Coffee shop

Really cute shop. Bought a map and some stickers here. The employees were very kind. We ended up ordering a coffee for on the little terrace out front. Great coffee and good service.
(Translated by Google) We were enticed to visit by the brand of Kocour beer, unknown to us, which we wanted to try and which was on the blackboard in front of this cafe. However, the staff informed us that they no longer cooperate with the Kocour brewery and that only beer of another brand is available. However, another disappointment was when instead of the large beer we ordered, they brought us a small beer. The second drink ordered was Algerian coffee. The girlfriend did not get the classic size of Algerian coffee that you get in any other cafe. An unpleasant surprise came when the waiter brought us a really small glass, in which there was only half of the coffee and the egg cognac was almost invisible. After warning that Algerian coffee does not look like this, a correction was made and the staff brought the classic coffee size, see photo for comparison.
(Translated by Google) Every year we drink Kocour beer here, which we have not seen anywhere else. Great sitting. (Original) Každý rok si zde dáváme pivo Kocour, které jsme jinde zatím neviděli. Super posezení.
(Translated by Google) Today I visited this place after a long time and I am very satisfied. Kocour beer was very tasty, and the chilled pints were a very welcome change. The service was nice, smiling and they tried. I can only recommend...after that I ordered one more, but unfortunately it was already quite sloppy. They probably ran out of cold pints and that completely spoiled the experience of the first beer. In the end I have to give only 2 out of 4 stars.
(Translated by Google) Someone wrote here that the coffee is really like in Prague. Agreement. In Prague as for one-time tourists. They repeatedly prepare burnt and bitter espresso for me here. I look forward to Vejměnek again being a place where coffee is properly prepared and smells good. The last 2 seasons didn't. I started driving next door (6.8 km), to Brodská Avantýra. Souhlas. V Praze jako pro jednorázové turisty. Espresso mi tu opakovaně připravují spálené a hořké. Těším, až bude Vejměnek zase místo, kde se kafe správně připravuje a voní. 2 poslední sezóny ne. Začala jsem jezdit vedle (6,8 km), do Brodské Avantýry.
(Translated by Google) We waited about 25 minutes for two "lemonades". They brought tap water to the chapel with some cheap syrup. 70 CZK per drink. Poverty. Incompetent service. (Original) Na dve “limonady” jsme cekali okolo 25 minut. Donesli vodu z vodovodu kaplou nejakym lacinym sirupem. 70 CZK jedno piti. Bida. Neschopna obsluha.
(Translated by Google) Exactly how such a center could work on the main tourist drag. Sitting outside. There is also an opportunity to relax inside. They bring the coffee to the table. The draft beer was pleasant. Possibility to buy lava from Kocoura. Different species. Soft drinks are also a choice. Small snacks. Of course, a lot of things and information leaflets for tourists. (Original) Přesně jak by mohlo fungovat takové centrum na hlavním tahu turistů. Posezení venku. Uvnitř je též možnost si odpočinout. Kávu donesou až ke stolu. Točené pivo příjemné potěšilo. Možnost koupit i lávové od Kocoura. Různé druhy. Nealko je výběr také. Drobné občerstvení. Samozřejmě i spousta těch věcí a informačních letáků pro turisty.

At zijou kolobrndy....
(Translated by Google) As part of our vacation, my group and I did a 20 km downhill from Kozákovo (it's not literally a downhill, sometimes you have to push a little and climb/climb some hill - the reward is a decent descent down). The descent must be booked in advance, which was not the slightest problem due to the willingness of the local staff. It's certainly not a bad idea to refresh yourself with the local Kocour beer before going to Kozákov (I have to praise both the beer itself and the service...cleanliness, frozen ice cubes). Before the start, you can enjoy a nice view from the lookout tower on Kozákov and then hurray down. There is no need to rush. There are a number of places suitable for rest along the way (for example, Otakar's farm-Samotoč in Radostná pod Kozákovem, the Dubecko lookout tower, the ruins of the Rotštejn castle, the rock town of Kalich in Besedice). Considering that a large part of the route leads along relatively busy roads, I recommend considering whether you go on this route with small children or if they can physically handle the descents. There are other (in my opinion less demanding) routes on offer. Otherwise, everything is OK. After the finish, I buy another bottle of Kocouro and I have a feeling that if it goes well, we'll be back here 😜.
(Translated by Google) We have been on a cruise and we are thrilled. From Mala Skála in canoes to Dolánek and from Dolánek on a scooter back to Mala Skála. The sailing was amazing and we enjoyed it a lot, as beginners we had to struggle a bit with the paddling, but you can easily get into it if you have the right partner. The river is easily navigable in this section, nothing to worry about. You can stop several times on the way and take a bath. At the end of the cruise, the staff will be waiting for you to take over the canoe, and you can now cheerfully continue towards the scooters, which you will find a short distance behind the Dolanky bistro. You have a bit more fun on scooters than on a boat. But on the way you can reward yourself with ice cream and a beautiful view of nature and the animals you meet along the way. For those who want to make it easier, they have electric scooters on offer. We were met with pleasant service throughout the entire cycle, from booking to issuing canoes and renting scooters. I can only recommend. You can spend a pleasant summer day here.
(Translated by Google) A great place for some adrenaline. Whether you are a skilled scooter rider or just a beginner or a family looking for some entertainment, you are welcome here. Well prepared kolobrnde, helpful staff and when the weather is good it's great. The difficulty of the routes is chosen by everyone. We enjoyed it as a whole family. My jsme si to užili celá rodina.

(Original) O velikonočním pondělí jsme zajely na dobrou kávičku. V prodeji také pivo Kocour z nedalekého pivovaru Varnsdorf. Určitě se opět vrátíme.
(Translated by Google) We like to go here. Ideal for a family trip to Turnov and back on the brndy. In Turnov, it is possible to get wet by rafting. Or stretch to the Mirror Goat. The road is beautifully leveled in part with asphalt. Nice refreshment stops along the way. Cesta krásně narovnana z části i s asfaltem. Podél cesty pěkně zastávky na občerstvení. Diky

(Translated by Google) The road from Kozákov z5 is great. Although it was raining and blowing at the top, it didn't deter us and it was good. After the descent under the clouds, it stopped raining and it was a great ride. We drove a longer 22 km, and even my 9-year-old daughter managed it. Along the way, full of kiosks with food and many attractions. As for the transport to the top and the people who lent us scooters and gave instructions, they are very pleasant and can advise where to eat and what is interesting. Thank you 🍀🍀🍀 (Original) Cesta z Kozákova z5 je skvělá. Sice nahoře pršelo a foukalo to nás neodradilo a bylo to dobře. Jeli jsme tu delší 22km a i 9ti léta dcera to zvládla. Po cestě plno kiosku s jídlem a mnoho zajímavosti. Co se týče dopravy nahoru a lidi kteří nám půjčovali koloběžky a dávali instruktáž jsou skvělý příjemní a dokáží poradit kde se najíst a co je kde zajímavého. Děkujeme 🍀🍀🍀
