My recent stay at Hotel Xuroy was bit disappointed. The breakfast experience was underwhelming. The eggs appeared to be pre-cooked a day in advance and served cold. The orange juice was diluted with sparkling water, which was quite surprising. Also, I encountered some issues with my room. The shower was blocked, and despite reporting this to Ignacy, the “deputy manager”, the problem was not resolved. I also requested a room change, but was told they were unable to accommodate my request. For a total of 680 euros over four nights, I was disappointed that the room faced another building’s windows, had no air conditioning, and the fan provided was excessively noisy. However, On a positive note, the service from the staff was a highlight. Javier, a waiter at the hotel, was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. His professionalism and genuine kindness made a lasting impression.

Lovely Food. We were then offered rice dish for the side. This was a Paella and charged 120 euros. Not even on the menu. So felt tricked by the waiter serving us.

We stayed in hotel 4 nights which was a little expensive. Had lovely large rooms with a great balcony overlooking the sea. Great shower. Would recommend putting a little fridge in to keep water & drinks cool , also a tv to give people the option. But a peaceful beautiful location. Skys at night are amazing. Would recommend. The restaurant down stairs to expensive for us, so just had coffee.

Not honest people : no price list for drinks. Then, once consumed, actually over-priced! 2 Sprits (Aperol+Cava+carbonated water) for €16,00. Even not what you would pay in a 4 star US chain hotel on the same coast. This is NOT serious business / commercial behaviour. Avoid Xuroy. A shame. And a pity because the Cala Alcofar is simply magical !

The rating of this hotel is totally wrong. This is a gem of a place if you know how to choose your room. Javier & Ignacio were fantastic hosts. The staff (except the local young servers) went above and beyond. The paellas are delicious & proper wines. By far the best view for lunch or diner. Thank you guys, will come back.

We love the Xuroy and it's location, we always have, from our first visit and the five subsequent ones! 2 hours from Exeter, a bus ride from Mahon and the rest of Menorca. Close to Sant Lluis, the Binifadet vineyard and restaurant and so much more! The Xuroy Hotel, the Dolce Vita apartments and the the Petit Xuroy apartments are all part of the accommodation available and all are very, very fit for purpose, thanks to the owners foresight and the backing of their personnel. Special thanks, as always to Xavier, Tony & Lluis, the ones we know best, but not the only ones who make our visits special!
