Excellent morning out and wonderful guide on about an hour's tour and shop. Over the road a superb award winning patisserie too.
Great to visit a true gem grown in Provence, lavander! Audio guided visit and film on lavander and a great boutique at the end. Very helpful staff. Just a note, I would have liked to get to more information on lavander itself and less on the distillation, it's history, uses in culture, and gastronomy. Worth a visit, but expensive for just an audio guided visit.
We visited this museum at around Mid- June time and it wasn't that busy, there were a few families and couples, we also had a talk from the people who worked there as well as a tour of the museum which was really good and informative. There is a large gift shop and if you do a tour then you may also get a discount to use at the shop at the end. There are a lot of products which you can take home as souvenirs. There was also a yummy ice cream booth in which we all had ice cream from! The lavender ice cream was the best! I would recommend popping in if you're around.
A fantastic afternoon visit to the museum, the history of lavender farming laid out. Very informative and helpful staff. Shop is brilliant a great range of products. A BIG shout out to July who did the presentation on lavender oil production in beautiful eloquent English to only 2 of us. Well worth a visit great interaction for children.
I liked the introductory video explaining the lavender distilling process. The museum offered this in multiple languages. It’s a fairly small place so you could do this in 1 hour. They have plenty of parking and public toilets. It’s kid friendly and there’s a lovely shop at the end. We didn’t buy anything but enjoyed seeing the variety of items on sale.
Stimulating museum on lavender culture, with the possibility to buy their products discounted at the store. Not to mention the delicious lavender ice cream stall and interesting demonstration of how the essential oil production is made
Well, overall, it's worth a visit. Here, you can gain some knowledge about lavender, as well as purchase some lavender products, such as perfumes and essential oils. However, the museum is quite small, and it only takes a few minutes to go through. It's a good place to buy some lavender products for family and friends.
Excellent acknowledge on lavende and their products. Very sincere and friendly the staff there. Highly recommended who are looking for lavende products.

This market provided a very delightful moment to walk through the various stalls and consider the goods to purchase…our focus on fresh produce was to our delight…
The Sunday market in Coustellet is a wonderful local market experience. This is mostly foods, which is a great place to pick up local fruits and vegetables as well as chicken and lamb and seafood. Returned here again to this wonderful market a few times in September and October, 2019 and I am delighted to say that this place is still a must visit if you are in the Luberon on a Sunday morning.
Great selection of food options. Real authentic French market
Biggest market in the area. Great variety of local products. Can't go wrong with this market!
Great market where there was some fantastic produce.
Small, local, easy to deal with with no pretense. Good vendors for vegetables, eggs, fruit, honey, pastries etc... Nothing special, but very complete and you can get what you need. I had a very pleasant conversation in Spanish with a woman vendor of vegetables from Spain. She had a LOT of energy!! I will always go back to this truly local market.
lots of actual fresh fruit and vegetable stands
Best farmers market and very local!!

Excellent experience with Thomas & Absolut Bike in Coustellet. This is a real bike shop that also rents quality classic and ebikes. We rented ebikes that were delivered to and collected from a mountaintop house in Oppede Le Vieux. Great experience all around. Also rented classic bike for riding in the Luberon Valley. Proprietor Thomas is knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Absolut went way beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.
Absolute 5 stars for this outstanding bike shop. Arrived at 1430 just as it was reopening after lunch. A small queue of cyclists with problems were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. My own issue was dealt with quickly and politely by the team. Very many thanks!
Made a stop at the shop annex workplace with a broken spoke, had made an appointment by email the day before. Promptly at 09.00 they repaired the rear wheel, done in half an hour, checked a few more things and I was ready to go. Good friendly atmosphere, a good number of experienced cyclists there as well, meaning they must have a good reputation. Good service.
I took my bike to these guys specifically because it had been purchased from them and it’s a Trek bike - a brand they carry. They were incredibly Unprofessional. Not only did they try to trick me into believing that they had given the bike a full service (cleaning the chains and new ceramic lube added) but they handed the bike to me with new white handlebar tape (extremely badly fitted… peeling at the edges) covered in black grease. I usually do this myself but since I was taking a friend’s bike in I wanted them to do a thorough job on his bike. They lied repeatedly on the phone about parts not having arrived when they simply hadn’t taken the time to replace them on the bike (this continued for THREE MONTHS!). On one occasion they told me I could collect the bike the following day and when I arrived they had done nothing. A friend has spoken of extreme mark-ups on rims on his bike… when challenged (my friend works in the industry) the price was instantly verbally halved. The service is dishonest, it appears they take advantage of both French-speaker and foreigners and their sense of ethics appears to be missing in action. Extremely unprofessional.
They've got it all, absolutely all :) You can rent bikes and get yours serviced
Not good for rental as a tourist. They only speak French. The bikes are good, but the service and friendliness could be better. I called (no reply), sent an email (no reply) so I drove 30mins to the store to make a reservation a week beforehand. When I arrived to pick the bikes up, they didn't have the reservation so we got other bikes. So I was quite disappointed as a customer, as reply I was told it was the collegue's mistake. Maybe it's too crowded in the summertime and it gets hectic, but the customer experience could use improvement.
Very bad experience. Impossible to get form kits from brand they dont directly sell... quite disapointing for a bike retailer. As a conclusion if you need nothing don't hesitate!
Good experiance. Frendly service, speaks Engligh. Always happy to help.

(Translated by Google) Nothing to say about honeys and their virtues.... we find everything for our AILMENTS.... The only problem is the Sunday schedule... on the site, it is noted open and that is not true. I'm in front of the store - it's closed :( 15kms for nothing. (Original) Rien à dire sur les miels et leurs vertus.... on trouve tout pour nos MAUX.... Le seul hic, est l'horaire du dimanche... sur le site, c'est noté ouvert et ce n'est pas vrai. (Translated by Google) Around the hive, a beautiful shop filled with authentic products. Honey, cakes, nougat, caramel, calisson, and other products from the region, and I'm forgetting everything, is quality. And the welcome: we are greeted by a lovely couple, smiling, attentive, and above all, professional. They enjoy chatting with customers. I highly recommend this shop or the website. (Translated by Google) A wide choice of honey of all kinds and 100% natural, very good nougats of several different flavors. Products of all kinds around honey, a welcome that matches the quality of the products! Prices perhaps a little too high for my taste.

(Translated by Google) It's sure that it's more expensive than in the supermarket but at least we know that it's GOOD honey and that it comes from France. Consequently, and this is my personal opinion, I prefer to buy less often but buy at this store rather than at U or Aldi which are not far away :) (Original) C'est sûr que c'est plus cher qu'au supermarché mais là au moins on sait que c'est du BON miel et qui vient de France. Par conséquent, et c'est perso comme avis, je préfère acheter moins souvent mais acheter à ce magasin plutôt que chez U ou Aldi qui sont pas loin :)
(Translated by Google) Very pleasant store, lots of choice, both for honey, which is excellent, and for cakes, sweets and other honey-based products. Kindness and good advice guaranteed (Original) Magasin très agréable, beaucoup de choix, tant sur les miels, excellents, que sur les gâteaux, les douceurs ou d'autres produits à base de miel.
