Really beautiful cave with amazing pre-history. I have been in caves all over the world and never seen so many minerals producing colors in one formation in my life!

I visited this cave last weekend as I was trying to escape the heat in Madrid. It's beautiful and has an amazing history. Visits are guided, and our guide (long hair, good-looking) was fantastic - funny, knowledgeable, and clearly loving his job!

Off the beaten path and well worth your time. We stopped by in the morning to see about reserving a tour. The gentleman spoke limited English but with patience and a sense of humor he was able to explain that later in the afternoon there would be a guide who spoke English and he would reserve that tour for us. We headed off to Pedraza for lunch and a walk around town then returned. Our guide was wonderful and very thoughtful of us as the only Americans and English-only folks on the tour. The cave is very interesting to see with a rich history that is shared with you as you walk through.
