Outstanding combination of hotel, amusement park and restaurant. Kids were happy, especially with St. Nicholas', demons', and cherts' performance. Very authentic atmosphere and very good food for average price.

Absolutely amazing experience! Me and my British husband got picked on by the handsome devils, which made it all the more fun. Then again we have a good sense of humour. Everything is well thought out, the decor is amazing and the actors are just fantastic. The only slight let down is the service in the restaurant, the food was very good, again the decor fantastic but the service wasn’t in line with the prices. Overall I give 5 stars because it was a great day out and we will probably be back. Thank you.

This is a great show. A full tour not scary for kids more funny. I don't speak czech and everything is Czech but it's still good fun. Excellent building and features. Great actors. Fairly prices.

There are two aspects to this place. First is the fun of having the demon actors making fun of the visitors by throwing insults left and right. If you like that type of humour, this is a good place for that, but it was not our type of fun. However, to each their own. We could look past it if not for the second part, which was was the obvious intent of the owner to engineer revenue from every visitor by forcing you into places where they can present their coffee and then ending the tour in the cafe where you are coaxed into buying a drink. And this is only one example of the approach shown through the whole experience. After the effort made by the tour guides/actors/demons it really cheapens the experience and makes the whole thing a disappointment. The place is full of interesting things and many opportunities for someone to spend money of their free will if presented in a non manipulative or non assuming way. It really is too bad. To top it off, the first person you come in contact with (the one running the reception/register) was arrogant and rude. Overall great idea with truly poor execution of a customer experience.

This was a wonderful family experience. We really enjoyed the program with the devils and indulged in lovely Czech food and beer. This is a must see and experience place for anyone visiting the Czech Republic.

Amazing fun experience for young and adults. People (actors) that work there really show passion for their work which is well projected through their work. Place is simply wonderful and huge, they had put a lot of work to put it all together. I would recommend anyone to visit this place and experience a fun Interpretation of hell.

An immense amount of resources, great talent and work went into building out a principally soulless and fruitless idea. In 50 years it won't exist. As is typical with commercial art, the mix of standout ideas with most common denominator just doesn't work. It's hard to tell what the target audience is, aside from families with children. For those, I recommend going to a kids theatre or an aquapark, really for the price there are much better options. It's not so bad that you will leave the place unhappy, but it all rests on the (rather understandably short) talent of the improv actors and my heart goes out to them, I imagine at times it must be hard to do this, especially the parts where the movie is advertised. I imagine that if the owners listen to their actors that over time the experience could improve, but having dealt with czech businessmen and pseudo-oligarchs I doubt they will listen to anyone. I empathise with them too, craft work is immensely expensive nowadays, quality's craftsmanship doubly so. I thought about how much it must have cost to build the attraction, and if one takes into account the hourly payment of the actors, I understand why the menu prices are so high. That being said, it wasn't worth it for me or anyone else, and the people praising the attraction do so out of the sunk cost fallacy The themes of the attraction are all over the place, hard to tell sometimes if it's set in hell or on a pirate ship, if the Christian overtones are serious or making fun of religion. If they're trying to sell you on the theme, the movie, their coffee or wine. The souvenir shop is full of junk too. Overall I went with low expectations and came out disappointed
