Went for a day of adventures while on vacation. We went white water rafting in the morning and then went canyoning in the afternoon. Could not have asked for a better experience! Our guides Ian and Elizabeth were absolutely phenomenal. They clearly knew what they were doing and were extremely comfortable leading groups of people with a variety of experience levels and confidence. They also helped make the adventures even more fun. They were fluent in English, Catalan and Spanish. The gear provided to us was in good condition and we received clear instructions on how to use it and how to be safe. If you're in the area and don't take a Rocroi adventure then you're missing out!

Went canyoning with Juan and had the best time, he was an incredible guide. He made it super fun while also making us all feel super at ease, 100% would do it again.

It was our first visit to the rafting and we are glad, that choosed RocRoi-its looked like large profecional entertainment center, where no problem with languages,safety etc. Valentina changed languages like a professional interpreter,when she explained everyone about rules. And want to say biggest thanks to "muscular wapo" Miguel, he was amazing, he made this adventure unforgettable; he spoke with me and my wife on English and immediately explained everything to other our companions on Spanish. And brought all his energy to give us to feel all emotions from this trip. Will be glad to come back in future next spring to feel more extreme!!

Amazing experience and lots of fun! We came in the last day of the season, right before winter, so there wasn't too much water, but it's been said that in the spring the level of the water is much higher, reaching about 2 meters. Marc, our instructor, was real nice and super friendly and gave us a great time! You get water suits and boots to change to in the toilet/showers/changing room before going on the rafts, so you don't need anything besides swimsuits. It's possible to leave your stuff at the site. You'll be driven back to the starting point by a minibus.

Solely focused on making the most amount of money without even providing an adequate experience to their guests. The restaurant staff are very kind and polite, but everyone else was quite rude to me and my family. The bedrooms are nowhere near 4 star standards.

Fantastic location in the nature, we enjoyed every single moment. All the facilities are sparkling clean, the food is excellent and Moises, Alex and Pilli (restaurant and reception staff) made us fell like home. We recommend a rafting session with the personal from Llavorsi Rafting, they are super fun and responsible and make you fell safe all the time. Also the horse hiding has incredible views. We are making this place our mountain holiday house. Cant wait to go back.

Poor quality 4 star hotel. Restaurant is quite nice but that's it. Staff couldn't even inform us of the gym hours. Everything in the room felt cheap. Water from the shower overflowed onto the floor, cheap appliances, old mattress. Simply felt old and outdated.

We were finally able to use the voucher we had with this hotel. The experience included one night with spa and breakfast. At check-in we were upgraded from Rustik to Comfort room what was nice, unfortunately it was the last room from the hall. The wifi in our room was ridiculous and the A/C was not throwing any hot air. We used the Spa later that day and no 'bubble spa equipment' was working so basically we used it as a pool. The place was really cold so it was either inside of the pool or not there at all. When we explained this to the receptionist he told us that they were "not charging this" but as we were using the voucher, nothing was given as exchange. The hotel is nice and it could be the perfect mountain retreat but with all the bad experience unfortunately we cannot recommend it.
