that is so perfect. We are so delighted with it. We have several Mulcahy lamps and shades, but will be back again!
The most beautiful pottery I've seen. Ever. Truly works of art. I get so many compliments on the Mulcahy Pottery I have in my home. They are located in Ballyferriter on the Dingle Peninsula on the Wild Atlantic Way.
A very nicely laid out pottery shop, with plenty of interesting patterns and designs. If you can't make it to the workshop itself, Lisbeth Mulcahy in Dingle town also sells some of Louis' pieces.
Best pottery in Ireland! We bought several pieces from here and they delivered to Canada. Great views of the ocean and countryside as well.
A true destination in the wilds of Kerry, where some of the finest ceramics and pottery in Ireland can be found. Louis Mulcahy has been crafting beautiful ceramic work for decades and the showroom is a gallery of delights. If you're looking for a special place to visit and a unique gift, then this is the place
Lovely display of beautiful pottery, however never come across such unfriendly people. Despite the sign saying shop and cafe open every day we were told very curtly that the cafe was closed, end of conversation.

I haven’t had a chance to pay golf here, but I did ate in the restaurant. The food is absolutely divine. We tried seafood chowder - you can not leave this place without tasting this miracle, hake with prawns - first time in my life I ate the fish with its skin, and steak with fries - 👌 the view from the restaurant makes you don’t want to head home, just sit, enjoy your drink, admire the view and relive eating those masterpieces! The crew is very kind and helpful with choosing your meal :)
Very nice course with good variation - heard it is the western-most course on Ireland 🤩. Only little rain today and moderate wind so we got away with a good result 😅. Also very friendly staff that made us feel so welcome 😍.
Fun course, hard! Wind and tricky greens made for lots of challenge. We are a couple, and got paired up with two other golfers who chose to take a caddy (one between them). The caddy was actually a problem for us, because she’d put the other golfers bags down right in our line (more than once) and seemed to disregard us… would walk ahead when we were hitting, talking while we were swinging? bad behaviour! We are green fee paying customers, your golf etiquette was less than I would expect. Clubhouse staff were impeccable and the course is lovely, so make sure to visit, but watch out for caddy trouble.
Going by the Group they rated this course very good. Said there was like a cross wind on the back 9 but really enjoyed the course. Plenty parking and wonderful scenery
Not the golf (though it’s so picturesque and not half bad either) but the restaurant/bar! We’re down here every summer, and this week we’ve had dinner there several times- big menu, lovely food, smiles and chat all round. Well worth a trip!
INCREDIBLE food! My wife and I spent over two weeks in Ireland, eating at many different locations. Bar none this was the best place we ate. Highly recommend!
Wow! What a golf course.! Probably the windiest I havevever played but such an enjoyable round. Really helpful staff in the proshop and food afterwards was amongst the best I have ever encountered.
Excellent food served with incredible views of Mount Brandon and the Blasket islands. The service was also excellent. Can’t wait to go back. Strongly recommend.

Great little pub with a super selection of own brew beers. Had the cask ale and the IPA and both excellent. Relaxed atmosphere, good music and a nice beer garden to come back to. Very sound bar man too. One to come back to.
We visited the pub to taste the various drinks that are made here in Kerry. Price was good for three tasters. We arrived on a busy Saturday and there was only one man working the bar. Between keeping the wood burning fire going and serving people he was up the wall but was a nice chap.
Loved, loved, loved this brewery and pub. I did the brewery tour, which was great for a craft beer devotee like me. This is what craft brewing is all about . Genuine recipes, passion and simplicity. The porter is an exceptional beer. I recommended it to everyone.
fine pub 👌 sound staff. music initially was a bit depressing but got nicer. fantastic beers! extremely clean. like one if the cleanest pubs I've ever been to! and pet friendly! would highly recommend.
Very nice place, open fire in the bar, excellent beers, tasting flight recommended to find the beer that suits you best. Friendly staff. Definitely worth the visit.
Great small brewery and taproom, with few beers on offer. We tried the beers and bought for home. Very nice staff, good prices!
Simply awesome craftbeer brewery. All beers are really good. The brewpub is absolutely worth to visit!
Stopped in at the recommendation of our AirB&B host, and we loved it! Charming pub with some good beers/ales on tap from its own brewery, plus a full bar. Bought a couple of bottles to take home, too.
