I loved this place up until yesterday. We used to go every week with our friends to play and eat. Yesterday, the guy at the reception didcriminated us, letting us wait for more than 1 hour for our lane(they told us first that in 45minuted there will be a lane free), although 1 of them was free for around 30 minutes. This evening we were only 3 people playing, so after the 30m passed, the free lane was given to 5-6players. Our turn was first on the line, on the small monitor and it always said prepare, we were next for 1 hour and yet, our turn never came. I am really sorry they treat regular customers bad. I will try several options before comming back there.
