Shannon was an amazing tour guide, so knowledgeable and informative. This was the best distillery tour I've ever done, so fun, so quirky, the rooms tell so many tales. The decor everywhere is to die for and the food is amazing. A fantastic thing to do, would definitely recommend.
What a place in Drumshanbo fine foods at very affordable prices and really good quality. Staff are efficient and friendly. The shop is amazing and we will return and have a tasting experience.
Excellent distillery tour, great explanation of the process and very fun guide! Lots of interesting bits of information about the place, and the finer touches included by the owners. Great smells, and great tasting as well!
Such a nice distillery! You get to learn about Whiskey & Gin, where the gin section and botanicals were my personal favorite. There’s a very cute bar attached alongside, where you can chill after the distillery experience. And that has a cafe attached as well. The two aren’t interconnected, so the bar doesn’t serve food per se and the cafe stops serving food/hot pastries/sandwiches after 5.30pm, so it’s best to plan food accordingly. Would recommend!
Great venue with great service and great staff. Michael does a fantastic job as manager here. Cocktails and food are excellent. If you're in Leitrim it's definitely worth stopping in and doing the guided tour, very interesting and informative.
Did the tour with my group of friends from the genealogy centre in Sligo. Our tour guide Eoghan was very informative & knowledgeable on every aspect of the Distillery. Really enjoyed hearing about Patrick's travels & how he comes up with the ideas as to the gin ingredients. The whisky was a lovely touch to finish the tour. Lunch was really tasty & the gin sample was lovely too. I had the signature gin which I found very refreshing. Great value for money. I've already told my family about it & they intend to go in the near future. Thank you so much to everyone in the Shed Distillery for a really lovely day out. Wishing you all every success in the future.
Excellent tour which includes a drink at the end. The tour lasted between 1-2 hours & plenty of time for q&a. I ended up leaving the tour more knowledgeable of the process & the brand but eager to know more of PJ. Such an enigma. The giftshop was excellent, we wanted to buy so much. The bar was beautiful and only 8e for a G&T! Incredible value. Lots of seating, especially beautiful al fresco in the sunshine. Plenty of parking too. Taxi to Leitrim village cost us 14e.
I came here with my mum and two sisters. We found it really enjoyable and interesting. We were very impressed with the knowledge that your staff member had throughout the tour. Really enjoyed the whiskey tasting and the complimentary drink at the end of the tour. The staff were very nice too. The gift shop was lovely and colourful. Thank you🙂
